A river of blood: Promo
"Hiwatari! He's a traitor. Despite having the blood of Japan, Kai Hiwatari has joined the Russians. He has taught the Russians our techniques, given them knowledge about our traditional weapons and how to defend against them! He is the main reason behind our two consecutive defeats! Once I catch him, I'll shatter his ribs with these bare hands and take sips of his blood! Otherwise, I cannot enjoy a single wink of sleep!"
"Forgive me, Kai, forgive me. I am the daughter of late Emperor Hayashi Tachibana, the offspring of the valiant son of Japan who was mercilessly killed by the Tatars. Between you and me, there lies the grave of my father. Wading it, how'll I reach you? How'll I hold your hand? How?"
"The guy who'll leave this camp with you won't be me. He'll be another traitor. He'll be the corpse of Kai Hiwatari."
"Kai has chosen the right way. What else could a hero like him do?"
"I know for whom your eyes run and roam like a restless deer, Takao."
"Tala? Or...Yuri? Whoever you are, for me, your name is only 'Beloved'."
"In this river of blood, she was only a droplet. Yet, the fire burning in my heart just can't evaporate it."
.....

Majdnem
Szeretlek, szeretlek, szeretlek. Csillagvirágszemű kedvesem.

Conversation
Tala: Kai, today is my wedding night. Can you give me some suggestion how to impress Julia?
Kai: Do you drink?
Tala: No.
Kai: Fine. You'll enter your bedroom with a wine bottle. When Julia will be angry with you, say to her, "Only because of you, I'm giving up drinking." She'll be impressed.
Tala: Thanks, buddy.
.........................
*Tala enters the room with a wine bottle*
Julia: Hey, bring a large one for me too!
Tala: -_- -_-

Obsession: Her obsession
No sooner had the red-haired guy turned back than the dual-haired girl pulled him, seizing his wrist. He was shocked to no end when she pinned him against the wall. Grabbing his collars, she gawked sharply into his eyes and hissed, “You cannot leave my room without my permission, Valkov! I’m the princess of Spain. In this kingdom, without my allowance, not a single leaf of a tree even sways in the air!”
“What…” Tala bit his lips, “What do you want from me?”
“You, Valkov…” Her voice was sending chills to his spine, “I don’t want anything from you except you.”

Two world, one story
“Brother, are you losing your heart to the fire-princess? Don’t forget that we’re water, totally opposite to fire. There can be only one relation between Kaen and Hiawatha. That’s of hatred, that’s of enmity!”
- Hiromi Tachibana, the empress of Hiwatha Kingdom.
“Stop being so restless, Takao! Don’t you know what happens when fire becomes restless?! Destruction!”
-Kai Hiwatari, the emperor of Kaen Kingdom.
“No, princess Salima, it’s not the time to shed tears. Now, it’s the time of our siblings to realize what they have actually done.”
-Ray Kon, the commander-in-chief of Hiwatha.
“If another life vanishes forever from Kaen, I promise, brother, I myself will jump in the heart of Pacific! Even you, the mighty Kai Hiwatari won’t be able to save me!”
-Salima, the princess of Kaen.
“Let me jump through the cascade, princess Dew, though I’m from Kaen Kingdom. Thus, I’ll get the peace of being closer to you forever.”
-Takao, the commander-in-chief of Kaen.
“Maybe...*Sobs* we’re....leaving this earth forever. But...even if *Sobs* rebirth exists, we won’t....*Cries* return here...until...two different worlds compose one common story!”
-Dew, the princess of Hiwatha.
......................

-Kai Hiwatari.

-Hilary Tachibana.
“Those who brave keep flowing with the river. If you go with the current, even fortunes favor you, if waves of time cease to be with you, you face defeat all your life!”
-Tala Valkov.
“He talked the least in the last meeting, thinking that the decision would be in his favor. So, it’s Hiwatari...”

