I think her blood would be too toxic for Astarion to consume safely đ
I don't typically participate in call-out posts, but this needs to be said. It's important that the fandom and Tumblr remain a safe space for everyone. And that includes calling people out when they're making it an unsafe space for people. In this Gale, it is the MLM Galemancers.
There is absolutely no reason for her to try and push her views onto others here or antagonise others. She's hypocritical because in her bio, she stresses that she doesn't like others imposing their views on her. Yet, here she is, imposing her views on others.
I'm getting better at calling bad behaviour out as, historically, I have tended to just ignore and move on. Bigots will continue with their bigotry unless we call them out on it.
It's also important to note that she started spewing hateful comments first. And is continuing to tag her homophobic views in the general BG3 tag for everyone to see. Not just on her personal blog.
Attention BG3 community
@fantasyfictionfables is a canon-denying bigot.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/1a7bca97e361bc7a76b1c32897121610/2ecbccbe895fd525-69/s640x960/d6cb21f35b912cb61ce122ee1f75f376e6da9716.jpg)
she actively antagonizes LGBT members of the community while simultaneously denying the reality of who Gale is as a character for her own fantasies. Block and isolate.
#meta#She blocked me after I made a post asking for people to use gender neutral pronouns when not referring to a specific Tav#As Tav can be any gender and Gale is Pan#It wasn't even directed at her at the time#I reckon she has internalised homophobia#That's if it's true that she's admitted she's Bi#It wouldn't surprise me that she's projecting and repeating the rhetoric she's been told herself#This doesn't excuse her behaviour#i also have a feeling that she's projecting her husband onto Gale to get around it being okay that she has a crush on a fictional character#If she is Bi I hope she can eventually accept it and find the support she needs because her behaviour is not healthy#She is quick to call anyone who disagrees with her mentally ill despite claiming to not care#I saw her state in a tag that she pity's us but really I think she's the one that needs to pitied#It's not healthy to get so worked up over a fictional character

Sora x Reader (1/2)
The Reader is gender neutral.
Spoils of SDRA2 and little bit spoils of DRA
In several parts since I can't post a big block at once
----------
Sora and you quickly became friends during the killing that dear Mikado Sannoji made with 4 other members of the organization named Void. Hajime sadistically and atrociously killed Yuri and got crushed, Emma killed Kokoro and then ended up in lint. Setsuka was killed and then dismembered by the Otonokoji twins and mister don't talk to me anymore just sent us a message asking to go see him in the dining hall. After saying he's a Void, he apologized on his knees, promising to be on your side.
You end up taking Sora somewhere else after everyone's separation: "What do you think? Can we really trust him? Sora looks at you then replies: "My opinion is divided, his hatred for the thing seems sincere but at the same time we can't trust him 100%, let's give him a little chance like Yoruko said. . "Are you in love with her?" Sora looks at you, surprised, then says, "No, not at all!" On the other hand, I love someone but he is not a tsundere! "You don't have a tsundere fetish?~" Sora stifles a laugh then says, "Looks like you're taking a cue from me, that's nice of you (your name), I hope I'll to be able to find my memories. " " Me too ! »
On this single positive note ends your stay in this massacre, Nikei manipulated Teruya to lock you up and then when everyone was finally able to escape, he made a small reduced group believe that Shinji Kasai was a traitor, a sixth void hidden by Mikado to ensure that Yuki Maeda the noodle of this trip kills him and gets executed but it is without counting on Sora who stabs Shinji with Nikei's hand so that after the fireman commits suicide. There everyone is furious with Nikei.
ââŠ. Nikei Yomiuri, do you think the worst trash can change if she really tries? That forgiveness exists regardless of resentment and past actions? I don't give a fuck that Sora used your "precious" hand to save his noodle friend. I don't give a fuck that you have too great an inferiority complex that makes you think superior to others and forces you to hurt others. I totally don't give a shit about any of this. To me, you did totally unforgivable things by manipulating an innocent to your advantage and causing the death of an innocent just to kill another innocent. Otori was innocent and you made him look like a psychopathic kidnapper and gun-loving monster, Kasai was also innocent and you painted him as a traitor and Maeda was also innocent and you totally destroyed him mentally and psychologically. If your ''master Utsuro'' comes any faster, it will be your fault and yours alone so go ahead and shoot me, I really don't give a fuck about any of this, you and the Voids ruined my life as well as the lives of all those who participated in this disgusting game. Even if Miss Kanade deserves to go to jail or hellâŠâ you are definitely tired of this whole situation. The little journalist ends up shooting and takes the just karma by having his right hand completely exploded, which makes Mikado laugh.
Nikei ends up being brutally executed and the brain forces us to go to the fifth island, the atmosphere is very bad. Shobai doesn't care at all, Yoruko resents Sora, Yuki totally freaked out, Iroha is totally weird, Teruya is still weird and Sora seems to be angry with himself and avoids people for a while until that she invites us to her room.
" SOâŠ. If I understood correctly, you are Akane Taira. Sora: âYes, that's it. Master Utsuro saved me and the Voids with what is called the power of fortune; Divine Luck. Yoruko: "Please, can you stop calling him 'master'?" It reminds me of garbage. THANKS. So do you prefer Sora or Akane Taira? Sora: "Let's stay on Sora and sorry it's the habit." » Sora continues his discussion while Yuki is still unconscious.
It could have been fine until our little palm tree got killed and⊠The wheel read wrong?! " Are you kinding me ?! Who killed him?! Monocrow: "It's Mikado Sannoji the ultimate wizard⊠Preparing to execute everyoneâŠ" everyone in the room is shocked and angry then tries to grab everyone's hands before getting take away by force by the collar and the chain. You are in a bad position since you are going to be fried by a living volcano but when you were going into it. There was a bug and you wake up out of this simulation totally lost. âWhere am I? you end up seeing a redhead with glasses, the same as at the beginning: âRei? Rei: âHello again, my god there are only 4 left and Otori is deadâŠ. "What 4?" B-butâŠ. Sora?! Uh? you end up seeing his sleeping body. Rei: âAkane TairaâŠ. âSora is Akane TairaâŠWho is that man in the wheelchair, heâs freaking me outâŠâ Rei: âItâs Tsurugi Kinjo, the ultimate former police officerâ ââŠ. Otori spoke lightly about himself. Tsurugi is still staring at you: ââŠ. Otori talked about me? Syobai: "âŠ..I wouldn't do something like that again, Headmaster." I betrayed my client Mikado just for money. Rei: âWhat is he doing there anyway?! "âŠHe disappeared after groping Sora." Syobai: "Wow calm (your name), I just wanted to check something with your girlfriend~" "She's not my girlfriend, shut up Trashimoto!" While we were suffering from general execution, what were you doing?! Rei: âA general execution?! "Yes⊠The mastermind killed Otori and made Nijiue look like the culprit." We all got screwed until there was a bug in the program that saved us allâŠâ Tsurugi: ââŠ. âOtori thought you were still alive and there after that jerk burned you on the spot, itâs kind of weird to see you again since we all thought you were deadâŠ. He mentioned the name Kinjo twice when he freaked out while Yomiuri totally manipulated him from A to Z. Once thanking him for his teachings and the other time saying he was going to dieâŠ. Tsurugi: ââŠ. He is not wrong, his death is a sacrifice for the futureâŠ. He had to die! We are active. So let us take care of this matter. » âŠ. You end up giving him a huge slap in the face, really pissed off by what he did for Teruya and for the other dead comrades. "It's your fault that everyone died!" you will brutally strangle him. Syobai: "I wouldn't want to disturb this touching scene but Yuki Maeda is not there, only Yoruko Kabuya, Iroha Nijiue and (your name) (your first name) are alive. Rei: âWhat?! » « Sora is in the capsule⊠Logically she will wake up, right? Keisuke: âNo⊠Akane Taira died a long time ago, to be more precise only her body is alive but her brain is not working anymore. âWHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT ?! How can she be connected if her brain is dead?! Keisuke: "That's something we can't explainâŠ" "What the fuck? Who have I been talking to all this time?!âŠ" Keisuke: "âŠYou wouldn't be close to Akane Taira, would you? Do you have any idea of all the evil and crimes she has committed? "âŠ" Keisuke: "No, you mustn't get the idea." Miss Kabuya, sorry to tell you this after saving you but you are under arrest for working in a bar illegally! »

Christmas Shopping War
Bucky Barnes x Gender Neutral Reader
Fluff
Sorry I've been inactive. I've been on vacation.
