Commission for an airship design for a friend! This is the first commission I’ve done for a ship design, but I’m super happy with how it turned out!
Thanks to @Sleepy__Mocha for giving me such a fun subject!

Art of a skyship I designed based upon this post by @trumoi. I was really inspired by the concept and wanted to make something for this setting myself! I've been calling this ship the Anomalocaris, since radiodont bodyplans were the main inspiration for the general shape. The symbol on the tail fin is an Eyemonk rune that reads "hunter".

These are the crew: captain Joanna Hollander is missing her left eye and parts of her left leg and right arm as a result of a curse that causes her to slowly fade away. As she fades physically, she also becomes more and more detached from reality, causing her to not feel emotions as strongly as before. She turned to hunting sky leviathans for the thrill of it, to try and regain some of her emotions. The patch on her shoulder has the alchemical symbol for mercury, which is also a symbol for volatility. She is joined by her childhood friend Cyrus, professional walking enby shirtless scene, and Zepha, the Eyemonk wind mage. The runes on his tabard read "ride the tempest".

Skybound Legends: The Eagle Corp. Zeppelin
✨ Welcome aboard the Eagle Corp. airship, where the skies are endless, and adventure calls from every horizon! This piece captures a world I dreamed up where colossal zeppelins rule the heavens, cities float in the clouds, and ancient mysteries wait to be uncovered below. The Eagle Corp. zeppelin, adorned with golden details and guarded by its loyal biplane squadron, is on a mission to seek the legendary Lost City of Astraea. And yes, there's even a giant eagle watching over the ship, as if guiding it on its journey. 🦅
What would you do if you could travel aboard this mighty skyship? Where would you explore? 🚀

My players decided the best way to catch a fugitive is to travel faster than they do. To bring them into the skyship mood I gave them this cinematic shot in @AlchemyRpg  :)

The cry of victory resounded as the pirate ship lurched away amidst the decaying din of battle. It burst from one throat and then another until it was a roar. Quiet and relief washed over the crew of the Dancing Sparrow as the roar died down. For a moment Captain Emblyn let the crew relax. It was a hard thing to convince a crew to do. They didn’t receive the high wages of the officers or a share in the profits. The life of the common sailor was hard and paid little for the brutal work—and that went without mentioning the long weeks and months spent sailing with no respite.
The life of these sailors was even harder. No cool, watery embrace waited for them if they fell overboard. Just miles of sky and then swift death.
It wasn’t just the prospect of falling overboard, though. Ordinary sailors didn’t have to worry about the ship slipping off the sea, but it wasn’t unheard of for a skyship. Dedicated navigators were a fixture of skyships for that very reason. Plot the wrong course and an entire ship could sail right off the skyways before anyone could notice.
“Double rations tonight,” Captain Emblyn shouted as she took up position next to the helm. She didn’t smile as a cry of excitement rose up, but rather barked out more orders. It wasn’t for the captain to be too friendly with the crew, she had been taught. It had been the way of her mentor to cultivate an air of otherworldliness. If the crew thought the captain was something other than human—something that couldn’t fail—they were less inclined to think about disobedience during a long journey.
It was a hard mask for Emblyn to wear. Right now, she wanted nothing more than to retreat to her cabin, put the mask on her desk, and sit down until her nerves calmed. Exchanging looks with the ship’s carpenter, Watkin, she knew that was a while away yet.
“Captain,” said the brute of a man. He had broad shoulders and massive scarred plates for hands. He stepped close, the powerful smell of him making Emblyn’s eyes water slightly. Nodding down to one of his hands and when Embyln obligingly looked she could barely conceal her horror. It was the hygrometer. Smashed.
Emblyn looked up at him, but he already knew the question she was about to ask. He shook his head. There were no hygrometers left on the ship. The horror was plain on her face now. She turned away as Watkin positioned himself to obscure her face from the crew, his fist closing around the broken remains of the hygrometer.
“Does Alain know yet,” she asked, hoping her navigator might have some trick to help them track the atmospheric humidity the ship rode upon. Their only warning sign if they were sailing off the skyways. Without them their only warning would be the fall.
Watkin shook his head again. “They were hurt in the fight,” he said. “I thought it best to come straight to you.”
Emblyn swore quietly under her breath. “Worse and worse,” she muttered. Mastering her face again she turned back to the helm. She hesitated for a moment, her hand trembling slightly, before firmly gripping the wheel. “We need an excuse to stay where we are,” she whispered to Watkin as she gazed imperiously across the ship. “At least until Alain can confirm a safe route.”
“We took some damage during the fight,” Watkin said thoughtfully. He rubbed his stubble ruined chin, playing with the short, thick hairs. “It’s a bit of a stretch, but I could recommend we hold position until I’ve done some repairs. It wouldn’t take long. A day or so. If Alain isn’t up after that...”
“I know,” Embyln snapped, looking up at Watkin. The loss of their early warning of disaster was bad, but worse was the effect their loss would have on the crew. The only thing worse would be losing their navigator. Sailors were a superstitious lot at the best of times. They would take either as an omen of doom. Both together would be seen as a death sentence. Watkin and Emblyn didn’t have to say any of it. They knew. “Get on it,” she said. “And stall as much as you can.”
Watkin nodded and headed off. “Drop anchors,” Embyln shouted as Watkin headed down the steps, shouting orders of his own and grabbing sailors as he went. On an ordinary ship the anchor was a single monstrous piece of iron designed to weigh the ship down. On a skyship they were built from the same elementally infused wood as the ship and designed to be as light as possible. Even so, it took three sailors each to lift and throw one anchor overboard.
Watching the crew work, Emblyn had a terrible thought. What if the anchor kept falling? Her heart beat faster as the idea stuck in her mind. She would have to steer the ship away from the edge, but without the hygrometers she would have nothing to guide her. Sheer luck would decide their fate.
Emblyn watched with silent trepidation, her heart overriding her mind, as the anchor fell. She breathed a sigh of relief as it jerked to a stop mid-air and stuck fast, but all the same she watched the three other anchors. Stuck fast in the skyway, the elementally infused wood reacting to the moisture in the air as if it were as solid as the sea, the ship came to a halt.
Embyln jerked her head as she heard a creak a foot away and speared a crewman with a glare. “Captain,” they sputtered fearfully as they tried to stand at attention. They were a stick—a scarecrow in a sailor’s clothes—and seemed unsuitable in Emblyn’s eyes. She watched the thing tremble slightly and felt a pang of pity. They must be here for a reason and she had reacted poorly.
Forcing her expression to soften, Emblyn took a breath and tried to act the proper part of the captain. “What is it you have to report, crewman?”
“Prisoner, captain,” the crewman said. “Jumped from their ship just as it turned away.”
Emblyn stared at the crewman as the crewman sweated. “As it turned away?”
“Yes, captain.”
Emblyn didn’t sigh, not in front of the crewman, but she wanted to. She didn’t know why this pirate had abandoned their ship, but she felt in her bones something was wrong. “Take me to him.”

Dorian gets offended/jealous Orym is talking about working out with Beau, so he tries to show off, Imogen calls him out on poor execution, so he just walks off to help Caduceus (who also quickly kinda roasts him) kkkkkkk
i need next episode to after Dorian and Orym wakeup together, Orym goes workout with Beau and have competitions, so the whole time is just Orym and Beau showing off to Dorian and Yasha, like doing push ups with them in their back or sm, doing upsidedown pullups
