I love the ✨aesthetic✨ of a freshly poured paint palette.

This is a minimal mixing required skin tone palette. It may seem odd at first glance, but I can assure you it works great for skin! It has some basic flat skin tones, blushing, and some fun undertones. Plus a neon for easy subsurface scattering. (It is a fugitive color though 😔💔)

Also, unlike a lot of watercolor skintone palettes I’ve seen, it includes a nice selection of largely non-granulating browns for deeper shadows and darker skintones.

I also included a white, which you don’t see often with watercolorists, but I’ve discovered that a white watercolor has its purpose. It can create gradually built added highlights and great fog, mist, and smoke effects. In addition, you can make any color opaque and/or pastel with it. :3

This is in an art toolkit folio palette, which is my favorite. I adore it for how amazingly thin and portable it is, yet how much paint it can hold. Plus it’s got these cool lil magnetic pans, and has a nice, non-plastic mixing area.
