Hello anon!!! I don’t know!!! I really, really believe that they just don’t know right now. My theory, which is mostly based on vibes, is that they are genuinely going to wait to make the decision until Season 5 airs and they can evaluate the ratings. I think there is either a deal in the works with the cast for some sort of spoken agreement to wait to re-sign their contracts until Season 5 airs, or they’re just banking on most of the cast still being available at the time they make the decision.

I believe the cast and crew are operating like this could be the last season, but they just don’t know. It’s the first time they’ve ended filming before a season has even aired, and without being pretty sure of a renewal. I think the only thing that’s really different this time around is the timing.

I am hopeful, anon!!! But either way, we have another season coming! 💛💛💛

So I learned a while back you had a tumblr and immediately followed, but then classes got hectic and I stopped reading the updates for LIAB, but didnt unfollow because youre awesome and I would just be sad to not see you or your lovely reblogs on my dash, but I was only on chapter 11 or 12 of Risking it All, so now whenever I see an ask related to an update for Into the Fire, I scroll So Fast past it I could be an Olympic champion lol I should really catch up on the fic.

I love Buck with my entire heart, he’s one of my favorite characters. He’s so loyal and earnest and he has the biggest heart.

That being said, I have never really cared about any of Buck’s relationships since Abby (I love Abby and I loved them together!). I’ve never hated them but I’ve also never been all that invested. I feel the same way about Tommy thus far. He’s fine, I guess, but it just doesn’t really interest me!! I definitely don’t hate them!! I just don’t see the chemistry between him and Buck but I am happy for everyone who likes them together and I’m certainly hopeful that my feelings change as the storyline progresses!! 💛💛
