A ⇴ AFFECTION

He was cuddly before your pregnancy, but during Yuta will not be able to get enough of you. He loves to hold you close and remind you how amazing you look, especially when you’re feeling a little insecure about the way that your body is changing.

B ⇴ BUMP

Yuta knows that your bump is something you fret about a lot, so he’ll always try his hardest to make you feel as confident as you can with it. His hands would often be around it whilst he whispers into your ear to try and make you feel better about yourself and realise what an incredible thing your body is growing as you continue to grow your child inside of your bump.

C ⇴ CRAVINGS

You’d often try and sneak into the kitchen when Yuta wasn’t paying attention when you were craving something. He’d often wake up and see the other side of the bed empty, knowing exactly where you were. When he turned the kitchen light on, he’d always let go of a laugh as he usually found you tucking into a tub of ice cream on the floor besides the freezer.

His main priority as your due date neared was making sure that you felt no pressure at all. Yuta knew that your due date was an estimate, but your labour could begin before or after it too, and so he’d try not to focus too much on the day himself. Instead, he’d keep himself much more alert a few days before, and if needed, a few days after too so that he was right there with you whenever the time came, and nice and composed too.

Throughout your pregnancy, Yuta was sure that he’d experienced just about every emotion that was possible. Some days his smile would be wide with excitement, other times he’d be a bit more concerned and worried about was to come. He never really knew how he was feeling for most of your pregnancy, it all felt like a slightly surreal dream for him most of the time, struggling to believe that it was actually happening.

Being away from home, the two of you were very much in the journey together and relying on one another throughout all of the ups and downs. The two of you had many emotional nights when things began to feel like they were getting too much, knowing that you didn’t have your family down the road or in the city like many other couples did, and most of all the support that you knew many other couples were so grateful for.

There was no way Yuta could get to the end of your pregnancy without knowing what you were having. He was far too excited to know, and also keen to plan a theme for your nursery, and your baby shower too. You ended up receiving a gift from Johnny that would allow you to hear the beat of your baby’s heart in an instant, which Yuta ended up using most days. During those tougher times when you were struggling, you both made sure to remind each other that you loved one another. Perhaps it was the heightened emotions that you both were feeling, but you always made sure to remind one another that you were in this together and totally supporting each other too.

You both often got jealous of other couples that you met at classes and appointments who bragged about having their families around. Although you both understood that it was the direction that life had taken you in, you still often had to smile through the pain of listening to other’s stories and pretend to be excited for them, when really all the two of you wanted was to be able to experience those kinds of moments for yourselves.

Any time Yuta felt your baby kick at night, he would wake up instantly. His eyes would immediately flicker to you, usually ending up relieved to see that you were still asleep, but if you were wide awake, then he’d lay up with you and feel the kicks against your stomach until they stopped, and you were able to sleep again.

You were terrified of labour, and so Yuta decided to organise the best surprise that he could for you to make you feel more at ease. He managed to get your parents to fly across so that they could be in Seoul for when your baby arrived, and most importantly, you could have your mum with you to ease your nerves as only a mum could before your labour, and during too, with Yuta supporting you at your other side as well.

M ⇴ MORNING SICKNESS

More than anything Yuta wished that he could switch positions with you whenever you were sick. He knew just how much you hated such things, and how horrible you felt whilst you were being sick too. Whilst he would always try and comfort you the best that he could, it always still left you feeling pretty gross after.

N ⇴ NURSERY

Yuta took complete control when it came to your nursery, he didn’t let you take a look at it at all until it was done and he was completely satisfied with what he had done and the beautiful theme he’d created too.

He was obsessed with your figure, even if you didn’t feel as confident in your own skin anymore, Yuta loved to see how your body changed and made sure to appreciate everything that it did every single day.

It was Yuta who came home with a test one day when you’d been complaining about feeling under the weather for a few days. At the time it was just precaution, with neither of you thinking that it would actually come out as positive.

Marco enjoys to anything domestic really. Just spending time with you in any way, shape or form is enough for him. The two of you could be lounging about on the deck of the Moby Dick or you could be exploring a new island – if it’s together, he doesn’t mind what it is you’re doing.

B-Beauty (what do they admire about their s/o? what do they think is beautiful about them?)

Your heart is one of the most beautiful things about you. It’s so kind, always filled with empathy and a selfless desire to put others before yourself. He’s never met someone like you and every time he looks at you he can’t stop thinking about how blessed he is that you chose to be with him of all people.

C-Comfort (how would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?)

Marco undoubtedly gives the best advice. He is amazing with words and always knows exactly what needs to be said. He also makes it abundantly clear that you are not going through this alone – he is there to lean on any time you need it.

He doesn’t envision his future as being any different from how it is now. Sure, he can see you two settling down eventually, after his time as a pirate has come to an end, he can also MAYBE see a child or two if that’s what his partner wants. But other than that, he’s enjoying things just as they are, and honestly, he doesn’t really want anything to change for a while.

If needed Marco can be more dominant, putting his foot down and being the decisive one. However, more often than not, he tends to just go with the flow of the relationship - he’ll openly and actively listen to what you have to say and if it doesn’t sit right with him then he will communicate that to you.

Marco is great at holding his tongue and remaining calm during any kind of fight or disagreement with his s/o. He doesn’t want to say or do anything he might regret. Also, he’s extremely quick to forgive. Life is too short to fight with the ones that you love.

Not a day goes by where Marco doesn’t thank you for being a part of his life. Sometimes he just outright tells you how thankful he is. Other times he performs little acts of service to show his gratitude. He is always making sure you know how grateful he is.

Marco is one of the best people ever at communicating in a relationship. Honesty is extremely important to him. He shares practically everything with you without hesitation and he trusts you to do the same.

It takes a lot for him to get jealous. In fact, I’d say Marco rarely gets jealous – honestly, it’s practically NEVER. There’s no reason for him to be jealous because he doesn’t doubt your loyalty and love for him at all. Occasionally, he teases you and asks, “oh so you don’t love me anymore?” but there is absolutely no truth behind it. He knows with his whole heart that you love him, and you know that he loves you more than anything in the world.

He’s definitely had a bit of experience, so it’s safe to say he knows what he’s doing. Even if he lacked the experience, I view Marco as someone who is just naturally a great kisser.

Your first kiss was practically like one from a romance anime. The two of you sitting outside looking up at the stars and talking about anything and everything. There was a brief pause where the two of you looked at each other and you smiled so brightly. Marco couldn’t help himself as he leaned in to place a soft yet deep kiss to your lips.

L-Love confession (how would they confess to their s/o?)

Marco makes the mistake of telling Thatch, Izo and a few others of his feelings for you. They try to convince him to do some big elaborate confession with candles, flowers, and everything of that sort. But, to their dismay Marco shot down all of their ideas, instead opting to go for something a little more low key. It’ll happen near the end of one of the Whitebeard Pirates’ big parties. Everyone’s either passed out or passing out, and the two of you are just sitting together giggling to yourselves about it. After a moment or two he’d just come right out and say it.

M-Marriage (do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?)

Marco is in no rush to get married. He loves you and you love him. That’s all he needs to know. He doesn’t need a ceremony or a piece of paper to tell him what you both already know. Not to mention you guys practically already act like a married couple. That being said, if marriage is something you really want, then he is all for it. If it makes you feel more confident and secure in your relationship, then he will propose to you as soon as you want.

N-Nicknames (what do they call their s/o?)

He likes to use the classics ‘babe’, ‘love’, ‘sweetie’. But he also has a teasing nickname that you absolutely hate, it’s from an inside joke between the two of you.

When Marco first falls in love he starts randomly whistling the tunes of some love songs (HOW CHEESY I KNOW). He doesn’t notice he’s even doing it until Thatch or Izo point it out to him (not without teasing him about it first). After it’s been pointed out, it’s as if the whole world finally makes sense to him.

P-PDA (are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?)

Marco is pretty chill when it comes to PDA. He doesn’t mind standard PDA like a peck on the check, a kiss on the lips, hand holding (etc.), but he’s definitely not going to have a pash right in front of everyone. HOWEVER, if his mates are complaining about how single they are he is more than happy to rub in how happy and in love he is by giving you a massive smooch on the lips right in front of them.

Q-Quirk (some random ability they have that is beneficial in a relationship?)