Post-Endgame, but everyone is alive. You and Bucky go to the mall to buy everyone Christmas presents.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
âCome on!â you said, pulling open the shades in Buckyâs room. âWe have a busy day.â
Bucky groaned, pulling a pillow over his head, trying to block the light. âWhy?â he asked, muffled by the pillow.Â
âLetâs go!â You pulled the blankets off his bed, exposing him to the cold air.Â
âCome on, Y/N. Itâs too early for this.â
âWeâre already late. We are going to the Garden State Plaza on the last weekend before Christmas. Itâs gonna be packed.â
âWhy are we driving to Jersey for this?â
âBecause itâs the best mall there isâŠand Tony gave me his credit card, so we need to use it before he asks for it back,â you said sheepishly.Â
âWhyâd he give it to you?â he asked, the pillow still shielding his face from the light.Â
âStop trying to distract me!â You wrestled the pillow out of his hands, forcing him to open his eyes.Â
âYouâre already dressed?!â he asked, astonished. âItâs 6 in the morning.â
âIâm not joking about this. We have to leave soon if we want to get there before it opens.â
âDid I ever tell you how hot you look in the mornings?â Bucky asked, pulling you into a kiss. He tried to pull you down on the bed, but you pulled off of him.Â
âNo distractions! We leave in thirty minutes,â you told him, walking out of his room.Â
âIs there an accident or something?â Bucky asked, honking the car horn at some car that tried to cut him off. You were in almost-standstill traffic on the highway in New Jersey.Â
âNope,â you tell him, smirking.Â
âThis canât be just because of the mall. There has to be something blocking the road.â
âMaybe we would've beat this if you werenât so slow.â
âYou usually sleep until 10! I didnât think you would actually be ready by six thirty.â
âWhatever.â
âWho are we getting gifts for?â
âEveryone,â you told him.Â
âEveryone?â
âYeah. They have everything here. Does anyone want an espresso machine? Thereâs a whole store here that sells just espresso machines.â
âWhy?â
âBecause itâs cool. Look over there.â You pointed to a giant blue building. âThatâs an IKEA.â
âAll of that?! Who needs that much furniture?â
âNo one. Thatâs why itâs so fun.â
âShopping is not fun.â
âThen you have a very long day ahead of you.â
After what seemed like an hour of waiting, you finally made it into the mall. The white entrance hall was packed with people. Hundreds of kids screamed as their parents dragged them into another store they didnât want to go into.Â
âIf you see something, grab it. Itâs better to put it back than lose it to some petty middle-aged woman,â you told him.Â
âWeâre just shopping. I think you can let the lady have it,â Bucky said.
âThis isnât shopping. This is war.â
âYou know that youâve been in an actual war before, right?â
âEvery middle-aged woman here is like Thanos but ten times more ruthless. They will play dirty.â
âI can handle a bunch of moms and grandmas,â Bucky said, chuckling.Â
âNo, you canât. They are pure evil.â
You dragged Bucky all around the mall. Every new store was met with a groan from Bucky as he âbrowsedâ the shops.Â
âOoh. Look,â you said, pointing to a mannequin in the window. She wore a gorgeous dark blue top. âI think Nat would like that.â
âSure,â Bucky said, barely looking at it. He followed me into the store, lugging five shopping bags through the sea of people.Â
âDo you know where that top is?â you asked a staff member, gesturing to the mannequin.
âWe have a few over there,â she said, pointing to a rack across the store. You spotted an older woman looking through the clothes on the rack.Â
âGo! Go!â you ordered Bucky. You raced against the woman, your hand landing on the hanger as she was about to take it off the rack.Â
âExcuse me, dear. I was going to take this,â the woman said. Her voice was sweet, but you could tell that she was fighting to not shout at you.Â
âSo was I,â you replied, copying the womanâs passive-aggressive sweetness.Â
âI want to get it for my granddaughter.â
âIâm gonna give it to my friend.â
âI got it first. Itâs mine.â
âI got here a second after you.â
âSecond doesnât cut it sometimes.â
âGive me it!â you shouted.Â
âItâs mine!â She tugged harshly on the top, ripping it out of your hands. She, purposely, stumbled sideways, slamming into Bucky.Â
âBitch!â You tried to grab the dress, but the woman ran away. You tried to go after her, but Bucky grabbed onto your shoulder. âAre you okay?âÂ
Bucky let out a pained groan. âThe cornerâŠit hit meâŠthere.â
âThere?â you asked. He nodded.Â
You guided him out of the store, sitting him down at a Starbucks table.Â
âSorry.â
âItâs okay, Y/N.â
âDo you want ice or something?â
âIâm okay. Just give me a minute. Where to next?â
âLunch. I know this extraordinary place.â
You took Bucky through the crowds of people into Neiman Marcus. You led him up the escalator to the top floor. There wasnât a person in sight. The silence was welcome after navigating through the zoo of people downstairs. To the left, there was a small restaurant. It was almost completely white, differing greatly from the beige theme of the store. The restaurant was a dome that overlooked the parking lots.Â
âHello. Just the two of you?â the waiter asked. You nodded, and he took you and Bucky to a small table by the window.Â
It was snowing outside. The sky was light gray and cloudy. You both watched as the cars piled up on the highway and the parking lot.Â
âThose are the losers that sleep until 10,â you told him, smiling.Â
âAlthough every moment wasnât perfect, today was fun,â Bucky said, placing his hand on yours.Â
âWas? Weâre only about halfway done with this trip.â You smiled and watched as his face dropped.Â

His favorite little farmer// Bull!hybrid Shigaraki x Reader
-> You work as a care keeper in a farm specializing in caws and bulls hybrids. You love all of them but you just canât help but caring a little bit more for your little Tomura, who in your eyes look so helpless. What you donât know is that youâre not the only one having not so professional thoughts. So what happened when your favorite hybrid tells you he wants a mate.
Tags: Lot of smut and itâs intense. Bull hybrid Shigaraki. Mention of mating, of knotting. Anal, milking, prostate stimulation, use of toys, sub Shigaraki. Lot of cum. Dacryphylia. Jealous reader and possessive Tomura. Lot of fluff, they just love each other very much. Reader is gender neutral.
Iâve red @hanji-is-life post on bull Bakugou and Deku and I just got a huge brain rot :((
Shigaraki could spend hours just looking at you. From his stable, he loved watching you work, you were so pretty. You were working so hard in the farm, always carrying something and taking good care of the cows. He loved you so much, and that meant a lot because you were the only farm keeper that he allowed to get close to him. None of the others could approach him without getting nasty bites and all. Every bull had their favorite keeper. Bakugou, Kirishima and even Midoriya had their favorite but in the end they all took turn to take care of the bulls. But not you. You were his one and only. No one was mad at him for that, not even you. They all understood. He wasnât like the others, as he arrived in the farm in a pitiful shape. He was deadly skinny, hurt, and traumatized, unable to let a human near him. Mistreatments towards hybrid were current even more in farms. But farms like he was right now was the proof that it was possible to met good people. You had been the one to take care of him when he arrived, you fed him, washed him, made sure he wasnât cold. You even slept in the stale next to him to make sure he was okay during the night. Slowly he had warm up to you, as he was becoming a bit more healthy every day. He was still not the biggest bull of the farm but he looked so much better. All because you took care of him. And you were so understanding, taking his defense and never pressuring him into having interaction with others. The only person he needed was you anyway.
