,,In personality typology, the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator is an introspective self-report questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions“
———————————————————————————————————
DRACULA (INFJ / Advocate)
-> Bram Stoker‘s "Dracula" 1897
,,The INFJ personality type is Introverted, iNtuitive, Feeling, and Judging, which means they are energized by time alone, focused on understanding ideas and concepts, led by their values and intuition, and firm decision makers. This combination of personality preferences produces people who are intensely idealistic, authentic, and empathetic. Although INFJs do not tend to have a large circle of people they are close to, they value deep connections and emotional intimacy with their close friends and family. INFJs believe the world can be a better place, and they concentrate on doing their best to help it get there.“
[I] Dracula displays a tendency to isolate himself from others as he retreats to secluded places such as his castle in the Carpathian Mountains. He seems to prefer his own company and usually stays away from society, as his behavior is often characterized by secrecy and reticence in order to hide his true self and intentions. He additionally seems to have a strong need for privacy and personal space, which implies that he draws his energy from the inner world and doesn‘t necessarily recharge through social interactions
[N] Dracula posses the ability to see beyond the obvious and recognize subtle patterns. His strategic planning and ability to pursue long-term goals indicate that he's pretty much able to see beyond the immediate reality and displays complex and abstract thinking as he recognizes deeper motives and hidden agendas in both his actions and those of others, such as his opponents, for example. He seems to have a penchant for pondering symbolic meanings and hidden messages
[F] Dracula tends to be Feeler-dominant due to his emotional sensitivity and ability to empathize with others feelings. Despite his portrayal as an evil vampire, Dracula shows a certain empathy and emotional depth when dealing with other people. He appears to be able to recognize and respond to the emotions of others, suggesting that he does place value on interpersonal relationships and emotional connections. Additionally, he displays a strong reaction to emotional conflict, also suggesting that his actions are often guided by his feelings and emotions
[J] Dracula shows a remarkable ability to plan and organize his activities, particularly when it comes to achieving his goals and ensuring his survival. He sets clear goals and works systematically towards them rather than being spontaneous and flexible. He makes his decisions on the basis of fixed criteria and plans in advance, rather than relaying on circumstances
Strengths:
• Long-term planning and strategic thinking
• Manipulative skills and understanding of human weaknesses (and feelings)
• Vision and determination
• Persuasiveness and charisma
Weaknesses:
• Isolation and loneliness
• Overconfidence in his own plans
• Manipulation and control
• Sensitivity to threats

WILHELMINA "MINA" HARKER (ISFJ / Defender)
-> Bram Stoker‘s "Dracula" 1897
,,The ISFJ personality type is Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging. This combination of personality preferences produces people who are energized by working behind the scenes, pragmatic and detail oriented, deeply committed to supporting others, and loyal to relationships and traditions. At their core, ISFJs strive for excellence and thrive when they can use their time and energy to improve the lives of others. ISFJs work persistently to solve problems and ensure people’s needs are met. Because they place such a high value on rules and established norms, it can be hard for ISFJs to accept change, and they may need to be reminded to relax every once in a while.“
[I] Mina tends to self-reflect and spends a lot of time to think about her feelings, thoughts and actions. By keeping her journals, she takes time to process her experiences, which implies that she draws energy from her inner world. She seems to withdraw in quiet moments to reflect on her situation and relationships, and doesn't necessarily seek the company of others to recharge
[S] Mina focuses on concrete, direct experiences and a practical approach to problems. She displays a pragmatic way of thinking and looks for practical solutions to her problems as she focuses on the reality of her situation and responds appropriately to the immediate demands of her environment
[F] Due to her empathy, compassion and sensitivity to the emotions of others, it’s rather obvious that Mina is F-dominant. She shows a deep empathy and compassion for those around her, particularly her friends and loved ones. She‘s willing to empathize with the feelings of others and stand by them in difficult times. Also, she values interpersonal relationships and maintains close bonds with her friends and family due to her willingness to invest time and effort to strengthen her relationships and help others fulfill their emotional needs
[J] Mina’s planning-oriented and has a tendency to bring structure into her life. She‘s good at organizing her time and planning her tasks efficiently. She tends to set clear goals and work towards them rather than being led by spontaneous impulses. Moreover does she prefer a structured and orderly environment in which she feels safe and comfortable. She makes decisions based on set criteria, plans ahead, and sticks to set routines
Strengths:
• Effective Organization
• Reliability
• Structured Mindset
• Decisiveness
Weaknesses:
• Excessive emotionality
• Decision-making difficulties
• Lack of flexibility
• Conflict shy

VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN (INTP / Logician)
-> Mary Shelley‘s "Frankenstein" 1818
