Whumpee is a person who cares about Caretaker and his friends. Whumpee is a person who is willing to endanger himself for the benefit of others. Whumpee is not someone who will complain, even when faced with difficulties or suffering. Whumpee is also able to restore the smiles of Caretaker and his friends who are sad.
Certainly, Whumpee is loved by Caretaker and his friends.
Therefore, when Whumpee finally woke up from his long sleep in the hospital bed, Caretaker and all his friends felt happy and grateful to see Whumpee open his eyes again. Whumpee doesn't understand at first, but then realizes where he is. Whumpee felt uncomfortable and tried to move, but Caretaker and his friends held him gently, preventing Whumpee from removing the oxygen mask or electrodes attached to his body.
After calming down, Whumpee knew that Caretaker and his friends were talking to him in turn, but his ears were not yet able to clearly hear what they were saying and reply to his words. Whumpee felt Caretaker holding his hand, one of his friends stroking his head, and he even felt the touch on his feet, which were wrapped in a blanket. Even though his eyes were still blurry, Whumpee's eyes moved weakly to look at the faces of Caretaker and his friends one by one. He could see the look of relief mixed with worry on the faces of each person there.
Whumpee knew Caretaker and his friends were fine, so he smiled and closed his eyes again.
A doctor who was there checked Whumpee's vital signs and said Whumpee was just asleep. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. At least Whumpee was awake, and they were free from the fear of losing friends they considered family.

Meet the members of the Water Has Memory team! First up:
PR Ambassador @bigfrozenfan
Tumblr media
“I joined the Water Has Memory team on 17 October 2023 and was chosen to be in charge of our marketing, i.e. I was responsible for advertising and sharing our posts on other fan platforms. After some designs and discussions, I created most of the ‘WE WANT YOU’ posters on Arendelle's stationery, first with Uncle Sam and later with Frozen characters. I also created the mood boards for each year.
It was great fun being part of the team and helping to plan everything. Since I've been a big Frozen fan for years, it was something special for me to help put together a fanzine on the occasion of Frozen's 10th anniversary.”

Bulls-eye Blueprint: Crafting Your Ideal Work Schedule
Tumblr media
In today's fast-paced work environment, crafting the perfect work timetable can be a game-changer for both employees and employers. A well-designed work plan not only ensures that tasks are completed efficiently but also promotes a healthy work-life balance. In this guide, we'll explore the key elements of creating an ideal work schedule that hits the target for both productivity and employee satisfaction.
Understanding Your Work Plan Target
Before diving into the details of creating your ideal work program, it's essential to understand your target. It includes identifying the specific needs of your team members, the nature of your work, and any constraints or limitations you may face. By understanding these factors, you can tailor your work arrangement to meet the unique needs of your team and maximize productivity.
Analyzing Team Member Work Schedules
One of the most critical aspects of crafting an ideal work plan is analyzing the work calendars of your team members. It includes understanding their availability, preferred working hours, and any specific scheduling requests they may have. By taking these factors into account, you can create a schedule that not only meets the needs of your team but also maximizes their productivity and job satisfaction.
How to Make a Work Timetable That Works
Tumblr media
Creating an effective work timetable requires careful planning and consideration. Here are some key steps to help you craft the perfect schedule for your team:
Assess Your Needs: Start by assessing the workload and tasks that need to be completed. It will help you determine the number of hours and the types of shifts required to meet your goals.
Consider Employee Preferences: Take into account the preferences and availability of your team members. It includes their preferred working hours, days off, and any other scheduling requests they may have.
Create a Flexible Schedule: Flexibility is the main to create an ideal work arrangement. Consider implementing flexible scheduling options, such as split shifts or compressed workweeks, to accommodate the needs of your team.
Use Technology: Take advantage of technology to streamline the scheduling process. There are many tools available that can help you create and manage work agendas with attendance monitoring more efficiently.
Monitor and Adjust: Once you've implemented your work scheduling target, it's significant to monitor its effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. It may include changing shift lengths, adding or removing shifts, or adjusting employee schedules based on workload and performance.
Ensuring Work-Life Balance
One of the primary goals of crafting an ideal work list is to ensure a healthy work-life balance for your team members. It means not only scheduling work hours effectively but also providing ample time for rest and personal activities. By prioritizing work-life balance in your scheduling efforts, you can improve employee satisfaction and reduce the risk of burnout.
Implementing Feedback Mechanisms
To ensure that your work plan is meeting the needs of your team, it's essential to implement feedback mechanisms. It can include regular check-ins with team members to discuss their scheduling preferences and any issues they may be facing. By soliciting feedback from your team, you can make adjustments to your schedule to better meet their needs and improve overall productivity.
Utilizing Workforce Management Tools
Tumblr media
In today's digital age, there are many workforce management tools available that can help you create and manage your work arrangements more efficiently. These tools can automate scheduling processes, track employee productivity hours, and provide valuable insights into scheduling trends and patterns. By utilizing these tools, you can streamline your scheduling efforts and ensure that your team is working at maximum efficiency.
Embracing Remote Work Opportunities
With the rise of remote work, it's important to consider how your work list can accommodate remote team members. It may involve implementing flexible scheduling options or providing remote work tools and resources to ensure that remote team members can effectively collaborate with their in-office counterparts.
Balancing Shifts and Workload
When crafting your ideal work agenda, it's important to balance shifts and workload to avoid burnout and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently. It may involve adjusting shift lengths, redistributing tasks, or implementing a rotating schedule to evenly distribute workload among team members.
Conclusion
Crafting an ideal work plan is a critical aspect of running a successful and productive team. By understanding your work schedule target, analyzing team members' work organised, and following the key steps outlined above, you can create a schedule that meets the needs of your team and helps you achieve your goals.

