Things that me and my friends have called people from the Iliad/Odyssey

• my skrunkly blorbo: this was just me. I clearly do not have an issue at all

• the father of telepathy: I was telling my friend about how Odysseus refers to himself as the father of Telemachus. My friend cannot pronounce Telemachus, and since it has been saying that Odysseus is the father of telepathy, followed by me correcting them

• telephone germs: neither me nor the aforementioned friend could pronounce Telenogus correctly, so the friend suggested telephone genesis. I declined and said telephone germs was better. I have since (twenty minutes after a conversation with my English teacher) been able to pronounce it. After I told my English teacher in great detail how I can remove parts of the cannon so that telephone germs doenst exist, but I would still know the truth and I refuse to pretend to be less knowledgeable on the topic of Odysseus. My English teacher then said that she would never be able to look at the name telenogus the same again

Lol but really, I realistically expect it to be severely rocky. He’ll have good days, mostly bad days, but what keeps him grounded is of course his family, you know?

But imagine losing your entire fleet under your command...

...only to come back to an entire population of thousands of people, expecting that you will lead them.