,,The INTP personality type is Introverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, and Perceiving, which means they are energized by time alone in deep thought, focused on understanding the theories behind ideas and concepts, led by logic and reason, and unencumbered by tradition. This combination of personality preferences produces people who generally do not buy into conventional thinking, but instead seek to break apart widely accepted ideas to look at them from different angles. Though INTPs do not value small talk, they are passionate and articulate when exploring different complex systems and analyzing bigger universal concepts“
[I] Victor is introverted. He usually isolates himself from others and spends most of his time in solitude, particularly during his studies and research. He finds fulfillment in his own thoughts and avoids social interactions in order to focus on his scientific pursuits
[N] He focuses heavily on abstract theories and the understanding of deeper meaning rather than concrete facts and practical details. His fascination with the mysteries of life and his visions that go beyond the immediate visible displays his preference for ideas and possibilities
[T] Victor usually makes decisions based off logic and rational considerations, which makes him a T. Emotions or interpersonal considerations hardly play a role here. His scientific experiments and the creation of the monster are based on analytical thinking and the pursuit of knowledge, even if that has ethical and emotional consequences which he tends to ignore or underestimate
[P] Victor‘s flexible and spontaneous in his approach to the world, rather than structured and organized. His research and experiments don‘t follow a plan, but often develop in a disorganized and impulsive way - reflecting his preference for perception.
Strengths:
• Innovative way of thinking
• Deep problem solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity
• Flexibility
Weaknesses:
• Isolation
• Overanalyzing
• Lack of practical implementation
• emotional poverty
———————————————————————
THE CREATION (INFP / Mediator)
-> Mary Shelley‘s "Frankenstein" 1818
,,The INFP personality type is Introverted, iNtuitive, Feeling, and Perceiving, which means they are energized by time alone, focused on big picture ideas and concepts, led by their values and feelings, and spontaneous and flexible. This combination of personality preferences produces people who are open minded, creative, and deeply committed to authenticity. INFPs do not conform easily to others’ expectations, yet they work towards the personal growth of themselves and others. An INFP is sympathetic, gentle, and encouraging to their friends and loved ones“
[I] The creation spends a lot of time reflecting on itself, its existence and its experiences - showing a deep inner world and a need to understand its identity and the meaning of its existence. The creation additionally displays a tendency towards isolation, often withdrawing to protect itself from society's rejection and misunderstanding. It seeks a place where it‘s accepted and understood rather than constant interaction with others
[N] Instead of focusing on facts and superficial details, the creation seems to grasp deeper contexts and reflect on abstract concepts. It‘s keen to understand the human nature and the complex social dynamics that surround it, as it looks for deeper meanings behind its experiences. The creation seems more interested in understanding the causes and effects of its existence than relying solely on immediate sensory experiences
[F] The creation displays a strong need for interpersonal connection and emotional acceptance. It craves love, affection and approval, and its actions are guided by its feelings. It shows remorse, compassion and empathy for others, especially those who have caused it harm. Although it does feel anger and revenge, its actions often stem from a deep emotional pain and a longing for understanding
[P] Instead of preferring a structured and organized approach, the creation reacts flexible to its environment and the challenges it‘s confronted with. It adapts to new situations and shows a certain spontaneity in its actions. Their journey is characterized by a search for identity and meaning that develops organically rather than following a predetermined plan. The creation shows an open attitude towards new experiences and is willing to change its perspective based on the influences it experiences
Strengths:
• Empathy and compassion for others
• Creativity and imagination for creating its own life
•Striving for authenticity and self-realization
•Ability to grasp deep meanings and connections
Weaknesses:
• Tendency to be overly sensitive and emotionally vulnerable
• Difficulty dealing with conflict and rejection
• Tendency to idealism and unrealistic expectations
• Risk of self-isolation and loneliness
———————————————————————
DR. HENRY JEKYLL (INTP / Logician)
-> Robert Louis Stevenson's "Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" 1886
,,The INTP personality type is Introverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, and Perceiving, which means they are energized by time alone in deep thought, focused on understanding the theories behind ideas and concepts, led by logic and reason, and unencumbered by tradition. This combination of personality preferences produces people who generally do not buy into conventional thinking, but instead seek to break apart widely accepted ideas to look at them from different angles. Though INTPs do not value small talk, they are passionate and articulate when exploring different complex systems and analyzing bigger universal concepts“
