Ive been thinking about my Clan Gen Challenge characters a lot... so heres two redesigns/redraws for my fave fucked up twins <3

Im working on planning out lore and stuff for these guys stories rn, and Im planning on eventually making a blog for them but Im proud of these refs so I wanted to post them!

A bit of info for their story tho... their group (clan) is now called The Hawthorns, they live in a California inspired territory, specifically they live in caves! Leaders are now called Monarchs, and I'm thinking I will call Deputies Vices tho I may change that...

They also live in a post apocalypse like RoC but there are absolutely no humans like how it is in Guardians of Ga'Hoole!

Also Swanheart's eye patch was crafted from the fabric of a human sleep mask hehe, i thought it looked cute and cool !

Yo my name's James aka Jenn aka JJ, and I was taking photos during a meteor shower when I was bit by a cosmic radioactive spider.

Since then I've been swinging around my hometown as this earth's one and only SpiderStar.

When I'm not webbing up aliens, and solving cosmic mysteries, I draw, write, make beats, and chill with my friends

Being a Spider is a thrill, though it ain't always chill, but being a hero to my city is worth the ordeal. I work hard, and play hard and I come home past 8, and have 101 reasons to tell my mom why I'm late (haha)

SpiderStar is my Spidersona (based off of myself) that I made some time after the release of the second spider-verse movie :)

My character is African-American and Bigender, and his pronouns are he/him and she/her. When he was 25, he was bit by the spider when he was still in college and taking classes. So when he woke up the next morning to find out he grew 2 inches taller, could walk on walls, and got ✨Free Top Surgery✨ he had a lot of explaining to do X'D

I haven't finalized his design yet, but I did doodle a few pages of him and his suit, and added his color palette and what his hair looks like. For the color palette, the first four colors are the colors of his suit, and the last color is his skin color. And for his hair it's this color blond, and his hair didn't change color for any reason X'D, he just felt like dying it that color after he became a hero

I think maybe giving Spiderstar (the last leader of SkyClan until it was re-established) a super edition could be a great parallel to Hawkwing’s Journey. While the message in Hawkwing’s Journey is “despite everything, SkyClan survives”, the message for Spiderstar would be “despite everything, SkyClan must die”.

Just have it start with him as a kit during Buzzardstar’s reign when the clan is at its height in the gorge during that era, and then slowly but surely have everything collapse and fall to ruin, mainly due to the rats but with other factors also contributing to SkyClan’s demise.
