So on monday. Was going to my doctors office (vårdcentralen). To check up on my bloodpressure (I have been monitoring it for a few months now and noticed that it was on the rise again during my trip in the north). My doctor took my bloodpressure again and again, went out and told his next patient that they had to wait... And then it continued like that for a while. Until he made a call. I was transfered to the emergencyroom. There I stayed the whole afternoon and evening. They finally managed to get the pressure down, made sure that I was not having a stroke or a heart failure. Wanted me to stay for observeration but I really was just longing for my garden and home. So I made a promise to monitor my bloodpressure and come in at any sign of change. We live quite close. Now there is going to be check up and some more tests in the weeks to come. All good today, "normal" bloodpressure and I will take it easy and just enjoy the garden, do some light gardenwork. I am thankfull for our way of living in Sweden, this cost me all togheter 200 kr (about 20 us dollars). This includes all the meds, test and checkup.

Warning: Long Post No one reads long texts anymore, but despite everything I've been through with my country, my family, and recently my son, I need to get this off my chest. It's completely unbelievable to me that so many people still don't understand the background of the genocide in Palestine. What kind of journalists or influencers do we have today? Are they too afraid to report and remind their audiences about the real story behind what's happening now? No, it's not just one year of suffering! It's outrageous how the media consistently ignores what Palestinians have been enduring for decades. Have they, or you, even bothered to look at the statistics of how many Palestinians have been killed by Israel since 1948? How many children have been killed? Who holds the responsibility for what's happening now? I often wonder: what if the situation Palestinians face was applied somewhere else? For example, what if, after World War II, the West had decided that all Jews should have a state in the USA—let’s say Chicago—how would the people of Chicago have reacted? Imagine the people there being driven off the land their families had worked for generations, stripped of their rights, and harassed or persecuted if they resisted. Do international laws simply not apply when ### is involved? Do you know that people in Gaza are killed simply for fun? Yes, for fun! Israeli soldiers have been known to shoot women, children, and even animals on the spot, then walk away. Did you feel the wind when those shots were fired? Or was it too far away for you? Do you understand what death means? Good. Do you know why there are so many Palestinians living in different countries, or maybe even right next door to you, even though they smell like hummus, garlic, za'atar, and other traditional foods? Do you know why your neighbors are Palestinian and not Israeli? It's because we've been forced to flee since 1948. Our cities were erased then, and more are still being erased—through violence, through apartheid laws, through genocide, through different methods. Ilan Pappe, an Israeli historian, wrote a book about hundreds of Palestinian cities that were erased to create the Israel you know today. This isn't a war that started a few days ago or even a year ago—this has been going on since at least 1948. More than 45,000 have been killed in Gaza just in the past year alone. 17 000 of them are children, and 13 000 are women. Do you even know what that means? How it feels to lose your children or part of your family? Are you going to tell us how it feels? Do you have no empathy? Is your heart so closed that you can't see the pain around you? Are you really so blind to the suffering of others? How can you ignore these realities? Do you know that the Israeli military has cut off all electricity and completely halted the import of food, water, fuel, and other necessities? There are no hospitals and no medicines left, and 85% of people in Gaza are living in makeshift tents. Yes, tents—but not like the ones you see in movies. These are handmade from plastic scraps. Do you know that my family is suffering from all of this, and I will lose them in this cold weather if you don't act now? Please help us and donate now!

