So I've been thinking about Adam's route more recently and how he handles things compared to the others.

Nate, Felix & Mason don't/won't say "I love you" until after entering the relationship (keep in mind this is from the perspective of already being in some type of relationship with em at some point up to book 3).

But I think Adam will be the opposite. With how he is I can see him telling the detective he loves them BEFORE the actual relationship starts. How long before? No idea.

Obviously I could be completely wrong but given how long it'll take to reach the relationship (brb gonna cry a minute. 😭) waiting even longer to hear him say the words would be to cruel in my opinion.

I cannot do the absolute Agony of this scene from Book 3 justice. The desperation of their kiss. The way they both knew it was a bad idea and that they just…. Needed it regardless. The absolute, earth-shattering terror A feels because, despite everything they’ve done, this human has gotten in past their endless walls and it’s ripping their world apart - because they’ve lost everything before and honestly don’t know how they’re going to survive losing them.
