Absolutely criminal. Lesbian visibility week and I haven’t posted nearly enough Alope. She’s a lesbian. LOOK AT HER (thumbnails) more rendered part 2 later lol
#ragna thumbnails#Half of the unfinished Alope comics are her seeing a woman going like this 🥹😭😳🫣 (except Hana)#It’s a lil canon joke that Alope is the equivalent of the ‘horny grip’ image when she sees a woman (except Hana)#First two… self explanatory. 💀#Hana 😭 ‘Alope what is she talking about?’ GIRL ALOPE IS SO VULNERABLE RN DONT ASK HER THAT#Three… Alope getting really giddy bc a girl she liked made a silly joke with her#4… some girl (Abaddon) just confessed feelings for Alope… they aren’t genuine. But it still make Alope go 😳#5 …Black gladiator (Zero) holding Alope’s hands and Alope making the face again 💀#6. She. Kisses girls#7. This one is really funny. This is from a scene in OoS chapter 6. While most others are just side comics#She is talking about Magnolia. Immediately after she meets her she turns To Ignis and says ‘your wife is pretty’ and Ignis says ‘I know’#THE WAY HE SAYS IT IS SO SWEET… IF ONLY MAGNOLIA HEARD. It melted everyone’s hearts#anyway anyway. First OoS scene where Alope shows interest in women.#8. Uh. So. Back to the “except Hana” bit she likes to tease her after chapter hrm… let’s say 15 if I’m lucky#She teases Hana more than anyone else#But she’s not like. Attracted to her like other women. It’s different#I could go on about that for ages#brainrot#ragna ramblings

𝕋𝕒𝕟𝕜 𝔻𝕒𝕥𝕖 ℍ𝕖𝕒𝕕𝕔𝕒𝕟𝕠𝕟𝕤
Type of date | Location | Are they romantic? | How much money will they spend | What happens after | Blurb
Words: 1679
𝔻.𝕍𝕒:
She isn’t one for big, fancy dates. So she much prefers staying indoors playing video games.
She’ll drag you along to arcades. Making sure you two have the whole place to yourselves.
Isn’t as romantic as she thinks. It’s always interrupted by her giggling.
No matter how much you spend it won't make a dent in the amount she has. And she’s willing to let you use as much as possible.
She'll likely become tired. So she’ll fall asleep and in turn trapping you in her arms.
***
“Let’s go!”
“Finally, I thought you would never win.” Your celebrating was mixed with her teasing. You two had been playing Mario Kart for hours, with you just now winning a round.
Tempted as you were to play another round, wanting to show her you weren’t as bad as she said. Pausing when you felt a weight on your shoulder, slowly looking over to see Hana.
She had fallen asleep, in turn falling onto your shoulder. Her sleeping quickly turned into cuddles, taking her place on your lap.
Maybe a nap wouldn’t be too bad.
𝔻𝕠𝕠𝕞𝕗𝕚𝕤𝕥:
He much prefers the fancier things in life, so no surprise when he takes you to a 5 star restaurant.
He’ll reserve a private room for the both of you, making sure you’re getting the best things you deserve.
Is a real romantic and he knows it too.
Money means absolutely nothing to him when compared to you. He can give you his card to buy anything but there's no way you could make a dent in it.
When his romantic mood strikes it lasts for a while. Pulling you into a walt with him, making sure you're laughing and having fun during it.
***
The night was still young and Akande wasn’t going to waste it. Still in your outfits as he pulled you into his arms, the classical music playing faintly in the background.
It was one he had been practicing since he was a child, ingrained in his memories. And he wanted to make plenty of new ones with you. Pulling you closer as the song finished, letting the next one continue before starting the next dance.
𝕁𝕦𝕟𝕜𝕖𝕣𝕢𝕦𝕖𝕖𝕟:
She already thinks being around her is good enough so you’ll have to convince her to do something, which would be watching her fight and win.
Gonna be around Junkertown, either in the arena watching her from her throne there or in her actual throne room.
Much less romantic and more flirty. She has no clue about romance, absolutely none.
Technically none so don’t go out of Junkertown, but when inside you won’t need any anyways.
If you’re not a junker she’s taking you for a tour, but if so you’re going right up to her room and throne room.
***
All you could hear is the yelling, shouting and screaming of the Junkers around you. Odessa had won another fight, not that anyone was surprised.
Watching everyone leave, still loudly chattering away. During that time she was making her way back up to the throne, making it clear when he returned.
“How was that?” Her arms opened just to pull you into a hug, picking you up off the ground.
“Another win isn’t new, so predictable!” Suddenly throwing you up into the air, letting you fall into her arms in a bridal carry. A giant smile on her face.
“Let's celebrate!”
𝕄𝕒𝕦𝕘𝕒:
I’m going to be honest here, he can only cook very few foods. He will insist on a cooking date, just supervise him, you’ll need to.
As he’s part of Talon (So are you likely) so the only place you two can safely go to is the base.
Is more on the flirty side rather than romantic, but he can try tone down the flirting but you’ll need to ask him most times.
Normally he wouldn’t care about the price of things, but with you? It doesn’t even pass his mind once.
Even if you two cooked earlier he needs a bit to fill him up, so it’s likely you’ll have to cook again. But if you don’t want to, he'll find someone else for the both of you.
***
He wanted to give you a surprise breakfast in bed, except for the fact both of you were standing in the kitchen. By now he knew your favourite kind so he was quick to start.
“Mauga, what are you doing?”
“Huh?” Brought back to attention, realizing he had stopped cooking and was staring at you. You learnt when the fire alarm was going off. The food had become burnt, not even you wanted to try it.
“Why don’t we order in?”
ℝ𝕒𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕣𝕒:
Takes you to a small and simple cafe.
Much prefers to stay at base, but if you want to go somewhere he will take you.
He doesn’t even try cause he has no clue what he’s doing, seeing no use in romance, unless you really want it.
Has plenty of money to spend due to various jobs and resources, and he allows you to spend a lot of it. Will watch what you buy to figure out what you enjoy.
He will return to work but you can stay around if you’d want. Might even let you sit on his lap.
***
He had no idea what you wanted to do, so he ended up on the internet. Looking up ideas that seemed good, ending up on the idea of a cat cafe. You enjoyed cats and food, well he hoped. While he couldn’t understand all these attachments if it made you happy he’d be fine.
The date started simple, while you ordered food he looked around at the cats. There was a range, from calicos to ragdolls. While he looked he didn’t see the cat walking up to you, a plain black cat.
It nudged you, causing your attention to shift.
“Ram, it looks like you!” Holding it up even as it shifted, only getting comfortable. It was a plain black, short haired adult, sporting a purple collar.
“It does.” Maybe he’d look for one similar to you.
ℝ𝕖𝕚𝕟𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕕𝕥:
Enjoys walking around a market, able to spend time with you and buy you things.
Also has fun sitting around at home or the base, able to enjoy your hobbies together.
Has quite a bit of experience due to his age, but is aware of how romantic he is.
Accidentally spends a lot of money on you during the walk, as he won’t look at the prices. Isn’t worried though.
Will hold you while you both enjoy a drink, telling you stories about anything he can think of.
***
Dropping the bags onto the floor, letting some items fall onto the floor but neither of you minded. He stretched, hearing his back crack.
“You should’ve let me carry the bags.”
“Nonsense by dear,” He picked you up, letting you sit on his shoulder, “You need to relax!” Grabbing himself a beer and your favourite drink before sitting down, dropping you onto his lap.
“Now, did I ever tell you about the crusaders?”
ℝ𝕠𝕒𝕕𝕙𝕠𝕘:
He’ll take you for a motorbike ride around the outback, won’t go scavenging unless you really want to.
Most times you’d be staying at his and Junkrats makeshift base.
Has little experience, due to being isolated from others.
Due to being a junker he doesn’t have a lot of money, also meaning neither of you need any.
He’ll take you both back to base, wanting to spend time with each other.
***
The sun was beating down on the land, and on you if Mako wasn’t in the way. Instead you were covered in his shadow, slightly cooler and safer from the heat. With the goggles protecting your eyes from any stray sand or dirt.
While you were looking around this gave Mako the chance to look at you. Taking in all your features. The way the sun revealed everything, everything that he loved about you.
𝕊𝕚𝕘𝕞𝕒:
He’ll cook you both a nice dinner to enjoy away from the others.
He won’t be able to leave the Talon base so thanks to Sombra you’ll be away and inaccessible to others.
As much as he tries he’s always flustered, sometimes laughing in between words.
Due to being at the Talon base neither of you will need any money.
He just wants to hold you close, cuddling while reading some of his favourite books.
***
You felt a pair of arms wrap around your waist, pulling you off of your feet so you hung above the ground. Looking behind to see Sigma looking down at you, a hung smile on his face.
“There you are Starlight!” Moving you around so you lay in his arms, floating over to a chair. “How about I read us a story?”
Asking as he pulled a book from one of his many shelves.
ℤ𝕒𝕣𝕪𝕒:
Her first thought would be a gym date, but she knows not everyone would like it. So she goes for a nice and cozy lunch date instead.
She takes you to a small, less popular cafe that she goes to often. It's kinda small yet cozy place.
Unluckily she has no experience, being focused on other things. But she still tries, constantly looking to improve.
Normally won't spend a lot but for you she’ll go over her normal amount, you’ll be able to get most items you want.
Will pull you around to look around the town, stopping by the nearest ice cream of gelato place. Treating you to a flavour of your choice.
***
Before she even knocked at the door you knew she had arrived, her nervous pacing outside wasn’t the quietest. With fast paced and surprisingly light knocks. Stepping away when you opened the door.
There she stood, a button up shirt and simple black pants. A bouquet of your favourite flowers were held in her hand, reaching for you to take them.
“Dear, you look amazing!” While speaking her voice cracked lightly, face covered in blush. Hold out her arm for you to take. “Ready for today?”

✮ ┆ HANA IS A PERVERT! hana ‘d.va’ song
— “you keep lurking in my dreams.”
description. ever since hana had arrived to the overwatch base she has been watching you close, dreaming of you, wanting you, have visions of you while relieving herself
content warnings. MDNI, nsfw content, female-bodied reader, mention of angela, masturbation, wet dreams, infatuation author’s notes. continuing the ‘IS A PERVERT!’ line, next up is hana !!! enjoy the filth smut lovers
it wasn’t unusual for hana to be out this late around the base, being the new addition to the overwatch family, getting used to the time zone differences and to her new bed without her friend just a step away. but she had to do what must have been done and she did so without question or doubt, following most if not all words of her commanders.
the other side of her story of being up, one that she would be embarrassed admitting out loud, is that your shift usually started late at night for whatever reason. hana wanted to ask if it was because you choose the night life or were the higher ups forcing you. but she never did, she always just watched as you did your rounds, restocked first aid kits around the corridors, assess inventories, and manage paper files. the night at the infirmary was relatively slow that much hana noticed, only a few agents came around and needed assessment rather than the rush in the morning.
the more time she spent watching you, the more she couldn’t stop the dreams from accompanying her when she turned back to her bed. she saw you, everything she wanted to see she saw in her imagination as she tossed and turned, trying to shush her thoughts when in reality she didn’t really want to. she just couldn’t stop, every vision she had you during her lewd dreams just drawn her to you even more, so much so she became obsessed with the thought of at least once feeling what it felt like to be with you. but she never really made up the courage, rather ran when you took an innocent glance at her direction- you weren’t even looking at her- but she thought you were, she was sure you were, and she couldn’t let go of that anymore.
it was much later that she started to sneak into the camera room, getting all the screens to be different angles of the infirmary to be so she could see you from your ever side. it riled her up, had her squish her thighs together as she watched your every step, over sexualizing every little move you made because she was that obsessed with you now. she scared herself with how much she needed to see you, but the other part of her that approved of her actions were much more persuasive than the half that was trying to tell her she was walking down the wrong path.
hana grew more and more brave, but not in a sense anyone would expect. first it was just when she went to shower, holding herself up by leaning on her hands against the white tiles on the wall, just thinking about your teasing words as you finger roamed across her slim frame then it progressed to her touching herself as the hot water ran down her back. she whispered your name multiple times, begging for the fragment of you in her imagination for to go faster and let her cum. she imagined you called her a good girl, a good bunny, your good bunny as she came on her fingers, shaking, and shivering.
the peak of hana’s stalking was when she completely disregarded the possibility of someone else being up other than the two of you, watching from the end of the hall, from behind a doorframe. she had the same pj’s on that she always did, those soft pink shorts with a deeper pink shirt that was too big on her. the rubber bands in the shorts were loose, hana always needed to tie the laces so it wouldn’t slip so low on her body but tonight at this moment, they weren’t tied.
you wore one of those tighter outfits you had, everyone let it slip because the white coat covered it up, leaving nothing for the eyes or the imagination. her mind went into override waiting for that moment for you to discard the coat, complain of the hot of the office under your breath before sitting back into your chair. the deeper tone that your cheeks picked up when you did so, the slight glint of your skin under the led lights, and the sighs you let out in frustration did all the things hana waited for. she slipped her hand in the loose shorts, shamelessly leaning against the wall as she watched you struggle with the heat.
oh how she wanted you to be the one taking advantage of her, pushing her from behind up against the wall and use her. there was no concern in her for her dignity, she had an inkling that whoever would walk in on her fingering herself wouldn’t say a word- but in this moment she didn’t care, she just wanted you, you, only you.
“y/n…” she sighs as she pushes her fingers in deeper, two is enough, tho it is a tight fit. but you probably wouldn’t mind the challenge to stretch her, help her fit a little more inside so she can feel even better. all she needed was you, one word from you and she would do anything, no matter what it was.
hana’s head fell against the wall, huffing as she worked inside of herself. “please, I n-need it.” she cries as low as she can, her teary eyes trying to focus on you but it’s so hard to keep her eyes open now or keep herself up. she didn’t need too much to tip over the edge now, she never did, all she could think about through out the day was this exact moment when she could watch you and fuck herself thinking it was you. nothing made her day better, nothing else made losing a mission better than having your pretty face on display, the frustration written all over it as she clawed her insides thinking she was helping you relieve all that was bothering you.
“that’s it bunny let go,” hana utters the words, but she hears them in your tone, now really lost in her fantasy as she draws her fingers against her walls and with the remaining strength she has before creaming on her fingers, she bites down on the neck of her shirt, trying to stuff as much into her mouth as she can. hana wanted you to hear it, hear as she cries your name out and collapse because of all the lewd thoughts you caused her.
she couldn’t let you, not yet, that strange stomach-turning feeling was still bothering her whenever she tried to walk into your office. just a look from you would get her flustered, get her to forget what she wanted and embarrass herself. she will eventually do it, tell you how much she likes you and that she wants you to show her everything you know, never show it to anyone else just her, only her.

