Can all my Teen wolf and sterek people gather around real quick.
So what if Scott's pack and Derek all accidentally traveled back in time to when their parents went to school in Beacon Hills.
Now here's my version of this.
Claudia and Talia are soul sister besties. Claudia was just like Stiles, hyperactive, a spaz, short attention span, adhd, etc (also a freaking spark). Talia, was this cool werewolf future alpha girl with a hyperactive puppy for a best friend. (They would totally gossip and talk about Lydia's mom behind her back)
Noah (Stiles dad) was a loner. He was awkward. Couldn't talk to a woman to save his life (Claudia obviously made the first move). He was more invested in criminal law and mysteries.
Marissa (Scott's mom) was in her own corner. She briefly met Claudia and talked to her once or twice.
Lydia's mom (idk her name) was smart but played dumb and all that jass to win the hot guy.
I'm also thinking Peter definitely had a crush on Claudia when he was a kid during this time since she would babysit him a lot.
Claudia and Deaton are also besties and emissaries in training.
The Argent family are in Beacon Hills (I personally would not know how this would go but in intrigued)
Claudia and Talia are exactly like Scott and Stiles and getting into all sorts of trouble and adventures with Deaton at their side and hiding the secrets of the supernatural.
And all of Scott's pack plus Derek gets to see how their parents know each other and have met along with their adventures.
Let me know your version of this and enjoy

“When I received word of Davy Jones’ latest venture called ‘The Street,’ I couldn’t have been more excited for David. His plan was to have a ‘street,’ actually the whole floor under the famous ‘in’ club The Factory, where his friends could sell their handmade goods. Then the invitation came for the opening and I thought ‘he’s really done it!’ Along with our photographer Kenny Lieu, I went to the opening, which I’m sorry to report was a little disappointing. Only a few of the stalls were filled and the supposed star-studded gala opening was everything but that! Mark and Melinda Slade were there, as was Peter Tork and of course, David, Linda and Talia. If you’re planning a trip to Hollywood, along with Sam’s ‘One of a Kind’ in North Hollywood, be sure to stop by David’s ‘The Street’ for I’m sure before long, more stalls will be filled and there will be much more activity. I hope so, for it’s an ingenious plan!” - Ann Moses in her Meow! Column, Tiger Beat, September 1970

The Hale Family
So, as someone who is an avid enjoyer of all Hales, particularly the Hale men, and is a writer, naturally their wider family comes up when I write. Anywhere between ten and fourteen people died in the Hale fire, not all Werewolves but presumably all family. That is a big ass family.
So, I did what Jeff Davis’s clown lookin’ coward ass couldn’t and I made the full Hale family, further extended family pending because I have too much free time.
Also, they even have birthdays, death dates, and birth years. Fuck you, Jeff.
I won’t be covering Derek, Cora or Malia in particular detail, just giving some basics, because otherwise this post would be.. even longer than it already is.
This took so damn long so.. enjoy
(This timeline works under the assumption that season 6B, when Scott and co are eighteen, takes place in the year 2013, and fuck you all the Hales lived and got to see their full potential so they can have actual personalities.)
Lillian and Lincoln Hale (Emma Thompson and Eric Roberts)
Lillian, she/her, straight. Born Werewolf.
Lincoln, he/him, straight. Bitten Werewolf.
Lillian’s birthday - July 20th, 1943. Cancer.
Lincoln’s birthday - December 27th, 1940. Capricorn.
Lillian’s death - October 12th, 1997.
Lincoln’s death - March 23rd, 2004.
Lillian lived until Peter, the youngest of five siblings, was fourteen years old and then died. She was the Alpha until her death, and at this point her eldest daughter Talia inherited the spark.
Lillian could’ve been a chef, but she chose to remain at home to care for her gaggle of pups, and later their grandchildren. She loved poetry, and that’s one of the reasons she fell in love with her husband, who was an amateur poet. She loved all of her children equally, or so she said, but everyone knew that Peter was her favourite. He was so much younger than his siblings, so truly they didn’t mind.
Lillian was a Cancer, the mother of the zodiac. She was very maternal, to any and all members of the pack, even those who were older or weren’t family. She argued this was because she was the Alpha, but Lincoln said it was just her nature. He loved that about her.
Lillian died just a short while before her youngest son turned sixteen. She was aged fifty-four. When she died, she was holding her son, who had skipped school that day to be close to her.
Lincoln was not as soft as his wife; he was firmer with his children but still rarely denied them things. He was passionate about education and wanted all of his children to excel in their chosen field, never wanting to pressure them into something they hated. You cannot succeed fully in something that you hate. He loved literature, particularly poetry, and nature. He was elated to move into the pack house when he married Lillian.
Lincoln was a Capricorn, the zodiac that thirsts for knowledge with his birthday on December 27th and was born in the year 1940. He never got a chance to go to university as a young man as he came from a lower-class family than his wife but if it had been an option, he would’ve done it online later in life.
Lincoln died aged sixty-four. Talia had been the closest to her father and it was her that organised his funeral, though it was a family decision to bury him beside his wife.