âHi Tomu, how are you today?
-Iâm fine... And you?
-I am doing great! The weather is perfect today!â
He smiled slightly, so happy you were here with him.
âDo you want to go outside for a bit? Iâll clean your stable as you go outside.
-Canât I just stay here with you?
-Tomu, you need to go outside a bit.â
But he really wanted to stay with you. He knew you needed space to work and that heâll be able to see you soon but he couldnât help it.
âIf youâre nice after youâre time outside Iâll groom you!â
He finally nodded, excited to come back so you can take care of him. You lead him to the outside field, choosing one that was empty, knowing he preferred to be alone. You waved at him goodbye, your hand brushing his shoulder. His ears fluttered and he blushed slightly. He watched you go back inside, noticing how your hips sway from right to left. He couldnât take his eyes away from your ass until you disappeared behind a wall.
âSo you gonna do something about that little farmer or?â
He turned around seeing Bakugou, Midoriya, and Kirishima, in the field next to his. He looked at the wood barrier that separated them from him.
âI donât know what youâre talking about.
-Oh so she isnât yours? Youâre not interested?
-I didnât say thatâ, he said firmly.
Of course you were his.
âBakugou is right Shigaraki, look it worked out for us! I have no idea how, but somehow it worked out.
-Itâs literally so easy for you, she is basically caring about you all the time.
Yeah! She is your personal keeper!â
He couldnât deny the fact that he wanted you. So bad it sometimes kept him awake at night. Even more when he was seeing how the others all had their little mate for themselves. He was even more jealous when the rut season was coming in and that they all had their personal keeper to take care of it. That was maybe because they all were part of the breeder program. Maybe if he agreed to it, you would let him breed you. Just thinking about made him excited.
âYou know how some of us had to battled to get them to let us claim them like that. Bakugou literally had to fight.
-Hey!
-Itâs true, they had to put you in an isolated stable just because of it.
-He was in time out. Just like a little kid.
Do you want to die?â
Shigaraki stopped listening. But they were right. He needed to act up.
âOi Tomu! Ready to go back ?â He turned toward your voice, to see you wave at him. He ran toward you, ready to go back.
âGuys, do yâall want to go back inside ?
-No thanks Y/n!
-Ok, be nice thenâ
You walked in front of him, and he realized how much you were swinging your hips. Maybe he was just noticing it now? Or maybe you were doing it on purpose? What if you were gonna go into heat soon?! No, humans did not have heat. Not that he knew about. He came back to a clean stable, a lot of food, and he even saw a few treats that were not supposed to be here.
âShhh, donât say anything. I donât need to be accused of doing favoritism.â
He chuckled, getting ready for the grooming session. He couldnât wait. And god he did not regret anything. Your gentle fingers were playing in his fur, detangling everything, you even braided the hair on his head , taking them away from his face. It felt so good. You applied the cream he needed for his skin condition around his eyes, smiling proudly. Your dropped to your knees in front of him suddenly, your face inches of his crotch. You were just checking his hooves, but fuck, he could feel himself get hard. It didnât help that you started touching his thighs, squeezing them amazed.
âYou become so strong Tomu, look at youâ
Yeah he had become strong, for you, so you could be proud of him and proud to be his mate.
âY/n?
-Yes?
-I would like to become a breeder.â
You stopped your movement, staying silent.
âY/n?
-Y-eah sorry. Hm of course you can. Itâs normal. You need a mate after all.â
Ah. There has been a misunderstanding.
âI have to go. Iâll let you know when weâll start the program okay?â
You almost ran out of the stable, leaving him alone and sad. Fuck, why didnât he simply told you he needed you. He didnât need a mate, he needed you to be his mate. He felt like breaking the door and running after you. Maybe he should have followed Bakugouâs method and just tell you right up that he needed to knot you. No definitely no... He really hoped he didnât made you sad, or that you were mad at him. It would kill him.
Your heart was clenching in your chest. What was even that pain? Why did you felt like someone had stabbed you. It was stupid, you knew that day would come. It was selfish of you to react like this. It was in his nature, he needed a mate. You already had blocked him enough. You still cried under the shower this same night. The next day you found yourself talking with your colleagues about it. Most of the bull who were used for reproduction, didnât have any contacts with the cows. They often were violent and cows were too precious for this. But the softer ones had the chance to chose a mate and actually have a physical relationship with them. That would probably be the case for Shigaraki you thought. You needed to ask him what he thought of it. You arrived at his stable, surprised not to see him look at you. He was always up at this hour normally. You called his name, but he didnât answer. Worried you opened his stable, just to find him laying down on the hay.
âTomura is everything okay?â
You looked around, noticing he had not eat any of the thing you had gave him yesterday. Worried you kneeled next to him, touching his shoulder gently. He did not react, but you still heated a little noise. A sob.
âTomu, love, tell me whatâs wrong, please Iâm so worried...â
He turned around a bit and you could see he had cried, his pretty red eyes puffy. You even noticed how his neck and under eyes seemed to be red, like he scratched it.
âIâm sorry Y/n. I made you sad.
-No, Tomu, you didnât. What are you talking about.
-Yesterday. You left upset with me. I hate it. I canât live with you being upset.
-I was not upset baby. Itâs all my fault. I was selfish by reacting like this. But itâs totally normal to want a mate. Tomu, baby, you donât have to care about me.
-But I donât want a cow, I want you.
-What?â
He sat down, looking at you in the eyes.
âIf I told you I wanted to be a part of the program it just because I wanted you to help me. Like the others are doing. I donât want to breed anyone. Just you.â
Your heart was going to explode. He wanted you, you thought. You heart was swelling from happiness.
âY/n, donât cry pleaseâ he cried out panicking.
âNo baby itâs fine. Iâm just happy. Fuck, I would love to help you.â
He took you in his arms, almost tackling you to the ground. All you could hear was little âdonât cryâ coming from him.
You ended up leaving him alone, as you still made sure he was eating correctly. He suddenly seemed way more relaxed, even though you could see a deep blush on his cheeks. His little ears were fluttering and his tail was moving from right to left excitedly. You busied yourself all day, not seeing Shigaraki much. Bakugo and Midoriya had break into a fight and you and an other helper had to take them away from each other. Midoriya told you that his rut was going to come soon and that he couldnât stand when Bakugou came too close from one of your colleagues. The worst was that Bakugou had no interest in them, he had his own favorite keeper, he just liked to mess with Deku. You decided that those two wonât be having any contacts until their rut had passed. You reassured Deku that his s/o was fine and that theyâll come see him soon. You put him in a stable far away from the others, where he would be in a calm environment. You finally finished your day way later than usual. You were exhausted and felt like you needed a thousand showers. But you still decided to go and see how Shigaraki was doing before going to sleep. When you arrived he was already looking for you, his eyes shining as he saw you getting closer.
âOi Y/n! You look tired .... What happened
- We had to separate Midoriya and Bakugou earlier, they are going into rut. So I had a lot of work. It was a long day.â
You saw him look at you with more attention, his eyebrows knitted tightly. He looked a bit mad when he approached his head from you, his little nose pressed against your neck, you jolt in surprise when you felt the metal of his septum piercing against your neck.
âYou smell like him....
-Like who?
-Deku...
-Well I worked with him so...
