Happy summer! There wasn’t any shortage of people at Britannia beach on Summer Solstice evening 2023. I have never seen so many volley ball games going on at the same time. Nets were setup on the beach but also on the grass. The canteen was full of people & there were people with BBQ going, walking, riding biking, swimming, dog walking, a whole bunch of watercraft on the Ottawa River & of course people taking in the sunset. I was told this was a volleyball league. Guess Wed is volleyball day! Captured on Summer Solstice 2023 evening, Britannia Beach, Ottawa Canada.