Please may I have Blue exorcist headcanons of being the oldest sister of the Okumura Triplets of Rin and Yukio and her name is Hana Okumura and she is a splitting image of her mother from the few moles to the black hair..she kept it in a ponytail away from her face. Hana means cosmo flowers in Japanese and it is quite an irony considering that she is the daughter of the king of the underworld and she would've never would've thought that Shima is in love with her but how could anyone love Satan's daughter. Hana knew she was different..even when she was only a small child..she could see things no one else could see and she understands what they say and she can speak to the dead basically to people who have passed away (she helped a lot of ghosts who had died make peace with what had happened in real life..considering that she can see them). Hana was the main source of love for Rin and Yukio and she fiercely protected Yukio back then whenever the demons were mean enough to tease him to the point of tears when they were kids..and she always managed to calm Rin down whenever he threw extremely dangerous temper tantrums in preschool..Hana gets it..she was not proud of what her father had done back then and that was the fact she knew of how many families were taken because of him. Her blue flames were very well controlled because since she knew who she was when she was younger..she had her Foster father help her control them and she is much better at controlling her flames than her brother..(she wasn't proud of an incident she caused back then in Preschool..Hana remember getting so angry that a kid got badly hurt and a adult got caught in the blue flames and became permanently blind due to the severity of the burns..Hana cried for hours afterwards in her room..she kept her mouth shut about that incident when Rin asks, only Yukio and her foster Dad knew) and it was sealed in the swords that she had but they were unsealed and safely in her hands. Her music was her getaway and she is the type of person who wore headphones around her neck.
Personality:
Hana is highly intelligent and she is practically the most Kindest girl known to man but she doesn't like being reminded of being the daughter of Satan..yes. her father did horrible things but never blame Hana for what he did! (Hana actually slapped Bon when he accused her of that stuff..she said "I get it. I hate what he had done too but don't you dare accuse me ever again!"). Hana was the one who had to break up fights/an argument between her classmates and she is not a damsel in distress and she is more than capable of fighting for herself and she wasn't exactly impressed by Shima's romance advances at the start by the romance between Hana and Shima developed gradually throughout the series and he even accepted her for who she was (she cried at his acceptance of her background). She tries to make friends but it was hard when you are the daughter of Satan (she is a class assistant *she helped out the other students* in the same Exorcist classes as Rin and Yukio and it took a long time for Rin to know that big time). Tends to be snarky when people complained about her methods of teaching when she is actually teaching them a good lesson.
Hana Okumura looks just like her mom, a few moles to the black wavy hair which she kept in a ponytail..acts more like a worried mom than a teenager sometimes when Rin got himself in some kind of trouble again..she wears similar clothes to Yukio..happy to stick with a black skirt with long socks and black trainers, white shirt with a light blue jumper..she developed the same Satan ears and tail like Rin did when the swords were unsealed and the teeth too (it was less sharp looking considering that she was a woman). She still wore those religious cross piercings that Shiro gave to her as a 15th Birthday present and she had that flower pendent that Yukio gave her at Christmas. She always kept her swords with her. Her body is extremely curvy and attractive to look at..but that is not an excuse for grown men to ogle at her like if she was a monkey in the zoo.
Other things about Hana Okumura
1. She is a good cook, actually really good and so good that people often tried to sneak into the kitchen to try her food..(got spotted by Hana every time).
2. She is a healer in her own right as a exorcist.
3. Not the person to lose her temper..that incident in Preschool was too much of a close call with blue flames when someone became permanently blind because of it. Hana does though..speak extremely coldly as well as harsh when pissed off and it sends nervous shivers down the person's spine.
4. It was weird for Hana of how Yukio used to be clingy with her back during childhood..but it was fond memories that she told Shiemi sometimes and how Yukio used to say "big sis, big sis!"..it was extremely embarrassing enough for Yukio when Hana acts like a doting mom, telling a girlfriend of how their son behaved as a little boy..it was basically "Little Yukio and Rin" stories.
5. Hana's flames are warm..not unbearable hot that it kills people. (Her father and Shura taught her well)
6. It hit her hard when her foster father, Shiro sacrificed his life *she heard the news over the phone and to hear her cry was heartbreaking 💔..Yukio stayed by her side the whole time..(she reacted exactly like how Winry reacted from Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood when she found out who murdered her parents).
7. Hana is a skilled fighter and a swordsman as well as a top exorcist..she sealed off a lot of difficult demons in her lifetime and Shura is pretty much her helper..he trusted and loved her..generally because Shiro talked a lot about her and by the sounds of it..loves her dearly.
8. Hana is a good person once you get to know her but she kept her Satan side a secret..it wasn't fun being reminded of how she made someone permanently blind when she was four. Hana made her feelings known big time when she told the others never to judge someone by their cover when her secret blew wide open. Her words were, "Can you see how I cry for help. You should love me for being myself"..Hana never asked to be born to the king of Satan and she wasn't proud of what her father had done.
9. Not a big fan of peeping Toms or perverts..Shima learnt that the hard way when he thought that he would go unnoticed when he peeped on her..she almost put him in hospital that day.
10. The fear of her secret being blew wide open affected her sleep and that wasn't great. It was so bad that she..almost thought about letting her blue flames burn her and it took Shura a long time to talk her out of it and Hana just cried instead on his fur alone.
11. She always kept her swords close to her..it was a promise she made to Shiro.
12. She never tried to make friends due to personal background issues with family especially considering that she is the daughter of Satan.
13. Hana is beautiful..it wasn't a surprise how men and teenage boys/demons are totally smitten with her married or not or girlfriend or not.
14. She always wears that lavender perfume..it was her favourite scent..
15. She wears a female version of Yukio's outfit considering that she is his assistant in class.
16. She is a skilled exorcist.
Rin's relationship with his older sister
Yukio's relationship with his older sister
Shima Renzō's relationship with Hana Okumura, who he clearly had fallen for.
Shiemi Moriyama's relationship with Hana Okumura
Kuro's relationship with Rin's older sister (Hana can understand him and he is her familiar and friend)
Shura's relationship with Hana Okumura
Suguro Ryūjj's relationship with Hana Okumura
Konekomaru Miwa's relationship with Hana Okumura
Izumo's relationship with Hana Okumura
Music to describe her..
1. https://youtu.be/cIlghWDd7RU?si=0wZOOMFdMYXNeUPP (that because she is the daughter of Satan)
2. https://youtu.be/ASmhRsqTfis?si=bciLuRQEJUwA0s85 (to describe the gradual romance between Hana Okumura and Shima)
Hi! Thank you for your request! Sorry it took so long. I hope you like the headcanons!
Fandom: Blue Exorcist
Characters: Rin Okumura, Yukio Okumura, Shima Renzo, Shiemi Moriyama, Kuro, Shura Kirigakure, Suguro Ryujj, Konekomaru Miwa, Izumo Kamiki x Hana Okumura (OC: Credit to the requester) (separate)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hana Okumura, is the eldest of the Okumura siblings. She’s intelligent and kind but you wouldn’t want to be on her bad side. What do the characters think of her?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Rin thinks Hana’s great. They both team up to embarrass Yukio and, even though they’re very different people, they can always bond over this.
Cheered her on when she slapped Bon. Way to go sis, you show him! At the same time, he’s probably a bit worried deep down. He knows firsthand how much it hurts being reminded of his connection to Satan and he hopes she’s doing okay.
Hana is one of the few people I can see Rin being open around and allowing himself to be honest with. Something about her being older lets him be vulnerable around her in ways he would never allow himself to be with Yukio.
Doesn’t know how to feel about her being in any kind of relationship with Shima. On one hand, he’s glad he knows the guy but at the same time, he’s not fussed on the idea of his sister being in a relationship at all.
He will use it to tease her though. There’s no way he’s letting her off the hook that easily, not when there’s such easy teasing material within reach.
Yukio has a very different relationship with Hana than Rin does. He respects her in an academic sense and has a far more professional relationship with her. Very rarely does he allow himself to see her as a big sister.
Hates it when she brings up childhood memories around other people. In private’s another thing but the other exorcists have no need to know about how much of a cry-baby he was.
He tends to bottle up those feelings rather than ask her to stop though. When he does finally snap, Hana will apologise and try to limit the amount of stories she tells about him. She just likes sharing those fond memories with people.
Much like Rin, Yukio isn’t sure how to feel about his sister being in a relationship with Shima. He thinks she could do much better but at the same time, he’s glad it’s someone who will respect her and not some random hooligan. He will give Shima the “talk” though. Just to be on the safe side.
Helps Hana train her ability to see ghosts as well as hone her control of the blue flame, even though she already has a good handle on it. When he gets put in charge of helping Rin, he will hand over a lot of those duties to Hana since she has first-hand experience.
Shima thinks Hana is the best thing since sliced bread. She’s pretty, she’s smart, and she’s an amazon fighter. It’s a triple threat in his eyes.
He does find her ghost powers a bit creepy though. He’s an easily spooked guy so he finds it a bit disarming when she starts talking about the ghosts she talks to.
He gets particularly freaked out when he and Hana are spending time together and she mentions there’s a ghost in the room with them. It doesn’t matter what they were doing before, he’s leaving the room straight away until the ghost is gone.
Shima worries about Hana’s sleeping habits a lot. He’s concerned that her lack of quality rest will affect her physically and mentally and in a dangerous business like exorcising demons that can be fatal.
He subconsciously keeps an eye on her during fights to make sure she’s doing okay. He trusts her ability to protect herself but knows accidents can happen and wants to be there for her should anything happen.
Shiemi loves having another female friend but she finds Hana a bit intimidating. In the same way she was shy around Yukio when they met due to his status, she’s the same around Hana.
Eventually opens up around her when she finds out Hana has a hard time making friends but I think Shiemi will always be a bit more quiet around the eldest Okumura sibling.
She knows first-hand the struggle of making friends so she’ll do her best to be a good friend for Hana. She’s still learning though, so they’ll probably both make a lot of mistakes. But they know to be patient with each other while they figure things out.
She does enjoy listening to stories about Rin and Yukio when they were younger, even if it embarases the boys. She thinks it’s sweet that Hana likes talking about her memories of her siblings so much.
Kuro’s bond with Hana is equally strong to his bond with Rin. Hana reminds him a lot of Father Fujimoto since she’s teasing but intelligent (a combination of Rin and Yukio).
As a result, Kuro’s very defensive of Hana. In battle and even in daily life, he’s always keeping an eye on her. He will get in between her and Shima…he gets jealous…
I think Kuro would be able to see ghosts as well since cats often seem to see things that humans can’t. He’s also a demon so that gives him an advantage in that department as well.
He’ll back up Hana in situations where ghosts are present since he knows everyone else will be pretty much useless since they can’t see what the threat is unless the ghost reveals itself to everyone.
Oh, Shura loves Hana. She’s more intelligent than Rin but more easy going than Yukio? It’s the perfect combination.
It does freak her out how much she’s like Father Fujimoto though. Even if she doesn’t look like him, sometimes Shura will look at Hana and all she can see is Shiro.
She’s so glad there’s someone else to help her with training Rin to use his blue flames. As good as Shura is at teaching (in her mind at least), it’s always better to have someone on hand with first-hand experience.
Shura’s arming up on ammo to use against Yukio every time she catches up with Hana. There are just too many embarrassing stories she can choose from to tease him about. She’s honestly starting to think Hana may be one of her favourite people…
Bon isn’t really sure about Hana at first. She’s got the blue flame which straight away makes her as dangerous as Rin. But she’s also intelligent. That makes her, in his mind, the biggest threat out of the Okumura siblings.
He’s definitely going to be guarded around her for quite a while. And then he brings up her connection to Satan. He felt the effects of the slap for hours afterwards.
He’s angry of course but he can’t help but respect her for what she did and said. Once he gets over his issue with the Okumura’s biological father, he’s a lot more comfortable around her.
Bon honestly thinks she’s too good for Shima. He loves his friend dearly but really? Him? Of all people? Well, at least he knows they’re both in good hands with each other.
Much like Bon, Konekomaru is incredibly weary around Hana once he finds out about the Okumura’s heritage. If everyone thought he was scared of Rin, that’s nothing compared to you.
Until he gets over his fear, he’s going to do his best to not even be in the same room as Hana. Once he does get over it, he still truffles to be in the same room but more from embarrassment than fear. He’s ashamed of his actions.
Appreciates having a peacekeeper in the group. Things can get pretty heated between Rin and Bon sometimes and no matter how much everyone tries, sometimes only Hana can calm them down.
He thinks Hana’s ability to see ghosts is a bit spooky but is also fascinated by it. He thinks it’s very useful that she can see and talk to ghosts whenever she wants.
Izumo is completely unbothered by Hana. On the outside at least. Inside, she’s a bit intimidated since she knows this is one person she won’t be able to manipulate or intimidate.
Once she opens up more, she has nothing but respect for Hana. It’s great having another strong, intelligent female in the group.
And then Hana shows interest in Shima and that respect is tainted. Izumo still thinks Hana’s incredibly cool (even if she’ll never say it out loud) but really? Shima? What poor taste Hana has. She could do so much better.
Will try to help out with Hana’s sleeping problems in her own way. She’ll give her lavender spray and incense under the pretence that they were gifts from her family but she either already has enough or doesn’t like the smell. Izumo just shows that she cares in unique ways.

Writing Challenge - Day 1
Write about a first kiss
prompts by @creativepromptsforwriting
Dva/Brigitte
When people say alcohol goes to someone’s head it can mean a plethora of symptoms. Judgment and inhibitions drop, a stiff person loosens up, and emotions kept pushed down come to life. Bass pounded in a tiny club and the beat rattled Hana Song’s bones while the three drinks from the previous bar warmed her skin. She had not allowed herself off the base in Gibraltar very often, and Brigitte had begged her constantly for a night out on the town. Hana finally agreed to dinner, a few bars, and wherever else the night led them.
Tracer teased her that it was a date.
“It’s not! I don’t feel that way about her and she just likes me as a friend anyway.”
“Famous last words before you’ve been together five years and gettin’ married! I’ll make sure you know where to send my invitation.”
Hana ignored Lena that morning, but three drinks into the night and swaying back and forth, laughing and dancing with a hand on Brigitte’s arm, the thought came back. The two had grown close as friends the last few months, through endless hours of training and working together. Brigitte was funny and kind and a little bit of an asshole, but in the fun sassy way Hana liked. And she was an objectively attractive woman. Anyone with eyes could see that from the tone of her muscles to the light of her smile.
It was nothing more than an office crush at best.
Brigitte laced their fingers together, never letting go as they moved with the music. Neither of them were the greatest dancers in the world, but after midnight in a crowded sweaty club, no one cared. Hana moved closer to Brigitte and Brigitte wound an arm around Hana’s waist. The freckles splashed across Brigitte’s cheeks and the wrinkles around her eyes when she smiled set flame to the warmth that had been building all night in Hana’s chest.
It was not a date, but Brigitte was so beautiful. It was not a date, but Hana wrapped her arms around Brigitte’s neck, needing to step on her toes to reach. It was not a date, but the night made Hana bold and she pulled Brigitte in for a kiss. It was not a date, but Brigitte kissed her back.

Meeting on Valentines means Jiraiya is going to make as much of a spectacle as he can when in a secret relationship. So he sent a coded message to Hana telling her that their usual room is occupied and he booked a different one for them.
Little did she know was that she was going to walk in on the extra mile being done for such an occasion. Roses on the bed, champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries, and a meal tucked under a plater and covered with cloches.
Sitting casually on the bed dressed like a protagonist out of his horny novels, was Jiraiya. A rose in hand as he twirls it around his fingers. “Happy love day, Hana.” He says before patting a white and red box. Which had a quite the revealing set of lingerie for her to wear. It’s red and simple. With black bows to accent the underwear and straps. Convincing her to wear such things will be a whole other conversation.
Hana wasn't expecting to receive a Valentine's Day gift this year, much less something so elaborate, since they were keeping things a secret. So when she received Jiraiya's message she hurried out as fast as possible. But she had no idea just how far he had gone.
Upon opening the door, she was greeted with an extravagant sight. It was incredible; roses, champagne, chocolate - the whole nine yards! Hana was speechless for a moment and stood in the doorway, eyes wide with surprise and mouth agape. But as Jiraiya welcomed her, Hana's surprised expression turned into a soft smile. This was more than anyone had ever done for her before.
🌸- “This is…this is incredible!” she said, walking inside and making sure the door was shut tight.
She was very curious about the wrapped gift sitting on the bed. What else could he have gotten for her?
Opening the box revealed a set of red lingerie with black accents. It was a little more revealing than the nightie she usually wore, but it was cute and she couldn't wait to try it on. But now was her chance to tease Jiraiya a little bit.
She turned to face him, a cheeky grin on her face.
🌸- “All of this is just wonderful; thank you so much! Now, should I go ahead and try this on or should we eat and enjoy some champagne first? Decisions, decisions~.”