Talia and Nathaniel Hale (Alicia Coppola and Skeet Ulrich)
Talia, she/her, bisexual. Born Werewolf.
Nathaniel, he/him, heterosexual (Talia-sexual). Bitten Werewolf.
Talia’s birthday - February 18th, 1963. Aquarius.
Nathaniel’s birthday - March 30th, 1963. Aries.
Their anniversary - December 26th. They’ve been married for twenty-nine years.
Talia was prepared for a long time to become the Alpha. Unlike many hunter families, Werewolf packs are generally not matriarchal, and neither are the Hales, instead the responsibility of becoming Alpha is given to the eldest born of the current Alpha. This is only not done in rare circumstances such as the eldest dying before becoming Alpha, the eldest being younger than eighteen when the current Alpha dies, or them nominating a younger sibling as a ‘better fit’ for the role. Talia had none of these happen.
She wasn’t sure that she wanted to be the Alpha, she had a good political career ahead of her that she didn’t want to give up. Then, her husband Nathaniel (who her siblings swear up and down is her soulmate) pointed out that she could have both. He was there for her to lean on when things got hard, as the partner of the Alpha, and plenty of women were excellent mothers while having thriving careers. So, she did both.
Talia was the mayor of Beacon Hills for many years and was well loved by her community. She invested family wealth into the town, making sure the community was not lacking in what it needed, never shying away from hard truths when it came to her work.
Nathaniel married into the Hale family because he loved Talia with every piece of himself. When she told him about Werewolves, he hadn’t missed a beat. The night she told him was the night that he told her that he loved her. He became a Werewolf himself shortly after Talia became the Alpha. They were both thirty-four at the time.
Nathaniel loves Talia because she’s intelligent, a problem solver, he is sure there will never be an issue in their lives that she cannot overcome. Talia loves Nathaniel because he’s grounded and calm, and he has silly quirks that make her laugh like his personal vendetta against green beans.
The couple began having children quite quickly. They were high school sweethearts, went to the same college, and once they had both graduated, they began trying for children immediately. It took a while, and in retrospect they were glad because it gave them time to settle more into their careers, and Laura was born in 1986, when the two were twenty-three. Derek followed in ‘88 and Cora in ‘95, the couple aged twenty-five and thirty-two respectively.
Mae and Stuart Hale (Adelaine Morin and Andrew Walker)
Mae, she/her, bisexual. Born Werewolf.
Stuart, he/him, pansexual. Human.
Mae’s birthday - September 22nd, 1969. Libra.
Stuart’s birthday - July 3rd, 1965. Cancer.
Their anniversary - February 11th. They’ve been married for twenty-one years.
Mae was the sort of person who could never quite be categorised. She was a social floater, never restricted herself to one interest or social group, tried everything that she could (and given that they were well off, that was plenty of things). She loved her twin brother dearly, but she needed more than family. She couldn’t be entertained by them anymore, not like the could as a kid, and that was nobody’s fault.
She got along with all of her siblings, though wasn’t particularly close with Peter. Again, nobody’s fault, they were just too different. Peter preferred to be calm, stationary, and relaxed, where Mae loved to be on the move, experiencing new things and amped up with adrenaline. The ADHD to his Autism.
Mae met Stuart while hiking. Stuart is the outdoors-y type, and likes anything and everything nature. When she told him about the Supernatural, he took it in stride in a way that no other family addition had (other than, of course, Brooke - who was Supernatural herself). Stuart is a very relaxed man when he isn’t enjoying nature, and he loves how passionate his wife is. They balance each other.
Stuart loves the little things, like playing Lego with his kids and going out on warm days to paddle in the creek that runs through the preserve. He makes sure to track the wildlife in the preserve, not wanting his Wolfy family to accidentally ruin the ecosystem. They assure him that this is unnecessary, but he enjoys it.
George Hale (Jared Padalecki)
George, he/him, biromantic, asexual. Born Werewolf.
George’s birthday - September 22nd, 1969. Libra.
Growing up, George and Mae were practically inseparable, and it was George that changed that. He watched as she changed, becoming less like him, and decided she would be better off with different friends, friends that were more like her and weren’t family members. Sometimes he regrets it, since he was a little lonely in school after that, but he knows it helped her thrive and so he’s also glad that he made the choice. They continued to be close despite the change, which he was glad for.
He’s kind of the black sheep of his siblings (though this did rub off on Peter in his younger years, just a little), with a more alternative style and taste in music, particularly as a teenager and in his 20s. He grew out of that when he had Iris, at least on the outside, though she was raised on rock music.
George wanted children much more than he wanted a partner. He didn’t much care for settling down with someone for the rest of his life, and as much as he understood the appeal and appreciated how happy his siblings were, it just wasn’t for him. But he did want a child. Enter his friend, who wanted to be a surrogate. Money wasn’t a problem for George, so they found the best doctor for the procedures and less than a year later, he had his little girl.
Celia and Brooke Hale (Claire Holt and Kylie Bunbury)
Celia, she/her, bisexual. Born Werewolf.