Is seeing the same post on your dash tiring for you?
What do you think Palestinians feel after almost a year of the same bombs that sometimes even drop on the same place, same lies about a 'ceasefire', same same indifference towards their suffering?
Just because a post highlighting a fundraiser was made a day, a week, a month ago doesn't mean it's not worth sharing. So many campaigns were created months ago and received little or no support at all. All while needing funds more than ever.
Just in the last 24 hours IOF committed 4 massacres, resulting in 23 martyrs and 101 injuries - and that's just the people who could reach the hospitals or were found; many are still under the rubble or blocked from ambulances in other ways.
"The toll from the "israeli" aggression has risen to 41,638 martyrs and 96,460 injuries since October 7th of last year." - from today's Palestinian Ministry of Health news. And again, that's the people they could count - people whose scattered remains were dug up by their families, people who were injured and died while on their way to the hospital or in it (either from wounds or getting bombed in there too).
IOF sees your indifference and continues it's aggression on Lebanon. After all, if they can get away with a year (76 years) of genocide, why not start another one?
Only 3 days ago I've made a vent post [here] about how a fundraiser I've been spotlighting received less and less donations in the last week. And guess what? It still gets some reblogs. And guess what? It's stagnating again despite that.
If you can share the same 'tumblr heritage' post time and time again, if you can share same posts from various gimmick blogs, you can handle some repetition on your dash. In fact, you can also handle a small donation to a Palestinian fundraiser (if you can't then it's fine and you DO NOT need to comment that. In fact, you shouldn't.)
Please share this post and donate to Palestinian fundraisers, including Falastin's:
Keep in mind CONVERSION RATES:
10$ = 101 SEK
25$ = 253 SEK
50$ = 506 SEK
100$ = 1,012 SEK
I've talked about it before numerous times, a lot of info can be found on this post [here].
Vetting info: #282 in El-Shab-Hussein and Nabulsi's spreadsheet [here], #957 in the Butterfly Project spreadsheet [here]
I do semi-regular art updates (last one [here]) and accept commissions for proof of donations, please dm me for info as my art blog was terminated.

Help Falastin!
Hey folks! I've been in talk with Falastin, a Palestinian, over the past couple of weeks. They've been so lovely and just a genuine sweetheart, and they've been talking to me in-between asking for help with their campaign. They're managing a lot right now and trying to find ways to keep their family alive through the winter. They wrote this up for this post:
Dear friends, it's time to act now. For decades, Israel has committed war crimes against Palestinians—starting in Jenin over twenty years ago, continuing in Gaza, and still happening today. These atrocities have been carried out at every checkpoint, with every bomb dropped on hospitals, schools, and refugee camps, fully aware of the consequences. Right now, over two million people are trapped, deprived of food and water, and bombarded daily. International law has become meaningless, as Western countries continue to supply Israel with weapons and support instead of holding them accountable. If we do not act now, the Palestinian people risk being erased. My friend Falastin's family is enduring this nightmare. They are struggling to survive in the midst of this crisis and urgently need your help to get through the coming winter. So far, they have raised $6,200 out of the $196,000 needed. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far, but they still need our help. This week’s short-term goal is to raise $11,000 to cover their basic needs, and they can not do this without our support. Standing with the Palestinian people is standing up for humanity. Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a profound difference. Please help Falastin's family.
If you can, it would mean the world if you donated or at least shared Falastin's campaign!! Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

Listening to a radio show where they are discussing immigration laws in Europe. The politics are all about "protecting the borders". From what? People who are risking absolutely everything for just a chance at a better life? Who are we to deny them that, who are we to say "don't bring your misery over here", who are we to decide who gets a chance. How about we actually try to help? How about we give legal ways to come here so people don't have to die? How about we actually welcome them, giving them the support they need to cope, get their families here so they can relax, allow them to work, you know, allow them to live?
I'm so tired of Europe gatekeeping our luxury. In Sweden it's all "we can't even afford to take care of our elderly, boohoo", oh we can afford it alright, we're just not paying enough to do it. The money is there, but taxes have lowered or been cancelled for ages now, especially for the rich, and not even the socialist party talks about raising or reinstating them again. Everything is about budget cuts and "efficiency", the staff in hospitals are burning out, but almost no one wants to bring up the obvious solution. Get. The. Money. And when the hospital staff can breathe, let's talk about how to best welcome refugees, instead of how to best shut them out.