- Kurt Hiwatari (New OC!)
“Spiders eat up the insects stuck in their webs. So does ‘Wings’“.
-Ozuma.
................................................................................................................................
In the whole teaser, Tyson doesn’t have a single dialogue though he’s one of the central characters of this crime-thriller too. Can anyone guess why?
“Scars of time”, a multichaptered crime-thriller. Will be coming in August.

Kingdom: The first encounter of Tala and Julia
'God knows whether Hilary becomes successful to complete Okuninushi ritual by crossing the distance between those two poles without getting obstructed...' The Spaniard was quickly marching through the lobbies of the guesthouse illuminated by several torches clinging to the walls even in the twilight, 'Please, lord Okuninushi, let her be successful...let her love be successful...'
"Sleesh!"
The inner soul of the Spaniard quivered. Widening her eyes and gulping, she tried to move forward. To her utter horror, she felt that she couldn't walk a single step because something was pulling the fringe of her skirt. Rotating her head back, she looked down. Her jade orbs discovered a stiletto gouging the marble floor of the hallway along with the border of her bottom. Her heart throbbed since she saw a dagger which was able to cut stones for the first time in her life. She moved her eyes up. Slowly, they met the face of a scarlet-haired Russian. His teeth were gritted in wrath. Deliberately, he approached her.
"How did you dare enter the royal guesthouse of sage Dickenson, my lady?" He snarled, "Do you know what its outcomes can be?"
"How did you dare attack the princess of Spain, prince Valkov?" With her right hand, she removed her veil from her head, "Don't you know what it can result in?"
Biting his tongue, the wolf-prince stepped back, quenching and realizing what he had done. Almost stammering, he started, "Pri...princess...Fer...Fernandez? You...you're...here? At...at this...mo... moment?"
"Why? Julia wrinkled her eyebrows, "Do you have any problem? Remember, it's the kingdom of my aunt. I can roam here wherever I want. On the other hand, it's you who are the guest here. So, learn to stay here like a guest!"
"Huh!" Tala tried to lift his nose, "We are not ordinary guests. We have killed demoness Katherine and..."
"Stop telling 'We', prince Valkov!" The Spaniard retorted, "We all know in whose hands the monstress got killed. Whereas, you were hiding behind the back of your cousin and peeping like a frightened cat at the monsters..."
"You have no idea about my strength then," The redhead grimaced, "It's true that I didn't kill Katherine directly. But I cleared the ways for Kai. Hehehe, Tala Valkov never bends down in front of anyone. Be it a demon or a soldier..."
"Okay okay, kindly stop praising yourself," Julia coughed, "I have heard that you all are leaving tomorrow for Russia."
"Why?" Tala felt amused, "Will you miss me?"
"Duh!" The face of the Latina became cerise, "Who the hell on the earth will miss you? Before your departure, don't you want to give your cousin a news?"
"Which news?" The wolf-prince frowned, "That you are going to immolate yourself soon?"
"Shut up!" Julia spat, stretching the bow and the letter-held hand, "Take these stuffs and give them to your cousin. Hurry up, we don't have much time."
"Okay..." Tala took them, "Till then, get stuck here!"
Not noticing her face anymore, the redhead started running towards the backyard of the building. Sighing, Julia tried to free her skirt from the dagger but failed. Too deep the hole created by the wolf-prince was.
"Let the idiotic redhead come back..." She fumed, "Then he'll learn the lessons taught by princess Julia Fernandez!"
The dual-haired girl was still standing there motionlessly. The more she was trying to free her skirt, the more she was feeling difficult. Clenching her teeth, she was cursing the redhead.
'Why hasn't he come here yet?' The Spaniard gritted her palms, 'If he becomes late, how will I be able to inform Hilary about the decision of prince Hiwatari?'
"Missed me a lot, didn't you?"
Pondering, the girl revolved her head to the scarlet-haired prince of Russia. He was evilly grinning at her, holding another roll of paper.
"Wow! You've come so soon," Cynicism splashed from her tone as she blinked, "Why to hurry? Tasting every bite of your dinner and having a beauty nap, you could come here."
"Sarcasm intended," Tala chortled, "Here, take the letter and let my brother sleep in peace. He has to participate an important event tomorrow."
"And how am I supposed to leave the place when your weapon is pulling me back like an athlete who is going to lose a race?" Julia hissed, "Free me!"
"Okay okay..." Clearing his throat, he knelt down on the ground. Bending his head, he picked the stiletto up. Looking at him, Julia started giggling.
"Why're you being so amused?" Tala rolled his eyes, "Have I done something funny?"
"Yes," Julia covered her mouth with her palms, "Cannot believe my own eyes! Tala Valkov, the mighty prince of Russia who never bends down even before the demons, has lowered his head and back in front of a girl today. How sweet!"
Taking the letter, the Spaniard twirled. The fringe of her gown caressed the lips of the wolf-prince. Chortling a bit, the girl ran across the passages, leaving a flustered and red-faced Russian behind her.

