Say hi to Mewno! Mewno is definitely an Unown a Mew, totally!

MEWNO (“Mew”/"Unown") The Mystery Pokemon ??? TYPE Ability: Synchronize / HA: Unnerve Moves: Hidden Power (current type- Fighting), Transform, Psychic, Curse (uses Ghost typing effects)

Mewno is a genderless nonbinary Mew. In truth, Mewno is a Shiny Unown-M who took the form of a Shiny Mew. Born from the desire to grant a child's wish to meet Mew, they altered their appearance, memories, and moveset accordingly. However, upon greeting them, the child fled in terror from Mewno's uncanny visage. Mewno wanders alone in search of wishes to grant via their enigmatic eldritch magic, seeking to make friends. Fully believing themselves to be a Unown who successfully became a Mew, Mewno has no desire to return to their previous form, partially unaware they had one to begin with.

Shiny hunting the most normal way possible

So, recently my friends and I were talking about shiny hunting Unown, and the best way to get them. Should it be one of the main series games or Go? And if you pick the main series, which games?Because I can't do anything like a normal person, this was my thought process.

Yeaaaaahhh, I got my shiny Unown in Pokémon Red. Why? BECAUSE I COULD.

This doesn't look like much, but this is a shiny Unown in gen 1! So... when traded to gen 2...

AHHHHHHHHHH!

Look at this beauty!

If you want to know how I did it, there's an excellent guide on Blue Moon Falls, but warning, you'll need a lot of patience. The glitches and ACE set-up takes a long time in itself, and then you still have to soft-reset at gen 2 full odds for the shiny itself.

But man, did it feel good to get a shiny in the stupidest way possible! 🤣

✨ pokémon AU! 🔴✨ clora is mainly fairy & psychic (bc shes sweet but also smart) whereas seb trends towards fire/dark (even tho i only ended up giving him 1 dark pokemon...shhh) i originally gave him a houndour, bc dark + guard dog was such a perfect combo for him, but arcanine ALSO suits him and is way cuter so i had to go with that 🥹 and i had to fit in a raven and a snake pokemon somewhere bc...cmon🥰 BAHAHA

TYSM to the anon who inspired this!! it was so much fun

Finally done with my little big study of Ken Sugimori’s traditional watercolor style from his earliest Pokemon paintings before he transitioned to digital. Real watercolor is hard to emulate and I know it’s not 100% but it’s always room for improvement later on ✨🌷
