I thought these tops by @kouzeesim were the cutest thing ever, and it turns out skittlessims had already converted the mesh from High School Years to TS2. Absolutely all credit goes to kouzeesim and skittlessims; all I did was copy and paste!

They're for AF and TF, 17 recolours each, and a swatch is included in the zip. The TF files come as standalones or repo'd to AF. Meshes are included for convenience, but check out the lovely originals here!

4t2 - Korea's Old Rooftop Room

The file is compressed and contains:

→ 9 meshes, being 2 master and 2 slaves;

→ two preview;

→ 6 rcs;

→ a collection file;

→ a preview of the collection;

→ a text document informing the number of polygons;

They are found in: Surfaces - Miscellaneous, Electronics - Small Electronics, Electronics - TVs and Computers and Electronics - Miscellaneous.

Functional:

• TV Table has 12 slots and and there is no rc;

• TV is functional and and there is no rc.

Decorative:

• 2 Antennas (master and slave) has 1 rc;

• 2 Satellite antennas (the master is roof and slave is wall) has 2 rcs (dirty and very dirty);

• TV remote control there is no rc;

• TV set-top box has 1 rc;

• Wi-Fi modem has 2 rcs.

Sims 2 Legacy and Ikea Stuff Pack

This is not so much for the early adopters, but for the people who will try The Sims 2 Legacy in a few months.

You can't just plop the SP8 folder into your game folder with all the rest. The game still won't see it. No, it needs the correct registry entries to work.

Small Mediterranean Cottage | Sims 2 Lot Download

Looking for Mediterranean luxury without the luxury price-tag? This small cottage may be just what your sims are looking for!  At $182.3K it’s not exactly cheap, but it is a great way to begin to enjoy those lovely Spanish-style accents without having to pay an arm and a leg, or wait for all those rich relatives to die. (You do have a good relationship with them though, right?)

The back yard features a beautiful stone patio, and a hot tub. There is also a small table and chairs to enjoy dinners outside in the fresh sea-side air.

What could be a more perfect vacation home? 🥰

I’ll take you on a tour of the inside in just a moment. First, Here are some pictures of the floorplan.

I’ve run this home through the Lot Compressor so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I have also run this lot through the Lot Cleaner to remove any bits of buggy code. This lot comes with a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 😄

This home has only 2 pieces of CC, which you may already have in your game. These can easily be replaced or omitted if you don’t want them though.

TsminhSims Elvis Fixed Mesh & PM-CM Conversion

So I've fixed transparency issues in TsminhSims Elvis mesh, which was converted 4t2 by @profesionalpartyguest. Also I've converted this for CM and PM and added a scalp texture.

In case if you want only a mesh for TM-EM, download it here: Mediafire/SimFileShare. Just replace old mesh by this.

If you want this hair for all ages, download it here: Mediafire/SimFileShare. As always for me, it comes in New Hair System with Remi V2 textures and 4 Pooklet colors.

Need to note that I've had to rename group in mesh and because of it you cannot have the old and new recolors at the same time, but I honestly think this is not problem, just choose which age are more preferable for you.

afBodyFurCoatShortDressShoes

Hello, here's a fun one! A texture-only default replacement for AFBodyFurCoatShortDressShoes, replaced with a fabulous retexure by RocketHorse originally found here on GoS.

I only slightly tweaked the colour of the choker.

If you fancy having a preg morph, I use the one in the TS2 folder from here (a great source if you don't already know it, for morphs added to AF maxis clothes).

NL Grilled Cheese Recolor: Zombo

Another "Zombo" poster from me, kinda going with my last set, but it's just that I like 1970s zombie movie poster graphic design & there's only 2 zombies in my game I'd want to use for the posters lol

In the above preview I used @sushigal007's frameless Grilled Cheese add-on, because the way the original is set up, the outer frame cuts off a bit of the edges of the poster:

tbh I forgot it did that lol so I didn't accomodate it, but I like how the frameless one looks more anyway :P

This is a 4to2 conversion from AroundTheSims, low poly. It's a functional game console for your sims, they will play it on the tv. 12 colors for the console and controllers. You need to use the design tool to change the controllers color.