-I donât like it. Normally you smell more like me...â
He never acted territorial toward you before. Maybe it was because of your new arrangement. You would need to talk to him about it, even if you new it was probably useless. None of the other bulls had been reasonable till now. You doubted he would be an exception. You finally left him, promising him to take a shower as soon as you were home and to come back the day after smelling all clean. Youâve never been that happy to leave in the house near the farm. A bunch of other keepers had decided to leave here together as it was cheaper and so close from work. You took a shower like promised and ate something before going to bed. Before going to sleep, you decided to do a bit of research. You knew how breeding worked. You had to supervise the thing a few time which had mortified you at first. Now you learned how to get detached and let the hybrids do their things while you were working somewhere else. But the âmilkingâ part of the process kinda made you worried. You never had that much intimacy with an hybrid. You knew some of your colleagues had and that they even went further than just the milking. There was nothing wrong with that. It was actually pretty common between hybrids and humans. But you were a shy person, in that area at least. Thinking about just touching Shigaraki like that made a wave of arousal travel through your body. You didnât know if you were supposed to feel like this. Maybe he wasnât asking for this. He just wanted you to do this as a professional. And you were here, thinking about it as if you were talking about your boyfriend. After re reading the method a few time, the last thing you wanted was to hurt him in some way, you went to sleep, head full of a certain hybrid.
Shigaraki slept way better than the night before, but he was still annoyed about the smell situation. Maybe he should start senting you. After all you were his. He knew he was starting to get into his rut too. Soon every bull around here would be in the same situation. It was spring so it was expected. But this time he would spend it with you and fuck he couldnât help but be happy about it. He woke a bit early so he would clean his stable, he didnât want to make it look messy for when youâll come. He knew it was ridiculous but he couldnât help it. He even cleaned himself, making sure nothing was caught in his fur. He felt suddenly so hot, he couldnât wait for you to come. Maybe it was the general tension in the air. Knowing that there was other bull in rut around here. It made him crazy. Why couldnât you just hurry? Maybe you werenât even gonna do anything today. What if he got his hopes up and you werenât planning on doing anything today? He looked at how hard he was becoming, kinda embarrassed.
âHey Tomu!â
He jumped at the sound of your voice. You looked so pretty today. You looked pretty every day but he couldnât point his finger on what made you look so beautiful today. Maybe it was the way you styled your hair, the makeup you wore when you usually didnât.
âSorry I didnât mean to scare you. Didnât you hear me come your way?â You chuckled.
He had to have you, he thought.
âSo Tomu, I wanted to ask you when you wanted to start the breeding program. Bakugou and Midoriya are already in rut, normally yours start soon after, doesnât it?
-Itâs starting I think...â
His voice was quiet and you could see the blush on his cheeks and how he seemed more tense than usual.
âOh okay... Iâm gonna take your temperature and Iâll see from there.â
You placed the little tube on his tongue, waiting a minute before looking back. Yeah he was definitely entering his rut.
â Ok Tomu, Iâm gonna get ready and Iâll be back. We should wait till youâre completely in heat to start. Do you need me to explain how the procedure work?â
You were speaking so much words and he wasnât even listening to them. He could only concentrate on your face, watching your lips move. He took a deep breath and he could smell you. So strong. You smelled so good.
âDonât leave now, fuck, I need youâ
You seemed conflicted for a bit.
âOk Iâll be back in a minute, I swear itâll be quick but I need to get somethingâ
You didnât let him answer as you were already leaving. He was gonna die if you didnât come back quickly. None of his rut had been that hard on him before. It generally was longer than it was intense and it took a all day to settle down. But today his entire body was on fire and he was already so hard. You ran as fast as you could toward the office. You had let everything you needed there. You never grabbed a bag so fast, the other hybrids were looking at you weirdly when they saw you running through the farm. You came back to Tomuraâs stable finding him on his knees, his cock in his hand .
âY/n... fuck pleaseâ
He looked so gorgeous. His cock was an angry red, leaking precum like crazy. You dropped to your knees, next to him trying to comfort him a bit. You needed to get him in position so you could prep him, but he didnât look like he wanted to move. He couldnât stop pumping his length, not being able to cum.
âOk I need you to get on your knees baby, you can do this for me?â
He whined but still did what you told him. He was arching his back, his cute little ears were flat against his hair. His tail was swiping in the air almost hitting you. You took the bottle of lube, squirting some on your gloved hands. He was too far gone to see anything at this point but you still wanted him to know what was going to happen. You lubbed the the upper part of what looked like a suction cup, making sure the milking tool wonât hurt him. You touch his shoulder making him look at you. You almost moan when you saw his red cheeks, teary eyes, drool almost dripping out of his mouth.
âIâm gonna put this on you baby, are you ready?
-No I want you. Not that please Y/n!
-This first, I promise Iâm gonna touch you, Iâll make you feel really good.â
He didnât say anything, you were already grabbing him in your hand. He was so heavy, throbbing against your palm. Fuck he would feel so good inside you. You stroked him a few times not being able to resist seeing him cry and buck his hips in your hand. You placed the lubbed part against his tip, his eyes falling on your hand.
âWhat is it?â He asked his voice quiet.
âIt will help you... stay stimulated...Itâs the same process we used for the cowsâ
It indeed looked the devices that were used to milk the cows. You pushed it down his length, watching it get swallowed. You watched Tomura, watching his eyes rolled in his head, tongue out of his mouth. Fuck you wish that was you. You wish you were the one making him feel this good.
âOk baby, now Iâm gonna touch you ok?
-Yes more !â
He threw his ass in the air, his hooves hitting the ground hard. You touched his fur, silky against your palm. Your hand caress the curve of his ass, gently spreading his cheeks.
âY/n!
-Yes?
-W- why are you touching me there?
He didnât had the time to answer before you push one finger inside. He gasped, throwing his head back.
« Y/n ! F-fuck »
You forgot everything when you saw him starting to rock his hips, your finger getting deeper inside him. You slowly put another finger in, his flesh already so tender you did not met any resistance. You crooked you fingers inside, your finger tips digging into his fleshâ hitting his sweet spot hard. He screamed, arching his back cumming so hard it made his entire body shake. He kept cumming as you didnât stop moving your fingers.
« More! Please more! »
You added a new finger, the third one stretching him wide.
« Fuck, Tomura, you came so hard youâre so good. Your little hole is swallowing my fingers »
He moaned, clenching more and you looked at the tube seeing more and more cum dripping inside.
« Iâm gonna milk you hard love, youâre so pretty like this fuck »
The words were just coming out of your mouth shamelessly at this point. You knew it was not professional, but you couldnât help it. He was driving you crazy, his pretty face was flushed, his eyes full of tears, lips bitten red and all wet with drool.
« I canât stop! It feels too good, canât stop- »
His voice was broken, and he was trusting his hips, making harder and harder for you to hold him down.
« I want to be inside you, please Y/n! Please! I want to cum inside- »
You wanted that to, so bad, but you knew you couldnât right now.
« A little more love »
He was shaking from all his limbs. Your fingers started to get tired from all this, but with a final twist of your wrist, you pressed three fingers hard against his flesh, making him collapsed from pleasure.
« Too much, it hurts, please »
He was shaking on the ground, his eyes rolling in the back of his head. You stopped the movement with your fingers. You let him go of the equipment, finally freeing his cock. You looked at the machine, impressed by the amount of cum.
« Tomu are you okay? »
He nodded slowly, smiling as he felt your hand on his hair.
âIt still feels good...
-I didnât hurt you right?
-No...â
You took him in you arms, laying in the hay with him, murmuring in his ear how much you loved him. He looked so vulnerable right now, but here he was, his face pressed against your chest, breathing calmly. You kissed the top of his head, smiling as well.
âI love you, my mateâ he said, pressing his lips against his neck.
âI love you too.â
You looked down at him, seeing his eyes closed, his breathing study. You needed to take the material back and to start cleaning, but you felt so good right now. Maybe it could wait a little bit more.

the language of love
â§Â summary: mondstadt boys (diluc, kaeya, albedo, & venti) and their love languages.
â§Â warnings: mention of death & depression in Ventiâs. gender neutral reader!
â§Â a/n: my first headcanon post! itâs p cute, me thinks :D <3 hope you all like it!!
Love Language: gift giving
â§Â Diluc was a mysterious man. Though you two were an item for a long while now, you were still finding out new things about him every day.
