It's not the new year YET, (I would copy and paste my Instagram post, but I don't wanna do that, I like variety :] And have more to say.)

Sooooo, I don't know what this year was at all. How was it? Was it good? Debatable.

The beginning of this year was, at least for me, kinda bad, but after that a new lens was placed on me. (Metaphorically). And made this blog, which has been a cool experience!

Tumblr has been a more comfortable place to post whatever I want, no fear :D 👍 (Kinda)

And being in another fandom after a different one, (the other wasn't bad, but not important) but neither is this one. (Though every fandom isn't perfect.)

I wasn't expecting this year would be me drawing the same guy over and over and over. And I feel actually a part of a community than just being there.

('There' meaning in not discussing or communicating with anyone within it. Which, doing that has actually helped doing it more. Not always, but it's progressing somewhat frequently.

Who knew speaking with people helped social skills. /sar )

I don't wanna ramble or repeat previous dumps of THE WALL OF WORDS™. But you've all made this year more enjoyable. And hopefully it'll be good. But I don't wanna jinx it.

this is our first new year on this blog oh so nervous!!! so this year was. really hard for me. i was struggling a lot and im so happy i decided to open my very own blog because the amount of happiness and joy i got from just posting and receiving many gifts and kind words is indescribable!! im not gonna lie i didnt think any of my art would get noticed and i was kindof content with the idea because i opened this blog mainly for myself and my friends BUT i was so baffled when i got recognised?2!?? I used to be consistently embarrassed by anything I made/wrote but now I can reread my fic like ‘oh this is alright actually’ and I like looking at the photos I’ve taken and I like rereading some of my academic writing and yeah maybe it’s not amazing but I can recognise that it is good and I have improved at various things. Which is nice.