Brooke, she/her, lesbian. Wendigo.
Celia’s birthday - February 22nd, 1977. Pisces.
Brooke’s birthday - January 8th, 1975. Capricorn.
Their anniversary - July 22nd. They’ve been married for eighteen years.
Celia and Brooke never truly grew up. Celia was always the most energetic and bubbly of her siblings, which absolutely rubbed off on her nieces. The family sometimes joke that they must all have gotten the giggly gene that their aunt has. It’s always been Celia that would be first to volunteer to play with the pups, happy to get muddy or covered in glitter if it would make them happy. The only person who would challenge her for that title would be Peter, but ‘he has a reputation to maintain’.
Brooke was everything that Celia wanted in a life partner. There had been some difficult conversations when Brooke had first met the other Hales because of her species, but after that she had been accepted as if she was a ‘Wolf like the rest of them.
Celia hates the colour yellow and hates her wife for loving the colour yellow. Brooke loves the colour yellow, and loves tormenting her wife with it even more. They’re the most publicly affectionate couple of the Hales, and the locals love them. Celia works in the elementary school with the youngest kids, so lots of moms know her and while the odd one or two are intolerant, generally they love her and love knowing she’s teaching their children to be caring and gentle. Brooke is a private nurse, working specifically with the Supernatural. While some refuse to see her because she’s a Wendigo, many of her clients like her and it’s good for local relations. The Hale pack has the confidence of all Wendigos, within a couple hundred miles. It’s nice. It feels like family.
Peter Hale (Ian Bohen)
Peter, he/him, bisexual. Born Werewolf.
Peter’s birthday - October 27th, 1981. Scorpio.
Peter loves his family dearly, considering himself to be a family man (though he’d never admit it out loud). His best friend growing up was his big sister Celia, and he admired his eldest sister Talia to no end. Mae helped him gain control over his shift and George had taught him how to fight, just in case. Peter went on to become the left hand of the Hale pack.
He was sixteen when he met Corinne, known often by her title of the Desert Wolf. She was a Werecoyote, significantly older than him. He felt special. This is when his daughter Malia was conceived. For a time, Corinne had been content with Peter under her thumb, protected by the power of the Hale pack, or so she thought. When Talia found out, she berated the woman, but Peter’s dedication allowed Corinne to stay. When Malia took half of her power, Corinne fled with her tail between her legs leaving Peter and his siblings to raise Malia to the best of their ability, even while Peter was still in school.
Peter hasn’t bothered with a long-term relationship since Corinne, too absorbed by his duties to his pack, his work obligations and making sure that his daughter has everything that she could ever want. Giving gifts is one of his love languages.
Laura Hale (Meghan Ory)
Laura, she/her, bisexual. Born Werewolf.
Laura’s birthday - June 5th, 1986. Gemini.
Laura grew up with the knowledge that one day she would become the Alpha of her pack, which was shaping up to be... kind of huge. It was a little bit overwhelming, and it worried her sometimes. She was glad to have her brother. Laura, of course, had other friends, but none of them knew about the Supernatural which meant she couldn’t really talk about the stresses that came with being the eldest child of the Alpha. But she could tell Derek.
They weren’t best friends, Peter held that spot for Derek, but they were very close and helped each other with schoolwork, Laura drove Derek home from school when she had a car, but he didn’t, she went to all of his basketball games. They were very close.
Laura loved skincare and flowers; her room was covered in as many plans as she could fit on each surface while still allowing them to grow. Later in life, she began working on her own skincare line, comfortable enough from their family fortune to open up a business and Derek was her unfortunate test subject.
Laura had a very close friend in high school with a boy called Josh. He was a bit of a man whore and had managed to have sex with just the right people to find out about the Supernatural by accident. This made them even closer, even if he couldn’t quite understand. They had gotten very close, she would even dare to say that they had fallen in love, but then a girl that Josh was friends with after sleeping with her became pregnant. He was a good man, only eighteen when he promised to be around to care for his child, but that meant when Laura went to college, they lost contact entirely. She misses him sometimes still.
Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin)
Derek, he/him, bisexual. Born Werewolf.
Derek’s birthday - November 7th, 1988. Scorpio.
Cora Hale (Adelaide Kane)
Cora, she/her, lesbian. Born Werewolf.
Cora’s birthday - August 9th, 1995. Leo.
Lucy Hale (Maia Mitchell)
Lucy, she/her, bisexual. Born Werewolf.
Lucy’s birthday - April 29th, 1989. Taurus.
Lucy is kind of anti-social. She got along well with her cousins, happy to be around them, but was never really interested in their rowdy activities. She was a Werewolf like the others, but was more comfortable with Iris as she was human and so had to be careful to avoid being hurt. Often, they would sit together while the others wrestled or played tag with no shoes on.
