I've realized I've lost myself these past couple of months. Life isn't this serious. We're all going to die one day, so in the most positive way, FUCK IT. It doesn't all have to matter all of the time. It's okay to not give a fuck, especially in the name of saving your sanity (and temper (but we're not gonna talk about that)). I've felt like utter shit for rough a month and a half, and guess what, it doesn't need to matter!! Life is hard and stressful and letting that feeling of "ohmyfuck this is so intense" roll over in EVERYTHING ELSE, is a recipe for fucking disaster. So guess what? Some shit just doesn't need to matter so don't let it!!!! Your coworkers being a dick? Alright, see you in hell but right now, I'm gonna chill and do my shit. Your boyfriend has no enthusiasm? Alright, I'll do the activity on my own. THIS IS YOUR LIFE!!!!! DO WHAT YOU WANT AND LET YOURSELF BE HAPPY. Yes there's some things we can't avoid, and unfortunately those are gonna suck ass, but that doesn't mean everything has to. There's good shit in this hellfire of responsibility and stress and unfairness. Find it and hold onto it!!! Chances are it's close by and we've just been blinded to it for a little bit. Don't allow yourself to fall down a pit of 24/7 stress...because it definitely happens quicker than you might think.

I've missed me. And I'm gonna get me back. I don't wanna be stressed and sad all the time; that's not life, that's letting others control you. I live for experiences and small little things and complimenting strangers and managing stress healthily, and I'm going to get that back, even if I have to do it alone. I've been 35 at 17 for too fucking long; I won't be left out of my own life.

The DJ is crying for help and they're gonna get some. And I'm convinced no body actually has it truly figured out anyways. We're all just trying to figure out what the fuck to do with ourselves