â§Â In the last week, you found out that when he piles up his parchment, he preferred it the be placed longways, rather than vertical, on the edge of his desk, and that he disliked white grape juice, but loved red grape juice.
â§Â Today, which was valentineâs day, you learned that Diluc, though clueless on what to get most of the time, loved buying gifts.
â§Â It was a sacred form of love to him, buying someone a gift. He only ever did it to people he really loved.
He stared at you silently in subdued anticipation. He spent a month searching for the perfect gift, getting council from various shopkeepers and friends, always thinking Maybe thereâs something better. Diluc knew, deep down, that you would be happy with anything. You were always so gracious, never expecting anything and always being thankful for the small gifts Diluc would sometimes give you. He trusted that you understood that he was not the best at voicing his feelings, but that he felt he could properly show his love and feel loved in return when giving you gifts.
Tearing into the red wrapping paper (Lisa and Klee wrapped it for him!), you let out a small gasp at seeing the gift he bought for you.
The Shared Experience: A Poetry Collection was a collection you had your eyes on for a while. Diluc, not being one for flowery language like that, even found himself taken with the compilation with poetry from all over Teyvat. Somehow, these poets from Fontaine, Natlan, and the likes, had managed to put into words what he wished he could say to you.
It was the perfect Valentineâs present, which was only to be expected from Diluc, who used gifts to show his love.
Love language: words of affirmation
â§Â Unlike his brother, Kaeya probably spent 80% of his time telling you how much he loved you, how pretty you were, and how lucky you were to have such a handsome boyfriend.
â§Â (The last one always earned him a gentle fist to the arm and a groan of half-hearted disagreement from you. Totally worth it everytime. Youâre so cute.)
â§Â He holds you in such high regard, thinking youâre the better half of him.
â§Â He fell in love with you because you brought out the best in him.
⧠You were always there to make him feel better when the stress of being a Knight got to him. Tonight was, sadly, one of those instances.
âY/N?â His sweetened voice, which always seemed to lift your spirits, had an exhausted tone to it. And, considering how much he liked to talk, especially to you, you were able to pick up on this immediately.
âKaeya? Are you okay?â
He didnât say anything, instead just sitting beside you on your couch and laying his head in your lap, completely blocking your view of the book you were previously reading. Of course, you didnât mind, though. Youâd rather spend time with Kaeya anyway.
Truthfully, you had a feeling that something like this was coming. Heâd been particularly busy during the week with hardly enough time to spend leisurely.
âYou work so hardâŠâ You sighed, running your fingers through his dark hair. You could feel his shoulders relax against your legs immediately as he laid in silence. âIâm so proud of all you do for Mondstadt. You are a true hero. Iâm so lucky to call you mine.â
He didnât say anything â no smart remarks, no smirking or joking. He just laid there with his eyes staring up at you.
He loved you. So much.
Love language: physical touch
â§Â Frankly, it surprised you how often Albedo just wanted to be as close to you as possible.
â§Â Heâs reserved, you know, and he likes his space. PDA is certainly not his thing.
â§Â But⊠At home is different.
â§Â At home, he always requests to have your hand in his and he always wants to lay with you (though, this does conflict with his desire to work constantly.)
â§Â But the feeling of your skin on his was just so fascinating.
It was the temperature difference; he was sure of it.
The warmth of your body compared to his, which was always on the cold side, made his heart flutter with⊠Something. Love, he hypothesized it was.
Actually, maybe it was just the feeling of your skin â Your skin, which was just so soft; so smooth and comforting against his calloused fingertips (the downside of being an artist.)
Speaking of which, you were painting again. He encouraged you to tap into your artistic side, even lending you his painting equipment. Though, he failed to foresee the frustration that came with it.
âBedo⊠I canât do this.â You whined, putting down the paintbrush before rubbing your tired eyes.
âYou can. Here.â He came up from behind you, sliding his hands down your forearm until his hand encapsulated yours. He slowly lifted your hand, dragging the paintbrush in your grasp against the canvas. âTry doing small circles. It makes the texture look right.â
He didnât want to let go, but he did. Seeing the blush against your supple cheeks made him smile.
Whatever the reason, there was one thing he wouldnât question: His love for you.
Love language: acts of service
â§Â Itâs an unwritten rule of the Archons that you just donât fall in love with the people youâve sworn to protect.
⧠Venti knew it was foolish of him. You were a mortal, someone who would die  before he could even blink.
â§Â But he couldnât help but be enamored by you because, when his role as Archon became overwhelming, somehow you knew just what to do to help.
Stanley was in another fit of depression, Klee was moments away from accidentally burning down a building, and Anthony was in the fountain⊠again.
This week was just⊠A lot.
Venti wanted nothing more than to just sit underneath the Windrise tree with a bottle or two of wine and his lyre. He knew he had all eternity to do so, but after the week heâd had, he really needed to take a break.
You didnât know of Ventiâs⊠true nature yet. He knew it was wrong to keep it from you, but how was he to say âhey, you know Barbatos? Yeah, thatâs meâ without sounding crazy?
The thing was: He didnât need to tell you. Somehow, you just knew that he was going through a lot even without him saying so. And, still without your full understanding, you helped him in so many ways around Mondstadt on your good nature alone.
Today was exceptionally quiet, though. When you returned home and asked him how his day was, he could truthfully say that it was rather uneventful.
âWhat about you, Y/N?â
âOh! Today, I happened to run into Klee before she burned down the pier. Apparently, itâs the second time sheâs almost destroyed Mondstadt? I love her, but sheâs such trouble sometimes.â
Venti hid his shock easily, as it was soon replaced with admiration and thankfulness for you.
âItâs a good thing you were there, then.â He spoke.

Jon & Sasha Arson fic
Little fragment of an idea that never went anywhere. No reason for it. Just thought it would be funny. I was right. Rest under the cut.Â
Most people who were unlucky enough to meet Jonathan Sims assumed he had no friends.
This was true, up to a point two weeks after Jon became a researcher at the Magnus Institute: afterwards Jon had no friends, except for Sasha James.
Sasha James was attributable to arson.
Most people who were unlucky enough to meet Jonathan Sims assumed he had no friends.Â
This was true, up to a point two weeks after Jon became a researcher at the Magnus Institute: afterwards Jon had no friends, except for Sasha James.Â
*******
Sasha James was attributable to arson.
Arson was attributable to a bookshelf of Leitners, humming strange songs and spewing toxic energy into the air in rhythmic hissing motions. The Leitners were attributable to Artifact Storage, a testament to mankindâs hubris and a modern-day tower of Babel where a group of underpaid academics found themselves stress testing kevlar and fire suppression systems each day. Artifact Storage was attributable to the Magnus Institute, where Jon had managed to land a job after three months of desolate post-graduate unemployment. And the Magnus Institute was attributable to - well, probably Jonah Magnus, but Jon found that it was likely a bit of a reach to blame a long dead Regency gentleman for all of his problems.Â
Jon needed this job. London was expensive and so were funerals, and he couldnât keep living on life insurance forever. It was even a good job, with decent pay and the exact kind of limp, half-hearted academia that the private sector promised disillusioned English mastery holders. His coworkers were nice - well, Tim was nice, everybody else seemed to hate him for the same reason that everybody else hated him, likely intimidated by how smart he was - and the commute was short. He couldnât afford to lose this job. Spiritually, metaphysically, and literally.Â
Which was why he should stop staring at this piece of paper. The follow-up research to a statement given by some idiot unlucky enough to cross paths with what was certainly a Leitner.Â
âORIGINATION OF PHENOMENA ISOLATEDâ, the page read out professionally, yet chipperly, like a young woman in a new office job. âITEM QUARANTINED WITHIN ARTIFACT STORAGE (46B.1)â.Â
Hm.Â
Jon pushed down on the floor, rolling himself a meter to the left.