As a matter of fact, Marco is quite the handyman. You never have to seek out someone to fic anything because Marco is there to fix it for you. Although, he does still recommend that you don’t use his work as a permanent solution.

I think his love language/s is acts of service and quality time. He uses these to express his love and affection. Sometimes his expressions of love can be cliché (e.g. a bouquet of flowers), but other times they could be creative and very specific to the dynamic of your relationship.

S-Support (are they helping their s/o achieve their goals do they believe in them?)

Marco is by your side every step of the way. But he wants to make sure he doesn’t overstep any boundaries and achieve your goal for you. So rather than getting involved, Marco is that unwavering support from the side lines – constantly uplifting you and providing reassurance that you can do it.

Marco is content with the way things are. You have a comfortable routine, and it works for the both of you. He feels no need to spice out your relationship, mainly because life as a pirate does that enough. However, if either of you ever expressed any desire to spice things out even more, then he would welcome that idea with open arms!

It’s almost unbelievable how good he is at reading you. When it comes to you, he just knows. He needs to be able to just know, so that he’s ready to help whenever you need him.

The relationship is very important and it’s up there with being one of the most important things in his life, possibly the most important thing. The only possible competition your relationship has, is his loyalty and responsibility to Whitebeard, but even then, Whitebeard is happy so long as his family is happy. And since you make Marco happy, well that’s pretty self-explanatory.

He’s the type of person to keep a photo of you and him in his wallet, and he loves when he’s out and about paying for something and someone happens to point it out because it gives him a reason to brag about you.

Like I said, he likes to show affection (but no big acts of PDA). He’s most cuddly and affectionate in the early hours of the morning though. He peppers lots of kisses all over your face and cuddles you so tightly that you have to tap him on the shoulder and warn him that you can’t breathe.

Most of the time he copes by involving himself in little shenanigans with a few of his crew mates. He finds it to be a great way to distract himself, while also continuing to be surrounded by his loved ones.

Most of the One Piece characters are willing to go the extra mile for their relationships. Marco is no different. We need to remember he is a Whitebeard Pirate, so we already know how much he values any of the relationships in his life. He joined the battle against the Marines to get Ace back, so just imagine the lengths he would go to for your relationship.

He’s very much a loner, and absolutely hates being around people who are loud and utterly obnoxious. His preferred activity with his S/O would be reading in his study. Little to no words would be spoken, rather, just enjoying each other’s presence. Maybe if he was in a good mood, he’d rest his hand on your thigh as he read his novel.

He, while he would never admit it, loves everything about you. But if he had to choose, he’d admire your patience. It takes a great deal of patience to get through his walls and be able to put up with his sharp tongue. He truly does envy your tolerance for him. On you, however, he loves your eyes. He loves how they would be filled with absolute determination to get to him and his problems.

This man is absolutely horrendous at comforting people. He would awkwardly pat your back as you sobbed into his chest. Sure, he’s slightly annoyed that his suit is getting wet, but he could see how truly upset you are, so he holds back any snarky remarks. Afterwards, he’d pull away and start complimenting you. As a Togami, he absolutely needs an heir. So starting a family with you would be his ultimate goal in the future. However, if you’re unable to have a child, he would push aside the Togami blood to adopt a child with you. Yes, he knows that it’s horrible for his family line, but to him, you’re way more important. Byakuya is extremely petty at times. So whenever you have a fight, which would probably be about the most petty thing, he would go to his study to pout. If he was in the wrong, he would never admit it....at least at first. He does a lot of thinking when he’s alone, so ultimately, if you’re also as stubborn, he’d suck up his pride and go apologize to you. “Sorry that, somehow, I was slightly in the wrong. Forgive me.” It’s not the best apology, but it’s more than what anyone else has ever gotten. G ratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

He’s extremely observant, more so to you. If you ever did small things, like make his morning coffee, or make a small snack for him while he worked away in his office, he would absolutely notice. This is Byakuya, he’s extremely blunt and honest with everyone. But whenever he’s feeling sad, or stressed, he would be very drawn away from you. It’s not like he doesn’t love you, he just needs some space. Though if you do come to him, he would open up slightly. He trusts you a lot, but he prefers to deal with his problems by himself. He’s Byakuya, he’s naturally good at everything. But his first kiss would’ve probably been with you, so he wanted it to be perfect. Absolutely he wants to get married to you. He knew it the moment you two went on your first date. And of course, he’s never wrong. You’d think he would propose to many people, stroking his ego as you’d accept, but he would hate that. Usually, he wouldn’t change how he is in public, but with just you, he would be more touchy and whisper sweet nothings in your ear. He loves it when you become putty in his hands, pulling you close to him as he allowed you two to cuddle for the time being, which never happens often. Absolutely not. His relationships are extremely private, so it’s the one thing he would never gloat about you to anyone. He loves you, of course, but he respects your privacy. Lets be real here, Byakuya isn’t the best at relationships. But he’s the absolute best at making you feel better about yourself. As much as he hates clichés, he’s extremely cliché. He takes you out on expensive dinners, kissing your hand out of respect, opening doors for you, complimenting you, the whole nine yards. Absolutely. If you have a goal in your life, he would do everything in his power to help you achieve it. He believes all goals should be treated equally, and people should be able to achieve it if they put their heart to it. As cheesy as it sounded, he’s truly believed that. He would quietly be your number one supporter, no matter how much he denies it. T hrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

He completely needs a routine. This guy thrives off of perfection, so he would have weekly dates, and alone time in the bedroom. If anything ever changes, he wouldn’t be mad, annoyed, maybe, but only because he’s not used to his routines being broken. U nderstanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

Byakuya has a very hard time knowing when he’s upset you, but he genuinely doesn’t want to. You’re the best thing that’s happened in his life, so once he knows that he’s hurt your feelings, he’d be super guilty. He’d pull the whole romance cliché to make you feel better. He’d push past his inflated ego and pride to make sure you’re not saddened because of him and his unfiltered mouth.    V alue - How important is the relationship to them? Byakuya is a huge sleep cuddler, even if he denies it in the morning. As soon as he thinks you’re asleep, he’d wrap his long arms around you, and pull you comfortably into his chest. If you catch him, he’d nearly throw you off of the bed, his face pure red from embarrassment. X OXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?

He’s not a very affectionate person, like his body rejects any affection he receives. But once he wants, or needs the affection, he’d come to you instead. Forehead kisses, temple kisses, and hand kisses are his favourites. It makes him feel like he’s protecting you. Y earning - How will they cope when they’re missing their partner?

