It was a lovely afternoon with our new team for the next production.

Some of them are excited.

It was lovely meeting up with Kieran again. I see a future mapped out for him with that amazing voice of his. He’s still a bubble of fun!

Time flies… and then I hear a song, and suddenly I’m standing still in another time.

And rather than feeling bereft and reeling in the lyrics, now I have capacity to meet younger parts of myself there and attune to them.

I’m no longer *the impossible place* for the parts of me to experience attunement. I keep working at it. This is the work.

Our hearts were already broken long before that snapshot in time. Alchemy just called for us to feel the old heartbreak. That’s what happened. That’s exactly what needed to happen. That’s why we met, and I *recognized* you.