It would take more than a single lifetime to wrap up every feeling and thought she held for the gorgeous woman wrapped in an equally as gorgeous dress. When two people were as intertwined as she and the other, it was impossible to even make an attempt at putting it all into words. "I can't be responsible for a single smudge, but if anyone could pull it off," she hummed, voice falling low as darkened gaze slid down the frame she better than she probably should have. The arched brow and half grin was held as she nodded slowly. "We'll definitely talk about it later."
Fingers grasped loosely at the other's hand, allowing the other spin beneath her touch, the slow spin kick-starting an excited buzz in her chest. Her free hand lifted, a finger tapping softly against her bottom lip as if she were considering what would fall from her cherry coated lips next. "I doubt it," she purred beneath another trail of her gaze and soft release of breath.
"Exactly. Plus, Cormier is her thing and Durmaz is mine. I'm surprised it would get you tongue tied though. Never really seemed to have a problem before," she teased under a hum of raw amusement. She held the woman's gaze even as her heart thundered against her chest.
Jealousy had tainted her veins for far too long, but how hypocritical was it to remember her time with another? At least hatred didn't radiate from the woman she had entrusted to be her best person at the altar. "Yeah, I hope so." She had been through hell and back to stand where she stood mere moments earlier. There were times where she'd believed them doomed, only for their back and forth story to end up in marriage. "Thanks, by the way. For everything. I feel like I haven't said that enough tonight... or ever, really."
Through thick and thin, Hana had always been there, perhaps even more than the baker deserved. It was friendships like that in which people should have been envious of.
"She was Emmy's first. They've been inseparable since they were teens. I don't know if I'm threatened, but I'm something," she admitted, teeth clipping at the inside of her cheek as the vulnerable confession rolled off her tongue. Some bonds couldn't be broken and in the end, Ty's acceptance would set the tone for the newly christened marriage, even if Emmy couldn't see it.
A fire flickered in the pit of her stomach, forged by memories and excitement. "I think you could steal the show on your own in that dress. Seriously, I can't stop checking it out." Perfection was a strong word, but nothing could have matched the beauty of her best friend at her side. Her hand fell atop Hana's, fingers splaying atop the other's soft touch. "You know that I've never shared well, but I admire dreaming big."
The question, one that no one else had bothered to ask, left her swallowing down a thick lump in her throat. She was happy, sure, but the void was heavy all the same. "I miss him," she admitted softly, bottom lip curling between her teeth as she choked down a lump of emotion, "but you're right. It's the closest I'll get and I know she would appreciate it too."
@hcnayun
“Oh no you don’t,” Hana toyed with a slight shake of her head while gleaming eyes stayed pinned on her best friend. “No buttering me up right now or you’ll threaten to ruin this makeup.” Untrue given the festive accents were waterproof but the sentiment remained, there was already enough emotion thickening the atmosphere without piling onto it with things out of focus of Verda’s big day. “But—” An amused pause hung between them as the yogi’s figure drew closer and briefly pressed against the baker’s. “Maybe we can talk about it later…?” Hana had been serious about her offer of going into business together.
Taking the baker’s extended hand, Hana spun herself slowly for her best friend’s viewing pleasure of the gown she’d specifically had sent to her for this occasion. “So?” Her curiosity inquired. “Think I’ll be going home alone?”
It was understanding not wanting to give up or change your last name and the former model’s bobbing head indicated that. “It would be a mouthful to call you Verda Durmaz Cormier anyway, so—” A playful tease hung on the tip of her tongue as her expression conveyed the amusement behind her words. “...it’s probably for the best.” Anyway, to Hana, it felt like giving up your identity and a marriage shouldn’t be about that. It was an old, outdated custom.
When the baker’s gaze went on an adventure looking for the woman whose name she’d just let slip, the New Yorker couldn’t resist doing the same. “Well, no…” Also friends with Ty there was some empathy for what this all did to the MMA fighter. “But, to be fair, I think there were plenty of envious viewers.” Two manicured hands waved back at herself as she scrunched her nose and winked.
What this all made her miss was being loved and adored. Being wanted. Knowing that she was sharing a life with someone.
“Solid complaint but look how you both made it through every curveball life had tossed at you,” the yogi pointed out. “I’m pretty sure your union could withstand anything at this point.” All her one relationship had taken was a gentle breeze.
More than that, in the years that followed with Dallas entering her life, Hana had ended up in a never ending cycle of getting close then falling away.
“Babe,” there was a pause, ensuring she had Verda’s full attention, “you have the ring. Are you really that threatened?” If so, that meant a lack of trust, and that would put a fresh marriage on shaky ground so soon.
The squeeze to her arm prompted Hana to wrap her slender arm around her best friend’s waist while her dark eyes prowled for Mama Durmaz. “As if we could be anything less. Though, it won’t be our goal to steal yours and Emmy’s thunder.” While a lighthearted feeling fluttered in her chest, somehow able to creatively avoid the views of things that would hurt her, the former model’s mind drifted to the fact that Verda was going through this without her father. “What do you mean? Why wouldn’t I be bold enough to have both?”
A beat later, Hana squeezed her friend. “You’re doing okay? I know it's not the same as father-daughter dance but you should be the first to dance with your mom.” / @verdadurmaz

The Perfect Gift
Book: The Royal Romance Book 1
Pairing: Kiara Theron & Prince Liam (platonic), Kiara Theron & Hana Lee (currently platonic). Brief mention of Liam x MC.
Rating: G
Summary: Six different suitors, six different Coronation Day gifts. Kiara Thorne watches as each suitor gives Prince Liam their gift, and wonders at the bonds they all share with him.
Word Count: 2,677+ words
Tagging @choicesficwriterscreations for FoTW
A/N: Isn't it the most awful coincidence that the two people whose coronation gifts to Liam we never get to see are Hana and Kiara? (and yes I say coincidence with a tone heavily dripping in sarcasm) 🤔
The perfect gift, Kiara's Jadde had told her once, would have a little bit of the giver, a little thought for what the reciever loves, may hold a tinge of a shared memory, but must be given with a pure heart.
And even though she knows no one else would care much about what she has to offer for the Prince anymore...a small part of her still hopes his face lights up when he sees it.
Kiara sighs. Perhaps...perhaps a month ago this wouldn't have mattered all that much. Before this social season began Prince Liam was little more than a boy she'd known too long ago, a faraway, gosammer-thin memory of a friendship she barely even remembered. She would compete for the Prince's hand, indulge in inconsequential chatter, hopefully get far enough in the competition to be recognised as someone to watch out for, he would eventually find someone he liked far more, she would go back to focusing on things that mattered.
Something changed in that first meeting as a suitor with Liam.
His one hand was careful and measured at the base of her spine, the other holding delicately the palm of her hand. His back was ramrod straight. The dance steps were slow, practiced, impersonal. The smile was not.
"Lady Kiara," his voice was deep and quite grudgingly amused, "I was wondering if you still play football."
Kiara looked back, eyes wide. "Forgive me, Your Highness," she said when she realized she'd been staring at him rather than answering the question, "I was surprised anyone had remembered."
"You handing us our posteriurs on the daily - at the football field and the hedge maze - was immensely memorable, I would say," he quipped, his eyes glinting with humour. It took almost five years off of his face.
Rather taken by the vivid image he presented to her - an image of her as a young girl that she only faintly remembered - made her break out into delighted laughter. And the laughing reminder released its own floodgates of youthful, silly little memories. Oh dear, she thought immediately. She had to get herself under control so her laughter wouldn't sound too loud and scare the poor man away.
She didn't see herself having a relationship with this man even then, every bit as much as he did. The kind of women she desired may be of a far wider range, but she knew she was woefully specific in the type of man that set her pulse racing.
But by the end of the night, there was no doubt in her mind that they'd shared a bond once - a beautiful bond that they both delighted in - and she knew the kind Prince wanted to renew it as much as she did.
They didn't have as much time to renew their friendship as they would have liked, but Kiara doesn't begrudge Prince Liam that. Such is the nature of a social season where the heir to the throne is to pick a spouse. Once you're out of the running, you no longer had the right to request their company, and any public attempts from them to engage with you would be deemed an insult to the frontrunners.
Kiara chose her pockets of time with him carefully when she was still in the competition, then took great pains not to directly approach him once she was out of it. He was under no obligation to approach her, or Penelope, or Hana - but he did, and his exchanges with her were always affable and warm. He'd even teased her about her childhood passion for chicken tagine, telling her his favourite one was on the menu that night and giving her the most mischievous, shit-eating grin as he did.
Kiara is first in line, and she knows her offering may set the tone for the rest.
She truly hopes he will like her gift. Not just because it will be mentioned in the papers the next day, not just for the accolades from the public her House will gain if the gift wins the new King's favour. Prince Liam just has the brightest smile on his face when he sees something that sparks his interest, and she must admit - she has grown rather fond of it.
"Good evening, Your Highness," Kiara says, with a curtsey, "Congratulations on your Coronation tonight."
"Good evening, Lady Kiara," the Prince returns her greeting, with an encouraging smile that belies the formality of his words. "It is an honour to have House Thorne grace us with their presence this illustrious evening."
"You are far too kind, Your Highness." Like all the others, her gift is not wrapped in tinsel paper - that would be too much of a hassle for both the Crown Prince and their palace staff; besides, the event will be too packed for one to waste time on unwrapping multiple gifts.
Liam's smile is one of warm recognition as he slowly reads the title of the book Kiara has brought for him.
"Culinary Travailes Across Cordonia..." he whispers, "authored by Artemisia Fierro and Sofonisba Vescovi...holy apples!! This is such a rare edition of that book! I've been looking for it for ages, ever since..."
Ever since you found it listed on the bibliography for your mother's university thesis. I know. Her mother had mentioned that thesis - and this book in particular - often over the years, and only recently let it slip that both she and Signor Francesco de Rosa, the Italian statesman who never fails to pay Castelserraillan a visit everytime he comes to Cordonia, have a copy each of the first draft Queen Eleanor had ever made of it. To be honest, that was the gift Kiara hoped to give Prince Liam, but it was hidden too deep for her to find in time.
Besides, Maman had said, dolefully, almost to herself, we're no longer close enough to the royal family, to know whose values the Crown Prince would subscribe to more: King Constantine's...or Ellie's.
But from the few moments they have spent in each other's company, Kiara has a feeling she knows the answer to her mother's question - an answer that Maman would likely be delighted and relieved by (even if a bit skeptical). It would be wiser, however, to gauge his reaction to this gift first. If he likes it as much as she is convinced he will, she'll make sure to find that first draft - complete with Auntie Eleanor's notes and scribbled commentary - in time for his wedding.
It's not the best gift she can think of - she knows - and it's far from perfect in her eyes, but seeing his eyes glisten with joy at the sight of something his mother must have read in her youth...she knows she made the right choice for today.
As she moves away from the line of suitors, she makes it a point to stay somewhere where she won't be noticed, but can still get to see the gifts that follow. It wouldn't hurt to sate her curiosity a bit.
Penelope is next, with a gem-encrusted poodle. Liam's expression doesn't change as he thanks her for the offering, though there is a glimmer of amusement in his eyes when the Portaviran suitor indicates that she has the lady of the pair, and that she hopes he will think of her when he sees the gift. I'm sure I could think of no one else, she can imagine him saying.
Kiara isn't entirely surprised by what Penelope has chosen - in the time they've come closer, Kiara has lost count of the number of ways Penelope could thrust forward the topic of poodles in a conversation. Penelope is sweet, but a lot of what she does and how she acts is centered around her desires and her comfort. She can just imagine the thought that went into this gift: I'll give him something I like. Besides, who wouldn't like poodles?
Kiara sighs. If what Countess Madeleine said today at dinner about an engagement tour is true...it's going to be a long, long one, filled to bursting with every poodle story known to humankind.
The Countess herself is up next, with a tasteful offering of diamond cufflinks. Elegant, sophisticated. Kiara smiles at the gift until she notes the lack of genuine emotion on Prince Liam's face, the slightest tinge of discomfort on his face. He presents multiple openings for the Countess to close the conversation and allow the next person to step forward, but Madeleine seems intent on demanding more of his time.
Fed up of waiting for this particular frontrunner to take a hint and leave, Kiara moves her gaze to the remaining suitors. Somewhere at the back of the line, she can see Duchess Olivia engaged in an argument - yet again! - with a rather perplexed Lady Esther. Whatever it is they're discussing, Lady Esther seems to have no clue about whatever Lady Olivia may be accusing her of, and after a moment's flicker of confusion the Duchess' expression softens. Kiara doesn't know what to make of the exchange; can't be much besides another skirmish between two suitors emotionally invested in the same man, perhaps.
Bored, Kiara stares back at the diamond cufflinks on the Prince's palm. On paper, they are perfect. They embody both the stature of the Amaranths and the illustrious legacy of the Crown...but it is clear both from Liam's disinterest and Madeleine's last-minute attempts to gain belated favour with him, that there was no thought or interest in the man behind the Crown she so wantonly seeks.
Normally, Kiara would respect the single-mindedness of that kind of ambition...but seeing it rest so nakedly in the face of a court veteran makes the (now rather impossible, thank heavens) prospect that she may win...rather distasteful.
Duchess Olivia hurries back to her place in front of Lady Hana, just in time to present her own gift. Kiara does a double-take when she sees an ornate golden box...with the thorns of a cactus peeking out when Liam opens it. She watches carefully as his surprise and confusion melts into an expression of affection; clearly, for whatever reason, he is a little touched by the gift. She wonders if it has anything to do with the old stories she's heard from the palace, the ones about young Olivia being relentlessly teased about her prickly nature, until one day she raised her chin defiantly and owned it.
She didn't expect there to be a touch of something so personal in Olivia's gift - not from a woman so guarded and so afraid of showcasing her more sensitive emotions. Not that Kiara is very fond of emotional displays either - but she's almost always seen Olivia naturally gravitate towards the more aggressive ones. It's a strange gift, the cactus, and although Prince Liam seems to love whatever story Olivia is telling him about it, there is still a flicker of confusion in his eyes. Perhaps he views the thorny plant, and the bond he shares with the Duchess, a little differently from whatever the latter is seeing.
Kiara finds Liam's smile at Lady Hana's gift, an exquisitely handcrafted flute made of violet bamboo, very similar to the one he gave her. She understands why he is so taken by the gift - he is a lover of music, and she has heard often from Maman that the late Queen Eleanor had a guitar she would often strum at picnics in Applewood. She isn't sure how much of a fan the Crown Prince is of flute music, but perhaps his wide grin is a befitting answer to that question.
There is plenty of Hana herself in that gift, Kiara knows - her heritage, her birthplace - but unlike Penelope's, Lady Hana seems to have put at least a measure of thought for the Prince himself into the gift. Like Kiara, Hana's own friendship with him seems to have blossomed - though from the reports and rumours, it seems like friendship is a disappointing, watered-down substitute for what her parents had really hoped would happen. Still, what mattered in the end is what Lady Hana would want, non?
As the last suitor makes her way to the Prince, Kiara sees Hana Lee approach. She smiles. One would have thought it would be hard for anyone to notice her here, but since the day they'd become friends it's become clearer than ever to Kiara that Hana misses nothing. That's how observant she is.
"I'm surprised Penelope hasn't made her way here yet," Hana whispers in Kiara's ear.
Kiara gives her friend a conspirational wink. "The night hasn't even started and she looked exhausted already. Must be at the palace kitchens, trying to convince Anais to let her have some more champagne." She turns to look at Lady Esther now, her gift small enough to fit her palm. "Nice gift, by the way."
Hana laughs. "It's a touch better than our original plans, fortunately."
"And what would that be?"
Hana flushes, but doesn't respond. It has been this way the whole night - every time the topic of her parents or her plans after the Coronation emerges, she clams up and no longer seems to want to be part of the conversation.
Kiara lets it go, for now. Perhaps she will ask Hana after the Coronation festivities are over. She might become far more relaxed then.
The Crown Prince holds up the gift the top frontrunner has gotten him, and Kiara takes a sudden, sharp breath.
A keychain??
The Mystery Woman from House Beaumont, who has been doing so well thus far...who got half the court, most of the public and all the press to back her in her quest to win Prince Liam's hand in marriage...is giving the future King of Cordonia a fucking keychain? A thing she likely grabbed off of the cashier's side-rack at the airport giftshop??
And stranger still - it's of an American monument - not even one that represents Cordonia?
Kiara has long known audacity to be Lady Esther's middle name, and perhaps the one quality that has served her well enough to get her this far in the competition, but this is ridiculous.
But perhaps the night has more surprises in store, because Prince Liam's reaction to the gift is a sight to behold. His eyes take on an eerie, almost-sparkling quality as he holds the keychain on his palm, his lips slightly parted. There is a quiet fire in Lady Esther's eyes as she gazes at him, holding up a keychain of her own - a tiny replica of a Cordonian Ruby.
"Wow," Hana whispers. "She's giving him a part of her home, and letting him know that she keeps with her a part of his."
It's a description so unflinchingly romantic, that even Kiara - who normally can't stand dramatic, cheesy romance - has to sigh.
Liam tucks the keychain of the Statue of Liberty inside his breast pocket, his hand lingering over his heart for more than a few seconds. Smiling, the world in her eyes, her gaze never leaving his, Esther places hers in the matching red clutch she had likely bought with her outfit.
Kiara and Hana look away almost at the same time. It's a moment so shockingly intimate, that Kiara suddenly feels like an intruder.
She knows immediately that Hana's reasons are different - the redness on her cheeks and the unshed tears, give her feelings away.
Hana leaves without another word. Kiara stands in the same place, ruminating over what she has just seen, and how easily she had forgotten her own grandfather's words.
A piece of the giver. Affection for the reciever. Shared memories. Offered from the heart.
Who knew, Kiara tells herself as she finally leaves to join the procession to the ballroom, that an object smaller than the center of your palm could tick all of those boxes?
This must be what true love feels like, Kiara thinks. To find joy in things no one else would look twice at. She isn't sure how many people are fortunate enough to find something like that in their lifetimes.
But if she can think of one person who more than deserves it, it is Liam. The future King of Cordonia. The boy who was warm and open and spirited, the man who is charming and affable yet guarded.
Her old friend.