He’d distract himself with his work, or with reading. He could never get you out of his mind, no matter how much he tries to. As soon as you return home, he’d scoop you into his arms and hide his face in your hair, swaying slightly as he greets you. Z eal - Are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship? Byakuya loves you, and would do everything to make sure you’re safe. He has a few people to protect you if he’s away on a trip, especially with the Future Foundation. He would absolutely give his life away, just to save yours.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?) he’s not very affectionate, but shows he loves you in his own way. He’ll let you stay the night with him on occasion and hold you in his arms. He’ll also let you touch his face, and he hates when people touch him. He’ll also get you small things. He’s never been in a real relationship, so he doesn’t know how they work. He asks Toga and Twice and gets you a teddy bear or flowers every once in a while. It’s rare, but always surprising and sweet.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?) he doesn’t really do friends that much, but he would definitely count on you and trust you to have his back. The friendship started when he broke into your house to hide out from the cops. You were watching a movie and eating popcorn and just sat there staring at him. You both stared for a while before you looked back at the tv and continued watching your movie. He was confused. You were just too tired to deal with anymore shit. You’d had a shit day with shitty people. He threatened to kill you, but you just blinked at him and commented about how beautiful his eyes were. He looked at the movie and instead sat and watched it with you until the cops left the area. You promised not to tell anyone in exchange for him never breaking into your house again. He broke the deal, but you never told.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?) he secretly likes to cuddle. He’ll act cool and irritated and complain you’re too hot, but he secretly loves when you cuddle him. He also likes to feel your smooth hands touch his scarred skin, makes him feel at ease. One thing he loves to do though, is spoon with you. (Ngl I had a five minute thought session of the spelling of spoon cause I thought it was different for some stupid reason.) feeling your body heat and being in complete control makes him feel powerful. He could burn you to a crisp if he wanted, but you’re the least annoying person to him, so that’d be a waste.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?) he’s a villain and has no intentions of settling down and getting married anytime soon. He believes marriage is just a new title for you both. If you know you love each other what’s the point in getting married? He’s good at cooking, but horrible at cleaning. He’ll leave all of that up to you.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?) He would either burn you to death cause you know too much, or kidnap you and keep you as a slave to the league. He’s not taking any chances of you spilling the beans to the heroes or anyone else for that matter. Always be cautious if you’re planning to end it with Dabi. Choose your words carefully or you’ll end up in ashes. When he breaks up with you, be prepared to be threatened.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?) he thinks marriage is pointless, and it would openly display a weakness to other villains and heroes if they knew this sinister villain were married. People wouldn’t take him seriously enough as a villain. That’s what he believes. However, if you annoy him enough he’ll give in so he can stop hearing you “bitch” about commitment. It turned out not to be that bad, except he melted his wedding ring a fight. Not on purpose. It’s the knowledge that he’s your husband officially now that makes you happy. And he’s all about you wearing your ring. It shows everyone you’re his.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?) he’s very rough and sadistic. If you fell and scraped your knee. He would kneel down acting like he was going to look at it, but would instead flick it really hard and grin at your pain. Eventually he’ll grab you a bandaid and tell you to stop bitching. Emotionally if you’re sad, that’s when he’s most gentle. If you’ve had a bad day at work and you’re crying, he’ll try to comfort you. “You look really ugly when you cry, you know that? Who gives a damn about your shitty co-workers?” He will drape his jacket over you. “And your boss is just a lil cock-sucker. You could always just say the word and I’ll use them for fuel to burn your work to the ground.” Villainous, but he is a villain. It always cheers you up knowing he would seriously go to such lengths to make you happy and cheer you up.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?) He tried to ignore that he loves your hugs, but sometimes can’t control it. When you spend the night with him you always lay with him and hug him, he won’t admit it but he likes your hugs, even if he finds them annoying sometimes. Unconditional love and sweet hugs were never apart of his childhood, and if you happened to stop hugging him, he would just hug you and not let you go.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?) takes him a very long time to say it, if he even does. He doesn’t really believe he needs to tell you he loves you. He expects you to already know how he feels. The first time he said it was when you were complimenting his looks. Telling him how handsome he was, how strong he is, how his determination is so admirable, and that no matter what happened that you would always be by his side to support him and his dream. “Well, well, that’s not a bad attempt there. Better than your previous ones.” He knows you’re trying to make him feel more confident in his looks and heart, but it never works. “...don’t leave me, (Y/N). Or else I’ll have to burn you alive. It’d be a shame to see the woman I love turn to ash.”

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?) will get jealous easily depending on what the situation is. If you’re purposefully trying to make him jealous, beware the consequences and prepare yourself for a very long night of punishments. If someone is hitting on you, he’ll walk up to you no matter where it is and grin sadistically at the man. “Hey doll, this guy givin’ you problems?” He’ll activate his quirk and stare him down intimidatingly. “If so I can fix that right away.” Whoever it is will run away in terror. Unless it’s a hero, and then you know you have to drag Dabi away before he really gets arrested.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?) he likes his kisses to be heavy and hot. He likes to assert his extreme dominance over you and show you who’s boss. He likes to kiss your lips, cause he knows once he kisses you you’ll be thinking about him all day. Another spot would be under your jaw. He likes this spot for some reason. Maybe it’s the fact that if he could he could bite into you harshly and make you bleed. And to mark you and let everyone know you belong to him.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?) horrible. Never bring him around a child ever. He’s already had a bad enough childhood as it is, and he doesn’t want his child to experience that. As for other kids, he finds them greatly annoying and when they cry and scream all he wants to do is shut them up and scare them. If he had a kid with you... don’t expect much. He won’t help a lot. But he enjoys laying around with your infant in his chest while he watches tv. He’ll let them do whatever they want. He only wants to give them a good life he never had.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?) he’s lazy. He’ll lounge around without a shirt with some sweat pants on. His hair will be pretty messy and sticking up more than usual. A lot of the times you catch him staring at himself in mirror running his fingers over his scarred skin. Then he’ll glare at his reflection. You always walk behind him and hug him and kiss all of his scarred skin. Then he’ll pull you into the shower innocently and wash your hair.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?) he’s an animal at nights, relentless in the bedroom... if you know what I mean. That’s his ideal night. However, sometimes you need a break from his constant sexual harassment even though he’s your boyfriend. He’ll be grumpy, but end up breaking into your house unannounced and watch movies with you. Sometimes, he’ll do your hair, or paint your nails with a bored expression. He’ll even wear face masks with you to soften his wrinkled skin. One time, you straightened his hair flat against his head and laughed as hard as you could because he looked like a more depressed and scarred version of Shigaraki. He ended up forcing you to pass out as punishment.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?) don’t expect him to ever open up to you. He’s a very secretive man, you don’t even know his real name if he even has one. He’ll tell you about missions and complain about the other members of the league of villains, but anything about who he was before that you’ll never hear. Soon, he’ll tell you eventually. Just not any time soon.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?) he’s not easily angered. If he is it’s very passive and threatening. You have seen videos on the internet of some of Dabi’s appearances from civilians when they perform the large scale attacks, and he loves to taunt the heroes. You’ve never seen him yell, only angrily glare or scoff with a sarcastic and rude remark.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?) When you begin to talk about your past, it always appears he’s not listening. He doesn’t really care all that much. He likes focusing on the now and the future. However, he pays close attention to things that make you upset. If you talk about a traumatic experience, he’ll act as if he’s not listening, but secretly he’s promising you that he’s never gonna let whatever happened happen to you again. Then other times, he’ll remember the embarrassing stuff about you and tease you to death.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?) His favorite moment in your relationship was when you got embarrassed for Shigaraki calling you both out for being a couple. You were, but it was only the beginning and you were still embarrassed and uncomfortable being around so many dangerous villains. You became super flustered and red in the face. He loved teasing you and peppering your face in kisses just to embarrass you and make you flustered.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?) He’s a bit protective, he can’t really do much since he’s a villain and would be recognized or put you in more danger if the heroes were to discover you and him were romantically involved. If you were in danger by another villain, he would surrender himself willingly for your safety, but once you were away and safe, he would activate his quirk and kill off the stupid villains that thought they could contain him. He’s your hero basically. He wants you to protect him by just being there for him and being an outlet for his stress and pain. He wants you to just reassure him he can make this dream come true no matter what, and that even if he’s alone, you’re right there beside him. It’s all he ever wanted. Was to be loved.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?) doesn’t really take you on dates, doesn’t remember anniversaries, and doesn’t really care about the everyday tasks. If you tell him about an anniversary, he’ll just be a bit dumbfounded at how long you’d actually been dating. “That long? I’m surprised I haven’t killed ya yet. So loud and annoying.” The next day though when he forgot, he’ll bring you flowers he stole since you seemed down about it. Also Toga and Twice pestered him time get you something since he was being an ass.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?) constant sex. It’s tiring, and honestly drains you, but it’s something he likes. You’ll have to put your foot down when it comes to standing up for what you don’t want. He’ll take it as a joke at first. He also never listens to you. If you tell him he’s beautiful and you love him, he will scoff and call you a fucking liar. Something else he does that annoys you is picking you up from work just to take you back to the league of villains headquarters to just chill with you. It’s sweet, both you always get these suspicious stares. One time, a hero recognized him and he had to flee and leave you by yourself in a bad part of town. You stayed where you were and he eventually came back to get you.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?) He thinks he’s ugly. You heard from Twice that some wannabe villains called him disgusting, and a freak, and that his disgusting face made them wanna throw up. In the end Dabi incinerated them. He could care less, but you know that there’s something he’s hiding behind those surgical staples and black hair. One time to make him feel better, you put heavy make up on him. He didn’t like it, and neither did you. He was surprised you didn’t like it, but it made him happy you loved his appearance despite his scarred up body.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?) not really. Having you is like having a favorite shirt, you’ll always wanna wear it and treasure it forever since it’s your favorite. He doesn’t need a shirt to live though. He enjoys your company, and can talk to you about anything but chooses not to. He would definitely miss you. The league would have to deal with his extra grumpy attitude if you were ever to disappear. It’d be very difficult to find someone to put up with his bullshit like you do.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.) he secretly wants you to become a villain with him. He wants you to come on missions with him and have his back the whole time. He’ll protect you don’t worry, but his main concern is you being captured by heroes. They’re sneaky sometimes, and he’d be damned if he let one of them take you. He would have a lot of fun with you. If you were to become a villain. His favorite thing with you would be to attack heroes on patrols and taunt them. Also go to malls and steal things. He likes being sneaky with you too. He’d be proud.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?) he wouldn’t want a partner trying to change him. He ain’t gonna change for nobody. Not even you. So if you get in a relationship with Dabi, you’ll have to love him for who he is. He doesn’t want someone who disagrees strongly with his dream. He hates heroes, obviously. He hates your co-workers. He hates how sweet you are but still love him. He hates how he feels for you and how you make him slightly weaker. But that just means he loves you.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?) one of the worst things you have to deal with is how much he holds you in his sleep. His arms will be tightly around your waist or shoulders while you sleep so you can’t get up at all. One time you had to pee so bad you almost did it right there on the bed. If you hadn’t yelled right in his face and squirmed like a worm then you surely would’ve busted your bladder. He also is such a heavy sleeper. The end of the world could be happening and he’d sleep right through it. One thing that wakes him up immediately you’ve learned is that the staples under his eyes are extremely sensitive, and if you touch them, he’ll wake up immediately and become irritated.