Lucy didn’t have many friends at school, mostly choosing to keep her head down and get on with things, though she got along well with her teachers. Her best subjects were always maths based (mathematics, physics, engineering) but she never bothered with college. She didn’t need to work, so she wasn’t too worried about higher education. Not to say that she does nothing, of course she does find ways to occupy her time and earn money, but not through conventional means. She also does a lot of volunteering, mostly with the elderly or the homeless. They’re calm, and nice to talk to.
Lucy is the mentally ill one of the younger generation, (maybe excluding poor Derek), suffering with both anxiety and depression, but nobody at home ever lets her sink too far, always there to pull her back and make sure that she’s taking care of herself, even if that just means sitting on the floor in her room while they work so she isn’t alone.
Charlie Hale aka Jackson Whittemore (Colton Haynes)
Jackson, he/him, bisexual. Human.
Jackson’s birthday - June 15th, 1995. Cancer.
Jackson is a human. His mother is a Born Werewolf, but his father is human, and he gets the genetic short end of the stick.
The way I use Jackson’s story here varies based on whether I like Talia for the story. If I decide I can make Talia a bad person, I write that she gave Jackson up for adoption because he was human rather than a Werewolf. If not, Mae and Stuart either died as Jackson’s parents did in canon (car crash, though significantly more Supernatural) or Mae was young when she had Jackson, too young, and he was given up (in this situation, he would be older rather than Lucy). There are various other more outlandish ideas (the Whittemores are hunters that kidnapped Jackson to ‘save’ him) but those are my main ones.
If he’s going to be growing up with the Hales, then he is effectively the same as he is in canon, though with significantly less insecurity. Think young Derek. A little full of himself, still a little arrogant, but his desire for success is driven by competition with intelligent cousins and wanting praise (though he’ll get it regardless because his parents love him), this means if he was given the bite, he would simply become a Werewolf.
Jackson Hale is less emotionally constipated, and more affectionate. He would treat Lydia better, treat Danny better (probably also realise that Danny knows about the Supernatural, maybe even be the one to tell him), and just be an all-around better person. Standard douche still, sure, but not as bad as he was.
Iris Hale (Anna Cathcart)
Iris, she/her, bisexual. Bitten Werewolf.
Iris’s birthday - May 16th, 1993. Taurus.
Iris was conceived in a lab then implanted into her biological mother. She was born a human, because her mother was one, and so grew up cherished. Her father loves her dearly, she was always a little spoiled but thankfully it never got to her head too much. George offered to introduce her to her mother a few times, since after Iris had been born, she’d moved town (for unrelated reasons), but Iris had declined saying that he was all she needed.
Iris is an artist. She is happy to engage in any form of art really, but her favourites are pottery and creative writing. She works as an editor for a small publishing company, and she loves it, mostly working from home and on her own time as long as she meets her deadlines.
She has the bubbly gene that Celia has, seeing the joy in everything that happens, always the one to find the silver lining and people say that it’s contagious. She’s the first person to comfort family when they’re down and is very family oriented.
Iris got the bite from her aunt Talia after she got sick one year. It was only normal winter illness, but she’d gotten one after the other and her immune system was hugely struggling, her doctors warning her to be careful, lest she get sick again, because next time it would be much more dangerous. She got the bite not long later, making her immune to illness.
Sophie Hale (Marsai Martin)
Sophie, she/her, bisexual. Human.
Sophie’s birthday - December 8th, 1992. Sagittarius.
Sophie is the typical ‘basic girl’ type. She’s adopted, and human, and never particularly cared for getting the bite. She doesn’t need that to win against her cousins in a fight. Sophie is a big fan of going to the gym, and when she started going, she went with Derek. He was already more experienced with exercise, having done basketball for years, and he could stop people from staring (not that she couldn’t do that herself, but he had that look that made guys back off). Now she can confidently say, as long as a guy isn’t Supernatural, she can make him back up.
Though, she isn’t just a gym girl, Sophie also loves going clubbing. She’s been drinking since before she was old enough to do so because she could and growing up with Werewolves meant they often forget you aren’t immune like they are. Now, she loves getting dressed up with her girls, sometimes with her cousins too, and going out to Sinema, or sometimes even Jungle, and just having some fun and letting loose.
For work, she just does something perfectly mundane. She works as a receptionist, but she works as a receptionist at a smaller independent B&B. They get people who stop there just overnight as they’re passing through and couples sometimes too - probably having affairs. Originally, she’d applied to various places for similar but better paid positions, but then when a friend mentioned that she worked at the shitty B&B and sometimes worried she would get hurt, Sophie got a job there for herself. Now, she’s also technically security, and she loves it.
Malia Tate (Hale) (Shelley Hennig)
Malia, she/they, panromantic, asexual. Werecoyote.
Malia’s birthday - February 10th, 1997. Aquarius.

Sometimes I read a take like this and wonder how the hell anyone could just pretend that a huge part of the show didn't happen.
1. Derek was NOT an idiot. Not sure how op came up with this.
2. Everyone's arc had plot holes in it. Didn't mean the arcs didn't happen. The entire show is a giant plot hole.
3. Derek as we first see him compared to Derek as we last saw him, huge difference. He was not the same person. Seriously, he was a different person. He grew up.
