Can They Cook And/Or Bake?

Is a master of cooking & baking, their food always edible & delicious plus anything they makes that's not a dessert is also healthy. Doesn't even need to look at a recipe: Sasuke from age 7 onwards.

Can cook & bake delicious meals very well only when precisely following a recipe as without 1 they messes up entirely, even burning water when lacking instructions to follow: Kakashi from age 5 onwards.

Is good at cooking & baking nutritional meals which are edible, but taste terrible: Sakura from age 14 onwards.

Can only make stuff that's put in the oven or microwave with no other preparation required, coz they easily ruins everything (soup, cake, everything) by attempting to do well with the sugar & salt & spices yet realising upon tasting the end result that they had messed up anyway: Yamato from age 5 onwards.

Can cook delicious food very well, but they's utterly shit at baking even when carefully reading a recipe: No-one on Team 7.

Can bake delicious food very well, but they's utterly shit at cooking even when carefully reading a recipe: Sai from age 8 onwards.

Can't cook nor bake at all, even burning water: Sakura at age 5-13.

Somehow switches back and forth between being a master at cooking & baking and being utterly shit at both, depending on whether they's making stuff up as they goes along (the only time they's a master at cooking & baking) or following a recipe (the only time when they's shit at cooking & baking): Naruto from age 10 onwards.

Buys cheapest foods possible, not caring 'bout taste nor health: Naruto at age 5-9 & Sasuke for a year after the Uchiha massacre.

Buys delicious yet unhealthy food thrice each week without caring 'bout losing money: No-one on Team 7.

Tenzō slams the door shut, instinctively putting his back against it to prevent anyone else from coming in.

"Yo." Kakashi-senpai doesn't even take his leg off the bench, running the razor over the inside of his groin in a move which simultaneously screams danger to the back of Tenzō's brain and makes him flush with embarrassment.

"Senpai?" He can't wipe the confusion off his face though, and there's no handy mask to obscure his expression, so he knows his bewilderment is clear. "What are you doing?"

"Shaving." Kakashi-senpai wipes soap off the razor on to the towel draped around his neck, and Tenzō struggles not to follow the line of his collarbones under the tight black ANBU top.

Sometimes being a teenager is hell.

i figured out how yamato got his name!

so this is a panel from chapter 281 and its where sai is assigned on team seven and he's given his mission from danzo

there's a paper/poster glued to the column with 'yamato works' written on it.

so it can be assumed that this is a ROOT location

andyou can see in the kakashi anbu filler arc the root base where the sandaime takes yamato out of ROOT

the difference is uncanny, its probably the same location, that or danzo has a favored base layout

Absolutely disgusted with the chronic absence of armpit hair in the Naruto series cause either all Anbu carry Nair around like an essential or they all shave before wearing their gay ass little sleeveless turtleneck.

this made me WHEEZE

theories:

they're actually like swimmers...... they shave their entire body nightly for streamlining purposes

the ANBU gossip culture is bitchy as fuck. Did you see Raccoon's armpit hair during drills yesterday? Ewwww.

as part of the hazing process, they dump new recruits in a vat of XXX-strong Nair and the body hair just never goes back. unlucky members go right under and come out bald

uniform regulations. in a back room of konoha is a weird little ANBU uniform maker who INSISTS that all her boys and girls be sleek and shiny. for reasons. no she is not taking criticism.

it's about leaving no DNA traces at crime scenes they perpetuate undercover, in Konoha's name. Ideally they should shave their heads too, especially since every now and then some twit of a kid joins ANBU with bright white hair and thinks no one's gonna recognise his stupid paintbrush head just because he's wearing a mask but, I digress

they're having a secret in-house competition to see who can regulate their hair growth via chakra for longest. every so often they pull down each other's pants to check each other's concentration hasn't slipped and they've grown a stray pube. people have walked in on this. the ANBU don't explain.