âSay, er, Mr. Stoker.â
Tim âIâm only four years older than you, please call me Timâ Stoker, who had been thumping away on his cheap plastic keyboard either writing up a report or messaging someone on one of those infernal casual sex websites, pulled down his headphones and blinked at Jon owlishly, before splitting his face into a grin. Jon could practically hear the David Attenborough-style narration within his mind: âAfter long weeks leaving out food for the wild Simothan, the feral yet gentle animal approaches the researcher of his own volition. A win for scientists everywhere.â
âYes, Jon?â Tim asked, in an uncanny yet hopefully unintentional RP drawl.Â
âWhatâs Artifact Storage?â
âGod, I wish I was you,â Tim said feelingly. But he nodded sagely anyway, milking his âwise senpaiâ thing for all it was worth. Jon could practically feel Tim calling himself a senpai. It was kind of embarrassing. âYou know the shady room locked deep within the basement that exudes a terrible aura of malice and hatred towards you specifically?â
âThe gender neutral bathroom?â Jon asked, confused.Â
âNo, the one that always smells somewhat of blood. You hear screams sometimes?â
âThe Archives!â
âYes, but no! Itâs Artifact Storage. If the researchers dig up any creepy shit from a statement, or if a statement giver brings in something that melts the metal detector, then we dump it in Artifact Storage and let those miserable fucks take care of it.â
âIs it more of a containment facility, or would you say that they conduct experiments?â
But Tim just shrugged. âMy source down there tells me that they do some experiments to justify their budget, but itâs mostly unscientific. Poke this and Iâll give you twenty quid, that kind of thing. They say that if you really want a sick day, all you have to do is touch a mysterious rock and whisper your motherâs name -â
âFantastic, thank you for your help, must go back to filling now,â Jon said quickly, skittering back to his own desk. He tried to distract himself from the terrifying thought of the basement full of supernatural nuclear bombs underneath his feet by trying to remember his motherâs name, but he was stuck on if it was Marjorie or Margaret. Mary Anne?
Maybe Timâs personal Meerkat Manor series of Jonâs life had paid off - Sims Shack? - more than Jon would like, because Tim squinted at Jon in an unsettlingly familiar way. As if he knew exactly what Jon was thinking about the literature of mass destruction, and he really wanted Jon to be thinking literally anything else.Â
âI wouldnât go down there if I were you, Jon,â Tim warned, sounding a little like a horror movie trailer. âBushy tailed college grads who go down there donât come out the same as they went in.â
âIâll take that under advisement, Mr. Stoker.â
âFor the love of christ call me Tim!â
It really was a pity - Jon had actually liked this job.Â
*******
It was remarkably easy to commit arson in central London.
Jon had done it once or twice. Three times, actually, although when you think about it arson was a criminal charge and only truly existed so long as someone was charged with it, so technically you could say that Jon had done arson zero times. In his defense, you try making it through Oxford without doing anything embarrassing. 90% of your time was in class or schoolwork and 10% of it was being hazed. At least Jon hadnât fucked any pigs.Â
Jon hit up the usual stores, and stashed the usual implements in his rucksack. It was a careful week after his conversation with Tim, as he couldnât afford for the older man to connect the dots. He made a show of going home at a timely five pm, startling everybody around him, and paced in a tight circle around his flat until he gave up and watched mindless telly until the clock struck midnight.Â
He took a cab to the park a few blocks down from the Institute, and walked the rest of the way. It was a cool, dim night in London, and the foot-traffic had slowed down to a steady trickle of young people in tight clothing. Jon pulled down his baseball cap on his head, fished a key out from his pocket given to him by a helpful and friendly janitor, and took a back entrance into the Institute.Â
Said helpful and friendly janitor, whose allegiance had been won because Jon was a ânice young ladâ and âI always wanted to burn down the place myself, Iâm happy to see the next generation give it a goâ had helpfully told Jon that there were no security cameras inside the Institute. A grievous oversight, but good luck for Jon tonight. He took the stairs down to the basement, zipping his jacket up tight against the inescapable chill, and pushed his hat further down his head as he navigated his way towards Artifact Storage.
He unlocked the door with the janitorâs key, hands shaking, and slipped inside into the dusky and unlit room.Â
It was pitch-black, and Jon quickly fished a torch out of his backpack. He flipped it on, letting it slowly scan the room. It was the lobby into Artifact Storage, familiar from his stake-out missions: you walked in, met the bored woman behind the desk, checked in or checked out what you wanted, and if you needed to go inside she would press the button that unlocked the heavy climate-controlled door and let you into the hallway inside. The only other door in the lobby was to the office of the Director of Artifact Storage, a terrifying short and squat woman with silver hair pulled into a bun.Â
Jon leaned over the counter and jammed the button, holding his breath until he heard the door click open. He quickly twisted the handle, swung the heavy door out, and slipped inside, taking care to grab one of the chairs in the lobby and prop it open. Quick escapes were necessary.Â
He was in.Â
The torch lit up a map taped up to the wall, and Jon squinted at it. Section A, Section B, Section C...he remembered the classification from the document he read a week ago, and slowly walked down the hallway until he found the heavy climate controlled door marked âSECTION Bâ. He carefully wrenched it open, taking care to grab a rolling cart and using it to prop the door open, before stepping inside. He fished the canister of gasoline and the lighter out of his backpack, giving the gasoline a good shake.Â
It was a library. Small, and instead of shelves there were long metal racks with filing boxes stretching long into the darkness, but Jon knew a library when he saw one. Each box had a clipboard attached to it, and most boxes had very large and terrifying stickers on them painted sickly yellow or dangerous red.Â
The only thing in the library that wasnât a filing rack was a battered and beat couch. And the only person in the room besides Jon was a woman, blinking up at Jon blearily from where she had been passed out on the couch.Â
âEr,â Jon said.Â
The woman sat up, squinting at Jonâs torchlight until he guiltily aimed it just to her left. She had a wild mane of curly brown hair, and was wearing a pencil skirt and ruffled burgundy blouse. A blazer was folded at one end of the couch, clearly being used as a pillow, and she looked strongly as if Jon had just woken her up from a very nice nap.Â
âWhuh,â the sleepy woman said.Â
âMy mistake,â Jon said, âthis isnât the loo. Go back to bed, this is - er, a very bad dream, goodnight.â
âWhutuhiseet,â the woman slurred.Â
âItâs - very late, go back to bed.â
âAlright,â the woman said, falling back on the couch. After a second, her snores echoed through the room again.Â
Jon very slowly crept backwards. Actually, on second thought, his mission could wait for tomorrow. Bit of a cock block, this, but that was alright -Â
âHey! Who are you!â
Jon, hand on the handle of the door, squeaked and turned around.Â
The woman was back up again, and this time she seemed actually awake. She was frowning mightily at Jon, and was already sliding off the couch in stocking feet to glare at him. Jon was aware that he did not look like an innocent person in these events. The gasoline did not help.
The womanâs eyes trailed to the gasoline, then widened. Jon ineffectually tried to hide it behind his back.Â
âYouâre trying to burn down Artifact Storage!â the woman accused, somewhat fairly.
âNot all of Artifact Storage,â Jon said guiltily, âjust the Leitners.â
The woman stared at him further, as if she was a special guest on Timâs Sims Shack nature documentary.Â
âWhy,â the woman said slowly, âwould you want to do that?â
Despite himself, Jon found himself puffing up in indignation. âTheyâre evil, nasty little books that shouldnât exist. Forget studying and - and containing them, we should be making sure no more of them ever disgrace the world again. We should be burning every one we see. Theyâre pure evil given literary form, they are a disgrace to books and libraries, and if I ever met Leitner myself I would beat him to death with a rusty pipe for subjecting me to his fucked up books.â
The woman stared at him.Â
Finally, she said, âIâm Sasha James. Want some help?â
âI - er, wouldnât that get you in trouble, Ms. James?âÂ
âI like this job but I hate Leitner and his fucked up books more,â Sasha said gravely.Â
Jon, having found a kindred spirit, held out the lighter.Â
Sasha James took it, a wide grin splitting her face.Â
*********
Jon didnât remember much else of that night.Â
There was definitely arson involved - or, seeing as they hadnât gotten caught, just some good old-fashioned fire starting. He had the sense that they had both been so giddy with adrenaline that they had immediately joined the raging uni students in the late night bars, toasting their success in toasting. There had probably been quite a bit of alcohol.