4. Derek's mistakes aren't justified because he is attractive. Maybe a few people are like that, but the majority are not. We know Derek made mistakes, every character made mistakes.
5. He wasn't a bully. He didn't pick on people for his own amusement or for the hell of it. He kept to himself until he couldn't. He tried to help Scott but Scott pushed back and refused multiple times so Derek got aggressive to get his point across. Derek was a born wolf, he knows how wolves are, whereas Scott didn't even know werewolves were real until he was bit.
6. Derek was scared. Not only was his sister (Laura Hale) murdered 6 years after his entire family was murdered and he felt he was at fault, there was an alpha (Peter Hale) turning people without consent and now to not only protect himself, but also protect the people of Beacon Hills, he has to help a newly turned wolf. He can't ignore it, he can't just leave. If he doesn't, people will die.
7. Derek didn't take advantage of people weaker than him. He made sure they knew what they were getting themselves into. He got consent before giving anyone the bite. He only turned teens because teens have a much better chance of surviving the bite. He picked teens who needed something better in their lives, like Isaac, Erica, and Boyd. Giving Jackson the bite was basically his hands being tied. He still had consent but he didn't really want to turn him but Jackson would not stop until he got what he wanted.
8. Derek was never meant to be an alpha. He was always supposed to be a beta but when he became an alpha, he did what he was supposed to do, build a pack. He needed a pack, he literally needed a pack or it would lead to him becoming a feral omega who would eventually be killed by hunters. Even with that, when he knew his betas would be in danger from the alpha pack, he pushed Isaac away to protect him. Yes, he scared Isaac by acting like his dad, yelling and throwing shit, but he did that to protect Isaac in the only way he could think of because he knew Isaac would never leave him otherwise.
9. Derek was young. Seriously y'all act like he was 40 and had his life figured out. He was 19 in the pilot (yes, I know Jeff changed his age along with other shit but in season one he was written and played as a 19 year old guy) he had been on the run and in hiding for 6 years before we see him. He is lost without his alpha and sister. He has no idea what he is supposed to do with everything that was literally thrown at him.
10. Hunters were still trying to kill him. Hunters knew who he was. He had to be careful and he was scared. Now comes along a teenager just turned who won't listen to a word he says and is literally putting Derek's life in danger by insisting he can be a normal teen when he can't. Derek has been living in a world of it's either you or me for years because of hunters. He had every right to think in a survivalist way.
11. Derek learned from his mistakes. He learned that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. He learned that physical force and aggression doesn't work for everyone. He learned people can be reasoned with if given the chance. He learned a lot from his experiences and even from Scott too.
12. Derek was an abuse/rape survivor. That causes many mental issues that he was still trying to work through. After Kate, he couldn't allow himself to trust anyone until the person proved themselves, which Scott and Stiles did. Derek was continuously hurt. Abuse literally alters how your brain functions so yeah, he's gonna fuck up but he does learn from it.
13. Derek overcame his trust issues, he learned to trust Scott and Stiles. He learned not everyone was out to get him. He learned to be a better person. He let himself have nice things. He learned to live and not just survive. He literally gained the ability to fully shift like his mom and sister.
14. Derek was captured multiple times and tortured just because he was a werewolf, something he couldn't control. He tried to live in peace. He tried to survive. He eventually was able to settle down and be a father.
15. He literally scarifices himself. And not just sacrificing himself, but by burning to death... Like his family. And in front of his son. Do you really think Derek from season one would have done that? Because I don't think he would.
16. Derek isn't the best at expressing his emotions. He isn't the best at talking. At first he seems to panic and go to worst case scenario which is fair after everything he's been through. Threatening to kill Scott if he was stupid enough to risk outing himself as a werewolf just for a stupid lacrosse game, I'd be frustrated too if this kid who knows nothing of this world refuses to listen to someone who does. It put Derek's life at risk even more than it already was.
17. Derek really struggled with guilt. He would have felt responsible if Scott ended up hurting someone. He would have felt it was his fault for not doing enough to help Scott learn how to control himself.
18. Derek cared about other people. He tried not to show it, but he did give a shit about others. He forgave Scott for not telling him his plan for Gerard and using his body as a weapon against his will. He forgave Scott. Derek wasn't the most forgiving person at the time but he still forgave Scott.
19. Derek had his body used as a weapon. And not just once. He was also used to kill Boyd. He felt so much guilt for killing Boyd, even though he didn't kill him, he was just used to kill Boyd.
20. Derek is a very nuanced character. He isn't boring or cliche. There's so many twists and turns in his life. He was once a normal teenaged (werewolf) boy. He was traumatized and had his entire world crumble down all around him and he lost damn near everything. He had the weight of the world on his shoulders. Derek stepped up when he needed to and he stepped down as well. He always tried to do the right thing, and sometimes he messed up, but he still kept trying.
Now I know there is so much more I could say, and it if you made it this far, congrats!
So TLDR; The take you have on Derek is completely wrong and here's several reasons why. No, I will not take criticism and you can't convince me otherwise. Derek is a character with a lot of depth, growth, and him being attractive is just a huge bonus.