• This fic makes references to Chapter 3 of Eleanor's Kitchen, which explores both Liam and Kiara's friendship as children, and Joëlle and Hakim's friendships with Eleanor and Constantine. For context, Eleanor, Joëlle and Francesco de Rosa (the Italian statesman from TRR2 and 3) studied in university in the same year, and Constantine and Hakim were their seniors. Eleanor did a thesis in gastrodiplomacy.
• Artemisia Fierro and Sofonisba Vescovi are my versions of Hunter and Kayden respectively from TRM. I speak more about them in this HC about Castelserraillan.
• Hana's gift on Liam's Coronation was mentioned in Part 2 of With A Little Help From My Friends. No canon mentions have ever been made of either Kiara's nor Hana's gifts for the occasion, so the headcanons for both are all my own.
• In Part 1 of my short fic duo, Keychains, Esther buys a keychain of the Cordonian Ruby apple along with the one of the Statue of Liberty, the latter of which is gifted to Liam as per (optional) canon. I reference the same at the end of this story.

Hinge: Summer Breeze
Series: Hinge.
Fandom: The Royal Romance/The Royal Heir
Pairings: Drake x Riley x Liam
Rating: Fluff (PG)
Warnings: none
Song Inspiration: Summer Breeze by Seals and Crofts
Everything else: Master List.
A/N: See author's note on Polyamory and more.
Drake leaned his head back against the deck chair, eyes closed, the warmth from the sun soaking into him as the summer breeze caressed his exposed skin. The briny smell of the Mediterranean Sea washed over him; the faint hum of the yacht’s engines droned in the background.
He couldn’t remember the last time he’d been this relaxed. Just when he thought he might drift off to sleep right there on the deck under the July sun, strains of laughter floated over to him.
He cracked open one eye, his gaze sweeping the deck for the source. If it had been anyone else, he probably would have ignored them and taken that nap. But he never missed a chance to spend time with her, even after all these years.
He spotted her as she walked around the corner at the other end of the deck with Liam. Liam was leaning toward her with a smile of pure adoration on his face as he said something to her. Whatever it was, she tipped her head back and laughed again, causing Liam’s entire face to light up.
Seeing the genuine love and affection between them always made his heart fill up with happiness. It hadn’t always like that. There had been a time when he had struggled with jealousy and insecurity but that had been a long time ago. She had more than proven his place in her life was secure, they both had.
Her head turned toward him, and her smile grew even wider as she lifted an arm and waved.
He kept one hand shielding his eyes from the sun and waved back with the other.
She turned back to Liam and said something to him. Liam turned and looked toward Drake then nodded and pulled her in for a kiss. When they parted, Liam glanced at Drake again, giving him a wave as he disappeared the other direction.
He waved at Liam then watched as the only woman that had ever held his heart made her way across the boat to him. Her hips swayed side to side as she walked gracefully along the deck of the Summer Breeze.
His eyes traced the curves of her body, the tilt of her chin, the flow of her hair as it cascaded over her shoulders. Every inch of her was so familiar. Before loving her, he never would have believed that he could know someone else’s body better than his own.
But he did. He knew every curve, every dimple, every freckle, every so-called blemish and imperfection. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” He’d told her when she complained about the stretch marks, then he’d kissed every one of them.
He knew her moods as well. He could read her facial expressions and body language from across a room or the tone of her voice over the phone. He always knew exactly what she was feeling and right now, she was brimming with happiness.
He climbed to his feet to greet her, taking her hands in his and pulling her into his arms. “Hey you.”
“Hey yourself.” She grinned at him. She leaned up to give him a quick kiss before asking, “Enjoying the sun?”
“Yeah. So much that I almost fell asleep.” He pulled another deck chair close to his own so they could sit together. “Here.”
He pulled a beer out of the cooler next to his chair and offered it to her. She shook her head, he shrugged, closed the cooler, twisted the top off and tipped the bottle back, letting the cold liquid slid down his throat.
“I thought you were going fishing off the bow. What’s the matter? Did the fish wear you out?”
“Pfftt! I just decided to give the poor things a break. I caught more than my share today.” He smiled in contentment and happiness. It had been a really good day in a string of really good days. “I’m glad you talked us into this vacation.”
“Even kings and badass soldiers need downtime.” She told him with a teasing quality to her voice.
He shook his head and changed the subject, “Where are the kids?”
“Ellie is with Hana sewing a mermaid tail or something and Xander is with Max and Alec practicing his snorkeling.”
Drake sat up in alarm, “What the hell, Riley! We have to-“
She reached out and touched his arm, laughing, “In the pool!”
“Jesus, woman! Were you trying to give me a heart attack?”
“You’re really cute when you’re in protective dad mode, you know that?”
He blushed. Compliments from her still flustered him. “Yeah, well….”
“Speaking of that….”
“Speaking of what?”
“You being a dad.”
“What about it?” He gave her a quizzical look. Technically, both of the children were Liam’s, from a biological standpoint, but all three of them functioned as parents equally.
“You’re going to be one again.”
“What?” He almost dropped the bottle that was halfway to his mouth. “But…we weren’t trying….I mean…you’ve been using birth control. I don’t-“
Riley gave a little shrug, “Well, it failed.”
It was indicative of just how much they always functioned as a unit that he said ‘we’ even though it had been Riley and Liam that had been trying to conceive both Eleanor and Alexander. Although, to be fair, it had been a group effort. Drake’s contribution was to not have penetrative sex with her. Fortunately, there were plenty of other ways to have sex, and they had found all of them pretty quickly back then. But he was right, they hadn’t been trying this time. Which made things trickier.
“Ok, wow, well, you’re going to see Dr. Russo the minute we get back home, right?”
She rolled her eyes, but she smiled while she did it, “So protective.”
“After what happened with Ellie-“
“Yes, Drake, Dr. Russo already knows, I promise, I will follow all doctors’ orders to the letter. Everything went textbook perfect with Xander, remember?”
He sat the bottle down and shifted from his chair to hers, folding her in his arms, “I know. I can’t help it; I worry about you. I literally made a career out of it.”
“I know.”
“But I’m not sad about another baby! Have you told Liam yet? I’ll bet he’s over the moon!”
“I have told Liam and he is very happy but…”
“But? What is it? Is something wrong? Is there a problem with the baby?” He pulled back to look at her face in concern.
“There’s no problem but I did the math and this baby was conceived at the end of May.” She watched him as she waited for that to sink in.
He stared at her for a moment, then blinked, “But…Liam was away on business for the entire second half of May, so that can’t-“
Shock crawled across his face. “Wait…are you saying that we, you and I, made this baby?”
She nodded her head while biting her bottom lip. Her eyes sparkled with joy and she was practically vibrating with happiness.
His eyes and his hand dropped to her stomach, “I’m going to be a dad? I mean, I already am a dad! You know what I mean.”
He couldn’t imagine loving any child more than he already loved Ellie and Xander, but he couldn’t deny the thrill of pride he got from imagining a child that was half him and half her. A sliver panic intruded on his happiness as a thought occurred to him, “Oh shit, Riley, this is going to cause a huge scandal! Does Liam know? He’s going to-“
“Yes, Liam knows. I hope you’re not mad that I told him first, I just wanted to-“
“No, I get it, this is something we have to get out ahead of, isn’t it? I mean-“
“First of all, Liam is thrilled about the baby and he doesn’t care about the DNA any more than you do. Second, he doesn’t seem to think there will be any issues.”
“How is that possible?”
“People see what they want to see. Ellie and Xander look like Liam, when people look at this child, they will see the resemblance to me.”
“What if the kid looks just like me?” He asked, looking up as he heard footsteps approaching.
Liam heard the last question as he joined them. “We’ll cross that bridge if and when we get to it.”
“You’re not mad?” Drake asked him skeptically.
“Mad? At who? For what?” Liam looked at him incredulously.
“I mean, this does present some problems-“
“That we will all face together. But Drake, a baby is wonderful news, no matter what. The common people, the nobility, the press, everyone loves Riley, if anyone notices, they aren’t going to blatantly say anything. It will be one of those openly known secrets. This isn’t without precedent in our history. And honestly, we’ve provided two blood heirs to the throne already.”
“Liam already has a plan to distract the press with if needed.” Riley told him.
Drake lifted an eyebrow curiously, “Yeah? What’s that?”
“We’ll spread some rumors about me having a love child, or two, out there. Maybe pay a couple of women to claim to have had an affair with me. DNA testing will disprove it, eventually, but they can refuse that for years while they make money selling the story of their alleged affair to the press. No one will care if I’m the one having an affair, we’ll use the older generations ingrained sexism and misogyny against them. Any speculation that this child might not be mine will get swept up in the mix and seen as just another baseless rumor.”
“You sure that will work?” Drake asked him skeptically.
“Yes. Now stop worrying and start celebrating the fact that we’re going to be parents again! This is great news!”
It only took a moment before Drake was smiling again. A baby, his baby, with the woman he loved. Honestly, what could be better? “You’re right!”
“Of course I’m right, I’m always right. Think you’d realize that by now.” Liam grumbled good naturedly.
“Don’t let it go to your head.” Drake grinned at him.
“Too late!” Liam grinned back.
Riley patted Drake on the leg, “Ok you two, let’s go round up our children and get to dinner. We can tell everyone else then.”
Liam snapped his fingers, “Oh, and after that, I promised the kids swimming.”
“Xander is literally in the pool right now.” Riley protested.
Liam shrugged, “I promised Ellie.”
“At least Xander can dry out a little before going back in. I swear that boy is a fish!” Drake said as he stood and pulled Riley to her feet.
They found the others quicky and headed for the dining room together. Riley tugged Drake back so that they fell behind everyone else. They strolled hand in hand along the deck until she stopped and pulled him around to face her, “I know you’re worried, but you’re happy too, right?” She asked him nervously.
“What? Yes! God, baby, yes! I’m thrilled! Are you kidding me? You’re having my baby! That’s the most amazing thing that’s ever happened to me, how could I be anything but happy about it?”
“Ok, good. I just don’t want you to let worry about things we can’t control steal your joy.”
“Never.” He pulled her to him and dropped his lips to hers, the world stopped for a moment as his lips claimed hers, his hand sank into her hair, and he felt her body press into his. He deepened the kiss, losing himself in the feel of her mouth on his. He pulled away with a ragged sigh and pressed his forehead to hers, “I love you more than life itself, and I love our kids, and Liam too, just, you know, not in the same way….I love everything about our life together. I just don’t want anything to jeopardize that.”
“It won’t. No one will be able to prove anything, no matter what they suspect and Cordonia is so much stronger now than she was before. Liam is a good king, the people love him. The worst thing that happens is the tabloids print a bunch of garbage that no one really believes anyway. Who cares?”
He considered that and realized she was right. Gone were the days of worrying about the monarchy looking weak. Liam had presided over the creation of a parliament, giving a little of the power back to the people. It served the double purpose of moving Cordonia into the twenty first century and creating a better work life balance for Liam. Riley had done so much work on behalf of the common people of Cordonia that she could do no wrong in their eyes, she was adored by everyone.
Under Liam’s leadership, Cordonia had become a much more progressive country all the way around. The younger generation was filled with people like Maxwell Beaumont and Hana Lee. The grumbles of people like Godfrey Amaranth were fading into the annals of history. The majority of Cordonian’s wouldn’t care even if they knew the truth. Maybe especially if they knew the truth. Because the truth wasn’t that Riley was cheating on Liam with Drake. The truth was that they were happily in a polyamorous relationship filled with love and mutual respect for each other. Where was the scandal in that?
He could find nothing but happiness in his heart as he gazed down at her. “You’re right, as usual καρδιά μου. What did I ever do to deserve you?”
Riley snorted, “You and Liam, always acting like you’re the lucky ones when we all know it’s me.”
“Not even close, the fact that you believe that is what makes us so goddamn lucky!” He told her then he kissed her again before she could protest.
“Mama! Tata!” Ellie cried from the doorway of the dining room, “Hurry! Daddy says we’re waiting on you and I’m hungry!”
Riley and Drake drew apart, both laughing at the demanding tone in Ellie’s voice.
“Ok, ok, we’re coming!” He laughed as he threaded his fingers through hers and pulled her toward the dinning room.
After dinner, they all gathered around the pool. Moonlight glinted off the water and music spilled out of the speakers, floating across the Mediterranean night. Riley shrieked with laughter from the pool as Max sent a torrent of water her direction. Liam relaxed on a lounge chair with Ellie curled up in his lap as he pointed out constellations to her. She followed where his finger pointed with wide eyes, her face tilted up in awe and wonder.
Hana tried to explain to Xander why he still needed a bath even if he’d been in the pool all day. “Help me out here.” She said to Drake in exasperation.
“Don’t look at me,” Drake told her, “His logic is solid.”
“Yes!” Xander jumped up and down then he and Drake fist bumped.
“Great, thanks.” Hana said sarcastically.
“Sorry.” He laughed as he watched Xander scamper away back toward the pool, where he yelled for Max to catch him before diving in.
“No, you’re not!” She sat down in a deck chair next to him and asked, “So, does it feel different knowing that the baby is yours?”.
“Yes and no.” He answered, “I mean, yeah, it hits a little different knowing it’s mine. But that’s just because it opens up this whole chest of things, good and bad. Like, will he or she have my dad’s eyes? Will he have my bad temper? I worry about passing on my flaws. I guess with Ellie and Xander, I never worried about those kinds of things because Liam really doesn’t have any flaws.”
Hana laughed, “You know that’s not true, right?”
“I mean….”
“Drake, you’re already a wonderful father, you’ve got this dad thing down, that’s not going to change.”
“I know. And that’s the part that isn’t different. There’s literally nothing that will be different about the way I treat this child. I love Ellie and Xander more than I thought it was possible to love another human being. All three of these kids are ours, mine, Liam’s and Riley’s. The DNA doesn’t matter, it never did.”
“I’ll drink to that.” Hana said tipping the bottle in her hand at him. He tipped his back at hers and they both drank.
“Hey, it’s the song Riley named the boat after!” Alec called out as he turned the music up a little louder.
Summer breeze, makes me feel fine, blowin’ through the jasmine in my mind…..
Drake pulled the Mediterranean air into his lungs as he surveyed the scene in front of him. Ellie was cuddled into Liam’s chest as her eyes drifted close. Riley dried Xander off at the edge of the pool while Max and Alec danced together, laughing and talking softly to each other.
Gentle waves murmured around them as the summer breeze blew across his sun-drenched skin and a deep sense of contentment seeped into his bones. Just when he’d thought life couldn’t get any more perfect, it had.
Summer breeze, makes me feel fine, blowin’ through the jasmine in my mind…..

