Abel yawned tiredly, his sandals hitting the tiled floor of site 19 as he wandered aimlessly through the halls, trying to find the greenhouse: otherwise known as his brother’s domain.

He had, unsurprisingly, gotten lost. Again. He had walked the corridors hundreds: if not thousands of times, wether chasing a staff member or running from an anomaly, and yet could never manage to figure out how to get to Cain’s cell from his own!

That was, until he saw the familiar glass doors ahead of him. Eagerly rushing forwards to enter the greenhouse.

“Caaain! Im here! I got lost again!”

He happily called out, but oddly, no response. Matter of fact he didn’t even hear Cain’s plants moving out and about. Usually the snapdragons would have come out to greet him!

Nevertheless, he continued to walk along the stone step path. Looking around, by now he assumed this was a prank. Until he heard the familiar sound of his brother’s squeaky, cackling laugh.

“Cain?”

His voice dripped with confusion as he poked his head around the hedge, and the sight before him made him burst out into a giggling fit!

Oh, there his brother was, tangled up in vines as they flicked under his shirt, tickling along the poor gardeners belly and sides. Not to mention valley bells poking at his neck while the snap dragons gleefully nipped at his ribs!

“AHahaAHaHABehel! HeHEHElp!!” The elder yelped out, followed by a loud snort as one of the snap dragons had started to nibble one of Cain’s lower ribs.

Abel pondered for a moment as he stood up straight from his hunched pose, still a bit giggly from laughing at his brother’s situation.

Part of him wondered, ‘The plants only tickle people when hungry..so they’re tickling Cain cause they’re hungry..’ in that minute, he had a light bulb moment.

“Ahahabel? Whahat aHAHAre yohohou-? AHA-!”

He suddenly squawked, as the younger sat on his legs. Squishing his knee caps vigorously. “Sorry Cain! But your little guys are hungry! I can’t let them starve! So keep that laughter comin’, brother~!”

The plants recoiled into their hedges, leaving Cain a giggly mess. Laying down against the grass. Before his gaze went to Abel, who sat merely a few feet away, a glare.

“Cain? What’s with the look? Wait..don’t- cmon, i was just helping your plants y-y’know-!” He tried to explain, blabbering on as the elder stood up, staring down at him.

“Really appreciate it Abe’..maybe you wouldn’t mind helping with DESSERT!” He yelled, as he tackled his brother fully onto his back. Luckily the grass below cushioned the fall.

“Wahait, Cahain- No- EEK-!!!” Before the anticipation giggles caught up to Abel, Cain had begun digging his nails into the younger brother’s sides.

“What? Think you get to tickle me senseless? Was I not suffering enough with the plants, hm~?” Cain asked in a sickeningly faux ‘Sweet’ tone. As he spidered his fingers upwards to his ribcage.

“FAHAHAHACK! CAHAHAIN!” He squealed, his sandles desperately digging into the earth below. Trying to get free.

“Cain what? Cain what? Show mercy? Never!” He grinned. “You get to suffer for being so mean to your elder brother! And here i thought you cared for me..”

He pressed his palm to his forehead, faking woe, and that was all Abel needed. He quickly shot a hand up, scribbling at Cain’s (now semi exposed) armpit.

“Wahahat thehehe-?! Hehehey!”

Cain took this as a mere challenge! Quickly moving his own hands to Abel’s armpits, scribbling around.

“GAHAHAHA-!! WEHEHELL TAKE THIHIS!”

Abel managed to speak through his laughter, scribbling one hand along his brother’s lower back, while using his other hand to skitter at his belly.

“YOHOHOU SOHOHON OF AHA-!” The two’s laughter mixed together, as Cain rolled to the side, desperately trying to escape the other’s ‘dastardly’ methods. But Abel merely followed, clawing at his belly.

“Nohot so tough now are you? Man, *snrk*, you still suck at tickle fights! You haven’t lost this bad since we were kids!” He taunted.

“OHOHO SCREHEHEW YOHOHOU!”

“Screw me? How mean to say to your precious baby brother!”

“PREHEHECIOUS MY AHAH- EEK!!! OHOHOKAY! OKAHAHAY! SAHAHARRY!” He blurted out, as Abel scribbled around the upper back, looking down at Cain with a cocked eyebrow.

He then stopped, looking down at him with a bright smile. Before pulling the elder brother into a tight bear hug. Which, after chasing the phantom sensations away: He gladly hugged back.

“Hey cain?”

“Hm?”

“Wanna do that again later?”