“Don’t you think I have dreams, too??” You demanded with such force he could feel the reverberations from your voice rocking his very soul. He wouldn’t have expected this behavior from you, never. Never in a million years. 

Tsukishima’s eyes darken, masking the fear washing over his body only to be given away by the tremors caught in his throat as he struggled to articulate his thoughts, “you’re a monster.” 

Look at yourself, he thinks: frazzled hair with strands of your neat bun coming undone; crumpled clothes as you stand in the center of the mess you made; but above all, feral eyes resembling that of a caged beasts’. 

Monster. Tsukishima Kei would know. He has poured over remnants of the ancient beasts, debating with other scholars on whether or not these bones were from genuine havoc-wreckers. As a child he was elated at the prospect of having a real-life encounter with the subject of his life’s studies. A single encounter alone would grant him the opportunity to scrutinize the dinosaurs and beasts. With this chance, he had thought to himself, he would surpass Sir Richard Owen himself! But right now, all he felt was fear- as he always should have felt in the presence of such archaic wonders. In this moment of time, Tsukishima was reminded that before he is a Historian, he is but man.

It’s been two weeks since your outburst. In that time span, both you and Tsukishima decide that neither of you will stay at the apartment, so you get into packing. Slowly but surely, cardboard boxes pile up and take the place of the furniture and household items. Every now and then, Tsukishima would stumble upon trinkets with sentimental value- of course there isn’t much use of them now, just like the rows of photographs securely taped on the bedroom wall. He sighs at the amount of work ahead of him. 

“Kei-kun! Kei-kun!” 

He still hears your voice calling out for him from years ago.

He turns his attention to your (h/c) before meeting your (e/c) coloured eyes. You must have been the one calling for him. “What?”

Pointing at the flower growing on the lowest branch, your face contorts to an exasperated expression. “Please get that.”

“How do you even know my name?” he snarls, but finds himself complying with your request. When a mystery is too overpowering, one dare not obey. Looking back at it, maybe it was because he hated seeing that downcast look on your face after deciding that your happiness meant the world to him. 

He chuckles at the memory, carefully putting away the photograph of you smiling back to him from the foot of the cherry blossoms. He reaches up to grab another: the one with you clinging happily onto his sweaty figure after a victorious match against Shiratorizawa. He remembered how you treated him to dinner that night, listening intently as Kei verbally recounts the game. 

“So.. how does it feel like to block one of Japan’s top 3 aces?” you ask him smugly, kicking at his feet from under the table. 

Tsukishima didn’t even bother hiding his smile. He takes your hands in his as you gently rub circles soothingly at his injured pinky. “It was alright.”

...

“Who is she.” Coming from your mouth, it wasn’t a question, but a demand.

“A co worker.” 

“Does her contract include sexual intercourses beginning at 2pm every Tuesday?” you inquire cooly, barely looking up from your documents.

Tsukishima freezes, knowing that there was no possible way to cover up his tracks this time. “Don’t be hysterical.”

Finally turning towards him, you look him dead in the eye, “Why did you do it?”

“Why I did it?” he laughs humorlessly after echoing your question back at you. “(y/n), for someone who’s barely around these days, you sure do have the audacity to fire back at me like that.” His voice is flat as he watches your mouth part in a small “o,” immediately regretting what he had said. Despite this, he continues, “where have you been?” stop it “WHERE in the goddamn world have you been when I needed you most?? When I got promoted in my job, and you barely even cared,” Kei, stop it, you’ll only make it worse “when I got injured during practice and you didn’t even come to check if I was doing okay. WHERE WERE YOU WHEN I NEEDED YOU THE MOST?!” 

Without warning, you flip over your table from the corner of the living room converted into a shared workspace between you and your boyfriend. “How DARE you tell me I DON’T care.” Tears brim your eyes threatening to escape. It takes all your willpower not to raise your voice to match his volume. “Maybe if YOU paused for a second, you would realise how I slaved over at the cafe to pay our bills, and to support your passion. I saw how passionate you were about Volleyball, so I knew it would add up extra costs. But I NEVER once made you worry about whether or not we could afford it, did I?”

“But you were happy, weren’t you? I still need to graduate. I still need to pass my classes. I still need to write my essays and get some sleep,” you cried, “don’t you think I have dreams too??” 

Monsters, well, they know nothing but destruction, do they?

You. But you, oh god, you did nothing but love and love and love... didn’t you? You did not burn cities, nor did you lust for blood. Instead you held his hand and provided warmth and comfort, whether it be like milk to a newborn or sleep to the freezing. 

When you leave, he realizes: you are no monster. You’ve just had enough.

Belle Quacks Chapter 8

Belle was jolted back to reality when Morgana tapped her on the shoulder, being greeted with a smile. The sorceress sat across from her, sipping the caramel latte she ordered. “I love your dress.” The tall woman commented. Belle blushed, smiling. “Thank you, I think I actually got it a thrift store. I love yours too, you look like that woman from the Addams Family.” She hoped it was a compliment, that Morgana would like that. “Really? Great! She’s been an inspiration for my wardrobe for years.” Okay, good, it was a compliment. Belle was worried she’d take it the wrong way. The two began talking, Belle about her brother, time with Camellia and her business. Morgana asked about her childhood but, upon noticing a sad and scared look on her face, began talking about her time as a villain and a hero. Belle did struggle to pay attention but didn’t want to seem rude and forced herself to listen. The sorceress noticed and stopped talking, checking on Belle’s comfort. The smaller female explained how she struggled to pay attention at times which Morgana assured her that she understood, telling her that her comfort was important. She nodded, pulling out more paper to design more jewellery. Morgana kept talking, Belle was half-listening. There was a question biting at the back of her mind. “How do you act so understanding towards me?” Upon realising she said that out loud, she looked up. Morgana went from surprise to calm. “I had a friend like you, still close with them actually, I learned to be patient and the behaviours they might exhibit. They’re not as energetic as you but still similar.” Ah, that explained it. Morgana had a close friend similar to her, meaning she knew how to talk to her. Belle smiled, apologising for the sudden question but thanking her for her patience.

Why Belle cared so much about what Morgana thought about her, she didn’t know but she wanted to make Morgana happy and showed she cared. Sadly, time flew by, meaning Belle had to leave and head to her store. “Well, I’ll see you soon Belle. It was nice hanging out with you.” The black haired duck said, smiling and waving goodbye. Belle waved back enthusiastically, excited to see her again. The small pink and blue haired duck began walking to her store, watching people as they walked passed. Multiple thoughts went through her head at once, most of them about her childhood. She remembered some of the horrible things her parents said to her such as how it was unladylike to eat so much or how her smile was ugly and unlovable. This happened and she didn’t know why, why she remembered these or why they would surface randomly after a good day. Belle bumped into someone while she was distracted. Upon looking up, Belle noticed it was just Camellia who was unlocking Belle’s store for her. “Oh, I forgot my keys again.” She muttered. Camellia helped her friend up, smiling. “Well, look who it is. Did you have fun, Jingles?” The duck smiled, babbling about how Morgana had a friend like her and that it made her understanding towards her. The fox’s ears perked up, latching on to the information. She looked like she just figured out something, nodding understandably. Sunlight hit the various pieces of jewellery, causing a kaleidoscope of colours to paint the store. The door opened and Belle felt like her heart just stopped upon seeing who it was. ‘No, no no no no no, they’re here for me.’ She instantly thought. How could she not think that? There, standing in front of the door, was the Fearsome Four. “So, this is the Quacks Jewellers? A lot of treasure here, boys.” The Liquidator said, smiling.

