Swedish also has a shrimp sandwich related idiom! "to sail (through life) on a shrimp sandwich" means to live a life free from physical and mental hardship of any kind, with nepo baby vibes.

Also fun: it has recently merged with "slip in on a banana peel" (to do something accidentally) to form "slip through life on a shrimp sandwich", which has the same lack of hardship, but less vibes of privilege and more of sheer dumb luck.