List of My EOIII OCs Reacting to Being Mugged (from least to most violent)
9.) Smiley
Would bawl her eyes out as she threw her wallet and ran away. If she’s being brave she might give a “Come on………. You don’t want rob a cutie like me.” But she’s a scaredy cat.
8.) Aurora
”Look over there!” Andddddd she’s gone.
7.) Ignis
IF SOMEONE WERE SO DESPERATE FOR MONEY THEY TRIED TO ROB A 6’3’’ ARMORED MAN…. He actually wouldn’t mind and he’d ask why. Then after the mugger either told him their story he’d give him what he had on him. If the mugger thought he was weird for asking, he’d keep prying (genuinely, something is wrong with him. But he’s curious) If the mugger tried attacking him, he’d only move defensively. In the end he would give them some money if they needed it.
6.) Alope
If someone tried to rob Alope she’d squint before she recognized them (BC SHE KNOWS EVERYONE) and go “Oh… I know you! You’re [insert person]’s kid!” They’d have two options from there. A.) fall into Alope’s small talk trap or B.) continue trying to mug her which would prompt her to threaten to tell their loved ones about it/ start teasing them.
But They’d know better. Also everyone knows Alope’s dirt poor. They’d pick better targets.
5.) Magnolia
You know how Alope would threaten to tell the muggers mom? Magnolia would start scolding them as if it were her job to discipline them.
“I understand being in need… But taking from others is reprehensible! You may gain some ental, but your moral backbone…! You would not want to jeopardize that, would you? How about I make you a meal and we can talk about some options for you?”
Only lower than Alope bc Alope wouldn’t scold them, only threaten to have them scolded before running off.
Slightly dangerous territory below
4.) Caspian
Instinctively body slams anyone who attempts to touch her. If the mugger were smart, it’d do them well to recognize her face after she throws them…. She’d pay them much more than she had on her person then if they were really hurt after and apologized.
3.) Tank
He’d warn them that they didn’t want to do this— play mind games, and say “Don’t remember which pocket I put my wallet in” so they have to pat him down. The mugger will be safe if they do not proceed or give up. Tank does all of this to stall them. To stall them until ENID arrives….
Dangerous‼️ Do NOT mug
2.) Enid
Try to mug Enid and Enid will punch the lights out of you even tho they aren’t supposed to carry valuables.
Tank is an insidious monster for stalling muggers long enough for Enid to deal with them. Especially since Enid tends to get more violent if they see someone else getting mugged.
“That’s one more problem off the streets.” No, Enid. You shoved their face into the pavement. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
1.) Hana
Hana would fucking kill anyone who tried to mug her.
“Easy pickings” SHE CAN AND WILL ELECTROCUTE YOU. SHE WON’T FEEL BAD ABOUT IT. I HAVE SEVERAL DRAFTS WHERE HANA WILL DO SOMETHING WEIRDLY CRUEL AND NOT CARE.
I’m supposed to write a scene where a thug threatens Alope and I’m forever thinking about how Hana starts charging up a fire spell— and Alope starts to push Hana along bc SHE DOESN’T WANT BLOOD ON HANA’S HANDS.
#ragna thumbnails#brainrot#OoS#EOCs#If they were robbed#Will probably add more later lol#It’s a funny scenario#There’s a scene in an old draft I might keep#Where Hana digs in her pocket to find a stone to throw at birds in the sea?????#ANOTHER WHERE HANA USES ELECTRICITY AT INVER AND A TON OF FISH FLOAT UP…………….. (BAD)#Sorry guys she is spoilt 💀

Hungry eyes watched as fingers loosened the tie at his neck. There was always some level of desperation to see more and more of the man's bared skin. This event only made the shallow waters heated with it's reminder of how alone she was. As much as she had wanted and as often as they'd blurred the line, the former model and teacher could never really morph what had transpired between them into something more.
Which, of course, meant it was never going to happen.
"Are you telling me that appearances aren't everything?" Brow cocked, Hana challenged as she'd already taken note of the seven women and the mother's of his student ready to claw her out of the picture. Unable to help herself, her fingers went up to undo the tie altogether so that it simply hung around his neck. Criminally, it only made Dallas more attractive.
"I think its more that you couldn't handle anyone not thinking the world of you," she teased. As a twin, the yogi assumed, Dallas might have craved a little more of attention he had to share. "But the jokes on me. I rebelled too hard and got disowned." In all fairness, Hana had been quite the wild child in comparison to her very conservative, well to do parents. "Wouldn't you have crushed hard on me regardless? Just for the simple fact that I am cute as hell?"
At the mention of facial hair, Hana's nose scrunched and the pad of her index finger smoothed back and forth along his jaw. "Aww you're finally starting to get a little patchwork," the former model teased once more. When pulled closer, Hana bumped gently into his side and wanted to be nowhere else than to soak up the warmth of him. Mostly, her life had been chaos, and Dallas had been a calm in her storm.
"If you don't think I will fight seven woman and your mom, then you don't know me well." A mischievous grin and dancing eyes sparked up at the blond, "better tear up that card before I ever see it."
A small amount of laughter bubbled up and escaped her when Dallas led her onto the dance floor and gave her a spin into him. Once their bodies were pressed against each other, the New Yorker hung her arms around his neck. She was so thankful for his company at a thing like this, and the softness in her gaze as she stared up at the teacher hopefully conveyed that.
"Not when you're in the room," the yogi let out the truth rather than a deflective joke. "I haven't been able to take my eyes off of you— especially in that suit." Hana could never figure out how she'd ever caught the attention of someone so good and steady, but she had no regrets nor would she deeply question it.
"What about you?" Hana dared ask as nerves weakened her stomach. / @dallasxcartwright
With only having been back in town for a few months, a social occasion this big made running into people from his past unavoidable for Providence Peak native. Unfortunately for Dallas, that meant bumping into the mothers of old friends and exes – some of which relentlessly still tried to set him up with their daughters.
The annoyance of it had only made him want to find Hana that much quicker. The last time he had been in town for this long was for treatment, and while that chapter of his life was something he had put in the past, it was more often than not brought up in those conversations. There was a relief and feeling of safety and comfort when he was in her presence. That small bit of anxiety creeping up on him in anticipation of his first social event back in town subsiding as soon as she was in his orbit.
“Are you giving me permission to ditch this tie?” Without confirmation, he adjusted it so that it hung loosely from the collar of his shirt. “Because you know how I feel about ties. I’ve tried really hard to make the relationship work, and I know I look like a smoke show in them, but we just don’t vibe.” Dallas never minded getting dressed up when a special occasion called for it, but he preferred a well-worn plaid shirt and jeans. Simplicity at its best.
“I know I've got a shit memory, but I remember just about everything that you tell me, Han.” He glanced down at her, squeezing her arm gently with his free hand. “The thought of a young you rebelling against your mom would’ve impressed the hell out of high school me. I was too afraid of being the one screw up in my parents’ eyes. I definitely would have crushed hard on you…would’ve been way too embarrassing. That’s wild, though. Do you think he’ll remember you?” Anyone would.
“Just those seven women on it,” He teased, dropping his arm from hers and taking her hand into his before guiding her onto the dance floor. “Lucky for you we’ve been best friends since I started growing facial hair, which comes with perks. That means you get to surpass everyone on my dance card that isn't my mother.”
“Gotta show off my beautiful date at least a little bit” Lifting their hands, he gave her a spin before bringing her into his chest, his other hand falling to her lower back.
“If we’re not making at least a few people jealous, we’re not good wedding guests. Anyone catch you eye tonight?” Every attempt either of them had made to wingwoman/wingman each other had failed miserably. He had no reason to think tonight would be any different, but at least the attempt would help further convince him that they were nothing more than platonic best friends.

kaito sawamura
the basics
full name: kaito sawamura
nickname: kai, mura
gender: cis male
pronouns: he/him
age (in major arcs): 12-13
birthday: january 23, 1999
appearance
height: 5'1"
picrew 1 2 3
relationships
parents: unnamed sawamura parents
sibling(s): daichi sawamura (older brother), sora sawamura (older brother), ritsu sawamura (older sister), hana sawamura (younger sister)
typical friend group: best friend, reo akiyama
the story
Kaito grew up as the singular academically inclined child in a house full of brain-dead jocks (or so he says when he’s teasing his older siblings with younger sister, Hana). While he understands none of his siblings are inherently stupid, he also knows he’s the only one that would rather pick up a book than anyone else and feels rather out of place for it. He dove head first into chemistry and other stem-related topics as soon as he was aware of them.
He’s incredibly awkward and it made socializing tough when he was a kid—in elementary school, he made one good, close friend, Reo, and even into their adult lives they still hang out on a regular basis.
Childhood was mostly alright for him. His parents encouraged him to be active but never forced it on him—he played one season on a kiddie basketball team at age eight and decided he was pretty done with sports after that. He still loves to support his siblings though and go to their games whenever he can. Ritsu is by far his favorite to watch because he genuinely adores figure skating.
His final two years of high school were particularly rough—the three people he’d always had to rely on all left (and it felt like, at the time, they left him) and the only one he had left was Hana. Because of this, they spent a lot of time together and it did wonders for their relationship. By the end of the year he was heartbroken to leave for college because he didn’t want to leave her alone for the next two years.
He went off to college and met a girl in one of his classes he’d end of marrying later in life—Eno Tashiro. She was interested in botany and, because of that, he learned more about plants than he ever thought he would in his life. They would sit in loops of dumping information at each other on a regular basis and found that they could truly be themselves and have all their quirks without being judged with the other. He eventually introduced her to his family and they’d never seen him so genuinely happy, a close second being when he's blowing things up in the backyard for fun.

omg if you could pls do some So Mun hcs! any idea you want to do is fine <3
Yes ofc!!! I’ve been wanting to write dating headcanons so let’s goooo I hope you like it<3
Dating So Mun would include:
You are 24/7 together.
You got a carrier rack for your bike to explore Jungjin with him.
Imagine his excited face when you told him, he was thankful that you thought of him.
Going on lil bike adventures to see the sunset and the pink clouds in the sky.
Your hearts racing while biking downhill.
Consists of a lot of screaming.
“Why are we going so fast?!”
“That’s how we die?!”
Eventually you stopped getting scared, he could trust you after all.
Mostly indoor dates though:
Watching a movie in the living room, his grandma often joining you and his grandpa trying to drag her away to let you have some alone time.
Failed almost every time.
You didn’t mind her though, she was adorable.
Spending a lot of time with his grandparents. Cooking, eating and talking with them.
“Our Mun has found an angel.”
Observing him draw, praising on his drawing skills.
He has drawn you but he will never tell you, maybe in a few years.
C U D D L E S
A lot of cuddles.
Every friday after school he drags you to his house just to cuddle.
He needs cuddle sessions to live so cooperate.
Sharing your worries and problems with each other<3
Him being insecure about his leg.
“You might need a guy who can actually run to help you.”
You were beyond devastated. After that you made sure to remind him that you will always love him, no one else and no matter what.
School? We hate.
School with So Mun? We love.
You pick him up to go to school every morning.
Holding hands on your way there, in the hallways, in the cafeteria, in the library, in the rooftop- LITERALLY EVERYWHERE.
Ungmin and Juyeon always joke about how annoying it is.
You are basically glued to each other.
Sharing food and books.
Hanging out in the rooftop is your thing.
You don’t keep secrets from each other.
So he told you about him becoming a counter, earning himself a warning.
The sight of him being able to walk without limping brought you to tears.
“Now I can protect you better than anyone!”
Introducing you to the other counters:
“But why did you choose him?”
Motak being Motak decided to tease the mini him.
Ms Chu would have smacked him but she was too focused on you.
“Oh you’re Y/N! You’re prettier than he described!”
“You talk about me?”
*instant blush*
Coming to the restaurant to see him since he was busier than before.
So Mun ignoring people calling his name just to speak to you a little more.
Free noodles because you’re family.
Ms Chu suggested you work with them since you were almost every day there.
So Mun is always by your side when serving, in case someone tries to hit on you.
“I hired Y/N to have extra help, not you being distracted!”
His eyes never leave you so he dumps into tables, customers and Hana a lot.
You manage the restaurant alone when they leave for a mission. Jangmul joining you on rare occasions.
So Mun secretely wishes for you to become a counter too, he wanted to go on missions with you. But on second thought, he doesn’t want you to get hurt so things are fine just how they are.
Gives you his red jacket, thinks you look adorable in it.
Sleepovers happen a lot since you started working on the restaurant.
Falling asleep in his arms while he goes on about the last evil spirit he captured.
He usually sleeps after you do but there are days when he is very exhausted so you play with his slightly curly hair, careful enough to not hurt him until he falls asleep.
He doesn’t get jealous easily, you remind him that you love him every day anyway.
But he found himself irritated at Hyeoku for asking your name.
“So Mun, he just asked my name!”
“Next time he will ask for your number!”
Kisses and hugs you when Hyeoku is around.
Dance performances in his room, with his grandpa telling you to leave the door open and Mun closing it a few secs afterwards.
Randomly voices his desire to have kids with you in the future.
He deserves the world so please give it to him:(

Congratulations on a 100! Can I request a female reader and a scenario where Kakashi discovers in a very shocking way that his s/o is pregnant? Please don't mind not writing if it bothers you. Stay hydrated and have a nice day regardless!🌸
thank you for the request!! hope you enjoy!!

