Devenir adulte, c'est être enchaîné à la réalité sans moyen de pouvoir rêver pour y échapper le temps d'une seconde.

Tes yeux d'enfants plein d'innocence me rappelaient combien être un enfant, c'était merveilleux... Je l'avoue. L'avenir me fait peur. Je n'ai pas envie de grandir. La réalité des choses n'est pas si belle que ça. Le monde des adultes est dur à comprendre, dur à suivre. En vieillissant, les gens deviennent de plus en plus simplets et se basent que sur des futilités. La politique de leur monde est « Tais-toi et marche droit dans le rang qu'on t'a dicté ». Mais ils ne font qu'exister. Alors que le plus important c'est de vivre. Je refuse de grandir. Mais il le faut alors, je leur prouverai qu'ils ont tort. Tort de ne faire qu'exister, de penser qu'à leur travail, à leur monde, au lieu de profiter de la vie. De profiter de ceux qui sont autour d'eux, avant que le drame arrive.

I think a lot about my mom. I dont think there's a time where she's isnt in some corner of my mind. i worry about her. i've always worried about her. i wish she didn't get so easily taken advantage off. i hate that there are people out there who prey on people like that. I love tumblr. I log in and see a 10 paragraph essay on a Les Miserables song and it's importance, my mutual is ranting in the tags how he agrees. Up that there is a post of a Tweet that reads "I LOVE YAOI", my other mutual is rating the tweet on the tags jokingly. That's somehow connected to house MB. I'm in neither of those Fandoms. I don't even know what I came here for. Beatboxxing puppy is playing in my mind. Everything is chaos. Lovely.

AN OPEN LETTER to THE PRESIDENT

President Biden take Executive Action to protect abortion rights!

The reactionary activists on the Supreme Court are about to strip away half a century of the established right of all Americans to make their own decisions about planning their families. I support and agree with the Senators who have demanded that you use your executive power to protect reproductive justice in America. These four steps would be a great start:

Direct the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) to drop the remaining FDA restrictions on mifepristone, including requirements that pharmacies obtain a special license to distribute it to patients.

Direct the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to aggressively enforce federal requirements that guarantee Medicaid beneficiaries the right to seek family planning services from a provider of their choice as specified by the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 1396a; 42 C.F.R. § 431.51).

Direct the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to require that all federal employees, military personnel and dependents, and persons in custody or being provided healthcare, be given paid time off and reimbursement for expenses necessary to access abortion.

Given the risks now presented by states that are criminalizing reproductive decision-making, direct the HHS Office for Civil Rights to require that websites or mobile applications that collect information related to reproductive health (such as period trackers) adequately and proactively protect personally identifiable information and other sensitive data.

Please get creative and get aggressive. The Supreme Court has been hijacked by a reactionary minority. You can help save us. Thanks.

Je me demandais pourquoi je me sentais mal ce soir. J'ai pensé à toi hier, mais avec le travail, je n'ai fait pas le rapprochement avec ton départ. C'est en me posant dans le lit, en pensant à mon tatouage du petit chat ailé que j'ai capté, et depuis ... Les larmes ne font que couler. J'ai mal, comme je n'aurai pas pensé. Tu étais un membre de la famille. Le bébé de la maison. Le chouchou, le mien. Notre relation était tellement fusionnelle. Je n'ai même pas les mots pour décrire à quel point on s'adorait. Tu étais un amour. D'une douceur sans égale. Fidèle à tout épreuve. Tu venais sans cesse dans mes bras, tu venais te coucher tout contre moi des que tu en avais l'occasion. Tu te collais tellement que je me demandais si tu ne voulais pas fusionner avec moi, c'est pour dire. J'aurai aimé être là, le jour de ton départ, mais comment aurai-je pu ? Je n'étais pas au courant de ce départ si brutal. Sinon, je serai venue te dire au revoir. J'espère que tu n'as pas cru que je t'avais abandonné. Loin de la tu sais. Même si c'était une épreuve douloureuse, je serai venue l'affronter avec toi.

Le sommeil va être dur à trouver, mais la fatigue me guette alors, je compte sur elle pour m'envoyer dans les bras de Morphée.

Okay folks if there’s a Geneva Conventions and International Laws of Warfare expert who wants to correct me, I’m open to criticism but according to the best of my knowledge:

Hellfire missiles are being imported from the US in Israel through a UK military base, which is in and of itself a violation of international law regarding ammunition, its transport and the transparency regarding it all,

the number of Palestinian victims of these missiles far outweights any objective estimate of the number of actual HAMAS fighter, so there is no way to deny that most if the victims were civilians,

due to their nature as an anti-armor ammunitions, any use of hellfire missiles against anything that isn’t heavily armored like a tank or a bunker is disproportionate and henceforth illegal under international law,

the targets bombarded by Israel and the effect radius of Hellfire missiles means they were deployed as indiscriminate weapons, which again is completely illegal.

So unless I’m wrong here US government and Israeli government officials should all be in ultra-super-mega-jail awaiting trial if we were playing by the rules.

Meaning we are clearly not. So why should protest be peaceful? Why should direct action be avoided? Why?

aujourd'hui, ça fait pile un an que j'ai vu une personne chère pour la dernière fois. honnêtement ça me fait très bizarre de penser qu'il y a un an je ne savais pas encore ce qui allait se passer (je l'apprendrais un mois plus tard, le jour du nouvel an). je me souviens tellement bien de cette journée et j'allais vraiment de mieux, la nouvelle en septembre allait complètement détruire ces progrès et, presque un an après, je suis encore en train de subir les conséquences de ce choc sur mon comportement.