“Not r-r-really treasure, I-I-I-I don’t c-charge much.”She stuttered, tearing up. “I-I-I do m-make them b-by h-hand.” The supervillains looked floored, looking around. Bushroot walked to the counter with Quackerjack, reading over the prices. The jester seemed to lose it.”No way! You should be charging more, you’re super talented at making jewellery!” He exclaimed, scaring the small female into hiding behind her friend. “Quacky is right! The key to good business is pricing. One needs to trust their talents and price accordingly. However, you’ve got a high quality product for a cheap price, likely drawing in more business. A smart move.” The Liquidator praised. Bushroot waved at the smaller duck, who just sobbed into Camellia’s arm in fear. Quackerjack looked sad, leading to Megavolt hugging him, comforting him. “I scared her, I scared her Sparky.” He sobbed slightly. Megavolt ignored the nickname for once, stroking his boyfriend’s arm. Belle looked over, confused and still teary eyed. He was sad he scared her? Why? And why did he seem so familiar? She began to hum the lullaby Jack sang her as a child as a way to calm herself. The colourful villain was wide eyed, hearing a melody he nearly forgot existed. He should know it, he did create it after all. After so long, she still remembered it, did she remember him? He stepped closer to her, trying not to scare her more. He knew just what to say, or rather, sing. “When I am near, there is no need to fear. I will fight to protect you, no matter what anyone might do.” His voice was shaky, close to whining or crying. Belle looked more confused. “No need to cry, for on me you can rely.” The jester walked over to the smaller female, holding her and one end of his hat. With a gentle tug, he pulled it off.

“No one loves you like your brother, I promise I do.” Gasps echoed throughout the store, the other villains never having seen Quacky’s face and Belle recognising him. “J-Jackson...? I-It’s really y-you?” Jack nodded, holding his breath. “I-I know y-you likely d-don’t l-like me n-now because of my n-new career p-path and my lack o-of contact. I-I just was s-so busy at first, then c-couldn’t find you a-and then wanted you safe.” He cried as he held both of his sister’s hands, his mismatching eyes staring into her green ones. “I don’t e-expect f-f-forgiveness b-but I’m sorry.” Megavolt rubbed Quacky’s back, trying to calm him down. Camellia put a hand on Belle’s shoulder as she tried to process the information instantly dumped onto her. Jack seemed scared, waiting for Belle to say something but Belle was just trying to retain the information and turn it into a response. She looked stressed and worried, hiccupping as she looked at Camellia. Camellia took this as a cue to step in, something she wished she didn’t have to do. “Belle’s brain doesn’t work the same as ours. She has problems with listening due to zoning out, impulse control and memory. She doesn’t fully understand and she’s overwhelmed.” She looked down at her friend, who was patting her hand, indicating she wanted to take control again. “I-I-I need y-you to repeat t-the important i-information a-a-and to be patient with m-me.” She explained. Her older brother exhaled, calming himself the best he could. “I couldn’t find you, trust me, I tried.” A nod from Belle. “Then, due to being a villain, I wanted to protect you.” Another nod. “I don’t expect forgiveness, but I am so sorry.” The other villains walked over to their friend for support, patting his back or placing a hand on his shoulders. Belle hugged him, seeming to understand what he said. “I just missed you and was worried about you. I don’t condone what you did but you’re my brother. You’re not evil naturally, I know that. I forgive you for not getting in touch sooner.” Jack held onto his sister, hugging her tightly. Nothing would tear them apart, Quacky would make sure of it.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

Enji has no idea how to be affectionate since he was never “In Love” before. Everything he has ever done was to benefit him, so if he is genuinely in love with you he will have no clue what to do. 

His favorite physical affection is placing his hand against your lower back. It’s a simple gesture, and he can get away with doing it in public, but he honestly enjoys doing it in general. If his hand presses against your lower back as you are walking, it’s like he is trying to help lead you through an area. 

If you’re in private, his favorite form of physical affection is having you on his lap. He doesn’t always mean this in a sexual way because sometimes he just wants to hold you close. Having you pressed against his chest calms him and being able to hold you makes him feel as if he isn’t a complete fuck up.

The most affectionate thing you will get out of him is how he pays attention to you. He gives you his full attention when you speak, will surprise you with gifts involving your interests, and always will make sure you are content with your new lifestyle. Sometimes, he knows you better than you know yourself.

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

Enji would be an unusual person to call a best friend since his past is complete shit, but if you manage to break down those walls I suppose he could be a very loyal friend. 

He is one of those friends that will never listen to you? Like not in an insulting kind of way but more of a “You told me not to do this, So I will” Kind of way. He honestly could remind you of a cat at times because if you tell him no, he will do it. You believe that Shoto gets that trait from him.

Will spoil you a lot. Like expect random gifts all of the time. Oh a band in town you like? Shit he might as well buy you front row tickets and a VIP pass. He has the money. You want to open a cafe or a diner? Shit he will be your supplier and will handle the business section of everything. He honestly doesn’t mind helping you thrive.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

He doesn’t cuddle often, but he will indulge you from time to time. He normally will cuddle by having you sitting on his lap, letting you snuggle yourself against his warm body. He never has been good with affection, but he loves when you hold him on his lap. 

If he has a particularly bad day, he will pull you into a tight hug while shoving his nose in your neck. He will never speak about how he’s feeling, so instead just hold him and play with his hair until he calms down. Once he feels better, he will be more willing to talk.

His favorite time to cuddle is when he is going to bed since he loves to spoon. He keeps his bedroom cold, so cuddling while going to sleep is the perfect time to snuggle up to the warm man

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

He can’t cook. He is the kind of man that is completely clueless on cooking or cleaning since he has had people do it for him his whole life. Now, he would like how to learn how to cook, but it will hardly ever end well. He gets frustrated easily which only ends up with burnt food. Also, he hates cleaning, but will attempt to clean if you ask him to. 

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

Depends on if he likes you or not.

If you both were doing this for publicity, or if it was just something he would do to use you, then he would be very blunt about it. A simple “We are over” Type of thing since he viewed your relationship as a business agreement more than for emotional support. 

If he genuinely cares about you, he will be much more gentle. He would express gratitude for the things you taught him, and would hold you close while warming up his body in an attempt to keep you calm. He wouldn’t show how upset he is by breaking up with you, but it really does hit him hard when he is alone.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

It depends on if he has feelings again.

If it benefits him, he would suggest marriage for a long term business agreement. There wouldn’t be many feelings and he would be just doing what he needs to. The ceremony would be very traditional, and he wouldn’t really show much interest in planning. If he didn’t care, he would suggest marriage early on. Maybe 6 months or so.

If he genuinely cares, it might be around 3-5 years before he asks you to marry him. Between being the new number one hero and building relationships, you would have to be patient. If you manage to wait for him, he would be extremely thankful. He would be pretty involved with wedding planning unlike his previous marriage, and wants you both to be happy. He does want some more traditional aspects of the wedding, but he will bend and let you have what you want too.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

He’s honestly not that gentle. Expect some blunt words and bruised skin because he tends to just forget how he is. His tone will get harsh and he won’t even realize it, he will ignore you when he gets really stressed, and he can say things he doesn’t mean during arguments. His grip can be a little too tight, a little too rough, and he may hurt you on accident. Nothing is ever intentional, and he does feel guilty when he sees a bruise on your waist or wrist, but he never manages to stop being a bit rough,

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

He is really awkward with giving hugs. Like he will not go out of his way to ask for a hug, but he will tell you subliminally. He will nudge your arm softly and pout until you realize what he wants. He enjoys receiving hugs and will warm up his body in order to keep you in for longer, but he will never ask for them. Oh and he is a bitch for back hugs. Hug him from behind and rest your head against him. He will not move.