I just need to read fic where 72 absolutely destroys Oncelers cunt.
I am fucking cry7ngs bro.
I had needed to make a globe for my science project. And I was in group where I shockingly decided to the leader since the usual leader that would get chooses for girls (There were few girls so the girls and boys were together and the guys has the 12 years old mindset of girls Vs bois) And well, she's a smart gal but not that good of a leader (not like i am any better) so I said ill be it. And so they came to my apartment (since all of them had siblings I am the only one that didn't) ..from the start it was bad feelings... sigh, I suck at making friends and I half thought maybe I'll be somewhat friends with them now? but well that didn't happen since those three would just among themselves and act as if I didn't exist either ways, I told them to cut a map and so they did but later.. The plastic that 'I' spray painted we tried to put the maps pieces on it amd it was such a bad effing failure. And so after basically failing they just left, My mom cooked foods for them by they just left.
I bought another plastic ball, fcking painted the ball by myself, did the work by myself. I skipped my damn school because I felt like crying when the first one failed but it was fine. I didn't feel that sad. I did the globe AND TODAY! TONIGHT!? WHEN MY MOM TRYING TO PUT THE GLOBE IN A MAKESHIFT STAND IT FUCKING DEFLATED!? I.. started to straight up cry. I had worked so had for the fucking globe. Did it all by myself and the moment I asked for help it became a failure again. HOW FUCKING FRUSTRATING IS THAT!? AND MY PARENTS WERE MAD AT ME FOR CRYING!? DUDE, WHAT ELSE WOULD I DO!?
But now, my mom had cleaned off the first ball, and then first me to 2nd her painting the ball cuz I just feel so defeated. She told to colour the map by myself since I am better at it but I just feel so damn defeated. So, IG she told me to take a break and sigh drink my milk. And. yeah.. just a rant. I am tired. Just watching some trash taste, will drink my milk now and then go back to work.

