i just wanna say the espresso machine at my store is broken so pray for me today 🤕

#i am in the mfing grocery store today #then off two days thank goodness #it’s gonna be stressful as hell as always #then next day I work im in the liquor store AND THER EIS THIS CUTE VENDOR GUY #THE DELULU IS ALREADY HAPPENING #jking but i feel ugly so im saying im delulu #when I went on break I saw him in the store when I got my coffe and was like oh man he here #then when I wa s off BREKA and at the liquor store he came in and we said hi 😭#and when he was walking away he turned back around and started randomly showing me his Celsius drink #and was like ‘yeah I was omw over here and i was like no i need caffeine’#‘I’m not worth a shit til I have one of these’ and that’s how I felt all morning til I got my coffee 🤣🤣#and I just agreed and was talkin about my coffee 😭😭#i wanna make out with his face

even more for the its not just about shipping argument. this manga spent hundreds of chapters framing bkdk as the dual heirs of all might's legacy. the two sides of the same coin. the individual representations of the two things that makes a great hero great. save to win/win to save. the whole end of an era and the beginning of a new one, with an explicit focus on the two of them together. and this epilogue feels like it takes all that and drop kicks it out the window and right into a trash fire

Exactly! Becoming the best versions of themselves and growing together through their competition was one of the main story threads! Sure, yes this way they are able to be their own individual Heroes now, BUT I feel like so much of it was supposed to be them embracing the best parts of each other to be better Heroes. All Might did everything alone and he was punished for it. To me they were supposed to learn from that, carry the burden together, and most importantly keep each other accountable. But how are they supposed to do that when they only see each other maybe a few times a month? If Izuku wants to be a part time hero, maybe Katsuki should consider becoming a teacher too and passing on their knowledge. It doesn't seem like he's super driven to be #1 anymore anyways and at least that way he'd be happy with his friend (BTW the fact that BAKUGOU KATSUKI doesn't seem to care about being #1 in the slightest is already nuts).

I don't want to doom spiral though, so I will give into the more positive posts that are pointing out that they are at least still talking and getting along to some degree. We can also just have all the head canons and fics we want! It's still an open ending and if 8 years changes things than who's to say it'll stay this way 8 more years in MHA's future.

New Hertz Team Jota lineup for WEC 2025 is coming TOMORROW 👀 If any of you even care btw… so some thoughts:

1. Since Jota will be with Cadillac next year, do we think Jenson stays? Or will he move to other team, specifically the one still with Porsche partnership. (He probably will stay, cause apparently the Porsche seats are filling up fast)

2. Now, if Jenson does stay with Jota and if there is ANY justice in this world, this is probably our only chance to see Jenson & Seb as teammates together😮 considering Phil Hanson is going to AF Corse next year. That is one empty seat available, and me thinks Seb would look good in Black😏 (assuming the didn’t change the race suit too much)

3. In short, I just need teammates!Sebson to come true please. For me and for the lives of other people🧎🧎‍♂️🧎🧎‍♂️🧎

Anyway, let me get back to you tomorrow after the announcement.

#not being a hater but #just having midnight thoughts #about sokai and how it’s been handled #as someone not steeped in the lore of kh much at all #yet at least #I’ve heard all the excuses #nomura’s a bad romance writer #they’re just queerbaiting #and there was a time when I’d say that was true #but now I’m not convinced #I mean saying nomura is a bad writer is just… such a bad faith take #the guy’s got one of the most intricate stories out there #he’s made it clear that everything he does is very intentional #so it makes me wonder if sokai has such little development for a reason?#I think we can all agree that the lack of dev for kairi sucks #but perhaps nomura doesn’t want us to root for her and sora as endgame?#I’d love to see kairi have a self discovery journey of her own without sora tbh #probably not the first person to say that but it does make sense #I went from thinking soriku could never happen #to thinking like wow holy shit this could actually be a thing #within a weekend #aided by the famous riku is gay vid ofc #usually I could care less about canonicity but #soriku endgame actually #and if I’m wrong well…#I’m already a clown so it can’t get more delulu than that #tragic clowning #soriku #kingdom hearts