I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)

He never really outright says that he loves you until after the Nomu attack. During the fight, he knew his family as well as you were watching so he gave it his all. The second he saw you in the hospital, he would say that he loves you for the first time. He would carefully pull you into a hug to try to comfort you before whispering it in your ear. It’s a very quiet and genuine thing, but that is one of the few times he confesses that he truly loves you.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

Endeavor is horrible when it comes to getting jealous. If people are hitting on you and you are oblivious, he will walk his happy ass right up next to you and wrap an arm around your waist. He doesn’t give a shit who it is, or how he seems, if you are his he expects people to back off.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

His kisses depend on a variety of factors. If he is busy with things or on his way to work, he will stop you, pull you in by your waist, and then give you a quick peck before leaving. If he gets jealous, his kisses are very deep, heated, and intense. If he is feeling romantic, they will be a bit more gentle but hungry, trying to get as much as he can. He is very good at kissing just because he has experience. His favorite place to be kissed is the corners of his lips. It never fails to make him grin ever so slightly when you peck him there since it is almost teasingly close to his lips.He personally loves to kiss your forehead just since it is something he can do quickly.

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

He is quite clumsy when he is around children. Even though he is a dad, he didn’t exactly play a very active role in his childrens lives. If he is told to babysit or take care of a child, he would be nervous just because he is very aware of how big, rough, and intimidating he can be. He also can be a bit impatient, so yelling at kids isn’t uncommon even if he tries not to. 

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Mornings with Enji can go two ways.

When he is in a hurry to get to work, you both will get up due to his many alarms he sets. This man sleeps like a rock, so normally you will be the one who has to wake him up. As you make breakfast, he will do everything he has to so he will be ready for work. He then comes out, eats breakfast with you, and will leave after giving you a quick kiss.

If he doesn't have to work, then he will stay in bed with you for as long as he can. He can be pretty lazy on his days off, wanting to do nothing more than recover as much as he can and rest as much as he can. He will get up when you do and will pretty much follow you around. He will be really clingy until he wakes up fully.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

Nights are almost always very calm. You will ask how his day went and he will tell you over dinner. Once you both finish eating, he will suggest a shower or a bath with you since he just enjoys being with you. After that, he will hold you and go to bed. There really isn’t much to say here since nights with him are fairly normal.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

If you thought Shoto was bad with opening up, then you should see how bad Enji is. This man will not open up to you until after the Nomu attack. Even then he will struggle with admitting everything and will just tell you whatever comes to his mind. The best way to learn about him is to just ask him since he struggles with telling you about himself.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

When it comes to anger, it depends on when you meet him. Before the Nomu attack, he would get irritable very easily and big fights may happen more often than either of you would like them to. After the attack, he would be much more patient. He is more willing to take into consideration your feelings and would give you time or space. He can still be a bit irritable, but he is doing his best. 

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

Enji Todoroki pays a lot of attention. He may not be the best with words or physical affection, but he almost makes up for all of that with how well he knows you. He remembers every important date, every favorite of yours, and almost everything you mention. The only time he would possibly forget is if he is distracted by hero work when you mention something to him. If he is nose deep in paperwork, can you really blame him for forgetting your favorite breed of dog or how you like your steak cooked? No, No you can’t.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

The moments right after the High-end Nomu attack. When he woke up to you with him at the hospital, worried out of your mind for him. It was unusual to him because he normally is quite angry about being in the hospital, but just seeing you there made him feel at peace. He would slowly pull you in and hug you tight (One of the only times he hugs you first) before telling you how much you have changed his life and that he loves you. By then, you would rather be in shock or tears because he actually told you he loved you. The soft kiss he gave you after is still one of his favorite memories since it really did confirm his feelings towards you.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

He doesn’t feel the need to be protected but goddamn does he protect you. He is the number one hero, so he is very aware of how dangerous you being in a relationship with him can be. Because of this, he is pretty protective of you. If you are willing, he would have one of those location tracker apps on your phone but he wouldn’t ever force you into it. He pretty much just likes to know where you are at just in case somebody tries to just pick you up. Also panics if you don’t answer his calls or texts.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

When it comes to dates, it would be maybe 40%. He doesn’t try a lot at dates since they usually consist of dates at home, but there will be the occasional date where he takes you out. He tries a bit harder on those to make sure you are happy. Those are usually anniversary dates.

He gives gifts often so its safe to say he tries at least 70% there since he gives them so often. They will always be something you enjoy, but they're more of a “I thought of you when I saw this” Sort of thing.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

He gets REALLY into work and will sometimes distance himself from you. He truly doesn’t mean to do this, but it just happens. When it gets bad, just remind him a few times that he needs to step back and relax. 

He also has a habit of speaking for you. This normally happens under stressful situations where he is really just trying to think of what would be best for you, but it can come off as controlling and as if your opinions don’t matter to him.

Can get into some pretty intense arguments with you. When stress just builds on him and he blows up, he has a habit of saying things he truthfully doesn’t mean. The shit just sort of happens and he will often try to get your forgiveness by giving you gifts since he is really bad with apologies. 

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

He is concerned about his appearance only because he is the number one hero. He has to be the one people look up to, so he does his best to keep himself looking good and professional. After the Nomu attack, he is a little insecure about the large scar across his face but does eventually come to terms with it. 

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

If he genuinely cared about you, he would feel incomplete without you. He will find himself doing things as if you were still there before realizing that you aren’t there. He is so used to you being there that they just sort of happen at this point.

If you were dead, He would mourn for you and feel broken by the fact that he had finally felt some sort of peace with someone only to have that taken from him. In his hero work, he would become much more intense and less forgiving. He would seek revenge for your death as well, and would try to kill the person who killed you.

X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)

Enji totally loves being babied. Like you would expect Enji to be some sort of man who hates self care days, but he gets surprisingly into them. Spa days are a common thing with him and he will drag you with him to get massages or facials. 

Speaking of massages, he absolutely loves having you rub his back. It doesn’t matter if you’re really good at it, but the feeling of your hands rubbing against his tense muscles makes him melt. Like want to make him weak for you? Offer to massage his back for him. He will never turn that down. 

He’s pretty good at giving massages too. His warm hands can work out knots and relax tense muscles so easily. He does tend to go a bit on the harder side when he is giving the massages, but they have to be damn good.

Also I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned this before, but I could see Enji being Bisexual since he would be more interested in someone for how strong they are. He would never really be open about it, but I could see him having a crush more on men than women.

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)

He really wouldn’t be big on having someone who is more of an Endeavor fan. Like he is looking for more of a lover than a fan, and he wants someone to care about him for who he is, not his hero persona.

Clingy is also something he struggles with since he can’t always be there and will ignore you from time to time. It just sort of happens, and he can’t handle having to put up with someone who wants his attention 24/7. He is a busy man and would need someone who could give him space.

Also someone who would be willing to accept his kids. If somebody he was interested voiced disinterest in his family, he would drop them. His family comes before his need for a lover.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habit of theirs?)

Enji will keep his bedroom cold as hell. He always has slept better in the cold since his body has time to cool down, so you better get used to sleeping in the cold.

Luckily, He loves to cuddle when he is sleeping. He absolutely loves to spoon someone just because feeling someone pressed against his chest makes him feel calm. His body is naturally warm too, so he is great for sleeping with during the winter or in cold rooms.

What's the earliest news event you can remember hearing about/seeing? What years was this, and how old were you at the time? 9/11 was the biggest for sure, but I was already 12 by then so I know that wasn’t the earliest or first I heard about or saw. I think cause I was older and it was so heavily talked about and shown for such a long time and the fact we have a day of remembrance for it, so it stands out.

What are you fucking sick of hearing? Fireworks. People in my city start lighting them off randomly mid to end June up until the 4th and then even like a week after. Oh, and they like to do it in the middle of the night, too.

How are you when you get angry? Is it ever a physical sensation, or purely emotional? I end up breaking down and then I just shut down. There have been some instances where I literally was shaking from being so mad, which isn’t common at all so that says how angry I was at the time. It takes a lot to make me angry.

What word do you pronounce wrong every time, despite the fact that you know its wrong? I’m blanking at the moment.

How helpful are your parents to you? Would they help you to pay for your first apartment? College? Where does the line end? I’m very blessed to have the supportive and loving parents I have who would do anything for my siblings and I. They have always made sure we had everything we needed and plenty of things we wanted. They do whatever they can and I’m very grateful.

