Unborn, never died, ever alive - thus is the Ultimate Reality. Of God. And of the Universal Self. As too, your own.

In English, words of Latin origin tend to carry overtones of intellectual, moral and aesthetic “classiness" — overtones which are not carried, as a rule, by their Anglo-Saxon equivalents. “Maternal,” for instance, means the same as “motherly,” “intoxicated” as “drunk” — but with what subtly important shades of difference! And when Shakespeare needed a name for a comic character, it was Sir Toby Belch that he chose, not Cavalier Tobias Eructation.
Aldous Huxley, The Perennial Philosophy

“As the sun does not wait for prayers and incantations to rise, but shines forth and is welcomed by all: so you also should not wait for clapping of hands and shouts and praise to do your duty; but do good of your own accord, and you will be loved like the sun.”

“We seek for truth in ourselves; in our neighbours, and in its essential nature. We find it first in ourselves by severe self scrutiny, then in our neighbours by compassionate indulgence, and, finally, in its essential nature by that direct vision which belongs to the pure in heart. Observe both the number and the sequence. To begin with, let Him who is the Truth teach you that you must search for truth in those around you before you look for it in its intrinsic purity. You will afterwards learn why you must search for it in yourself before you do so in your neighbours. Thus in the enumeration of the Beatitudes in His Sermon He placed 'the merciful' before 'the pure in heart'. For the merciful quickly discover truth in their neighbours when they extend their sympathy to them, and so kindly identify them- selves with them that they feel their good and evil characteristics as if they were their own.”
-St Bernard of Clairvaux, The Twelve Degrees of Humility and of Pride.

Comparing religious and mythological traditions gives a lot of people turbo brainworms, because they end up thinking that the common elements they like the best are the Core Essence of Religion Ever, and from there they start thinking that long ago there was this ideal civilization where everyone practiced this supposedly pure and uncorrupted religion that literally has never existed anywhere outside of their own imaginations.

The Perennial Philosophy
perennial philosophy From Latin: philosophia perennis; also referred to as perennialism and perennial wisdom; a perspective in philosophy and spirituality that views all of the world's religious traditions as sharing a single, metaphysical truth or origin from which all esoteric and exoteric knowledge and doctrine has grown. The perennial philosophy is not a single religion, but rather the view that all religions provide paths to the one transcendental reality. Sectarian practitioners of individual religions caught up in dogmatic details may not necessarily see things this way.
Some others worship Me through their dispassionate effort to gain ultimate wisdom, either trying to be one with Me or remaining separate. I have innumerable faces all over the universe (so I can be approached in any manner anywhere). — Bhagavad Gitā 9.15 (C. Radhakrishnan tr.)
There are several paths leading to the one transcendental reality described in the perennial philosophy.
The path of wisdom requires sustained effort to acquire knowledge of the nondual nature of the one divinity that is all.
The devotional path involves developing a loving relationship with the divine.
The path of service fosters appreciation of the divinity in others.
The path of concentration involves minimizing distractions to more fully experience the divinity of all.
The Bhagavad Gitā integrates these various paths, presenting a consolidated universal vision aimed at unifying humans with the divine. The lack of such an integrative perspective can lead to disagreements, quarrels, and conflicts among followers of different prophets. The supreme being in the Bhagavad Gitā is equivalent to Jehovah in the Old Testament, God in the New Testament, and Allah in the Quran. Recognition of this equivalency brings together otherwise competing conceptions and promotes a unified understanding of the one divinity.

If Yahweh = to be, and Jesus = Yahweh is salvation, then imho the message is that "being is salvation". In the sense that the state of being, liberates one from the mental slavery of living lost in dualistic thought. If you zoom out and look at spiritual traditions, they genuinely seem to all essentially be saying the same thing, like rivers leading to the same ocean. Eventually one realizes the only difference between the ocean and all the rivers connected to it, is the human minds inclination to judge, categorize and quantize. IMO there is no concrete border between river and ocean but in the mind of man. It would seem to be that we are all on the path, whether we recognize it or not.

All the resources of our almost miraculous technology have been thrown into the current assault against silence. That most popular and influential of all recent inventions, the radio, is nothing but a conduit through which pre-fabricated din can flow into our homes. And this din goes far deeper, of course, than the ear-drums. It penetrates the mind, filling it with a babel of distractions — news items, mutually irrelevant bits of information, blasts of corybantic or sentimental music, continually repeated doses of drama that bring no catharsis, but merely create a craving for daily or even hourly emotional enemas.
Aldous Huxley, The Perennial Philosophy

“L'amor che move il sole e l'altre stelle. The love that moves the sun and the other stars.”
~ Dante Alighieri, Divine Comedy, Paradiso, Canto XXXIII, 1320.
(This line appears at the very end of Dante's Divine Comedy, where Beatrice reveals to Dante the ultimate source of cosmic order and divine will: love. In Dante’s cosmology, this divine love is responsible for the motion of the heavens, symbolizing the ultimate force that governs the universe.)

I was thinking about this listening to those old Robert Johnson recordings. Listen to his guitar: those are very specific little structures he’s fixated on, those are the central idea in all the songs, you get variations in each as rich as Bach—-actually, tonally, meaning literal attention to what we’d call swara, richer, it’s insane what happens in 2:50
#type of stuff they used to call Endless Melody—-I mean a very perennial philosophy type metaphor—-#you find it all over the earth—-you could hear it forever—-these musicians could keep it going forever—-

Do not praise your own faith so exclusively that you disbelieve all the rest. If you do this you will miss much good. Nay, you will miss the whole truth of the matter. God, the Omniscient and the Omnipresent, cannot be confined to any one creed, for He says in the Quran, wheresoever ye turn, there is the face of Allah. Everybody praises what he knows. His God is his own creature, and in praising it, he praises himself. Which he would not do if he were just, for his dislike is based on ignorance.
Ibn Arabi

Language and writing do not lead to the heart of the truth, they can only allude, show, imply, but denote the truth, not.