When he woke up the next morning, it was in his narrow and uncomfortable bed, face to face with an unfamiliar snoring woman. For a second, two, Jon was briefly convinced that he had done something so drastically out of character it meant that a fucked up book had body swapped him with Tim. Bodyswapping was more likely than him having casual sex.Â
Then Jon remembered the arson, and he exhaled in relief as his life made sense again.Â
âMs. James,â Jon whispered, poking her in the arm. She snuffled and muttered something. Jon poked her harder. âMs. James, we have work.â
Sasha turned around, turning her back to him and pulling up the blankets. âGo back to bed, Tim.â
Ti - oh god. Jon felt like he was in a CW drama. This was why he didnât interact with people, far too much likelihood that he would accidentally end up interacting with somebody who had sex.
âMs. James,â Jon hissed, extremely embarrassed, âyou have to get up!â
âMergh mergh fuck off,â Sasha James said.Â
Jon, like a true gentleman and hero, got up and made them both strong tea. He squinted at Sasha, recalling everything he knew about her (slept a lot, liked arson, hated Jurgen Leitner) before digging out some instant coffee and making some of that too. Finally, after shoving a hot cup of sludgey black liquid at the woman, she grabbed the cup and chugged it until she was able to sit up and open her eyes.Â
She blinked at Jon, who was already picking his hair in an attempt to get ready for work. He could clearly see the thoughts âyou arenât Timâ run through her brain. Hah! He could be the narrator of the nature documentary for once!
âUh,â Sasha James said, âIâm sorry, did weâŠ?â
âCommit arson? Yes.â Jon paused a beat. âBut as I donât believe we were caught, call it an indoor campfire.â
Sasha James drank more of her coffee. Jon grabbed his clothing and disappeared into the loo to get changed.Â
When he re-entered his bedroom, she snapped her fingers at him. âRight! We got pissed after! Good times, mate!â
âI have to assume,â Jon said politely. He was doing his very best to be very polite, because Jon knew he was rude and didnât want his new coworkers to know that until his probation period was over. Maybe he should have waited until after his probation period for the arson? Would it look bad on his annual review? âDo you need to borrow some clothing? I think weâre about the same size.â Oh, no, was that rude to say to a woman?
Sasha James squinted at him. âItâs like youâre not hungover at all. How old are you?â
âTwenty five?â Be polite, Jon! âAnd youâre...thirty seven?â
âIâm thirty one, asshole!â
Oh no. Women hated it when you called them old. âYou donât look a day over twenty seven!â Jon cried, panicked.Â
âHave you met a woman?â
âI had a grandmother?â
âIâm going back to bed,â Sasha James said.Â
Unfortunately, Jon knew that it would be very suspicious if they both skipped, so he forced Sasha into one of his suits that...looked much nicer on her than him, but whatever, and hustled them both to work. Now that the adrenaline had worn away and the sense of purpose in his holy mission had burned up with the cleansing flames, Jon found himself biting his nails in agony in the Underground.Â
They had to know. Someone must have caught them. Maybe there were secret CCTVs in the Institute. Maybe Sasha was going to rat him out - but she had helped, so wouldnât she just be ratting out herself? Was she a double agent? Mr. Bouchard was never going to forgive him, no matter how nice he was and how much he seemed to like Jon to the point where he rather wished someone had given him the âStranger Dangerâ speech as a child so he would know what to do. Jon was going to go to jail, or worse - get fired.Â
Sasha, cooly sipping her coffee and looking somewhat fly in sunglasses and his suit, did not seem disturbed by any of this. Jonâs rapidly spiralling panic attack must have been obvious, because she casually flicked a finger on his forehead. Jon yelped with pain.Â
âTake it easy, mate. If they catch us, Iâll just say that the books made us do it.â
Jon scowled at her, rubbing his smarting forehead. âThe books?â
âSure.â She waved her fingers spookily as the Underground rattled forward into the heart of London. âBrainwashed us to do their evil bidding of -â
âDestroying them?â
âThereâs a lot of arson Leitners,â Sasha James said sagely. âTrust me, this is just a normal day in Artifact Storage.â She clapped him reassuringly on the shoulder, and Jon fought a blush. âDonât worry. We performed a public service, kiddo. St. Peterâs gonna give us a medal when we get to the pearly gates.â
âIâm an adult,â Jon said, scandalized. He had gray hair!
âWell, I guess, but I donât know your name, soâŠâ
Jon squinted at her. She squinted at him back.Â
âYouâre thinking that if you donât give me your name I canât rat you out to the feds,â Sasha said flatly.Â
Jon pursed his lips.Â
Finally, he settled on, âYou donât rat me out to the feds and I wonât tell them that youâre in an illicit relationship with Mr. Stoker.â
âMr. - how did - what!â
âItâs Jonathan Sims,â Jon said gruffly, crossing his arms. He was slightly hungover and his nerve were jittery and he had set fire to his workplace the previous night, but somehow Jon thought that his heart was jackrabbiting in his chest for a different reason. Somehow Jon felt as if his heart couldnât stop thumping behind his sternum because Sasha James was staring at him, head cocked, as if he was a mystery she was interested in finding out. âThatâs my name.â
Sasha James stared at him, as if surprised, before her face broke into a wide and happy smile. Jon hunched his shoulders up, embarrassed, faintly aware he was blushing. âItâs nice to meet you, Jonathan!â Then she grabbed him by the collar, shaking him slightly. âAnd there is nothing illicit about me and Tim, and there is nothing between me and Tim at all, we are just friends, so get that out of your little head -â
The train rattled on towards the Magnus Institute, and towards the slight smell of smoke in the air.Â
*******
Sasha: are you coming 2 the pub w/us 2nite?
Sasha: come onnn you should comeee donât feel awkwarddddÂ
Sasha: I know you hate a) group settings b) drunk people c) Tim in a group d) drunk Tim and e) Tim drunk in a group but thatâs no reason not to come!
Sasha: Tim is physiologically incapable of not adopting men 3-5 years younger than him itâs in his blood you canât escape his affection
Sasha: or at least I find it funny so Iâm not letting you
Sasha: Jonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
Jon: Yes Iâll come, I need to talk to both of you.
Sasha: WAHOO
Sasha: wait
Sasha: really?
Sasha: did you commit ars*on again
Sasha: wait if you did donât tell me the courts can request text transcripts
Jon: No, I just need your advice on an urgent matter.
Sasha: do you need to be drunk to do it
Jon: ...maybe.
Jon: ....Mr. Bouchard offered me the Head Archivist Job?
Jon: Which is stupid because Iâve worked here for barely four years and youâve worked here for about ten years I think. And youâve published five papers in parapsychological research. I know I helped you figure out that this place is a weird trauma mill but it was really mostly you. Itâs completely ridiculous to promote me and Iâm afraid itâs favoritism. For potentially heinous ends? This feels awful because itâs such an honor but I would never stop feeling stressed and guilty because I know so many more people (like you) are so much more qualified. Or qualified at all.
Sasha: holy shit
Sasha: ...do you remember the speech I gave you on stranger danger?
Jon: Iâm afraid to mention this to Tim because he might beat up Mr. Bouchard for both my honor and yours.
Sasha: Jesus at this point I donât even want a fucking job anymore. What bullshit. Iâm never going to get promoted and I just need to accept that. This isnât your fault, Jon, seriously, thank you for telling me.Â
Sasha: we can talk about this at the pub
Sasha: in private. Off the radar.Â
Jon: Looking forward to it :)
Jon: did I use the emoticon right?
