Better Together Collab - Save File Info: @sofythesim @plummysims & @simmerkhai came together to start a collab that would ultimately fill ALL lots in EVERY world used in EVERY pack! I was honored to be chosen as one of the participants - I built this lot, Johnny Zest's trailer in Oasis Springs, & built a generational family modern lot on Key Point in Sulani. [These lots are in the save file and on the gallery now - videos will come soon]. Each lot in the save file has been completely redone with only basegame + the pack the lot came with. For instance, a vet in Brindleton Bay would only contain items from basegame + Cats & Dogs. Therefore, the entire save is completely basegame compatible. (Side note - many are getting a pop up warning them that they do not have the correct packs. Please disregard, as this is a glitch in the game and you'll see once in the lot that you do in fact have all items.) Basegame Railway Museum & Club

Do you love trains?

Do you love model trains?

Do you want to teach your children to love trains?

Do you want to get married at a historical train station?

If you responded "yes" even once, you might love this old railway station converted into a museum and event space. No packs or CC or any kind needed.

The outside of the station is greatly influenced by historical Scandinavian railway stations.

Railway lines were the life-blood of the industrializing world and many small communities were vitalized by the presence of a railway station.

While we have the railroad system to thank for our modern world today, many lives were lost in the construction and operation of these metal veins of industry.

This museum has preserved a historical railway station and a passenger train car for the future generations to commemorate the history of railways.

The historical station lobby has been transformed into a bar and restaurant space and a vast hall to host dancing, music and other event activities.

The upstairs offers a more relaxed lobby to enjoy history, cocktails and live music.

The station has also been updated with a spacious bathroom for families with toddlers.

Children of all ages love this whimsical play area, and can safely play in full view while adults attend various events in the neighbouring event space.

Suitable for a small wedding, indie music event or even a loving farewell to a life-long train enthusiast, this beautiful, intimate space is decorated by and for train enthusiasts.

As magical to adults as it is to children, a miniature railroad world showing the journey of people and goods on the rails and sea, put together by the loving hands of Newcrest Railway History Society.

In sims3, my sim Zack (Story "My Stalker") had a restaurant who is called "Aux petits oignons", I really liked his restaurant so I wanted to do it again in sims4 as my sim Zack also exists in S4 version. 💗

Remember to close the doors giving access to the apartment and the office to prevent customers from having access to it.

Question

What do you get when you combine a Brutalist build, South American spice, and sprinkles of Zen with unpredictable ocean weather, nature's lavishness, and glorious sunsets?

Answer

You get the solid, yet airy, home and outstanding views of Chinoi Severe.

Chinoi Severe is a play on the word Chinoiserie. Think exuberance crossed with concrete.

Amey Kandalgaonkar inspired me to create Chinoi Severe. I based it on his Chinese Roof House.

Built to stand against tempest storms, this one-bedroom, three-bath home has three living levels surrounded by lush greenery, sloping grounds, and direct beach access. There is even a secluded seating area with a small fountain beneath a wishing tree. Multiple entertainment areas catch every view and all the stunning light found on Windenburg's 64x64 Island Lot.

I found the fairy paintings on the gallery the creator was Mbarnet and I used fairy set 11 I don’t know why but I just typed in fairy and it really called to me so I redecorated her room to match the theme of the paintings.