[I] His self-reflection is a central aspect of his personality, as he constantly reflects on human nature and his own inner conflicts. Although he does maintain friendships and is socially somewhat active, there are moments when he withdraws and wants to be alone to reflect on his experiments. These periods of isolation allow him to gather his thoughts and focus on his work. Dr Jekyll derives his energy mainly from internal sources such as his passion for science and research, as well as his personal search for identity and self-realization, rather than from external influences or interactions with others
[N] He‘s interested in abstract ideas and deeper concepts, particularly in relation to human nature and the dilemma of good and evil. His research projects and experiments display a strong interest in exploring unconventional ideas and theoretical concepts, as Dr Jekyll seems to be driven by his quest for a deeper understanding of the human psyche and the duality of the human being
[T] Like Victor Frankenstein, Dr Jekyll makes his decisions on the basis of logic and rational considerations. His motivation to conduct the experiment with his "dark" self, Mr. Hyde, is based on a scientific interest and the pursuit of knowledge about the human psyche. Although he‘s pretty much aware that his actions are unethical and immoral, he initially sees the experiments as rational attempts to explore the boundaries of science. Dr Jekyll tends to suppress his emotions and make objective decisions, even though they may have serious consequences
[P] Although he shows a certain amount of organization and planning in his life, especially in relation to his research projects, he‘s very open to new possibilities and displays a certain spontaneity. His experiments aimed at combining different personalities show a certain flexibility and adaptability. Dr Jekyll's approach to his experiment isn‘t strictly structured and predictable, but leaves room for change and new discoveries
Strengths:
• Clarity and logic in problem solving
• Ability to analyze and understand complex concepts
• Independence and confidence in his decisions
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations
Weaknesses:
• Tendency to be overly rational, neglecting emotional aspects
• Difficulty balancing logic and moral considerations
• Tendency to over-analyze, leading to an inability to make decisions
• Susceptibility to self-doubt and uncertainty in morally complex situations
———————————————————————
MR. EDWARD HYDE (ESTP / Entrepreneur)
-> Robert Louis Stevenson's "Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" 1886
,,The ESTP personality type is Extraverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Perceiving, which means they are energized by playful time with others, perceptive and able to improvise, motivated to solve logical problems, and focused on immediate results over long-term goals. This combination of traits produces people who are excellent in emergency situations; they are able to think on their feet, adjusting and responding reflexively. Gregarious and self-assured, ESTPs have a great sense of humor and a wide circle of friends, but may have difficulty connecting on a deeper emotional level. Because ESTPs are so focused on the present, they are able to be bold and adventurous, but they can also struggle with thinking ahead and following through.“
[E] Mr Hyde’s behavior is characterized by a strong propensity for outward action and a pronounced urge for new experiences and challenges. He actively seeks out social interactions and has inhibitions about openly expressing his needs and desires. Mr Hyde seems to draw his energy from external sources, as he can easily engage in social interactions.
[S] Mr Hyde focuses on concrete, immediate experiences and reacts strongly to external stimuli. His behavior is strongly influenced by his perception of the physical world, focusing primarily on the here and now. Mr Hyde lives in the moment and focuses on the tangible, sensory aspects of his surroundings. His decisions and actions are based on direct, immediate impressions rather than deeper, intuitive insights or abstract ideas
[T] Mr. Hyde's actions are guided primarily by rational considerations and logical thinking, rather than emotional feelings or interpersonal relationships. He looks at situations objectively and makes decisions based on facts and reason, without being influenced by sentimental thoughts. His rational approach is also reflected in his lack of empathy and compassion for other people, as he fundamentally acts selfishly and barely cares about the needs or feelings of others. His behavior is driven by his own interests and desires, and he displays a certain coldness and detachment in his interpersonal relationships, heavily implying that he places logical considerations above emotional connections
[P] His impulsive behavior implies that he's less oriented towards fixed plans or structures, but rather focuses on the here and now and adapts to changes rather quickly. He lives in the moment and reacts spontaneously to changing circumstances without adhering to predetermined routines or plans. His actions are determined by the immediate demands of the situation rather than long-term goals or set schedules
Strengths:
• Adaptability
• Willingness to take risks
• Activity
• Charisma and Persuasiveness
Weaknesses:
• Impulsivity
• Overly risky behavior
• Lack of long term planning
• Inconsistency, struggles to maintain relationships
• Conflict and provocation

So Jehovah mourned, and his moans were like storms. He wept and his tears wetted the True Earth at the center of his garden. And they fell upon the seeds from the Trees of Life and Knowledge, and they did bring forth wondrous strange fruit. Male and female rose as one from the mud if the True Earth, joined back to back and they struggled to stand and could not. Until Jehovah passed his hand between them and made them two; equal and strong he made them. And the Ancient One saw this not. But seemed it to smile nonetheless.

