If my girls were never introduced to the magical world and their royal destinies:

Crystal would be a scientist, learning how different things work, and trying to make the world a better place.

Gemini would own her own restaurant (which she does anyway after she abdicates the throne) in which she would serve her food to people from all over.

Cammy would be a teacher! She'd have taken her practice with her sisters and taught astronomy! She'd be a kind teacher, well loved by her students.

Diamond- Diamond would be dead.
