🏡 Build Info 🏡 🏪We 'R' Kids Toys & More 🌎World: Magnolia Promenade 🏭Studio apartment for "live-in" lot owner, 1 bedroom and 4 baths 🏪Lot: Paddywack's Emporium 📏Lot Size: 20x20 💵Lot Value: §210,886 ----------- This is a retail lot - a kids' themed store with clothing, toys, books, and furniture. There is an employee breakroom upstairs, and an office for the owner with a conference area. Obviously, these are just for aesthetics, since the Sims don't really utilize breakrooms and conference rooms while working. There is also a stockroom in back (also for looks). There is a small 1 bedroom apartment for the owner of the lot to "live" in. In order to do this, you would need to have a sim purchase a residential lot (I usually buy the cheapest and leave it empty), then have them buy the retail lot. The sim can sleep, eat, etc. to "live" there outside of open hours. 📝Note: if you leave the lot, they will return to their "home" lot and you'll need to travel back to the store. 💡Tip: For the stockroom & breakroom/office, lock the door for "employees only" - the stockroom will need both the interior and exterior door, or you'll have sims using that sink (it's perfectly understandable to just lock the breakroom completely, as I found the employees kept going to the office to watch TV when they're supposed to be working 😂) For the studio apartment, lock the door for your sim/household only - you'll need to unlock/lock again as necessary if you invite friends over. 🖼️NOCC Gallery Paintings can be found on the Sims gallery by: Cribea9, SimsationalToo, Catatron16, PnLj20, AlJay2000, MOONL1GHTSEEKER, Lousari, & Takissis 😲A special shout-out to @InSims for the amazing clothing racks used in the store! Face à leur masque de froideur, des rumeurs courent sur leur changement de comportement récent qui seraient les prémices d'un coup d'éclat pour prendre le pouvoir. Cependant, dans l'intimité de leur appartement, les Feng rêvent en réalité de fonder une famille. En effet, lors d'une mission d'espionnage (sa véritable carrière), Lily a été blessée, la rendant infertile. Arriveront-il à adopter un enfant ? Et comment ce dernier grandira-t-il face à la renommée de ses parents ?

Tip - you can do this with career lots (send your sim to work and follow them), secret lots, etc.

Better Together Collab - Save File Info: @sofythesim @plummysims & @simmerkhai came together to start a collab that would ultimately fill ALL lots in EVERY world used in EVERY pack! I was honored to be chosen as one of the participants - I built this lot, Johnny Zest's trailer in Oasis Springs, & built a generational family modern lot on Key Point in Sulani. [These lots are in the save file and on the gallery now - videos will come soon]. Each lot in the save file has been completely redone with only basegame + the pack the lot came with. For instance, a vet in Brindleton Bay would only contain items from basegame + Cats & Dogs. Therefore, the entire save is completely basegame compatible. (Side note - many are getting a pop up warning them that they do not have the correct packs. Please disregard, as this is a glitch in the game and you'll see once in the lot that you do in fact have all items.)