“I do hate to do this to you, but you’re the best choice. There’s not an Inuzuka available who has the security clearance necessary, which makes you the only ninken-user I can assign this to.”
Kakashi nodded and shrugged, brushing off the unspoken apology. “I understand, it’s no issue.”
Tsunade pursed her lips into a thin line, nodding solemnly. “If it wasn’t so time-sensitive, I’d put someone else on it, I swear.” She tucked a loose strand of her silvery blond hair behind her ear and shuffled the papers on her desk, bringing a personnel file to the top. “And to accompany you… Again, I’m really sorry, but she’s the only one who makes sense. She was in the area most recently out of all available jonin and her weapons expertise makes her the best candidate to accompany you.”
His eyebrows dipped together in mild confusion. He would have requested this partner if she hadn’t been assigned—he agreed fully that they would make the best team for this recovery mission. Shaking it off, he nodded again. “Sounds great, Lady Fifth. Anything else?”
Tsunade let out a breath she had been half holding and leaned back in her chair. Tonton gave a relieved squeak and Shizune pulled her closer to her chest. The Hokage dragged her hands across her eyes, then leaned forward on her elbows.
“Glad you’re taking this so well. I thought you’d at least argue about your fiancé going with you, if not objecting to being sent on a mission right now at all.”
Kakashi jerked his head backwards and to the side, scanning over the Sannin with his single vibrant, gray eye. “I’m sorry if I gave you the impression I like to argue with superiors, Tsunade-sama. That’s really more Naruto’s thing.” She snorted, and he took it as a good sign. “When would you like us to head out? Thirty minutes?”
Immediately, Tsunade shot him down. “She needs a medic to look her over before she can go into the field. I’m happy to do it myself. Her training with her team ends at noon, right?” She glanced at the clock, then gestured to Shizune. “Send Kotetsu or Izumo to pull her, we can’t wait that long.” With a quick nod, she ducked out of the room. “Meanwhile, you can go pack bags for you both. Be sure to grab her med pack, I’ll probably need to give her a bonus prescription or two for the journey.”
At this point, Kakahi’s confusion could no longer be dismissed. Why would his fiancé need extra medication for a mission? He had just seen you when you left to meet your team of genin, and you hadn’t mentioned anything. Maybe the stomach bug you had had a few weeks ago had been worse than you let on?
“Sorry, prescriptions? Are we facing potential poisoning?” He tried, looking for an explanation.
Tsunade shook her head firmly. “Anything is possible, but I’m not concerned about it.” She ran her hand backward through her hair, shaking it gently toward the ends and letting it fall out of the way. “More concerned with making sure she’s getting the correct nutrients. I’ve been working on the nutritional value of shinobi rations, but it’s hard to find something that’s shelf stable, lightweight, and compact without just being food pills.”
Kakashi agreed, a debate he had heard on nearly every long term mission. “So you’ll give us both supplements, fair. Should we do my physical now while we wait on my fiancé to arrive?” He relished the words in his mouth, the phrase “my fiancé” almost a dream to him, even still.
She gave a bemused chuckle, glancing the scarecrow of a man up and down. “Why, you have some kind of boo-boo you need me to kiss?” Tsunade returned to the paperwork on her desk, shuffling it again and pulling the shinobi copy of the mission details file out, holding it out to him. “I trust you to get whatever nutrients you need after all these years of life, Bakashi,” she teased.
He didn’t move to take the file. “What’s going on?” he demanded, as respectfully as absolutely necessary. “What’s going on that she needs a medical check and extra medication to travel on a mission? Why did you think I would object to being paired with her? It’s not our first mission together, not even since we got engaged. What am I forgetting?”
Tsunade didn’t react to his interrogation, continuing to organize paperwork and leaning down to pull open a drawer in her desk, sliding his and your personnel files inside. “The fetus, maybe?” She offered, waving a hand like it was obvious.
The what?
For a moment, Tsunade could almost hear the cogs grinding in the shinobi’s head. You passing him every drink that had been pushed on you in the last few weeks, the stomach bug that he had never caught, and the uptick in morning meetings you had.
Then the cogs were brought to a halt, and the whole world froze. The blood running through his body was ice cold, and he felt his fingertips and forehead tingling. Were you really pregnant?
Was he, Kami forbid, going to be a father?
Tsunade swore, knowing she shouldn’t have said anything violating medical confidentiality, but with the pregnancy already being in the second trimester, she had no idea that you hadn’t told Kakashi yet. “Listen, Kakashi… just sit down, okay?” She looked around, swearing again at the reminder that this damn office had no chairs outside of the one she occupied.
She jumped up, crossing over to Kakashi and pushing him forward into the chair behind the desk. “Breathe, Kakashi, come on.” She shook him gently, then lightly slapped his cheek. “Come on, soldier. You’re Kakashi of the Sharingan, master of a thousand jutsu, pull it together.”
He flatly refused.
The door to the Hokage’s office opened, Shizune and Tonton leading you in. You took a moment to take in the scene of your fiancé hyperventilating behind the desk, the Hokage herself swearing and trying to get him to make eye contact and pull air into his lungs. Then he saw you, and he paused, fear in his eyes.
“Is it true—I mean, are you—love, are you pregnant?” He choked out.
Your hand flew to your mouth as if to put the secret back inside. You knew you’d have to tell him eventually, but you had wanted the moment to be right and he had been so busy with his missions lately. He didn’t know it yet, but you had rented a room at a nearby onsen for next weekend, making sure to get a room with a private bath and windows high enough that no onlookers could see inside so that he could comfortably remove his mask. That would’ve been the way you preferred he find out, when rather than dessert, you slid the sonogram across the table after dinner. Instead, you nodded.
“Yes, my love,” you whispered. “I’m pregnant.” Instinctively, your hand rested over the part of your stomach that had begun showing this last week.
He seemed to melt into chair. “Kami… we’re going to be parents?”
You nodded, a small laugh breaking from your chest. “Yes, Kakashi, that’s the plan.”
Slowly, he gathered himself, standing up and delicately walking around the desk to the doorway where you remained. “I… You want this?” He sniffed hard, blinking twice and taking your hands. “You want to raise a child with me? This child?”
You tilted your head to the side, feeling hot tears sting your eyes. You knew he had issues with his self worth, and that would be something you would focus on for the next few months so he’d be ready for your child.
“Of course, ‘Kashi. There’s no one I trust more, no one I think would make a better father. I can’t imagine doing this with anyone else, and I’m thrilled that I get to do it with you.”
His wiry frame jolted as though he’d been shocked, and the threw himself into your arms, allowing his fears and shock to leave him through tears. Tsunade and Shizune averted their eyes, doing what they could to preserve your privacy. Tonton oinked in solidarity. After a couple of moments, he stood again, wiping dry the parts of his face not covered by salty, wet fabric. He then hooked a finger into the mask at the side of his nose, yanked it down, and brought you into a deep kiss, warm hands wrapping around you and pulling you close.
After the surprise, you let yourself dissolve into him, allowing yourself to be swept into his emotional display. He pulled his face back after a few beats and beamed, smiling as widely as you could remember seeing him grin. Then his mouth was back on yours, this time for just a second, then a firm kiss to your forehead before he secured the mask again. Turning to face the Hokage, he wrapped his arm around your back and held you close.
“Tsunade-sama, all due respect, can Pakkun handle this? I’ll send him with anyone you’d like. Naruto, even, I don’t think he’s doing anything tonight. I can send the whole pack. I can brief Gai, or Tenzo, anyone? And if you need a weapons expert, I’m sure Tenten is more than qualified.” You giggled, watching your fiancé ramble to the leader of the village. “It’s just, I’m going to be a father, and she’s pregnant with our child, and I’ve gotta say, I don’t think we’re going on any missions for the next, say, 18 years? Well, maybe some D ranks. We’ll see.”
As Tsunade opened her mouth, he cut her off with a pointed, “How’s the progress on the Konoha Orphanage coming along? They prepared for one more? Cause I’m not letting anything happen to either of us, for this child’s sake.”
Tsunade glared, but was startled out of the shouting match she was gearing up for by Shizune chuckling. Betrayed, she turned to her companion.
“I mean, this is the reaction you anticipated him having, Lady Fifth,” she giggled.
She slammed a fist on the desk, although with an intense amount of restraint given that the surface was not even dented. Finally, she looked up with a glint in her eye.
“I think Hana Inuzuka gets back this evening. I can give her twelve hours to rest and then she and Tenten, along with Gai, can probably handle it. This time.”
Kakashi was already on his way out the door, pulling you behind him in a firmly clasped hand, before she had finished. He called out a thanks over your shoulder as you left. Together, you giggled as you entered the streets of Konoha.
Your fiancé spun in circles, laughing freely and spreading his arms out. “We’re starting a family!” he shouted to the sky. You knew you would both continue to take missions with this child, and that was a conversation for another time. For now, though, you were content to spend eternity watching the love of your life giddily relish in this moment.