“..You know what? Sure.”

The two relaxed, soon dozing off into a slumber. The chitters of the plant life watching the two brothers sleep, a bit curious. They had gotten more of their feed today. And it seemed the two had as well.

Additional notes:

Arthur may have been meant to be afraid of heights at a point?

The "ride" actually was a ride earlier on, as opposed to the metaphor that it is now.

Either there was some back and forth in dev on which Doctor actually had the keycard to the quarantine grid or - funnerer option - the quarantine grid originally required multi-user authentication to unlock and there were multiple keycards that had to be collected.

No word on Gemma, unless she was meant to be the female plague victim. Nothing saying that though so we're free to imagine a better ending for her.

I can't believe SCP 076 finally got his dream job as a game dev, for Gamefreaks nontheless.

SCP-076 headcanons because I have some brainrot:

Cannot differentiate genders. Literally cannot. The only thing he knows is that some people have a body like that and others like that other thing. This has lead to many (many) funny scenarios.

He also has trouble with social cues and can be extremely rude. He doesn't think it's that bad. It is.

Has one (1) soft spot and that spot is named Iris Thompson. If anything happens to her he will result to murder.

Trusting issues!!!! He cannot trust anyone! Except Iris.

Sees a bit of himself on Iris. They're both stubborn and learned how to fight pretty young. Abel won't admit this tho!

Got drunk exactly one time and made everyone hear him infodump for two hours about cool swords.

Switches languages often, and has taught Iris a bit of some of them. Also doesn't know how to write well but can read. He keeps forgetting the right symbols for the alphabet or mixes things up while writing.

Shows affection by violence and SOMETIMES a pat on the back and a small "good job".

One time SCP-529 slept on his lap and he didnt move for four hours.

Cannot sleep without a nightmare. Has to take medicine to not have dreams, and is VERY thankful for that.

I just spent 50 minutes writing a story about 076 to practice my writing abilities and so here you all go, sorry if it's bad I'm still bit of a beginner(I edited this and added a drawing at the end):

SCP-076-2/ Able woke up in his coffin, pushed the coffin door aside, and stepped out. Pushing open the door of the cube he was in and materializing a sword in his hand, he prepared for a fight. Within an hour he was outside,one last agent in front of him,the only one who could fend him off.

This time however he wasn't in the mood for a fight,just for escape. He run towards him, but to the agents surprise, he passed right beside him,run out of the only gate in the walls that surrounded the building,on the dam and dived into the water.

With his strength paired with stamina he quickly swam away from the stranded island that was his prison, he swam overnight till he found land. A rocky beach ,and where the rocks switched for soil, a forest of pine trees. He swam to shore, exhausted from swimming and avoiding boats and helicopters of his jailors, and walked into the forest. Soon enough he found a place deep in the forest that looked comfortable enough, sat down and went to sleep.

12 hours later he woke up,well rested, and now free he decided to avoid human populated areas for now,as to avoid being imprisoned again. After a short while the sky began to darken, as night came along once more. He climbed the nearby tree, one that looked strong,and sturdy enough.

When at the top, he created a bed with chains, spears,leaves and branches. Not the most comfortable, but safe from the wild animals, and, his jailors. Somehow this time,his internal clock stopped working, and he slept, and slept, and slept... untill 2 months had passed, and winter was upon the land.

Luckily for him, just a few hours ago an animal had passed around and left foot prints on the snow. He followed them, leading to a large deer. He approached it from behind, staying down wind, materialized a sword in his hand, and when close enough, jumped on it's back, put the sword to the animals throat, and with a single quick motion, sliced it's head clean off. "That was easy" he thought to himself.

Grabbing the body and head of his fresh kill,he headed back to the place he slept for so long at, gathering wood on the way, when finally there he had enough wood for a fire.

He skinned the headless body, removed the organs, and prepared it to be cooked. The fire was harder to set,as he had to shovel a 5 centimeter thick layer of snow, place the wood down and suround it with rocks to avoid causing a forest fire and giving away his location,then use whatever dry leaves he could find to start a fire. After 20 minutes of struggle,the wood finally caught fire and the deers headless corpse began to cook.

In an hour it had fully cooked and luckily attracted no predatory animals. Able hadn't eaten since he was contained, at God knows how many centuries ago,he was starved.

By the time he was done the deer was nothing but bone. He put the bones, organs and head in a sack he materialized and dumped them deep in the woods, away from his camp, for the wild animals. The fur he skinned off the animal he made into a soft blanket to keep himself warm at the cold winter night.
