No because let me explain my thought process here. Being born from the number that naturally drains powers from all other numbers would drain YOU of YOUR power, no?? and the line “I do have power, just not enough” with the pan to Two on the screen does imply that One is less powerful than Two. Maybe even less powerful than all other numbers? That’s a stretch though, from just one (ambiguous!) line. This could also imply that One is simply power hungry; BUT my interpretation is cooler :]

in reality I do think that this episode probably means that the subscriber specials are non-canon, because I can’t quite see where this would fit on the timeline + the contradictions it has but WHATEVER my theory is COOL.

alternate theory: they are the same person, one is just 2763 undercover. (MUCH more unlikely, but cooler)