Teen wolf fancast hcs: for the parents/adults in their teen years
(I was inspired)
Talia Hale
Faceclaim: Ronnie Hawk
Future alpha of the Hale Pack. (Right now, she is an alpha in training)
First daughter of alphas Sandra and Patrick Hale and older sister of Peter Hale
She has the presence of a black cat and guard dog mixed in one
She is very scary and intimidating at first sight, but once you get to know her, she is a puppy
Her family are all werewolves
She and Peter have a typical love-hate sibling relationship
She is very well known in Beacon hills
Talia is extremely blunt and tells it like it is
She has many admirers who are both human and werewolf
She has a small circle of trust, which is Claudia, Peter, Alan Deaton, Deucalion, and James (her future husband)
Is best friends with Claudia and has known each other since they were pups
Has great respect for the Gajos family
Talia is extremely protective
Loves Claudia like a sister
She gets love letters and gifts from James almost every day in her locker
She's a fighter and short tempered
Talia doesn't like Claudia's jeep and tells her constantly that it's a death trap waiting to happen
Whenever Talia has a problem, she immediately goes straight to Claudia
She knows French, polish, and a little Spanish
Hates it when Claudia gives her nicknames but never tells her to stop
☆●☆●☆●☆●☆●☆●☆●☆●☆●☆●☆●☆●☆○☆○☆
Claudia Gajos
Faceclaim: Mary Mouser
Future emissary for the Hale pack (she is an emissary in training alongside Deaton)
Daughter of Mieczyslaw and Magda Gajos
Claudia's father is Talia's father's emissary and most trusted friend
Claudia's entire family, that is of the Gajos bloodline, has spark magic deep within their veins, but their are also humans in her family as well
Claudia is the female version of her future son Stiles. She has major ADHD and a hyperactive spaz. She is extremely sarcastic to the point where it gets her in trouble. She also trips over air
Claudia is also one of the most loyal and caring people you'll ever meet. She would run through a burning building for the people she loved and would care for them like a mother but also scold them and hit them upside the head for their stupidity
She loves wearing flannels and overalls
Her father gave her Roscoe the jeep on her 15th birthday, and she loves it very much
She has no filter and says what's on her mind a lot
She speaks fluent Polish
She has a polish accent
Whenever she is frustrated or going on a rant, she unconsciously speaks Polish
Claudia calls Talia a lot of nicknames just to tease her, but the one nickname she uses the most for Talia is Sourwolf
Considers herself wise beyond her years and a free spirit
After Claudia's father passed away, Talia was always there for her, along with the rest of the Hale pack
The Hale pack sees Claudia as one of their own
She has a minor crush on Noah Stilinski, which Talia disapproves of, but doesn't say anything
☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆♡☆
James Samuel aka future Papa Hale
Faceclaim: Henry Zaga
James is a human in a mixed family full of werewolves and humans
He and Talia's parents arranged a marriage between them to bind their packs together.
When James first met Talia, he immediately fell for her and has tried ever since to win her affection
Speaks fluent Spanish
He is on the Beacon Hills high school wrestling and basketball team
He is the leather jacket king. (He wears leather jackets all the time)
Is the most popular guy at Beacon Hills high and every girl has a crush on him
Everyone in school knows he's trying to court Talia and his teammates often tease him about it
When James is with his friends, he's cool and popular. But whenever he's around Talia and tries to talk to her, he becomes a stuttering, clumsy, lovesick mess, and it becomes hilariously painful to watch
He is a bookworm and loves reading.
He would always leave notes, poems, gifts, and flowers at Talia's locker
Whenever a guy or wolf go near Talia, he gets insanely jealous and plots their death in his mind
Literally worships the ground Talia walks on
He finds Peter a little scary and intimidating. Same thing with Claudia
Despite being human, he can definitely put up a fight
{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}
Noah Stilinski
Faceclaim: Tanner Buchanan
Noah is the son of Elias 'Stiles' Stilinski and Sarah Stilinski
Noah is extremely antisocial and distant with everyone due to his homelife, which has gained him a reputation as the town freak
He's also very socially awkward and doesn't do well with other people
He only has one friend, and that was Rafael McCall, who was also one of the popular guys who was friends with James
Rafael and Noah were decently close but not like Stiles and Scott. The difference was that Rafael and Noah had a mutual interest and respect for one another
Noah and Claudia met in high school when Claudia almost accidentally ran over Noah with her jeep, which she immediately apologized for, and ever since then, their interactions became more frequent
At first, Noah found Claudia weird and a bit annoying. But he then soon started developing a crush on her
Like his future son, Noah always seemed to find himself in the middle of some type of trouble or drama. Most of the time, it's unintentional.
