How to make the most out of your weekend:
I'm FED UP with weekends sprinting by as I helplessly watch, so here are some tips/tricks I have for making the weekend seem longer.
Friday:
You NEED to go out on friday nights. Got o a movie with friends, have people over, go dancing. The key to this is convincing your brain that today is saturday, so study in the afternoon when you get home from school for an hour or two, then at around six, leave, and get home around nine. You just had fun. And you go to bed later than normal (for me, 11ish)
Saturday:
Study in the morning, from 6:30-8, then take the "day" off, then study from 4:30-8 then do fun things the rest of the night (or go to bed). You studied for five hours, but didn't miss that much of the day, and got plenty of sleep.
Sunday:
I try and do mostly chores and personal projects on sundays, but I go dancing in the evening (6-9) and that really elongates the weekend in my memory, so the week feels less long.

my study / homework schedule to enter my hermione era 💘
monday - 3.10pm - 5pm (1hr 50mins)
study at library. on mondays i do maths weekly and nightly homework, some chemistry revision, and read at least 50 pages !
tuesday - 4.00pm - 6.15pm (2hrs 15mins)
study at home. on tuesdays i do maths nightly homework, go over my maths weekly homework, some physics revision, and read at least 30 pages !
wednesday - 6.30pm - 7.45pm (1hr 15mins)
study at home. on wednesdays i do maths nightly homework, any science homework that i have, (physics, biology, chemistry), biology revision, and read at least 30 pages !
thursday - 6.30pm - 8.15pm (1hr 45mins)
study at home. on thursdays i do maths nightly homework, any english or philosophy homework, i practice music theory and pieces, and i practice my spelling to make sure everything is correct!
friday - sunday i tend to have a break if i don’t have a test for, but occasionally i use fridays to practice a language or learn about something i like ! on these days i try to read 60 pages a day 💘

i have to clean my room for spring (i know it's kinda late.. but ive cleaned my room 3 days ago so ill just have to vacuum and organize my shelves)
i'll read 2 articles about depth perception and vr
if i have the energy at the end of the day, ill go out to grab some coffee from the nearest coffe shop. i dont go out much and im about to go insane. i need to have some human interaction

27/05/2024 // had a viva today as part of my clinical specialisation and i was able to answer some questions but some of them completely slipped my mind because of the professor's style of asking the questions! it was unexpected but i am trying to not dwell on it too much because my end-of-semester exams begin the day after tomorrow.

DEVOTIONAL ROUTINE: A PLAN
The past few weeks were challenging for me. For most part, I felt really bad. I had reasons to celebrate but still... I feel like I am losing focus and have no energy to persevere. That is why I am going to create a devotional routine, so I can focus on this area of my life. With witchcraft I can shift and transform what I have now, so I am going to make myself believe in me again with the craft.
These are the things I am planning to do:
Right after waking up: write my dreams (if I remember any) and say my affirmations.
When I have time, during the week, I can study about witchcraft/paganism/the occult in general
Before bed: say my prayers and journal
Rituals: at least 2/week
What I need before starting:
Create a witchy schedule
Have my journal and lists of affirmations and prayers next to my bed
Plan my rituals (script every step and ingredient I need at least a day before)

for this week, i won't make a schedule cause no matter how hard I try, it keeps changing everyday. i wrote the study hours only instead.
+ and idk if you know them already but there's a person named as pato on youtube! i like their videos sm!! i also follow them on spotify; they have a great taste in music. i listened to only this playlist while studying last week!
