While Utena is a masterpiece and honestly really important in the themes it explores and how it does so, please please please make sure you look up a list of triggers for it before watching. It’s worth it, but spare your mental health by at least being certain you know what to expect! It can be… very confronting for a lot of people. Albeit, that is part of what makes it so powerful, because it is very confronting and uncomfortable, but in a way which nonetheless feel hopeful and empowering.

so I imagine hobie & pavitr are both v big on affection, esp. when in safe places in or out of public. but also hobie is super easily flustered and will try to hide it. I feel like pavitr would probably try to kiss around hobie’s neck and hobie being a bit sensitive from spidey senses- he’s fuckin ticklish- And then he really can’t hold back soft little snickers and pavitr being the most soft but chaotic boyfriend he is, immediately notices and starts being a geek about it. He then just want to flat out make Hobie a cackling mess if he’s able and tries to just tickle him in general- …But hobie tries to run away to avoid being more flustered and then they get into a full blown spider chase through the Spider-Base area…and then every other spiderman finds out SpiderPunk is super sensitive. Hobie is dubbed ‘tickle bug’ at points and he will never get over it bc Pavi is a little shit

Back home everything is so much simpler. A woman usually rents a white dress that's been worn hundreds of times. The man wears something clean that's not mining clothes. They fill out some forms at the Justice Building and are assigned a house. Family and friends gather for a meal or bit of cake, if it can be afforded. Even if it can't, there's always a traditional song we sing as the new couple crosses the threshold of their home. And we have our own little cere-mony, where they make their first fire, toast a bit of bread, and share it. Maybe it's old-fash-ioned, but no one really feels married in District 12 until after the toasting.

Thank you for asking, anon, and for being respectful about it! :) I'm gonna make a warning list because I do mention a couple things and I'd like people to be able to skip over the whole post if anything I listed makes them uncomfortable.

CW: sex repulsion, sexual attraction, sexual arousal, catcalling, vague mention of sexual trauma, asexuality

To put it simply, I don't experience sex repulsion unless I'm under very specific circumstances.

I'm not incapable of feeling sexual attraction or arousal, but those moments are few and far between, and I prefer not to act on any of it. If I see someone who I think is attractive, I won't make my attraction known for fear of anything tangible coming out of it. I prefer my sex to be imagination-only. It's what feels safest for me.

If I'm the topic or focus of someone's sexual discussion, or if I'm at risk of being directly involved with sex, I feel like I want to crawl out of my skin and fuck off to exist as an Entity in the mountains. Emotionally, it's the difference between a stranger complimenting the color of your shirt and some fuckass man hanging out of his car window to tell you his most vulgar fantasies.

And if someone is sexually attracted to me, I don't want to know about it. I had to block a couple anons last year because they sent me some pretty raunchy asks. I don't want to know if someone gets off to the thought of me. Eugh.

But! When I'm writing and reading smut, I'm not at any risk. My personal comfort is not in jeopardy, and my boundaries aren't going to be crossed. I'm not directly involved—no one is going to touch me—and I don't need to worry about if I'll need to talk the experience out with a trained therapist three years in the future.

Smut is the one place where I can toy with the themes and feelings of existing as a sexual being without putting myself in harms way, and of course the reactions/comments from readers and mutuals always makes it worth it.

Found you randomly online and just bought 2 of your spirk comics. The way you capture emotion in the faces you draw is incredible. Especially with a character like Spock, whose emotion rests solely in the eyes, you capture it so magnificently. Wow. Just wow.

in s3 after the hospital scene jonathan says “i love you” and nancy doesnt say it back cause she just isnt ready to say it again after steve and all that so they get kinda awkward.

then in the battle of starcourt maybe jonathan has to go into the mall while the mindflayer attacks to say get the kids or something and before he goes in nancy says “i love you” and jonathan says “i know”

Similar to how I feel about Joyce finding out that Jonathan and Nancy are dating (aka a moment not shown on screen), I really do love that we don't have a first "I love you" scene for Jancy because we, the fans, now get to play around with the idea for all eternity! You're right, I do head canon that Jonathan and Nancy had their first "I love you's" very early on and that's mostly because of how comfortably in love they feel in season 2 especially in the epilogue. But, I love reading everyone's ideas and conceptions and I even love thinking about how those first "I love you's" may have developed over time for an admission later in their relationship. It's fun to play with!!

I do love the idea that Nancy wants to avoid falling into the casual "i love you" trap so soon after she felt compelled to say it with out meaning it for so long and that causes a lot of confusing emotions for her. But instead of feeling insecure about it, Jonathan understands and gives her the space to come into her feelings in her own way and and let her lead when she's ready to confess those said feelings.

I like to think in the described scenario you've shared here, Jonathan's "I know" is less arrogant and cocky than Han's, and more reassuring and validating, like, "I know you love me because you make me feel loved." You know? In that supportive, loving Jonathan Byers way that he has?

12. Crack Headcanon - Dracula:

Dracula originally did not know how to do the cooking and the cleaning. In fact, he refused to do anything so petty! Pretending to be the coachmen was one thing, but serving his guests: bah! Never! He quickly realized, however, that his fun game of host and guest devolved rather quickly when his victims asked why there were no servants to clean their rooms or cook the meals. Eccentricity can only go so far in explaining away this strange issue. If he wanted to draw out the game for any period of time, he’d have to do something different. So, he decided to get some more vampires…and thus, the three ladies were lured into castle Dracula. Yes, they were noble ladies, but surely they could cook and clean for him, right?

Nope!!!! They absolutely refused to do that. He could compel them into it, but that took more energy than it was truly worth, and he liked having servants who would do as they’re told, rather than having to force the issue. After much bullying and teasing from the vampire sisters about why he couldn’t just do it himself…he eventually bought a cookbook and learned how to cook for his guests. As for cleaning, he picked that skill up as he went along; he found he was actually quite good at it!

You may wonder why he didn’t turn someone from the working class in the first place, or why he didn’t try again to find someone willing to be in his service. For the first point, he didn’t want anyone beneath his status living in his castle permanently (classist, much?). As for the second point…quite frankly, it was embarrassing to be bullied by the very people he turned into vampires to serve him and he wasn’t eager to repeat that experience.

Thank you for the asks!! I'm gonna answer this one first because I think it'll be the shortest answer- because my own music taste and knowledge aren't very varied.

BUT, what I am 100% certain about is that Dylan, Kaitlyn, & Emma are the Swifties of the group. They went to the Eras tour together at least once, depending how they fared in the war against Ticketmaster. Which, after werewolves, I think they would do well.

Otherwise... all I know for sure is that Ryan doesn't listen to pop music (sadly), and Max listens to nothing else.