He doesn't know about the supernatural, but he had his fair share of strange and unexplainable encounters
He's a momma's boy
Every time Noah's dad tries to lay a hand on his mom, he would immediately get in between them
He has been kicked out of his house more times than he can count
Whenever he didn't have a place to go, he would usually crash at Rafael's couch
Noah is literally a magnet for trouble, which also gained him the reputation as a troublemaker
He fears Talia
Talia has also made it clear she does not like him or thinks he is worthy enough for Claudia
After he graduates, he plans on heading to basic training for army
Has a love for mysteries and criminal law
Has a mouth on him that gets him in trouble both at home and at school
Gets into A LOT of school fights
Has been punched and kicked more times than he can count, but he gives just as good as he gets
Considers Claudia, Rafael, and Melissa the only real friends he has
When he gets into a fight, most of the time, Rafael and James will join or stop the fight
Is very aggressive and short tempered
He is very private about his personal life
Does not want Claudia anywhere near his dad
Noah was once on thin ice with James because he thought Noah liked Talia instead of Claudia, but they cleared it up, and now they're ok
<_>_<_>_<_>_<_>_<_>_<_>_<_>_<_>_<_>_<_>_<_
Rafael McCall
Faceclaim: Drew Ray Tanner
Rafael is the son of Carmen and Arthur McCall
Rafael is your typical playboy in Beacon Hills High School.
He is also on the wrestling and basketball team
He was a part of James friend group, but he was also close with Noah, but they were just mutual
When I said he was a playboy, he was a PLAYBOY!! He literally slept with a lot of girls in high school, including Melissa
He was also a party animal and would get drunk a lot
Has a very short temper and very aggressive
He likes Melissa and thinks she's cool
He knows about Noah's family and always welcomes him in his home
He thinks Noah's crush on Claudia is adorable but weird at the same time
He thinks Claudia is very strange and Talia is very scarey
Rafael is also a jerk most of the time
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Melissa Delgado
Faceclaim: Inde Navarrette
Melissa is the daughter Annemarie and Ricardo Delgado
Melissa is a very shy and antisocial girl who is also a bit of a nerd
She tends to stay in her own corner
Like Scott, she also worked at the vet clinic as volunteer work
She is very nice, but also very awkward around new people
She and Claudia have talked and are close with each other
Melissa and Rafael have slept together, but when it first started, it was at a bonfire party and she had one drink too many
Melissa and Noah were introduced by Rafael
Melissa noticed Noah showing up to school with bruises and a cut on his neck
So after a while, she offered to fix him up, no questions asked
Scott wasn't actually her first child.
She got pregnant before Scott in her senior year and told Rafael about it as soon as she was sure, but after her first trimester, she had a miscarriage and both Rafael and Noah were there to comfort her
After that, Rafael and Melissa started getting closer
Rafael is a ''little'' jealous of Noah and Melissa interacting a lot
She, Noah, and Talia have been on group dates with Rafael, Claudia, and James. Which were both awkward but fun in the end

Natalie Martin
Faceclaim: Emily Carey
Natalie is the daughter of Eleanor and George Martin. She is also the older sister to Vivienne Martin
Like Lydia, Natalie was both beauty and brains
Natalie was known in BHH as the second popular girl in school, and some people even expected her and James to be a couple, but his attention laid elsewhere
When she first met Lydia's father and his family, she immediately thought his mother was strange
She has tried getting close with the Hales, but that didn't end well
She is very intelligent and has a high i.q but is completely oblivious to the strangeness of Beacon Hills
One of the many girls Rafael slept with

Wait, had Stiles being Derek's anchor been fully acknowledged/confirmed by someone in the show's production before that instagram post?
lol no despite how blatant it is.
however jeff davis explained the scene at the end of 3B was inspired by an occurrence at owl creek bridge which just makes it more blatantly obvious.
a man who has a dream before death where he escapes his execution to return to his wife --- bruh.
the first episode of 3B is titled anchors after all and the entirety of season 3 has a overreaching theme of memory and the ways memories can be manipulated, altered and are unreliable. this is a framing device for multiple episodes. we get multiple flashbacks and non-linear storytelling more than once.
lunar eclipse shows allison, scott and stiles finding the nemeton from a different perspective of the events of wolf moon.
3B's early episodes get reframed once the reveal of stiles's possession is known.
season also focuses on the memory of talia hale and claudia stilinski more than ever.
the last scene where derek retreats into his mind to a safe space -- safe person -- is so revealing about him and it's so, so obvious that stiles has become his anchor.
like, we know anchors can be people as scott's anchor was allison for a long time and malia's anchor is also stiles, liam's is arguably mason and isaac's is the memory of his father before he became a piece of shit.
we also know anchors can be more abstract since derek's was an emotion for a long time after the fire. he anchored himself to his anger (and self-loathing i would argue) only for it to shift to stiles as his trust grew.
it's actually really well done in tying the themes of the season together in that one moment.

i will never understand sterek antis pulling the age difference card. like the age difference that was written as “a few years” in the first episode? the age difference that j*ff d*vis /changed later/ because he was throwing a tantrum that his perfect boy scott wasn’t getting the same fandom attention? that age difference? like pls be so serious rn. use a single braincell
A love the censorship for Jeff Davis.