A ⇴ AFFECTION

Throughout your pregnancy, Namjoon was always incredibly cuddly with you. He wanted to be as close to you and the bump as possible, be there for you whenever you needed to hold his hand or feel his arms wrapped around you.

B ⇴ BUMP

Just as he was with you, he was also very handsy with your bump too. Depending on how you were feeling, he’d either hold on tightly to it, or massage against all the points that were sore. He was very observant to how you were feeling throughout your pregnancy, usually being able to pick up on your mood quite quickly to understand what it was that you wanted from him.

.C ⇴ CRAVINGS

Whatever you were craving, at whatever time, Namjoon would get it for you in a heartbeat. He never judged you for the sometimes random combinations that you were craving, instead he’d get it with a smile, knowing it made you happier too. Although, when he was dieting, he definitely got jealous of some of the foods you were eating every now and then.

With each date that passed closer to your due date, Namjoon got more and more excited. He couldn’t deny that he’d been counting down the years to when he could become a father, so now he was only counting down the days, he couldn’t quite believe it. You were often having to remind him not to get too excited, as the due date was only a rough guide to when you’d give birth, and not necessarily the day when your baby would arrive.

E ⇴ EXCITEMENT

It wasn’t just with your due date where Namjoon’s excitement often got the better of him, pretty much the whole way through your pregnancy he was excited. There were so many little moments that he’d dreamed of, like the first sign of your bump, and going shopping for your baby that each day felt like a reason to be excited, with it all building up to whenever your little one would decide to make an appearance.

He loved having your families as involved in your pregnancy as possible too, he felt like your baby was the perfect way to bring your families together as they were yet to spend much time with each other. Although you were a little worried that your new-born would lead to some competition between the two families, they ended up bonding greatly, finally getting to know each other properly thanks to your new arrival.

G ⇴ GETTING READY

Almost every pregnancy book available had been read by Namjoon in order to make sure that the two of you were as prepared as possible. The last thing he wanted was for the two of you to forget anything, so plenty of lists were made, with bags being checked several times before he could relax and declare yourselves as prepared.

H ⇴ HEARTBEAT

You could never forget the first time Namjoon heard your baby’s heartbeat, and how quickly his tears fell. It was an overwhelming experience for you both, but the small thuds particularly touched his heart. You knew how long he’d dreamt of the moment, and to finally see it come true was everything that he’d ever wanted.

I ⇴ “I LOVE YOU”

He’d often remind you that he loved you the most whenever you were resting. It was a huge relief to him whenever he spotted you being able to rest your eyes for a few moments, and so in those peaceful moments he’d often whisper to you that he loved you, even if most of the time you were far too gone to pay attention to him.

J ⇴ JEALOUSY

More than anything, he was jealous of you throughout your pregnancy, he hated having to leave you and the bump with his busy schedule so often. He was jealous that your bump was always with you, how you’d never have to miss a kick or a wriggle because you were carrying, whilst he missed out on so many of the moments that he didn’t want to because he was the one having to spend time away from you and your baby.

K ⇴ KICKS

After feeling kicks for some time, Namjoon knows all of the spots that your baby loves to attack, and so he’ll often lay down right over those spots of your bump at night when he wants a sign of life from your baby. The left side, just at the bottom is your child’s favourite spot, and often where Namjoon will end up lying too.

L ⇴ LABOUR

You couldn’t have asked for a more supportive person than Namjoon with you during your labour. Perhaps it was the years he’d spent as a leader, caring for everyone else, but he just seemed to know exactly what to do when you needed him. When you reached the final stages of labour, the tears that fell during that first heartbeat fell again, completely overwhelmed that at last one of his biggest dreams was coming true.

M ⇴ MORNING SICKNESS

Whenever you experienced morning sickness, was another time when Namjoon was very much on the ball. He ended up carrying a hairband around his wrist so that he could run straight to you every morning and tie your hair back. All of his schedules were always pushed back so that he could be there for you during morning sickness, and only when he was sure that you were absolutely fine, would he make the journey into work.

N ⇴ NURSERY

As much as you loved Namjoon, his clumsy self was the last person that you trusted to build a nursery, and so the two of you ended up getting many of your friends and family to help you out in order to make it perfect.

Namjoon was obsessed with your bump, whenever the two of you were together, there was very rarely a time when he wouldn’t be holding onto it or at least staring at it in complete awe of what was going on.

You were barely allowed to move in the first few days after your labour, Namjoon had read up especially on all of the things a husband could do in order to help his wife out. There was no way he was going to risk you hurting yourself after all that you’d gone through, much preferring to take things easy at the start.

It was always there for him to look at, especially when he was writing a song and needing inspiration, or just missing being around the two of you because he was busy with work, he always made sure to treasure it.

It has been a few months when (Name) met the famous sky blue haired male and Bam. She didn't was didn't bother to befriend them, she only shared small talks with the two transfer students.

Today was the day that their final exam results will come out. The girl sat in her seat incredibly nervous. She was releasing cold sweat from her pores, despite sweating, she felt cold, very cold.

"Good morning, (Name)." The dark brown haired male greeted with a soft smile in his face, behind him was Khun. The girl nodded as a reply, she didn't notice that the two entered the room.

Soon after, class started and finally brought up the final exam papers. As soon as (Name) heard this, she could feel her legs tremble and could hear her heart beating. She needed to have the highest score possible for she doesn't have money to pay for the tuition fee of this school.

"Congratulations! Mr. Khun!" The teacher said happily, apparently Khun have a perfect score on the exam. The teacher stopped near walked at Khun's seat and handed him his paper. (Name) wanted to cry but she held it in.

After that, the teacher turned around at where (Name) is, she smiled softly before giving her the paper.

"Congratulations, Ms. (Last Name)! You're on second place." Huh, second place for all that effort and hard work. (Name) was angry, not a Khun but at herself. She gulped when she accepted the exam paper. Her score was 98/100, only two mistakes. But that two mistake was enough to make her cry. How will she pay for the fees of this school?!

"I guess you're not in the first place anymore huh?" Yeah, you can rub it all in. The (h/c) haired female didn't reply, she bit her lip trying to hold in her tears.

Khun aimed to the first place just to see (Name)'s reaction. Part of it is that he wanted to have fun, he wanted to see the intelligent girl fall.

"(Name)? You okay?" Bam said, he was concerned for he saw how the girl was acting when they came in.

"Psh, Bam don't bother. She's probably bitter."

"Khun!" Bam half yelled because he didn't want to disturb their class.

"How does it feel on not being placed first?" Khun kept adding salt to the burnt wound. This made the girl grip her hands almost crumpling the exam paper.

Suddenly, the bell rang, a sound that reminds the school that it's finally their thirty minute break time. As soon as the bell rang, the teacher dismissed the class and Khun standing up with a smirk on his face. Bam followed the sky blue haired male still with a look of concern for his (h/c) haired friend.

However, (Name) kept still on her seat. She was staring into nothingness. How will she face her relatives, or rather Tatia's parents?

The school ended in a blink of an eye. (Name) was now standing in front of her house well- not exactly her house, it belongs to Tatia's parents, the family relative that took her in. It was already past six in the evening.

The girl was about to knock on the door but suddenly, it opened, revealing a middle aged woman.

"Hello, Auntie.."

"Come have dinner." (Name) came in and headed to the dinner table, there sat Tatia's father, reading a newspaper. Tatia herself wasn't in the room, she probably hanged out with her friends.

"Tsk." Her uncle made a sound when (Name) sat in the table. Her Aunt was the only one in this house who cared for her well being.

(Name) took a few bites on the food in front of her, she stopped as soon as she heard her Uncle's question. "Kid, did you get scholarship?"

"..."

"Speak up. I'm talking to you!" This man was easily angered by something so small. He was like this to (Name) but to Tatia, he's the perfect father.

"I-I didn't.." The (e/c) eyed female's tears were now pouring out of her eyes. A hand slammed against the dinner table, the loud sound made (Name) clenched her fork and close her eyes. She was scared.

"Dear--" Her Aunt tried to stop her husband.

"You'll still defend this piece of sh#t?! All she does is eat!" The painful words stabbed (Name) in her heart.