😍😍
This was worth reading! TalaJul forever!
The beyblade battle between Tala and Julia. ( the battle g revolution never showed us)
I’ve realized as I started writing this I don't think Tala has battled any girls? Like ever? Please correct me if I’m wrong. I’ve never written Julia before so this is going into so many new realms! Prepare yourself for the #1 sass battle of the century. (okay so halfway through this fic I just looked it up and turns out he battled her off screen lmao but she’s the only girl he's ever battled (I forgot lol) So I based it around that idea, also I got carried away and now I want them to f. * are thoughts!
Tala hated seeing people he knew outside the beystadium beybattling, especially in awful disguises. The twins were surrounded by a cheering crowd, they were making more than a spectacle of themselves.
Tala scoffed, “typical.”
However-
He had to admit, he was intrigued.
Suddenly a flash of purple flew by his face, he took a step back, but tensed back up convincing himself he couldn’t show he was caught off guard.
He grimaced; she saw.
Julia grinned at him under her helmet, her blade flung back to her hand with well practiced precision.
Tala locked eyes with her, and then, simply, rolled his eyes.
She didn’t like that.
Tala turned to leave, advertising his disinterest. Julia wasted no time loading Thunder Pegasus into her launcher.
“Get back here!” She yelled while launching her blade towards him.
This time, Tala thought, she wouldn’t get the best of him, he didn’t move an inch.
Huge mistake.
Tala felt a tingle on his wrist, he inspected it and found a few strands of red hair.
*She cut off a wad of my hair?! Are you serious!?*
Tala swung his whole body challenging her, she simply laughed at the small chunk of hair missing.
“Are you taking me seriously now?” Julia smirked.
Raul tried to grasp her arm to calm her down but she aggressively shrugged him off.
“Naw- this guy is all talk and no brains Raul. I’m going to put him in his place.”
“Why don’t you wait for the championship?” He shot her a devilish smirk.
“Get real, you’re not going to make it to my level, battle me now so you don’t miss out.”
Tala calmly looked her up and down, he knew it would be satisfying to turn her blade to dust, but then he thought about Kai’s reaction to him beybattling in a park.
“No thanks.” Tala shrugged his shoulders.
“What did you say-” Julia challenged him.
Tala realized if he couldn’t fight with Wolborg, he could at least use his words. He decided to piss her off.
“Besides, I don’t fight girls anyways.” He stated nonchalantly.
“You don’t- What?” Julia emphasized her sentence ready to launch her fist at him instead of her blade.
“I’ve never fought a girl, and I don’t plan on it.”
“Are you for real?” Julia groaned this time, becoming painfully aware one of the bladers she idolized was sexist scum.
“Prove me wrong then. Somehow manage to claw your way up the ranks with your pretty nails- and fight me.”
Tala shot her a smile. He could piss her off more, no should he? Yes absolutely.
“You should smile more. You’re prettier when you smile.”
Raul had to physically grab Julia before she launched herself at Tala.
“I’ll see you in the championships.” She spat in his direction.
Tala turned on his foot elegantly and waltzed away.
*Damn, now I need to figure out what to do with my hair-*
And the day actually came.
Tala approached the beydish pleasantly surprised to see Julia as his opponent.
“Are you ready to get beat by a girl?” She felt more confident than their last altercation.
She loaded Thunder Pegasus into her launcher.
Tala prepared Wolborg.
“You think you’re going to be the girl that will change my opinion?” Tala grinned secretly hoping she would be.
She replied, preparing her stance, “Absolutely.”
The countdown hit and they both released their blades at record speed and strength. Julia had something to prove, and she would keep fighting until she did.
Her speed and endurance actually did impress Tala. Wolborg kept up at an even pace.
“Thunder Pegasus attack!” She yelled and attacked Wolborg relentlessly.
Tala held his ground easily, but, just barely.
“You started off too strong Julia, think you have something to prove?” Tala placed his arms in front of him in a questioning gesture, but she knew it was him being cocky.
“You better learn to take girls seriously- or else.”
“Or else what? You’re going to scratch me with your coloured nails?”
Julia took a breath and calmed down a bit.
*I can’t let this guy rattle me.*
“You mention my nails a lot you know, if you want yours coloured you just have to ask.” She placed her hands in the same questioning gesture Tala had previously.
Tala scoffed, “Ugh.” He rolled his eyes.
“And-” She continued, “if you were to be lucky enough to be scratched by mine you’d learn-”
Tala tilted his head.
“They hurt!” Julia commanded Thunder Pegasus fluidly and knocked Wolborg off it’s balance.
Tala became nervous when the match took a drastic turn. Julia had screwed her head back on and now they fought evenly without remorse. Tala needed to change his tactic.
“You know Julia-”
“What?” She sighed back exasperated.
“I secretly hope you’ll beat me.” He smiled at her but also grew worried about his teammates thoughts on his next action.
“Why?” She wondered while preparing for another intense attack.
Tala got there first, “because I love a woman who can kick my ass- Go Wolborg!”
Wolborg’s speed increased as it advanced on Thunder Pegasus with intense velocity. Tala’s tactic worked, Julia was taken back for a moment, but she immediately snapped back and sent Thunder Pegasus on the assault.
Their blades collided with an intense force
The stadium lit up white for a moment, and then their blades had disappeared.
Once their eyes adjusted, the outcome was Thunder Pegasus and Wolborg on either end of the dish, just the edges. Thunder Pegasus fell back and stopped spinning outside the dish.
“TALA IS THE WINNER”
The announcer screamed.
Julia’s eyes were wide, she was so confident- and now-”
“Julia.” Tala grabbed Wolborg then changed his direction towards her.
“Get away from me you pig-” She took a step backwards, away from him.
Tala smiled and held out his hand. “That was a good battle.”
She cautiously shook his hand.
Tala finished, “I’m excited to battle you again.”
“Oh?” Julia grinned, “So you changed your mind?”
“I never knew a girl could battle the way you did-”
“And with such colourful nails!” Julia jabbed in there.
“Yeah,” Tala let a small chucked escape his throat, “I’ll battle you again-”
“And any other girl that wants to challenge you right?”
“Absolutely.”