Princess
Part 1 (months 1-6)
Jin x oc
Pregnancy au
Word count: 4.5k
I didn’t know what gif to use so here’s jin and his giant baby🥰
Jin and Hana had met during the year 2013, just before Bangtan had debuted. She had been with him through thick and thin, the highs and lows and everything in between. With Jin constantly going on tour and his military service coming closer the couple had decided to wait until after at least one was out of the picture before settling down and starting a family. Well that is until someone else came into the picture.
Month 1
For the third day in a row Hana had woken up her husband Jin as she ran to the bathroom. Without much thought Jin throws the covers off of himself and rushes to follow her. Navigating the way proved to be difficult with his blurry vision and groggy state of mind, the light in the bathroom is the only clue as to where to go.
As he enters the bathroom he is met with a view of his wife kneeling on the ground, head over the bowl letting everything out. The sight is enough to unsettle his own stomach.
Ignoring the queasiness he grabs her hair from her face and pulls it back behind her head, tucking the strands behind her ear. He grabs the elastic from his own wrist and ties it lightly around her hair.
A quiet thank you is heard in between the gagging. He sits down beside her and the toilet and lets his arm rest on her back, rubbing slow circles to comfort her in any way he can.
After a few minutes the worst of it seems to have dissipated, and she can now comfortably lift her head away. He reaches up to the handle and he once again flushes the remnants away.
“I’m sorry Jin, I didn’t mean to wake you up” she says bowing to him lightly then going down to rest her head on the seat.
“Honey, you know it doesn’t bother me!” He says holding the side of her face giving it a light squeeze. “I would do anything for the love of my life, you know that love, right?” He says smiling to her, his head mimicking the angle her head is on.
She lightly giggles and gives him a matching smile back. “I love you” she says reaching her hand out, his hand comes and grabs her giving it a tight squeeze.
“I love yo- oh no! Over the bowl honey!” He yells out as he sees her rushing to get her face over the toilet. He laughs and rubs her back while grabbing some tissues from the cupboard. He wipes her spillage up and continues comforting her as she lets more and more out, seemingly never ending.
“Don’t worry Love, Shrek always said Better out than in!” Jin says, making her laugh while she regains her composure.
Once she is finally done she hits his leg as she gets his help to stand up. “You are so annoying, you can even let me throw up in peace.” She says grabbing a plastic cup and filling it with water from the tap. After gurgling multiple times she and Jin go back to bed together.
A couple minutes go by while the couple lay facing each other in bed, their feet the only part touching. Jin speaks up asking her something that’s been on his mind, “Hana, I think you should take a test.”
She gets nervous from his statement, she knows exactly what he is saying but she just doesn’t want their very unplanned plan to be messed with. “No! no more math tests, I finished those years ago!” She yells out to him making him let out a chuckle, but she feels his stare on her face making her nod back. “Yeah, Yeah I should,” she says quietly.
“You know I love you, no matter what.” He says putting his arm around her hip pulling her an inch closer to himself.
“Yes, and you know I love you, as long as you behave right?” She says.
“Yes mom” he says, turning away from her in the bed. She laughs and starts spooning him.
Later that day Jin and Hana are sitting together on their bathroom floor holding each other’s hand tightly. The three tests they bought that morning sat on the counter, waiting for the timer to reach 3 minutes.
Hana’s eyes are trained to the floor in front of her, her mind off in another universe trying to forget the reality of the moment. Jin however keeps his eyes on his wife and every few seconds it shifts to the timer set. Each second goes by slower and slower, after what seems like ten hours the timer hits 3 minutes. Jin squeezes her hand bringing her back to their world.
“I love you no matter what, Okay Hana” he says softly trying to ease her stress.
“I love you too” she says before taking a deep breath. “I’m ready if you are” she says while standing up avoiding looking at the counter.
“Ready as I’ll ever be” he says as he slowly gets himself up from the ground. Jin leans down and gives her a kiss before grabbing her hand and pulling her to the counter.
The three tests all lay in a line, their eyes scan over all three. Each one with a positive result.
“Oh my goodness Jin!” She yells out before hiding her face into his chest, his expression turns into a happy one as he holds his wife. His arms rub her back as he feels the tears soaking his shirt. He tucks his face into her neck and gives it a kiss.
“We did it baby” he says smiling while placing more and more pecks all around her neck. “We’re having a baby” he cries out, his own tears now running down her neck.
“We gonna be parents” she says as she pulls her head out of his chest trying to meet his eyes as he lifts his head back up.
“I can’t wait for our princess to be here,” Jin says, putting his hands on her flat belly. He kneels down and kisses it, he says a quick hello to the baby before he rises and gives her a kiss.
“Mmmh I think you’re right about a baby girl” she says before returning his kiss.
2 Months
After a month of keeping the news a secret they finally decided to share it with their families. Both sets of parents were over the moon for a grandchild, especially since it was both of their youngest having kids first.
Jin’s brother cried when he heard the news, causing Jin to make fun of him and his soft heart. Though Jin's sister in law and Hana’s sister both started jumping for joy when they found out. Each of them grabbed her belly and asked to help plan the baby shower.
Now with their immediate family knowing the news they finally decided to let his Bangtan family know. Their plan was to slowly give out clues during dinner until someone figured it out.
They were all sitting in the dorm's dining room just about to start to eat, their final additions to the table was all that was left.
“I need some wine, does anyone else want any?” Jungkook asks, making his way towards the kitchen.
Jin cuts him off before he can make it there, “no alcohol Jungkook, Hana can’t have any so don’t tease her” he says putting his arm around her while looking at him from across the room.
“Since when? Didn’t she go out with us not four months ago?” Jimin asks, pouting his lip in confusion.
“Oh this started recently, it’s just for a couple months that I have to stay alcohol free, probably better for everyone” she says shrugging.
The older three eye the couple suspiciously while the younger boys start digging into their food. Jin and Hana give each other a look and let out a quiet laugh before beginning to eat.
Once everyone starts eating they start having conversations amongst themselves, their suspicions lessened as time moved on. Only Yoongi was keeping a strong eye on Hana.
He began to notice how much larger her appetite had been from the last time he saw her, not even a week ago. She was shovelling food into her mouth as pleasantly as she could manage.
Jin catches Yoongi’s eyes as he puts more food on her plate, he whispers something into her ear. From what he could read on his lips he said something along the lines of, eat up, princess needs lots to eat.
“You’re pregnant?!” Yoongi blurts out, catching everyone at the table's attention. The couple stare at him for a moment blankly, before Hana breaks into a laugh and Jin pouts.
“Pay up Jinnie, I told you he’d figure it out first” she says putting her hand out. Jin stands up and goes to his jacket and grabs his wallet. He places a ten thousand won bill into her hand. “Can’t believe you thought Jungkook would figure it out first”
“I had faith in him, I thought he’d know when his playmate was coming!” Jin says, letting out a laugh.
“Wait so you are?” Hoseok’s voice says breaking the couple's banter.
“Yep, we got a bun in the oven” Jin says smiling brightly to his brothers. All the boys excluding Jungkook got up happily and ran to give them hugs and congratulations.
After everyone got their hugs, the couple noticed Jungkook sitting in his seat with a small pout on his face.
“Jungkook, what’s wrong honey?” Hana says walking over to his chair, as she waits for his response she brushes his fingers through his hair.
“I thought I was your baby! I already share you with Jin, now I have to share you with a baby” he says crossing his arms, his face trying to contain the smile he is dying to let out.
“Oh Jungkook,” she says as she leans her head down to his ear and whispers something to him.
“Deal!” He says and then stands up and hugs her. He then rushes over to Jin and squishes him into a hug lifting him up from the ground.
Hana laughs and goes back to her seat and starts to eat again. With the baby she had begun eating double what she used to, normally this early on pregnant ladies couldn’t eat much but she on the other hand could eat a whole horse given the chance.
“Well congrats Jin, I’m very happy that you get to have this opportunity with Hana!” Namjoon says, smiling and holding onto Jin’s shoulder. “If you’d like, I can talk to management with you.” He offers being the leader he is.
“Thanks, we can talk to him together soon.” Jin says, patting his arm. “And thanks for all your guys congratulations, I can’t wait to be a dad and for all of you to be an uncle!” He says to the whole group.
3 Months
Now that Hana had reached the third month of the pregnancy, she had started her second trimester. Now there would be more appointments coming up for the couple to attend. With Jin’s busy schedule he can’t make it to all of them but luckily he could for the most exciting to date.
They could finally listen to the baby's heart beat!
Hana had just reached the start of the second trimester of her pregnancy. Her eating was the same as the first trimester although she could no longer stomach garlic (which made eating at home easier as Jin was already allergic to it).
Jin had become over the moon when he was finally able to come to an appointment with her. He had been so caught up with practicing since the tour was so close, that he didn’t have enough time. But now on a Sunday evening they got the time and went into the clinic to finally see the baby.
Hana had been offered many times during her ultrasounds to see the baby but every time she refused since she wanted Jin to see their baby for the first time at the same time.
Inside the clinic the couple were in one of the rooms along with the sonographer. Hana was laying on the hospital sized bed with her shirt pulled over her still flat belly. The sonographer had the jelly already smoothed out on her stomach; the cold feeling had worn off after the second time.
Jin was eagerly waiting on the bedside with his hand holding hers tightly. His eyes stay locked onto his wife’s figure, never leaving her body, not even when the sonographer talks to them about her habits and feelings.
“I have a feeling you don’t really want to talk to me today” the sonographer says, letting out a laugh as she looks at Jin, only now catching his attention. “Would you like to see your baby?” She asks.
Jin's eyes light up as he looks quickly down to his wife seeing the same light in her eyes. “Yes please!” He says to her while still looking at Hana, he gives her a squeeze on the hand and lifts it up and places a kiss on her knuckles.
The sonographer smiles fondly at the couple as she starts setting the screen up for them to see the baby. She breaks the moment as she places the device back onto her stomach moving it to the right spot, before turning the screen fully for them to see.
“Jin and Hana meet baby Kim” she says as she holds it in place.
“That’s our princess right there Honey!” Jin let’s out, most of it coming out as a soft cry. His eyes have tears threatening to come out.
“There she is,” he whispers as he lowers himself to the bed, his elbows leaning against the bed. He scoops their intertwined hands up with his other one, the ball of hands serve as a hiding place for his face. He lets his tears out into his hands, occasionally kissing any part of her hand he can find.
Hana admires the picture for longer, the blob in a baby shape brings a smile to her face. Tears slowly leave her eyes in happiness, not only from the baby but seeing his reaction.
She knew he had wanted a baby for so long, months into their relationship he had mentioned how much he wanted kids. Unfortunately with his work he didn’t have the time, or the privacy to live out the dream the way he wanted. But he wouldn’t change this experience for the world, he was so happy with everything they had right now.
4 Months
“Jin!” Hana's voice yells out from the kitchen. Since it’s still early in the pregnancy he knows it shouldn’t be something major, as long as it isn’t one of her mood swings that always seem to come when she’s hungry.
“I’m coming Hana!” He yells back as he starts going down the stairs to her voice.
“Well hurry up!” She shouts out sounding a little too grouchy for his liking. His slow walk turns into a jog not wanting to be on her bad side.
“I’m here love, I’m here” he says slightly out of breath as he enters the kitchen. “What is the matter?” He asks, eyeing her figure that is staring into the fridge.
“Where are the pickles?” She whines out turning around to give him a view at her upset face.
Jin walks forward to the fridge to grab the giant jar he bought two days ago for her, “there is a giant jar in there Hana!” He says while searching around the fridge for it. “Where are they?” He whispers out.
“I ate the jar already, now they're all gone.” She says frowning to him, tears spilling from her eyes.
Jin leaps up and brings her into a hug. “Honey it’s okay we can get more pickles!” He whispers into her ear like a sweet nothing, “it’s okay”
“Can we go shopping right now?” She asks while crying into his shoulder.
“Yes we can baby!” He says happily trying to cheer her up.
After a much longer than anticipated shopping trip, Hana has her pickles (enough to last a month at the rate she is going) along with a large tub of ice cream and many many different types of chocolate snacks.
Obviously shopping with a hungry pregnant lady is not the best thing to partake in. But as long as she was content and healthy Jin couldn’t help but be happy.
Jin carries the bags of pickles and chocolate from the trunk of the car into the house. Hana opted to only bring in the ice cream and one singular jar of pickles.
Jin sees Hana already opening the ice cream container as he walks into the kitchen. He laughs seeing the jar of pickles open with a few pickles cut up.
With the pregnancy she seemed to gain some super human abilities of being able to make food at lightning speed. She also was now able to pickle jars with no issues.
She also gained some odd cravings during the pregnancy. The most recent one was pickles and ice cream, but mainly pickles and Strawberry ice cream with chocolate sauce drenched on top.
“Having your usual lunch?” He asks continuing to stuff the pickles into the already filled fridge.
“Mmhmmm” she hums to him, her bowl nearly overflowing with all her ice cream. “Want to try some?” She asks him while reaching around him to get to her chocolate sauce that is in the fridge.
“Are you willing to sacrifice me ice cream and pickles?” He asks skeptically.
“As long as you make sure the fridge is always stocked up then you can have it all the time” she says grabbing another bowl out of the cupboard.
Jin sighs he wasn’t actually planning on trying any since she had never let him even have one singular pickle in the past week. He watches as she prepares him a big helping of ice cream (tiny compared to hers) and places a full pickle worth of slices into the bowl.
She grabs the bowls and brings them to the dining table, Jin follows behind shortly after with the chocolate sauce in hand.
“Eat up hun” she says smiling at him.
“Thanks honey” he says while grabbing his spoon and hesitantly scooping up some of the ice cream, a pickle on top in its glory. His stomach grumbles at the sight, but unlike Hana it is not because he can’t wait to devour it.
“Wait Jinnie! You forgot chocolate sauce” she yells while tipping the sauce over top of his spoon. It lathers the spoonful and covers what was seen before, almost making it easier to get, almost. He waits as she covers the rest of the bowl in the sauce before he even attempts eating it.
He brings the spoon to just outside his mouth, he pauses watching her chomp down on her giant spoonful. Her cheeks flush seeing him watching her as intently as he is.
“Don’t look at me like that, eat it” she says while covering her nearly full mouth.
“I didn’t actually want any,” he says, his ears turning red.
“I know!” She laughs out, “but I thought you might as well have some now, cause if you don’t eat it all I will have it” she smiles at him.
“Have it” he quickly says, pushing his bowl over to her.
“You have to eat the spoonful though” she says seriously.
“Woah calm down, I’ll have it mom” he says raising one arm up over his head and the other up to his mouth.
“Okay let’s see it baby!” She says enthusiastically, making him roll his eyes. “Hey, no attitude! Eat your food now!” She says semi sternly.
He sighs and slowly brings it up to his mouth, he closes his eyes and opens his mouth. His hand waits for a second before her hand starts pushing it faster to his mouth, only a second later the spoonful is fully in his mouth.
One second is all it took to taste the awful mixture.
He gets up and runs off down the hall, Hana can hear his gagging but stays planted in her seat.
“That’s what you get for trying to tease me for my cravings” she mumbles, “more for me” she shrugs and starts eating again.
5 Months
Early Saturday morning Hana was wide awake getting changed into some nice clothes to attend their family gathering later that night. As she was about to button up her blouse she caught sight of herself in the mirror.
Her eyes widened seeing her body, she slid the blouse of her arms and set it down on the bed. She went closer to the mirror to get a better look at her now visible baby bump.
She looks into it sideways to see the curve that her stomach takes. It was hardly noticeable but when looking for the bump it was clear as day.
Their little (possible) princess was now big enough for her to be found, this thought made Hana so happy and emotional. She smiles with teary eyes at her reflection.
Unknown to Hana, Jin is awake and gazing with so much love at her and the baby. He quietly gets out of bed and walks up to her.
As he reaches behind her she can see him in the mirror, she turns her head to him but stays standing the way she was before.
Jin pecks her lightly on the lips and then back hugs her, his head sits on top of her head. His hands cup the very small bump, both of them smile seeing how small “she” still is.
“Jin?” She asks, looking him in his eyes through the mirror. He hums back not wanting to divert his attention from the bump. “This feels like a picture moment,” she says.
He doesn’t respond but when he leaves the room it tells her yes, he is going to get the camera he got years ago that he has been using to document their life together.
After a few minutes he comes back with the camera and a Polaroid camera. She smiles at him knowing he wants the picture for his wallet, currently he has a photo of them on their wedding day, some dates and the ultrasound picture inside.
No words are spoken as the two set up the cameras, neither of them thought through the idea of how to make it look good with the cameras inside the picture.
After many failed attempts filled with bad angles, awkward faces, wrong timing, and horrible camera placement they finally get a few that they can live with.
Jin’s Polaroid caught his favourite picture, Hana didn’t know he was taking the picture so it is just of her cooing at her bump in the mirror.
6 Months
Hana quietly opens the door to the rehearsal room where the boys of bts are practicing for a performance. Jin refused to leave her alone at home after she had been complaining of a headache that morning.
So he brought her into work and took her to the lounge and let her lay down and told her to come see him when she felt better or if she needed anything.
Hana finds a spot along the mirror to sit down and lean against it. Once finding a comfortable way to sit with her now (much bigger) visible bump she watches the boys start practicing ON.
She smiles seeing Jin dancing and lip synching his parts. Half the smile is from seeing him doing what he has grown to love and the other half is the proud feeling of seeing him grow into a great man, and soon to be dad.
While watching them she feels a soft tap on her stomach. Her head whips down to look at her belly, her hands that were already sitting there are now shaking. After a few seconds she feels another little tap close to the same spot. Her shocked expression morphs into a happy face.
She slowly gets up off the ground so she can get Jin. Normally she would never interrupt their training but right now she was too happy to let anything stop her.
“Jin!” She yells out her voice filled with joy. All the boys stop and look over in confusion, but Jin rushes over to her once seeing her very happy expression.
“What is it love?” He asks laying his hand over her hand that rests on her belly. She says nothing as she moves his hand onto the spot where the baby had been kicking.
She looks into his eyes as she feels another one, his face lights up with happiness. His eyes grow wide and look teary knowing the baby is healthy and moving around.
He looks up and pulls her into a tight hug, but not too tight not wanting to crush both of them. He leaves a bunch of kisses over top of her forehead and hair, his excitement very obvious for everyone in the room to see.
All the boys are watching from afar at the couple with a heartwarming feeling seeing their oldest member living out one of all of their life dreams.
Jin let’s go of her slightly and moves one hand from her back to on top of her bump. He chuckles when another kick happens as soon as he touches it.
“She loves me more!” He says sticking his tongue out at her teasingly.
“She spends more time with me so who does she really love more?” She says sticking her tongue out at him mockingly.
“I don’t force her to hang out with me unlike you” he says accusingly.
“I do not!” She says exaggerating her pout. He laughs and pulls her back into a hug. They stay holding each other for a moment until she becomes an emotional wreck for a moment when thinking about the timing.
Jin stands confused while hugging her, his wet spot on his shirt keeps growing making him worried. “Hana what’s wrong?” He asks softly not wanting to set her emotions off again.
She turns her head to the side and puts her head over his heart listening to the beating to calm herself down.
“Princess must have heard the music and wanted to dance like her daddy” Hana says to him in a sad voice making him laugh at her for getting emotional over that. “Don’t make fun of me” she whines which succeeds at making him laugh even harder. This causes him to get a smack on the chest which only hardens his laugh.