I'm currently rewatching Good Omens 2 (because how else am I supposed to cope?) and I'm still too shock to be coherent, but here are some of the reason why I absolutely adore the first scene:
The wonderful CGI
The music
The fact that they knew each other pre-Fall
Angel!Crowley's pure joy, innocence and Tenth Doctor's energy
Aziraphale's disappointment when he realizes Crowley wasn't adressing him when he said "look at you, you gorgeous"
"How much trouble can I get into just for asking a few questions", which painfully reminds me of "what has hector ever done to me?"
Crowley covering Aziraphale with his wing? POETIC CINEMA
I was so excited and moved the first time I watched it without knowing what was coming and it's so delightful I'm sure I'll never get tired of seeing it time and again 😭

Tales of Origin
Part 3: Anima
Tumblr media
When Azazel and Gaia created the Origin, they brought live into their Universe. And as always with these things, live has to come to an end one day. So Gaia dedicated the Ethereal, as a place were the dead could go to reenter the Soul cycle and prepare for their next incarnation. But the cycle was not complete, with Gaia and Azazel as Incarnates of begining and existence, there was still one Old One missing. There was no Incarnate of endings.
Gaia knew that this was a problem, Gods are supposed to be physical representations of their Domains and stabilize the naturally chaotic nature of the Universe, but the Old Ones hold even greater power. They each are Incarnates of one part of the circle of Existence and without even one of them, the very Cycle of Reality becomes undone, new things struggle to begin, existence becomes uncertain or things can't come to a proper end.
And so Gaia went into the Distortion, the last of the Planes of existence, created by Giratina to shield the Universe from itself and to contain the powerful Cucible. She asked Giratina for help, since he had been a god connected with death and endings it the previous Universe. But since Gaias power had waned from creating the Origin, they couldn't just create a new God like they had before, they would need to let it grow like a mortal.
So they choose to replicate the method of how Pokemon reproduce and combined their Infinity Energy to form an Egg, which should hatch the last Old One. The process worked and an egg was created unlike any other that had ever been or would ever be. And Gaia took the egg back with her to the Material, to incubate it and the Universe waited patiently for it's last great Old One, the Incarnate of Ending.
But a Problem unforeseen by Gaia soon manifested. The egg, having come from two beings not originally from this Universe, was rejected by creation and thus unable to hatch. On top of that the Being forming inside was a Hybrid of Gaia and Giratina, which were not supposed to exist in this World, as Gaia had seen the impact of such beings in her old Universe.
And so the last Old One, Anima as Gaia had wanted to name her, could not hatch from it's egg and while her soul having formed already meant that the cycle was at least partailly closed, without her hatching the path for souls to the afterlife was still obstructed. Gaia not wanting to go against her own Domain of creation, didn't try to force the egg to hatch, but she also feared starting over, as destroying an Old one could have unforeseen consequences.
Gaia had only two choices, start over and face the consequences or wait and look for an alternative way, she chose the later. So Anima could not hatch and close the cycle of live and over the 3.5 Billion years, she waited the cycle corrupted. With the path to the afterlife obstructed, many souls got stuck and lingered in the material, where they interacted with thier surroundings, which spooked the still living and pulled the Ethereal closer to the Material. As a result Spirit Vortexes started to appear in the Material.
In an attempt to stabilize the cycle Eternatus, Incarnate of Balance, took hold of the Nexus of Ending and created a new Pokémon type, the Ghost-type, in order to bind the lost Souls back to the Material and stop the Ethereal from moving towards the Material. These Ghost-types, had usually died but came back as new Pokemon, thus skiping the Nexus of ending and completing the cycle. Animas soul also used this incident to reach out to a living being and create the first Reaper. But this could only be a temorary fix, the Universe needed it's last Old One.
Then as things seemed dire, finally Gaia found a way to solve this Problem without starting over. But for that she would need to rely on the power of an other being, though that is a story for another time.