one of the things that's the most fucking frustrating for me about arguing with climate change deniers is the sheer fucking scope of how much it matters. sweating in my father's car, thinking about how it's the "hottest summer so far," every summer. and there's this deep, roiling rage that comes over me, every time.
the stakes are wrong, is the thing. that's part of what makes it not an actual debate: the other side isn't coming to the table with anything to fucking lose.
like okay. i am obviously pro gun control. but there is a basic human part of me that can understand and empathize with someone who says, "i'm worried that would lead to the law-abiding citizens being punished while criminals now essentially have a superpower." i don't agree, but i can tell the stakes for them are also very high.
but let's say the science is wrong and i'm wrong and the visible reality is wrong and every climate disaster refugee is wrong. let's say you're right, humans aren't causing it or it's not happening or whatever else. let's just say that, for fun.
so we spend hundreds of millions of dollars making the earth cleaner, and then it turns out we didn't need to do that. oops! we cleaned the earth. our children grow up with skies full of more butterflies and bees. lawns are taken over with rich local biodiversity. we don't cry over our electric bills anymore. and, if you're staunchly capitalist and i need to speak ROI with you - we've created so many jobs in developing sectors and we have exciting new investment opportunities.
i am reminded of kodak, and how they did not make "the switch" to digital photography; how within 20 years kodak was no longer a household brand. do we, as a nation, feel comfortable watching as the world makes "the switch" while we ride the laurels of oil? this boggles me. i have heard so much propaganda about how america cannot "fall behind" other countries, but in this crucial sector - the one that could actually influence our own monopolies - suddenly we turn the other cheek. but maybe you're right! maybe it will collapse like just another silicone valley dream. but isn't that the crux of capitalism? that some economies will peter out eventually?
but let's say you're right, and i'm wrong, and we stopped fracking for no good reason. that they re-seed quarries. that we tear down unused corporate-owned buildings or at least repurpose them for communities. that we make an effort, and that effort doesn't really help. what happens then? what are the stakes. what have we lost, and what have we gained?
sometimes we take our cars through a car wash and then later, it rains. "oh," we laugh to ourselves. we gripe about it over coffee with our coworkers. what a shame! but we are also aware: the car is cleaner. is that what you are worried about? that you'll make the effort but things will resolve naturally? that it will just be "a waste"?
and what i'm right. what if we're already seeing people lose their houses and their lives. what if it is happening everywhere, not just in coastal towns or equatorial countries you don't care about. what if i'm right and you're wrong but you're yelling and rich and powerful. so we ignore all of the bellwethers and all of the indicators and all of the sirens. what if we say - well, if it happens, it's fate.
nevermind. you wouldn't even wear a mask, anyway. i know what happens when you see disaster. you think the disaster will flinch if you just shout louder. that you can toss enough lives into the storm for the storm to recognize your sacrifice and balk. you argue because it feels good to stand up against "the liberals" even when the situation should not be political. you are busy crying for jesus with a bullhorn while i am trying to usher people into a shelter. you've already locked the doors, even on the church.
the stakes are skewed. you think this is some intellectual "debate" to win, some funny banter. you fuel up your huge unmuddied truck and say suck it to every citizen of that shitbird state california. serves them right for voting blue!
and the rest of us are terrified of the entire fucking environment collapsing.

Cooking up an older Clervie outfit design so I don't have to keep drawing her looking like her child self but Long
#genshin impact#clervie#ngl i have so many thoughts about an older clrv's design but at the same time artistically im not that creative </3#mostly tried to make her look more like a direct contrast to arlecchino's design (which was already present but we ignore that)#cause arle's design is mostly very sharp and angular while i'd imagine clervie's being much more rounded out and softer#like they are the round vs pointy cat meme in human form#the hair was really tricky cause on one hand much like everyone else we dont really keep the same hairstyle our entire lives#butttttt at the same time idk i feel like her long hair flowing down (and her headband) are very recognizable parts of her#so i decided to not change much (also cause i dont trust myself making multiple drastic changes without changing their identity too much)#also halfways through coloring I realized she's kinda giving crucabena outfit wise but we ignore that </3#anyways clervie would def be a support/healer character if actually playable (leaning more towards buffer support imo)#ITS A MASSIVE 50/50 IF SHE WOULD BE A HYDRO OR ANEMO USER but i decided hydro for the time being cause it compliments HOTH's dpses more#aka Arlecchino Lyney and partially Freminet since if i remember correctly he's more physical based but cryo nonetheless#i just really like the idea of Clervie's passive being along the lines of boosting stats/dmg if there's HOTH members present in a team#anyways sorry for the text wall I just really need to be kicked out of the kitchen#i am UNDERCOOKING the food#character design is not my passion </3