Chapter 75: Welcome in Russia
Nevertheless, when the forest ended, it took away her worries with it too. The broad roads of Russia came, the chocolate-haired girl shivered in the abrupt chilly waves. Hiwatarian realized it. That’s why, picking up a blue woolen shawl from the seat, he wrapped it over the shoulders of his wife. She blushed and murmured a thanks to the prince. Tala helped Julia cover herself with a warm veil as the dual-haired girl only smiled at him. As the Russian people saw the royal chariots heading towards the castle, they left all their jobs and stood in two separate rows by the sides of the highway, colliding with one another to have the glimpse of the noble couples. Guards tried to stop them though the task was hard. Women in long sarafans started sprinkling rose petals at the princes and their brides. Jubilations buzzed and resonated everywhere:
“Hail prince Kai Hiwatari and princess Hilary Tachibana Hiwatari!”
“Hail prince Kai Hiwatari and princess Hilary Tachibana Hiwatari!”
“Hail prince Tala Valkov and princess Julia Fernandez Valkov!”
“Hail prince Tala Valkov and princess Julia Fernandez Valkov!”
Decorate the welcoming platters,
Play the trumpets, don’t save anything for later,
The good fortune has finally stepped in our kingdom,
Now, there’ll be only happiness, no sorrow and boredom.
“Natalia! Vera! Sasha! Irina!” The empress of Russia stood up from her throne in her room, “Looks like our children and the brides have arrived. Go, get everything and welcome them in the castle!”
The chariots halted in front of the royal, gypsum-built castle of Russia. All the guards tapped the ground with their spears and crouched before the princes to show them honor. The beats of the drums increased, tunes from the flute spread all over the icy country. Everyone was loudly jubilating by the names of the newly wedded princes and their wives. Maids were showering flowers from the different levels of the palace. Kai and Tala got down before their soulmates, after Bryan, Ian and Spencer had landed. Both the redhead and the dual-haired Russians stretched their palms towards the twin-haired Latina and the brunette. Flushing, the girls kept their hands on theirs and with their help, they finally kept their feet on the soil of Russia.
Following it, the rainbows descended on the fountains. Birds tweeted happily. Bumblebees and butterflies hovered around the flowers which had bloomed just then in the naked trees, along with the emerald leaves. The temperature of the air increased, adding the warmth of Japan to the coldness of Russia. The sun shone brighter than always this time in the sky. The thick sheet of the dense fog was no more, severed by the sunrays. All the subjects of the icy kingdom noticed the sudden but positive, comfortable changes in their weather. In blissful vibes, they thanked their new brides. The regal couples walked across the red velvet carpet with golden fringes and ascended the marble stairs.
Look at the beautiful brides,
They’re Russia’s beauty and pride,
With blushing footsteps, when they enter the castle,
Their red-tinted toes just remove all the hassles
Of our daily life. Like the sun and the moon,
they’re sunshine and moonshine, giving us happiness soon….
Queen Apraxia was standing there with a silver platter in her hands, filled with flower petals, a brass kettle of steams, a metal staff and a small goblet of cherry juice. Beside her, there was Natalia with the same stuffs. Princess Sasha, princess Vera and princess Irina were standing right by them with more flowers. Seeing the brides, they sprinkled the roses at them. Apraxia held the kettle before them according to a ritual so that the evil eye could never touch them in their lives. They drank from the cherry juice at first. Then, the grooms shared the drinks, putting their lips at the same spaces blessed by the lips of their wives. All the four people blushed as the female guardians silently giggled.
The entry for the grooms and brides was majestic, covered with soft blue and red velvet runners, bedecked with golden and silver fringes at each side. For each step of all the feet, platters of white and red rose-petals were posed in the distance of every fifteen centimeters. Kai tightly held Hilary’s hand; her fingers also were entwined around his. Tala and Julia’s palms collided with each other and got locked in the same process. The women bent their bashful eyes as the orbs of their husbands were outstretched, proud of their soulmates. Trampling the petals as they bloomed like a full flower beneath the angelic feet of the couples, the princes and their brides entered. Guards again knelt down on the ground in reverence, hitting the floor with the lances. Trumpets deafened everyone; drums got engaged in a fierce competition with them.
Here they come, the revered goddesses of Russia,
Coming with love and fortune, they’ll shower Ambrosia.
Standing beside the phoenix-prince and wolf-prince,
From the kingdom, they’ll remove all the sadness and sins.