The first significant emergence of organ trafficking accusations against Israel came during the First Palestinian Intifada in the late 1980s and early ‘90s. During this period, many Palestinian families claimed that the bodies of relatives who died in operations undertaken by Israeli forces were returned missing organs. Although initially dismissed as unfounded propaganda, the increase in similar reports strengthened speculation and concern. The case of young Palestinian Bilal Ahmed Ghanem, killed by Israeli soldiers in 1992, and a 2009 article in the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet titled Our Sons’ Organs Were Stolen [4] further highlighted these claims. The article included interviews with families who alleged that Israel had harvested organs from deceased Palestinians and suggested a broader organ trafficking network connected to Israeli medical institutions.
Israeli officials have previously admitted removing body parts from Palestinians and other groups. In a controversial 2014 Israeli television program, senior officials confessed to harvesting skin [5] from deceased Palestinians and African workers, which was used to treat burns on Israeli soldiers. The director of the Israeli Skin Bank revealed [6] that the country’s human skin reserves had reached 17 square meters (183 square feet), a significant amount for a small population, suggesting a more extensive organ collection practice. Israeli doctor and anthropologist Meira Weiss, in her book [7] Over Their Dead Bodies (2002), provided details about the systematic harvesting of organs from Palestinians, which were used for medical research in Israeli universities and transplanted into Israeli patients.
A report [8] released by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor in October 2023 rekindled concerns over allegations of organ harvesting involving Palestinians, particularly in cases where bodies returned from Israeli custody showed signs of tampering. Gaza health officials have reported inconsistencies in the bodies released, pointing to organ removal. According to the report, Israeli forces collected dozens of Palestinian bodies from hospitals in northern Gaza, which were returned in a mutilated state. In July 2024, [9] Israeli daily Haaretz reported that the Israeli military held the bodies of 1,500 Palestinians at the Sde Teiman detention center. All these allegations highlight the urgent need for a thorough investigation into the dignity of war dead and broader human rights violations.

Hurt V
Hardersson x Child!Reader
Part of The Big Adventures Universe
Summary: Morsa's operation
Tumblr media
Morsa has to have surgery on her foot because she hurt it really, really bad. Bad enough that she's out of the team while she recovers. Bad enough that you have to visit her in hospital.
Momma takes you into her room when Morsa wakes up from her surgery sleep.
"Morsa," You say," You've got Sweden on your foot."
On her bandaged foot is the Swedish flag. You recognise it because Morsa tried to make you learn it before you learnt the Danish one. She failed at that second bit but she did make sure you learnt the flag.
"Yeah," She says," I do have Sweden on my foot."
"Is Sweden making your foot better?"
Morsa laughs a little while Momma puts you up on her bed. "It is."
"You should take a picture," You tell her," So the team can know Sweden's making you better."
"Alright, princesse. I'll take a picture for the girls."
You make sure Morsa takes a lot of pictures to show both the Bayern girls and the Sweden girls so they know she's okay.
The doctors keep coming in all day to check on Morsa and her Sweden foot and you get to watch Morsa get poked and prodded before being taken home by Momma.
Morsa's got to stay in the hospital for another day to check that her Sweden foot isn't going to fall off or anything but she's welcome to come home the next day.
She comes home on crutches, hobbling up the front doorstep before practically melting into the sofa. You bring her a drink and she captures you quickly, tugging you onto the sofa with her before crushing you into a hug.
"Morsa!" You shriek as ticklish kisses attack your face," Stop it!"
"Hey, now," Magda laughs," Don't kick out. I'm injured, remember? You don't want to hurt me more."
"You're doing this on purpose!" You tell her as one of her hands winds around your legs so all you can do is wiggle your body.
"Doing what on purpose? Giving love to my favourite girl?"
"Make Momma your favourite!" You tell her but she doesn't listen, dropping more kisses all over your face as you try to escape.
"Magda," Pernille says reproachfully as she returns from the kitchen," You're still injured. Take it easy."
"I am taking it easy," Magda replies whilst standing and dangling you upside down by your ankles.
"Magda," Pernille says again," Holding our child hostage is not taking it easy."
"I beg to disagree."
"Magda, I mean it. Sit down."
Magda sits down, releasing you as she does so and you hurry off to your toy corner and beanbag chair to catch your breath.
"Have you still got Sweden on your foot?"
Magda pulls off her sock to triumphantly show her Sweden bandage. "I do still have Sweden on my foot!"
"You should put Denmark on your foot."
The grin on Magda's face drops as she stares at you, mouth hanging open. "What?"
"You should put Denmark on your foot," You repeat," Because Momma's from Denmark and she always makes me feel better when I have ouchies."
"Princesse," Magda says," I can't just change it to Denmark. That's like...treason or something."
"Why's it treason?"
"Because...er...Because..."
"Because your Morsa is very silly and takes a rivalry a bit too seriously even at home," Pernille explains to you.
"Oh," You say, nodding in understanding before turning back to Magda," You're very silly, Morsa and you really should put Denmark on your foot because then Momma's Denmark magic can help you."
Magda still looks stricken and Pernille forces herself to cough to cover her laugh.
"That's a very good idea," She says," We've got to change Morsa's bandage anyway. I managed to buy a red bandage. Can you get some of the medical tape?"
"Is it in the ouchy bag?"
"Yep, in the bathroom."
You scamper off and Magda gives Pernille the biggest, wettest puppy eyes she can manage.
It doesn't quite work the same way as when you're doing it.
"Pernille," She says," Please?"
"I don't know. Maybe my fancy Denmark magic will help," Pernille teases just as you come back in with the white medical tape.
"We're making the Denmark flag," You tell Magda as Pernille unwinds the bandage," So you can get better soon."
Magda forces herself not to grind her teeth in annoyance and smile at you instead. "Thank you, princesse."

