He says reassuring words to you and holds you safely in his arms.

Yeong-hu can be very gentle. When he is alone with you, he relaxes and lets himself be loved. He cuddles with you and showers you with loving words.

He only hugs you in private, but when he does, it feels warm and safe and he makes sure he squeezes you tightly to his body.

It took him some time to find the strength to say it. It was easier for him when you said the words first.

He gets jealous quickly. Yeong-hu gets angry and pulls you away from the other person.

He likes children and could even imagine having children in the future with you.

Yeong-hu doesn't like to talk about himself, especially not about his problems, but you always make him feel safe and comfortable, so that he opens up to you little by little.

Due to the pressure of his work, he is always a little tense, so that he can snap very easily.

Yeong-hu knows all the things you like and dislike. Sometimes he surprises you with little things he remembers.

He's not really romantic, but he wishes he could take you on a date, apart from the apocalypse.

He is very protective and you are always his first priority.

Try: (how much effort do they put in dates, gifts, etc)

Yeong-hu always tries to bring you something from the missions outside of the stadium.

Ugly: (what are some bad habits of them)

He bunkers his feelings into himself and only talks about them when they become too much.

Vanity: (how concerned are they with their looks)

Not really. As his clothes and body get dirty easily in the military, he began to ignore what they look like. He just makes sure that his hair is always pushed out of his face to achieve a professional look and so that they doesn't get on his nerves.

Whole: (do they feel incomplete without you)

He feels much safer and calmer with you and it stresses him out when you two have argued.

He played baseball as a child and originally wanted to be a baseball player.

Yuck: (what are some things they wouldn’t like)

You don't respecting him and his work that he does for the people in the stadium (which has led to many fights because he is mostly rude to them because everything about the apocalypse stresses him out).

He has vivid nightmares almost every night because of his ptsd.

I wish there were was a scene or two where it is Sokka who has to pull Aang out of the avatar state frenzy.

Maybe Katara isn’t around for some reason (dealing with an active threat or she was just too far away) and it's Sokka that has to step up. because I do like the gradual growth of his reaction of aang in the avatar state going from complete fear to not leaving the area to stay with aang and I think it would have been a nice ed to have him be the one to pull aang out of it one time.

Not because I want to undermine Kataang because they are great. I do not want to ship sokka and Aang. But I just think it would have really added another layer to Sokka and Aang’s friendship besides them being silly and having fun together. I don’t think they really have any introspective moments with just each other like taht and I think one or 2 scenes like this would have deepened their friendship immensely (not that’s it’s not already great!)

Just Sokka deciding that Katara’s not here and Aang needs help now and so he’s got to do it. Every instinct he has is telling him to back away but he’s got to push through because Aang is his best friend, his brother and he’s not going to leave him.

I just think that would have been a nice little bow on their friendship arc with sokka being the more distrusting and harder to win over of the siblings. Like Kind of the inverse of Zuko and Katara’s friendship.

Like can you just imagine Sokka going; “ I got you buddy, I got you I’m right here” as he grips Aang tightly because he’s not the best at comforting words and and so all he can do is hold Aang close and remind him that he’s there that he’ll always be there for him.

I think that would’ve have been amazing.

I could write an entire thesis on how Maximus is so husband-coded and how different he is from other action heroes of, before, and after his day. he is so timeless because his qualities go so far beyond the generic, and I want to stand on a mountaintop to explain this in painstaking detail to the whole world

Odysseus is a woodcarver. He made his marriage bed himself. I love the thought of him constantly working on projects and just walking in the woods seeing a couple logs and thinking "I can make something with this." Gifts for his beloved wife. Gifts for his loving mom and dad. And eventually gifts for his baby.

A rattle at first, but he'd probably get excited and already start making toys for him to play with when Tele gets older. Little animal figurines, tops, a swing, yo-yos, and more. (Yo-yos are from Greece! Or at least the first depictions are from there. I think it'd be funny if Odysseus was one to have a yo-yo often as this man always needs to be doing something. He's that guy that is always doing tricks.)

I really love the thought of him leaving toys behind for his little boy, and Telemachus keeps them because they were made for him by his DAD. It reminds him that he had one at some point. (There are the coming-of-age ceremonies, but there are probably things he could've kept.)

10 years later, Odysseus remembers the little wooden rattle of a dog he made for his son. Where one could easily seal the seeds inside yet open them when needed from the stomach and...Huh, that's an idea.

And thus the Trojan Horse was born.

His "Greatest Achievement" came from thoughts of his son.