Olivia eyed her dark gray and silver gown critically. Even though Liam had seen her more times than anyone else in Cordonia, she still wanted to appear at her best for the new crown prince. After all, this was her moment to finally make him consider a future with her.
Ah, interesting! I see we are starting off with canon whereby Olivia very much has her eyes set on Liam. Will be interesting to see how things change as the season progresses! 👀👀👀
Since he had the heart, she knew she could be just what his life was missing: strength. Her very genetic makeup was overflowing with the attribute.
This... 👌
Her eyes fell upon a rather worn set of papers that were slightly singed in places that she hadn't seen in a few years. Without wondering why she was doing so, she lifted them out.
Maxwell's poem had caught her eleven year old self completely off guard.
Awww...! She kept it after all this time...!
"No!" Olivia snapped. "We're just friends! I don't know why he wrote that!" "A Nevrakis doesn't have friends. She has allies, ones who give more than they receive." She crumbled up the papers that Maxwell had poured his heart into.
Eugh... go stuff it Lucretia... 😒
Once the door was shut, Olivia dashed over to the fireplace and quickly pulled the crumpled papers out. She ignored the burns to her fingers as she quickly patted out the flames. She gently smoothed the wrinkles out as best she could.
🥰
She'd keep it hidden for herself as a trophy of sorts. There was no reason anyone should ever know just how important it was to her. Or that she liked it.
Her attention snapped to the door when she heard Maxwell's name announced. Her amused smile slowly fell when another name was mentioned tied to House Beaumont.
Ahh this is cool! I don't think I've ever read this scene from Olivia's perspective before!
Her gaze swept down the woman's red clad figure. It lingered on the well placed horns.
She really is a devil, Olivia thought. Who else would have the unmitigated gall to wear my color?!
Also, kudos to Riley for choosing the devil costume - a girl after my own (and OC's) heart - no one has time or interest to pretend to be angelic here! 😆
Though she watched Riley with a hint of irritation greet Constantine with a proper non kissing of the shoe curtsy, she could not stop her attention drifting over to Maxwell. He was still acting so out of character. His ramrod posture. The proper tilt to his head. The simple polite smile. She wanted to go over and slap the back of his head to knock the real Maxwell back into place!
Love this! The fact that it might end up being Maxwell's lack of attention that galvanises Olivia to start taking him more seriously!
It has to be her that made him like this. When did it happen? How did they meet? What power does she really have over Maxwell? And why does it look like she and Liam know each other?!
Loving this so much! Her confusion and suspicion is great! 😆
"Great." Riley sent a brief smug look towards Olivia. "Both were very happy to meet me." Olivia humphed. "It looked like you and Liam already know one another." "Funny how looks can be accurate." Riley quipped. "We've met before."
"And where would someone like you possibly meet a prince?" Riley shrugged with a smile. "The usual places." "When?" Olivia snapped, irritated with getting nothing out of this woman. "Once upon a time." Riley teased, thoroughly enjoying this conversation.
Bahahahaha! Go Riley! 🤣🤣🤣 This is SO much better than the convo in canon!
"You should be proud of yourself, Hana. I can't think of too many women who are brave enough to face everyone after such an embarrassing end to their engagement. I mean, to think that after being dumped by some minor earl that you could capture a future king is truly remarkable."
...though this interaction still raises my hackles 😤
The tears filling Hana's eyes gave Olivia the reassurance she needed that she could still cut people down with her sharp tongue as well as she could with the dagger strapped to her leg.
Again, this line... 🙌
"Why don't you like how I'm acting?" He reiterated. "I thought my behavior tonight was pretty appropriate for the most part." "That's what I don't like! Since when have you ever acted like some proper, boring nobleman?" Olivia jabbed her finger into his chest with each word.
😁
Her eyes widened when she finally noticed his suit. It was black and red...Lythikos colors. Had he chosen it on purpose for the Masquerade Ball or was it just a coincidence?
Maxwell nodded. "Of course I do. She's sweet and a lot of fun! Once you get to know her, you'll like her too." His dimples deepened with his warm smile. "Riley's really great." He added. Olivia felt angrier than before she began this conversation. He never says that about other women. I'M the only ONE he thinks is GREAT!
Oh-oh...
Can't Take My Eyes Off of You
(Maxwell Beaumont x Olivia Nevrakis) in a Choices The Royal Romance Crackship AU
Masterlist
A/N This chapter focuses mostly on Olivia's thoughts and actions just as the prologue focused on Maxwell's. The following chapters will show both sides as they begin to see each other more and more during the social season. On a side note, you have no idea how delighted I was to replay Book 1 the other night and notice the colors Maxwell wore to the Masquerade Ball. It was meant to be 😉
Song Inspiration for Olivia: Cold as Ice by Ava Max
Chapter 1
Olivia's chambers, The Royal Palace, Night of the Masquerade Ball...
Olivia eyed her dark gray and silver gown critically. Even though Liam had seen her more times than anyone else in Cordonia, she still wanted to appear at her best for the new crown prince. After all, this was her moment to finally make him consider a future with her.
Who knew when Leo abdicated that this could be the beginning of a dream she'd held onto since she was a little girl?
There was no one like Liam. He was everything good, loyal, and true in her world. His patience and unending kindness was something she herself struggled with, yet admired all the more in him. Since he had the heart, she knew she could be just what his life was missing: strength.
Her very genetic makeup was overflowing with the attribute. It also was filled to the brim with a cold, calculated ruthlessness that few women of the Royal Court possessed. Since Liam's compassion might possibly make him a target, she knew she was the perfect person to protect that rare gift from the ones who would take advantage of it.
She finished brushing her hair, placed a diamond clip to hold her rich red curls in a cascade over her shoulder, and then reached for her locked travel case that held her jewelry she saved for balls and formal dinners.
Her eyes fell upon a rather worn set of papers that were slightly singed in places that she hadn't seen in a few years.
Without wondering why she was doing so, she lifted them out.
Maxwell's poem had caught her eleven year old self completely off guard. After all, she had eyes for no one but the younger prince. Maxwell might have been a good friend and fun playmate growing up, but to actually have him as a significant other...that was...well...
It was something she could never allow herself to contemplate, much less even give a chance. It was a forbidden, almost taboo subject that her aunt spent one of her rare visits harping upon.
She could recall her Aunt Lucretia's reaction to finding the poem a few days after she received it as if the irritating woman was recreating the scene in her room right now.
***************
"What is this, Libby?" Lucretia demanded.
"It's nothing!" Olivia felt both embarrassed to be caught with something like that and furious that her aunt had gone through her personal keepsakes. "Maxwell gave it to me."
"Beaumont? The Spare of Ramsford?" Lucretia's eyes narrowed. "Are you encouraging his," she spat out the next word, "love?"
"No!" Olivia snapped. "We're just friends! I don't know why he wrote that!"
"A Nevrakis doesn't have friends. She has allies, ones who give more than they receive." She crumbled up the papers that Maxwell had poured his heart into.
Before Olivia could stop her, Lucretia threw the wad of sentimental drivel into the great room's fireplace at Lythikos.
"You are meant for far greater things than some spare to a dukedom. Your parents intended you to sit and rule over people, not lower yourself for some lesser noble. You might as well dirty yourself with that commoner Constantine allows to live in the palace with his sons. That's closer to Maxwell Beaumont's level in society." Lucretia narrowed her eyes at her niece. "Besides, love makes one weak. It makes a fool out of people. We Nevrakis are never fools. Do you understand?"
Olivia nodded, watching as the poem began to burn along the edges.
"Good." Her aunt rang for one of the servants to have her car brought around and her bags taken. "I expect to never see anything like this in your room again."
Without so much as a farewell, Lucretia swept out of the room.
Once the door was shut, Olivia dashed over to the fireplace and quickly pulled the crumpled papers out. She ignored the burns to her fingers as she quickly patted out the flames. She gently smoothed the wrinkles out as best she could.
She didn't quite understand why Maxwell had given her this. He always acted strange whenever it was July, saying and doing things to get her attention. She just chalked it up to him being simply Maxwell. She also didn't understand why her aunt acted like a noble born from a bloodline almost as impressive as her own was basically a pariah social wise.
All she did know was that she wanted to keep this poem. Nothing would ever come from it, but it was still something that somehow held a great deal of importance to her. She felt almost a sense of pride for being the first girl amongst her peers to receive a love poem from a not so secret admirer.
She'd keep it hidden for herself as a trophy of sorts. There was no reason anyone should ever know just how important it was to her.
Or that she liked it.
****************
Olivia found herself rereading Maxwell's old love letter once more. Her lips curved somewhat as she came to the part where he described her hair as a crown of flames that put the beauty of a setting sun to shame. Shaking her head over such foolishness, she slipped it back in her jewelry case.
She'd gotten used to his overly dramatic professions of love. It at first embarrassed her, but as she grew older she simply took it for what it was: Maxwell saw her attributes and couldn't help himself. Olivia knew what others admired about her. She knew her worth and what her greatest assets were: her sharp mind and her striking good looks.
Why stop the compliments when it was simply the truth?
She noticed the time and quickly finished getting ready. Once her mask was firmly in place, she smiled at her reflection.
There is no way Liam will be able to even think of choosing someone over me.
***************
The ballroom was packed with nobles and dignitaries from around the globe. Olivia eyed some of her competition with an amused smile.
It's almost too easy. There's no way these other ladies can possibly compete with me.
Her attention snapped to the door when she heard Maxwell's name announced. Her amused smile slowly fell when another name was mentioned tied to House Beaumont.
Who in the hell is Riley Brooks? And why is Maxwell practically doting upon her?
Olivia meandered through the crowd, keeping the pair within her sights. It was strange that Maxwell had not looked around for a glimpse of her. He always sought her out at these types of events. She'd humor him for a while with conversation and a dance or two. He wasn't a bad sort and she probably was more fond of him than she would ever let on.
But he wasn't acting normal. His dimpled smile was directed only on this mystery woman. He was unusually calm. There was no thrumming with the excitement he typically had for a party. He didn't laugh. He hadn't even made a move to get out on the dance floor nor was he sneaking sweets from the nearby buffet.
Olivia despised change, especially in a man who up to this point behaved in a consistent, outrageous manner.
She also hated the unknown, an unknown who must be a suitor for Liam. Her prince.
Summoning a smile, she made her move once this Riley was talking to Drake.
"Will you excuse us," Olivia said in a syrupy tone that made Drake's eyes widen with shock, "but I must have a word with Lady Riley."
She grasped the other woman's arm and practically dragged her away.
"Hey!" Riley wrenched her arm free.
"You're new here." Olivia somehow managed to remain pleasant.
Her gaze swept down the woman's red clad figure. It lingered on the well placed horns.
She really is a devil, Olivia thought. Who else would have the unmitigated gall to wear my color?!
A devious smile curled Olivia's lips.
"Have you met the king yet?" She asked.
Riley shook her head. "No. Maxwell said he would go talk to him first."
"He did, hmm?" Olivia felt an unusual amount of anger flood through her in hearing that. "Let me give you some advice, since you're clearly not a Cordonian."
Riley only quirked an eyebrow in response. If Olivia was already not so set against her, she'd have admitted she was impressed with Riley keeping her cool.
"When you greet the king, remember to kiss his shoe."
Riley blinked. "Kiss his what?"
"Shoe." Olivia replied. "It is customary for all in attendance to pay homage to our king. We being so far below our monarch," her dispassionate gaze swept over Riley once more, "some more so than others, we all must prostrate ourselves before him."
"I see." Riley mumbled, eyes narrowing somewhat in thought.
Olivia noticed Maxwell approaching. She met his eyes and felt a jolt to her system. It was an unusually guarded look in those ocean blue depths of those eyes of his. She couldn't quite tell what he was thinking.
Feeling a bit off kilter in not seeing the obvious adoration in his gaze, she excused herself from Riley. She glanced back to see Maxwell smiling once more at this interloper. He took her arm to lead her over to the line of nobles waiting to greet Liam and Constantine.
Olivia couldn't find a good enough vantage point inside the ballroom. She slipped outside into the courtyard and made her way over to a set of glass paned double doors that allowed her a perfect view of the dias on which Liam stood.
If there was one thing she always knew she could depend on, it was that Liam always did the right thing and that Maxwell was always doing his own thing.
She rather admired that quality in Maxwell. No matter what the consequences might be, he never hesitated in doing what he wanted. If he'd been a touch cruel and ruthless in his actions, she'd have thought that a Nevrakis might have at one time been with a Beaumont. But, his antics were innocent and almost always somewhat endearing.
What made him change?
She scanned the crowd for Bertrand. Was he the root cause of Maxwell's new behavior. When she didn't see that more serious minded duke anywhere, she settled her attention once more on Riley.
It has to be her that made him like this. When did it happen? How did they meet? What power does she really have over Maxwell?
And why does it look like she and Liam know each other?!
Olivia was practically seething. She briefly nodded to Kiara and Penelope when they joined her outside. Their conversation revolved around those in attendance and all the usual bits of gossip. Hana soon came outside to greet them.
She was one of the new women to enter their world. Olivia had investigated her the moment she was mentioned to be visiting Cordonia. She might be a possible contender for Liam. She'd been trained in everything and succeeded beyond what many of the ladies could do. She was gorgeous. She also seemed genuinely kind.
She's weak. Too weak. She won't be an asset to anyone, much less Liam.
If she'd known about Riley, she could have investigated her beforehand too. Now she'd have to go about it during the season.
Riley came outside, smiling brightly at them all, and settled between Hana and Penelope.
"Hello." She said to the others. "Everyone having a good time?"
"Of course." Hana replied, relaxing somewhat. "How did it go with meeting the king and Prince Liam?"
"Great." Riley sent a brief smug look towards Olivia. "Both were very happy to meet me."
Olivia humphed. "It looked like you and Liam already know one another."
"Funny how looks can be accurate." Riley quipped. "We've met before."
Olivia's eyes narrowed. Kiara and Penelope took their cues from her and also glared at this unknown entity.
"And where would someone like you possibly meet a prince?"
Riley shrugged with a smile. "The usual places."
"When?" Olivia snapped, irritated with getting nothing out of this woman.
"Once upon a time." Riley teased, thoroughly enjoying this conversation.
"Cute." Olivia bit out. "Regardless of your relationship with Liam, you don't stand much of a chance with him."
"And why is that?" Riley asked as if they were discussing the weather.
"Look around you. You are surrounded by noble ladies who possess the stature and knowledge one needs to reign over a country."
Olivia gestured towards Penelope and Kiara, explaining their lineage and talents.
"Even Hana has a better chance than you despite her broken engagement."
"Thanks?" Hana grumbled.
Seeing Riley still unfazed with the notion of competing with women so far out of her league, Olivia released her frustrations on Hana.
"You should be proud of yourself, Hana. I can't think of too many women who are brave enough to face everyone after such an embarrassing end to their engagement. I mean, to think that after being dumped by some minor earl that you could capture a future king is truly remarkable."
The tears filling Hana's eyes gave Olivia the reassurance she needed that she could still cut people down with her sharp tongue as well as she could with the dagger strapped to her leg.
Riley had somehow made her doubt that ability for a few seconds.
"Hana?" Riley reached out to comfort the distraught lady. "You don't have to listen to her."
"But she's right!" Tears began to fall down Hana's cheeks. "I should have never thought--"
Grasping her skirt, she fled back into the palace.
Riley whirled back towards Olivia.
"You," she hissed, "are a bitch!"
Olivia puffed up with pride.
Damn right I am.
"For what? Reminding her of her place in society?" She asked with a delighted smile.
Riley eyed Kiara and Penelope. "You're really okay with her talking like this?"
"Olivia's only speaking the truth." Kiara snapped.
Penelope added, "If anyone can't take it, then they don't belong here."
Riley glared at them. "I see."
"Do you?" Olivia needled.
"Oh, I definitely do." Riley replied. "Tell me, what makes you so far above the rest of us?"
Olivia began to explain her status as a duchess and why her chances were so great with Liam.
"He would be stuck with a friend like you." Riley taunted. "Good thing I'm here to save him from having to pick his princess from a bunch of children pretending to be so called ladies."
Before Olivia could respond to that, Riley went after Hana.
*****************
Later that night...
Olivia caught sight of Maxwell leaving a bedroom that must be Riley's. Determined to find out what was going on, she called out to him.
He paused mid-step and walked towards her.
"Good evening, your grace." He greeted politely. "Did you enjoy the ball?"
Olivia glared at him. "What's wrong with you?!"
He blinked. "Nothing. Why?"
"Because you're acting weird!" She snapped.
"I am?"
"Yes!" She hissed. "And I don't like it."
Maxwell's eyes drifted over her face.
"Why?" He asked.
"Why what?" She demanded.
"Why don't you like how I'm acting?" He reiterated. "I thought my behavior tonight was pretty appropriate for the most part."
"That's what I don't like! Since when have you ever acted like some proper, boring nobleman?" Olivia jabbed her finger into his chest with each word.
Her eyes widened when she finally noticed his suit. It was black and red...Lythikos colors. Had he chosen it on purpose for the Masquerade Ball or was it just a coincidence?
"You don't like proper, boring noblemen?" He asked, a hint of a grin forming upon his lips.
Her eyes lifted once more to his. She was not going to dwell on the fact that her colors suited him.
"Who does?!" She threw her hands up in frustration. "Did she make you do this?"
"Who?" He asked.
"That woman you brought tonight."
Maxwell put his hands in his pockets then propped his shoulder against Olivia's doorframe. He studied her about two heartbeats, then shook his head.
Olivia felt her frustrations quadruple. Maxwell was being unusually quiet for once in his life.
She hated it.
"Where did you find that woman?" She demanded.
"In New York." He replied.
"New York? When did you go to New York?!" She nearly screeched.
"Not too long ago."
Olivia groaned. He was giving her a headache with his evasive answers.
"Riley is House Beaumont's suitor." He told her.
"Yeah, I gathered that. And?" She prodded.
"And since this is her first time in Cordonia, I'm going to do my best to make her visit with us as pleasant as it can be." He explained.
Olivia took an involuntary step back.
"You like her, don't you?"
Maxwell nodded. "Of course I do. She's sweet and a lot of fun! Once you get to know her, you'll like her too."
His dimples deepened with his warm smile.
"Riley's really great." He added.
Olivia felt angrier than before she began this conversation.
He never says that about other women. I'M the only ONE he thinks is GREAT!
"I really need to go talk to Bertrand." He glanced down at his watch, completely oblivious to how upset he'd made her with his comments. "He just got to the palace."
Pushing away from her doorframe, Maxwell grinned once more at Olivia.
"See you around, Liv."
Olivia stood there in shock as he walked away without a backward glance.