Good reveal au, where after learning phantom's identity and realizing the atrocities that the GIW have committed (or alternatively, ethical science au, where they find out the GIW plagarized them), the fenton parents decided to create the 'ultimate ghost-ending weapon' and sell it to the agents.
They go absolutely overboard, describing to the agents in meticulous detail how it evaporates any ghost it hits near-instantly and describing it quite ruthlessly in the blueprints, and soon the GIW have raplaced all their main weapons with the new gun.
Except it doesn't actually kill ghosts. It's the Fenton Bazooka. You know, the one that creates a portable portal to suck the ghost back into the ghost zone? What they actually did was retool it slightly to make it look more grusome than it actually is. They even added a beacon in Phantom's Keep, which all Fenton Bazookas will target when they open a portal, so the ghosts are always delivered to the keep.
From there, Phantom stationed an emergency medical team at the keep to treat the many injured and ragged ghosts that the GIW 'destroyed,' and to explain what just happened.
What they didn't anticipate was that now that the GIW have a mass-produced weapon that they believed would effectively eradicate ghosts, they would go on the offensive. They have a number of cities they've been monitoring but didn't want to get involved in without better tools.
One of those cities is Gotham.
And the Bats are ectocontaminated enough to register as ghosts.
Batman witnessed several of his children get evaporated by green energy weapons within mere moments of each other. He's absolutely gutted. Devastated. They didn’t even stand a chance.
He'll get his revenge, and it's frighteningly easy to track the weapon to private subcontractors. The Doctors Fenton, in Illinois. Their research calls for the genocide of all ghost kind, and apparently, that war started by killing his own children.
His children will not die in vain.
He gets to Amity Park and finds the Engineer's Nightmare of a building that is Fentonworks, but that night, before he can hack through the security and break in, one of the windows opens.
It's one of his kids that he had watched evaporate before his very eyes. They give him a silent signal of one of their identifying security codes and gesture for him to come inside.
Is it a trap? A prank in poor taste? Utterly genuine?
He goes through the window.
All of his dead kids are there, wearing borrowed pajamas and only their dominoes to conceal their identities. Daniel Fenton (son of the Fentons, this is his bedroom, has voiced a few arguments against his parent's views, but still an unknown) is among the crowd of teens and young adults, twirling on an office chair and obnoxiously sipping a capri sun.
"First thing you need to know, Bats," Daniel says after finishing his drink, "is that my parents are absolutely NOT genocidal ectophobic scumbags, and that is the reason why your kids are still alive."

A few weeks ago, I put it like this:
We need not put our careers, our futures, in the hands of people who lack expertise, wisdom, and professionalism.
Of course the question is how do we know we’re working for or with people who're lacking in those capacities?
One of the first ways of knowing is simply how you feel. And yes. I know how that sounds. But there’s no way around it.
Do you feel like you’re learning?
Do you feel isolated or in collaboration?
Do you feel like you can’t wait to come back?
There are, for sure, objective ways of measuring the answers to these questions. The thing is, though, you already know. And that knowledge translates into specific feelings. Also, I don’t know if this is apparent yet, but the questions about learning and can’t wait to come back... are contingent on the second question: whether you’re on your own or you’re working with people. Whether you’re receiving instruction and guidance and answers to questions. Whether you’re on a team.
And you know when you are.
And you feel when you are. I don’t care how that sounds.
Don’t get me wrong. When you’re hired, you bring your best. You bring your “A” game. You learn quickly. You ask questions. You never make the same mistake twice. You never have to be told twice. And you do that no matter what.
That doesn’t, however, mean you’re staying. If there’s something to learn, of course, learn it. But if there isn’t or you’ve learned what there is... then keep your “A” game in play and start looking for another opportunity.
Why the “A” game?
Because other people see you as well. And if they’re the right kind of people and they remember you later in your career, that can lead to opportunities.
No joke. Sometimes it happens that way out of the blue with people you never really got to know. But you made an impression that paid off.
Okay.
So we’ll leave this here right now and pick it up again tomorrow...
🙂

I'm writing a bigger post about my experience with the new PT yesterday (my head's still full of fog), but aside from being a generally positive experience where my pain was kept to a minimum and she let me guide the intensity of the session, it was also a relief to finally be around someone who understood EDS and wasn't afraid to explicitly roll her eyes at the gatekeeping that goes on with diagnosing people.
We talked briefly about how POTS isn't officially in my health partners file because I "don't meet the criteria" (diagnosis requires a change in the heartbeat of over 30bpm. Mine presented as 29 the one time they tested me while I wasn't in a flare. lol, lmao even.)
But specifically, we were talking about how I don't always present as typically EDS either because I've grown increasingly stiff in parts of my body, and without missing a beat, she said, "Of course you are; pain stiffens the body. It's an inflammatory response."
Like it was the most obvious thing to her and not something I'd need to hedge my way around explaining lest I become An Annoying Patient.
She then went on to detail how a lot of patients referred to her by rheumatology for fibromyalgia are actually hypermobile and are likely good candidates for hEDS screening, but because they're "stiff," they're being missed. But it's not like you, a lowly PT, know better than a rheumatologist (who shouldn't really be diagnosing EDS because it's not a rheumatic disorder), so the patient goes on not getting the full extent of the help they need.
And I remember how it was taking everything in me at that moment to just not to just cry with relief because oh my god. You. You get it.