Kingdom: Chapter 76
“You haven’t slept yet?”
Pondering, she looked at the doorway, rubbing her eyes. The scarlet-haired prince of Russia was standing there, frowning at her. As she properly sat, he strode in and took a seat beside her.
“My lord…” She stood up and bowed, forgetting all her plans to chide him badly within no moment, “Good evening. I hope you’re doing well.”
Tala was staring at her with a pair of surprised eyes. Woah…was she really the bossy, fierce and haughty princess of Spain? Or…did the coldness of Russia calm her brutal nature down somehow? Julia smiled, taking her seat right by his side again. Let the world turn against, she was a married woman now, the bride of the royal clan of Russia. She couldn’t behave with him in the same way she had used to, once upon a time…or, a few weeks back? Did she ever fight with him before their marriage? Julia couldn’t remember that she was a newly wedded bride. To her, she was attached to him, bonded to him through the vows of marriage in the alter, forever.
“You were waiting for me?” Tala couldn’t find any other question to ask his wife.
“My lord, after wedding, when the husband and wife are staying together under the same roof,” Julia answered, “One shouldn’t go to sleep without another. It’s our responsibility.”
“So…” The redhead felt amused, “You were only performing the responsibility of a wife towards me?”
Again, the dual-haired girl bent down her head in embarrassment. The wolf-prince was really flabbergasted at this expression of his bride. The first time he’d seen her blushing had been in Japan, when he had been badly injured while fighting with the ferocious, deadly wolf-demon. At the night before their wedding, she’d been back to her furious nature, claiming her rights on him in every way possible and not stepping back an inch from her decision. Now, once again, she was feeling shy to answer to his question. It wasn’t only the duty of a wife; it was a love of a lover for her beloved as well. Tala knew it too but the words weren’t reaching the tip of the tongue of the princess.
The character of a woman is mysterious and complicated, isn’t it?

