uhm. sp this is something i realised today.

my best friend for like, the past 5 years, got a girlfriend abt two moths ago. i was, secretly, not wanting her to be in a romantic relationship, becuase i didnt want to lose my friendship with her. but. she DIDNT stop being a good ffriend to me. she is still my best friend. she even said to me that if faced with the trolley problem between me and her gf, she would choose to keep me alive. because im her best freind. and like. that. wasnt really what i was expecting. all because of the way society says that 'you have to put your partner above all else'. and honestly? that way of thinking. thinking that you must put all other relationships on the backburner. is honestly fucked up. and the fact i was expecting that. hell not even thinking of it as just a possibility just thinking "that is what will happen" is not a great thing. remeber that you also have best friends too. and sometimes your partner will come first, and thats okay, but. remeber that your best friends are still your friends. anyway. people are really nice sometimes. and i love my friends(platonically). all of u. have a nice day <3

Is it just me? Or does everyone have the most out of the world, unsensical, elaborate dreams?

So, last night I had a one-of-a-kind dream.

So, I saw that a new teacher (a teacher who has actually taught me irl) had joined our school as an English teacher. Soon after that, our school goes bankrupt as the main source of funds for our school goes missing. What is that source of fund you make ask. It's a pot of ancient gold coins. (This made complete sense in my dream). Therefore, to investigate the case, the school appointed me as the lead detective. And my companion is my magical peacock(who can even swim under water). So,the peacock and I start with the school's Principal as we had a suspicion on her. She tells us that the robber of the pot of gold had left her a note that the pot was buried under the nearby river. We took the note and went under water. Of course, my dear peacock swam underneath the water to get me over there but we found nothing. Thus, we realised that our Principal had given us a fake lead. Our suspicions against her increased even more. Therefore we went over to her place the next day but to our disappointment, we found her dead. Yup, the Principal was dead. And there was a death note beside her from the murderer. However I noticed that the note had an ice cream stain on it. I immediately knew who it was. It was our English teacher. (Irl, I follow her on social media and she makes ice cream at home pretty often). Yeah, even this made sense to me in the dream. But how could I prove that she was the murderer and the robber? I had an idea and informed of my theory to my best ffriend(also the student of the school) who was an Instagram influencer in the dream. She agreed with me and we decided to raise a false alarm via her Paparazzi contracts that the pot of gold had been found. That night, we followed our English teacher and saw her enter the school premises. She rummaged through the girls' washroom and flushed a pan twice to reveal a secret door. It led to a dungeon and at the very end, we could see the pot of gold glistening in the moonlight. My best friend, my peacock and I turned the lights on and our teacher saw us. But she threatened us to get out of there ASAP and forget that she had stolen the pot of gold as she was armed with a gun. But we were smarter. My best friend had started an Instagram live and her many loyal followers and the students of the school had followed her to the school premises. The police came and arrested our teacher and thus, the pot of gold was returned. Here I come to the end of my dream.