"I'm sorry.." With that, (Name) gained a hard slap on her cheek to the point that it almost made her fall from her seat, a cut was made because of her Uncle's nails. The cut was large enough to make it release blood.

Her Aunt looked at her husband in horror and the she walked in front of her niece ready to defend the girl. (Name) sat on her seat as she watched a fight in front of her unfold.

"Stop it."

"Get away. That kid needs a beating."

"No! She's our NIECE!"

"That brat." He muttered, finally, no more unwanted mouth to feed.

The (h/c) haired female tried hold in her tears but couldn't. It won't stop streaming. She can't stop crying, she didn't everything to make him pleased. Turns out she wasn't wanted in the first place.

(Name) couldn't see properly due to her tears, she completely forgotten about the wound on her cheek. She packed everything she saw, there wasn't that much things in her room in the first place.

The girl took out her phone and dialed her onky friend's number. Endorssi was the only one she could run to. The call was answered after a few rings.

      Such profound vigor had baffled him from the start. His morning routine went as normal with an unusual peppiness he hadn’t felt in an age. As worrying as it should be, drastic change for the positives were warmly welcomed instead, causes chalked up to that of recent good company and a pleasant night’s rest.

     Warmth from a prolonged shower only helped further his good mood, finding himself taking boisterous strides in place of once sluggish movements. It’s when he’s near ready for the day that he begins to question it; the sudden upswing in both body and mind mulled over with a fresh cup of coffee. Was it something he ate? Perhaps a change in his training routine? A gloved finger taps against ceramic, brows furrowed, concentrating on recalling the events of yesterday.

     Nothing truly substantial happened as far as memory served - mayhaps Lady Luck had finally swayed on his side. No matter. There was much to do for the day; shopping, visits to those close, the unfortunate work awaiting in the afternoon hours... Whatever contents were leftover had been dumped into the sink drain and left to be filled with water. A quick stretch has the decadent Monarch making way for the front door before giving pause when his own gloved hand extends for the handle, reminding him of unequipped wears. Silly him.

      It wouldn’t be the first time he’d almost walking out the front door lacking his proper attire. An easy fix; he’d simply need to open his inventory, seek out his wonderful armor--

“ WHUAAUH?! ”

    Rodents scatter in an instant as their owner recoils from the doorway, stumbling backwards with hands catching the edges of a kitchen counter top to keep himself steady.

     Armor... Ar-mors?! ARMORS...

     Six of them, in fact. Lined up side by side, filling once empty spots and leaving him bewildered and terrified by the suddenness of it all. Curiosity calms the waves of nausea - they weren’t there before, perhaps he’d been imagining...? 

     Battery Brigandine had been his first test. The strong sight of green-blue tint would surely break him from this spell were it all true. Confirmations come in the form of shining wears starkly different than normal painted golds. It’s with a wary chuckle that he unequips to try another -  Vestments of Vigor - burgundy hues soon adorned with the ever slight increase of excitement bubbling within.

     Akin to a child who’d been given a world’s worth of toys, he falls into a frenzy. Examining every last item within his inventory, yanking them out into his hold as though to confirm that this was no mere illusion. Dueling Glove, Turn Coat, Bubble Frog, Healing Hammer, SCORCHING SABER... All the pieces fall into place as the warmth radiating from the hefty burning claymore overwhelms. His vigor, strength, health and weaponry, gear and more! Years upon years of struggles with so few now to be gifted all. His heart flutters - sings with such glee that he’d hardly the chance to contain himself. Bursts of laughter echo in empty halls as his only audience begins to crowd around him. Bundles of curious rodents, many of which had left the comforts of nests made inside the walls, had gathered to investigate, watching with beady little eyes as their owner loses himself to the eruption of emotion.

     Such strength had long since been forgotten after his arrival; magic tied to his physical health having had it’s burdening weight lifted free, after so long. So very long... Powers buried deep in the confines of his memory now resurfacing with each passing second.

     The last remains of energy only allow for very few spins before he staggers into a nearby chair with rapid breaths. He’s beside himself despite every ounce of joy flooding in his chest. Smile wavering for all but a moment before it falls completely. Everything was back - he’d long since confirmed that much - but... For what reason? For as long as he’d remained here and elsewhere, in his five years of torment in this prison, what use had they spare fleeting occasions? Burdened by his newfound blockade, he leans further back against the chair, entirely helpless. No thoughts come to mind, left to stew in an odd mixture of both euphoria and bitterness while fingers brush against an affection seeking rodent curled on his lap...

     ...One of many loyal servants. A wonderful sort, despite their oftentimes grating flaws. Soft furs do well to soothe, clearing his mind of worries. Heirlooms and Armor might not be of use now, however, the future itself was always unpredictable. Though he had to admit, he’d entertained the idea of laying waste to several portions of this cruel city seconds after leaving the front door. After all, they’d made the biggest mistake of a lifetime; both gifting him his full arsenal and for taking granted just how long he was capable of holding a grudge.

     Fingers abandon his pet in favor of drumming rhythmically against the table. With no Enchantress and no Monarchs in this modern era, how would he come to lay claim over a portion of this city? How could he make certain this city paid for its crimes against him? He’d need a plan - one that would take far longer than those made once before. No errors nor pests to get in the way of him and his goal; to conquer and rule as he’d rightfully deserved. The name King Knight would carry fear once more, no matter how long, how many failures or deaths harbored him from the end. He’d a goal, a newfound means to wake up in the morning beyond that of simply surviving.

      All the cards would fold in his favor. Years of playing submissive paying off in stacks of gold. Who would expect  p o o r   l i t t l e   h i m  to overtake what was now rightfully his?

     Satisfied, he rises from his seat and once more opens his inventory to equip familiar wears. A trip to the store for quill pens and papers swiftly added to a mental to-do list... Just below another addition, one that was a little more self-indulgent than the rest.

                                     After all, he did have some showing off to do!

ARCHIVE: Plot Background VERSE(S): Childhood AU PRIV. Glad to be a real nightmare, so save your prayers SUBJECT(S): @fearedone​

      By some reason,  William has always regarded  the voice  in his head as one of his own;  the one that wanted to inflict the same fear and pain he feels whenever he sleeps and dreams.  The nightmares come and go,  the timing and coincidences are sometimes too intentional when the voice and Will agree at some point,  but as a young child (PRE-S1),   he didn’t pay much attention to it because since he cannot control what and how much he  “ sees ”,  he supposed it’s one of many that make up the sounds of the stream in the forest within his mind.  

      The voice grow louder and stronger throughout the years (S1),  forcing William to adapt strategies and pills to drown it along with the bad dreams.  Became worse when he’s forced to step back into the FBI’s stable as their instructor,  so he chose to befriend it once again instead — his childhood’s imaginary friend and confidant.  With no stable support system,   no soothing techniques yet learned,  no one to listen,  no one to talk with his thoughts,  William entertained this idea,  rejected it,  fought it... until Will had no one left when blood spilled and bones broke during that night,  when the world deemed him as a monster the morning after,  when he was condemned for crimes he did not commit months later. 

      Swallowed by his nightmares and fortified by his fears yet when he finds comfort and familiarity in them,  Will Graham chose his Reckoning (S2).  He took his nightmares and made it his own;  striking a proposal with Phobetor.   On others who deserve it,  he willingly recreates the nightmares Phobetor keeps feeding him all throughout his life in exchange for the Eldritch being to spare Will of their childish mind games for whatever reason he wants with Will.  Rather than shattering again and again to pick himself up then dying unaware whenever the fickle God likes,   Will decided to be Phobetor’s living nightmare.

      With every move to achieve his vengeance no matter the cost,  he slowly and steadily crushes his fears and next,  the tick of his broken moral compass trying to point the right direction;   disassociating from the last shreds of his humanity and trekking too far into the madness.  

                            After all,   what’s there to fear if he becomes Fear itself ?

      ENTER PHOBOS,   Will Graham’s Becoming (S3).  Being alienated from people trying to help him,  threatened to have them killed or do the killing instead of him,  everyone he knows dying within the hell inside their heads...  Whatever hell this twisted,  destructive possessiveness or mad fondness,   Will accepted the price for beating his Terrors at his game.  Flight and panic,  helplessness and irrationality overrules at his presence;   his empathy turned as sharp as apathy in disconnecting from the very people he sworn to protect before,  and the earned trust in connecting their minds to Fear himself turned to be their final mistake.