Obsession: Her feelings for him
Like the streams of a cataract, twelve years flowed in their own direction, much to the unawareness of the common people. Both our scarlet-haired Russian and the dual-haired princess of Spain grew up. The beauty of Julia used to sparkle everywhere in the castle. Wherever she went, wherever she stepped, the place seemed bright all of a sudden. As for Tala, with his intelligence, bravery and immense physical strength, he became one of the most trustworthy persons in the castle, promoted to the bodyguard of the princess as Romero used to trust him a lot for his own virtues. Because Julia had grown up into a beautiful, admirable, appealing, royal young lady, proposals started coming for her from all the directions of the world. Nonetheless, she kept rejecting all of them.
But why?
The reason was: Tala Valkov.
Before twelve years, when they’d exchanged their first sight to each other, she’d fallen for her-even without knowing the name of the feeling. But now, she knew it. Love it was called though she didn’t know which form of love it was. Every time she saw him doing sword-fight under the soft sunshine of the dawn for which his bare skin shimmered, her heart skipped a beat. His well-built neck-dent, toned biceps, triceps and chest used to let butterflies roam in her stomach. Whenever he held her hand in order to teach her swordfight, she went redder than a tomato. People in the palace knew that she didn’t learn to blush and behave like a woman. But deep inside-she used to do it, only for her man.
Every morning, she used to rise earlier than the sun. Somehow taking a bath, she would reach the training arena where Tala would be practicing warfare. She would keep gazing at him without a single blink. Her bright emeralds occupied his reflection as it travelled through the lanes of her heart. While learning archery, their bodies used to get so close; her neck felt tickled, receiving his warm exhalations. Her heart would pound heavily, breaths became unstable. That’s why, sometimes, she couldn’t concentrate. As a result, Tala felt annoyed and lectured her but she didn’t mind. Even his chiding sounded honeyed to her ears always.
Little by little-the circumstance worsened. Julia couldn’t think about a single day without the company of the scarlet-haired Russian. To her, he had already become a strong potion of drug. Except him, she would feel restless, lost, stranded, alone, endangered. Her eyes always kept searching for him like a desperate and determined hunter, chasing a fearless, gorgeous wolf. She let herself get intoxicated each and every moment by guzzling his sight, his words, the conversations, the touches in the battle arena-without even trying to know whether he would feel the same for her or not. At nights, she remained sleepless, keeping her eyes open and daydreaming about him even at the darkest hours of the world. No, it was only mere love.
Obsession it was: The most dangerous form of love.