Mila
Ingrid Engen x Mapi Leon x Baby
The soft hum of the hospital machines blended with the quiet serenity of the maternity ward. Ingrid lay back in her bed, her dark hair pulled into a loose bun, exhaustion and joy mingling on her face. In her arms, wrapped in a delicate pink blanket, was the newest addition to her and Mapi’s lives: baby Mila.
Mapi sat beside the bed, her fingers gently tracing Mila’s tiny hand. Her own face, usually marked by fierce determination on the pitch, was now soft with an expression of pure wonder.
“She’s perfect,” Mapi whispered, her voice barely audible as if speaking louder might wake the sleeping miracle.
Ingrid smiled, her green eyes shimmering with tears. “She really is, isn’t she?”
The past hours had been a whirlwind—Ingrid’s labor, the arrival of their daughter, and now this quiet moment as a family of three. Mapi had been at Ingrid’s side the entire time, her support unwavering. Now, they couldn’t stop staring at the little girl who had already stolen their hearts.
“Do you think she’ll play football like us?” Mapi asked, grinning.
“Maybe,” Ingrid said with a laugh. “But only if she wants to.”
Mapi nodded, leaning over to press a kiss to Ingrid’s forehead. “You were incredible,” she murmured.
There was a soft knock on the door, followed by two familiar faces peeking in: Alexia and Fridolina.
“We heard there’s a new star player in town,” Alexia said, her voice warm and teasing as she stepped inside with Frido.
“Do you mind if we meet her?” Frido asked, her excitement barely contained.
“Of course,” Mapi said, waving them in. “Come meet your goddaughter.”
Alexia and Frido approached the bed, their eyes immediately drawn to the tiny bundle in Ingrid’s arms.
“Oh my god,” Alexia breathed, her hand covering her mouth. “She’s beautiful.”
Frido, her own eyes misting, leaned down to get a better look. “She’s so small,” she whispered, her Swedish accent softening her voice even more.
Ingrid carefully handed Mila to Alexia, who cradled the baby with practiced ease. Mila stirred but didn’t wake, her tiny fist curling against Alexia’s chest.
“I think I’m in love,” Alexia said, a playful but sincere smile on her face.
“She’s absolutely perfect,” Frido added, gently stroking Mila’s cheek with a single finger.
Mapi chuckled, leaning back in her chair. “You two are already smitten, huh?”
“Obviously,” Alexia said, her voice full of mock indignation. “As her favorite tia, it’s my duty.”
Frido raised an eyebrow. “Excuse me, we are her aunties. Plural. Equal rights to spoil her rotten.”
“You can both be her favorite,” Ingrid said, laughing softly.
They all fell into a comfortable rhythm, talking about Mila’s future, marveling at her tiny features, and making lighthearted bets about whether she’d inherit Ingrid’s dark hair or Mapi’s fiery determination.
After a while, Frido gently handed Mila back to Mapi, who held her daughter close. Alexia and Frido shared a look, their expressions a mix of awe and joy.
“You two are going to be amazing moms,” Alexia said sincerely. “Mila’s so lucky to have you.”
Mapi smiled, brushing a kiss over Mila’s head. “We’re lucky to have her. And to have you two in her life.”
“Trust us,” Frido said with a grin. “We’re already planning all the fun things we’ll do together. You’re never getting her back on auntie days.”
Ingrid laughed, leaning into Mapi’s shoulder. “Mila's going to be so loved.”
“She already is,” Mapi said, her voice soft but certain.
And as the four friends sat together, the room filled with laughter and love, baby Mila remained the quiet center of their little universe—loved by her moms, adored by her aunts, and destined for a life surrounded by a family that cherished her.