I also heard they changed the age for the whole Kate thing. If Derek had been 18/20 in the pilot, and the fire had happened 10 years earlier, it would have meant that Kate had targeted Derek when he was 8/10. And considering this was supposed to happen after Paige (where Derek was 16), it wouldn't have been possible.
This and the fact that Tyler Hoechlin with a beard looked older than he was.
It would seriously have been enough to reduce the years between the fire and the pilot, but hey, that would have been too easy. It's much better to have a character of ambiguous and unknown age.
Like the fact that Peter is only supposed to be a couple of years older than Derek (we still have to figure out the dynamic between Talia and Peter's parents to explain so many years between each child) but adult Peter seems to have Melissa's age.
Let's be honest, imo this show wasn't meant to last. They expected a flop and ended up with more success than they knew how to handle, and it shows.
P.S. All this and I haven't even addressed the Lydia-Parrish thing.

Future State:
So this is a qualified opinion based on the fact I have only read the Bat-related titles and have not yet read the Bat book storylines subsequent to this, but my first impression of this is that you are just fine to skip anything in Future State that you don't want to read.
It does contain 'who is the Magistrate'. The Magistrate are a paramilitary force paid for by Mayor Nakano to hunt down 'masks' in Gotham (both capes and rogues). Their major members are called 'Peacekeepers'. If you literally just substitute the current cape-hunting paramilitary force of Peacemakers commanded by Amanda Waller in your mind, you've got the entire effect without needing to read any of it (Also Gotham is indulging in its neon futurism aesthetic, so think Batman: Gotham Knights the game, or just Bladerunner).
I only have time to read one title: Future State: Dark Detective. The A story in this title follows Bruce working undercover to find a way to reveal what's going on inside the Magistrate. The creative team is Mariko Tamaki, Dan Mora and Jordie Bellaire. One of the only stories in the entire set where I would confidently say this was still a solid yarn even out of context.
I'm interested in John Ridley's Fox Family Drama: read the A story of Future State: The Next Batman. Tam's had a relapse (because nobody can track whether or not Tam is supposed to be better or not), Luke's literally at a loose end because of plotting changes, you meet Jace, Tiffany has been aged up by the time jump to effectively be the age she was back pre-Flashpoint, Tanya is angry at the world because reasons (Tam) and Lucius is making bad decisions because ???.
What else do you think is a fun story? Future State: Catwoman is a train heist story with neon futurism aesthetics, which is busy indulging in re-education camp/concentration camp themes with more than a dash of Hunger Games references. Creative team is Ram V and Otto Schmidt (no prizes for guessing why it's a good story hey). Worth it just for Selina and Talia working at slight cross purposes but acknowledging the other has her own goals.
The E plot of Future State: The Next Batman (the Gotham City Sirens) has Ivy, Selina and slave android named Dee-Dee who has broken from her creator. This is fun for me personally because it is the rare concept where Ivy and Selina are bouncing off each other and Harley is nowhere in sight. The characterisation is at best fine, but the GCS vibes are there and fun.
The rare 'look I don't want to read this but it's well written' award: Future State: Harley Quinn. I deeply, deeply do not care about Harley, but if more of Harley's books were written like this, I think I would enjoy her far more as a character. So, recommendation for the 2021 run of Harley Quinn under Stephanie Phillips, I suppose (I am not planning on reading it).
The rest: look, the biggest issue with basically all of the Future State titles is due to being set in media res of an altered future, there's an awful lot of characters with changed personalities and no clear connections as to why they're acting OOC. And I'm a full believer in 'if you show me how the character got there, it's not OOC', but the whole concept of this is we don't get to see how the characters got there. So you're stuck going "why is Jefferson Davis currently a being of pure lightning, this isn't Jakeem Thunder". "has this writer read a single Stephanie Brown story not written by Bryan Q. Miller? (Vita Ayala I have been anticipating getting to your Wonder Woman stuff but wow you can't write Cass or Steph)". "I really wish this story where Dick is based in the bowels of an abandoned Arkham Asylum was leaning more into the Batman RIP/Reborn era storytelling around Dick and Arkham Asylum" and so on.
Characters don't fully track in their storylines between titles. Who's imprisoned when? Who are Two-Face and Croc working with? What hero titles are Cass, Steph, Barbara and Tim using? What costumes are people using? And so on and so forth.
You can really tell it's worked up from existing plots that got some surgery to rewrite them from the initial concept. Damian is Sir Not Appearing for the entire set of Bat titles, which makes sense on one level (given this is based out of scrapped 5G material) but makes absolutely no sense on another. Talia al Ghul is running around the background of at least two stories helping out the Bats, with no explanation given, but Damian can't be thrown into the art of group scenes because???
Like, read Mariko Tamaki, Ram V and maybe John Ridley because they can actually write solid stories and know (or are busy creating narratives for) the characters they're working with. Ridley's busy retconning a huge amount of existing Fox family stories but as it is he's setting up what will be their default for the ongoing future. Skip everything else unless you're feeling completionist (or interested in the Jason Todd-based alternate future title that spins out of this in Future State: Gotham).