Sasha: Yes, Jon, you did everything right.Â

congrats on 500!!!! for the celebration could i request flarrie & fake dating? thanks! đ
Thanks for the prompt (and congrats on the new url)! Sorry this took so long, but hey I got it posted just under the wire for lesbian visibility day so I count that as a win :D
This is my first flarrie fic, my first fic with Flynn or Carrie, and somehow my first fake dating fic, despite the fact that I LOVE fake dating?? So really it was a necessary challenge all around. Also itâs more set up than actual fake dating sorry it got away from me. Maybe Iâll write a follow-up sometime.
Read on ao3 here:
--
âGod, this is stupid.â
âIt was your idea.â
âSo? Nobodyâs perfect, Flynnigan. Even Iâm allowed to have a stupid idea every once in a while.â
Itâs far from Carrieâs best comeback, but give her a break, itâs been a weird couple of weeks. After Julie played the Orpheum, Carrie started to feel like everything she thought she knew was actually a lie. She felt twisted, topsy-turvy, like the very world she lived in had been tilted on its axis. Suddenly, being a famously successful musician didnât seem to matter so much anymore. Working herself and her group to the bone to someday escape her dadâs shadow didnât seem to matter anymore.Â
Keeping up a years-long feud with Julie and Flynn that she didnât even remember the origins of anymore definitely didnât seem to matter anymore.
And then, well. People at schoolâpeople Carrie thought were her friendsâstarted being total jerks to her, just because Julie and the Phantoms was quickly becoming more successful than Dirty Candi, and because Carrieâs dad had some kind of nervous breakdown in the middle of a Panic at the Disco concert (heâs fine now, she thinks, but it made all the tabloids), and because Nick broke up with her and wouldnât even look at her now and everybody knew that they werenât going to get back together this time.Â
And you know what? Yeah, maybe Carrie deserved some of that, cause sheâs for sure been a jerk to all those people first. But that didnât stop her from getting angry and snapping back at all the people making fun of her for getting dumped by Nick Danforth-Evans of all people. And it didnât stop her from acting on instinct, desperate as always for the right kind of attention, and announcing to the entire cafeteria that actually she broke up with Nick and anyway, sheâs dating someone else now.
And then news traveled fast and Carrie dug herself into a pit of generic details and gender-neutral pronouns, and now sheâs standing outside her house, about to attend a standard PR meeting with her dad and his lawyers (the same meeting she brought Nick to a year ago, and six months ago, and two and a half months agoâbasically every time they broke up and got back together).
Itâs the Wilson Family Significant Other NDA Signing Meeting. And sheâs going to one with Flynn.
âDid you want to, uh⊠go over the plan or whatever?â Flynn asks from their spot on the exact opposite end of Carrieâs front porch. She looks as confident as ever, if a little hesitant to look Carrie in the eye.
Carrie shoots her a patented glare, tries to ignore the floaty feeling in her stomach that might be guilt for getting someone else wrapped up in her bullshit and might be something else entirely that Carrie would really prefer not to think too hard about right now. âThe plan,â she snaps, âis we go in there, you act like youâre in love with me, you sign a couple documents, you let me do all of the talking, and then you get your fifty bucks. Capiche?â
âFifty bucks and you leave Julie and her band alone,â Flynn corrects, glaring right back.
Carrie rolls her eyes. âYes, okay? Iâll leave Julie and her precious holograms to run themselves into obscurity. They hardly need my help. Now, can we just get this over with, please?â
As soon as the words are out, she flinches. The please was too much, it was too earnest, too sincere, Flynn is gonna figure her out, theyâre gonna know she didnât just do this to escape mild high school humiliationâÂ
But Flynn just scowls, waves a hand toward the front door as if to say, go ahead, and Carrie breathes what she hopes to be an imperceptible sigh of relief.
But then, âWait,â Flynn says just as Carrieâs reaching for the doorknob.
âUgh, what?â
Flynn leans against the wall next to the door, arms crossed over her chest, giving Carrie a frankly infuriating smirk. âBefore we go in there⊠I never got to ask. Why me?â
âWhat?â she says again, hoping her makeup covers the blush she can feel coloring her cheeks.
âWhy me?â Flynn repeats. âYou wanted to make up an SO to get people off your back about Nick, sure. But you couldâve said anyone. Heck, you couldâve told your dad it was fake and avoided all this lawyer shit. Why waste fifty bucks and an hour of your time pretending to date me?â
Carrie is a born and bred Performer. Carrie is Trevor Wilsonâs daughter. Carrie knows better than anyoneâprobably better than is good for herâhow to straighten her spine, paste on a bubbly smile, and sound as convincing as physically possible as she lies, âWell, I couldnât pick someone I actually liked, or they might fall in love with me.â
Flynnâs confident expression flickers, causing a sickening feeling of reluctant triumph to burn in Carrieâs chest.
âPlus,â she adds, tossing her hair over her shoulder, âit had to be someone at school or people would think Iâd made it all up, but I was purposefully vague about the details of my new significant other, including gender identity, and, well⊠youâre the only person I know who uses they/them pronouns.â
Flynn blinks, startled. âYouâIâdidnât realize you⊠knew that.â
âOf course I knew.â Carrie tries not to be offended. âGod, Flynn, Iâm not a total heartless bitch. We were friends once.â
âYeah, but I came out after we stopped being friends.â
âAnd then you put your new pronouns in all your social media bios. What, did you think I unfollowed you or something?â
Flynnâs frowning at her, their shoulders tense, looking confused and more upset than Carrie thinks the situation warrants. âHonestly, Carrie? I kinda assumed youâd blocked me.â
Carrie sucks in a breath, forces herself to let her guard down just enough to rid her voice of any insincerity or antagonism as she says, âNo, of course not. Itâs not like it was your fault I was fighting with Julie. It was only right that you took her side.â
She tries not to sound too bitter about it. Sheâs over all thatâmostly, anyway. The look Flynnâs giving her is a little too pitying for Carrieâs liking. She sniffs haughtily and turns away from their scrutinizing gaze. âAs for my dad, heâs been going through something lately, and he seemed really happy to see me bouncing back so fast after Nick. So I figured Iâd humor him or whatever.â
Flynnâs hand slips into hers, and when Carrie looks at her in surprise, their face is softer than Carrieâs seen it in years. âAll right then, Carebear. Letâs do this thing.â Â

Her Family
Natasha x Neutral Gender! Reader
I'm in a bite of a writers block with Pup but in the mean time here is a small piece I wrote a while back about Nat but never posted it.
Warns: Death
âDo we know if she had family?â
Fury looked over files and photos of Agent Romanoff. He looked down looking over the letter. Hating to have to send it. He puts her badge with it and seals it in an envelope. Not taking his eye off of the pictures he handed the letter over to Maria. âThere is a car waiting for you with the gsp already set up where to go. Donât let anyone know where you're going.â, he says. Maria just nods and makes her way to the car. A couple hours later she pulled up to a little cottage deep into the woods. Maria gulped as she got out of the car and looked down at the letter. This was the last person she ever thought she would ever have to do this to. Taking a deep breath she knocks on the door to the house. A faint smile made its way on her face at the sounds of feet running around and the sounds of little giggles. But it shortly falls looking down at that letter. Mariaâs head snaps up as the door opens. âMaria! Hi! What are you doing here?â, Y/n stands there smiling as their catch her breath. Maria looks at her trying to say something , anything. âIâm so sorry , y/n.â, Maria says looking up at her as she hands them the letter. Y/nâs face fell seeing it. They knew what it was , but prayed that they were wrong. âNo. Please tell me this is a joke! Thatâs not what I think it is! Please!â, Y/n begged taking the letter. The look in Mariaâs eyes proved what they feared was true. âIâm so sorry.â, Maria says before heading back to the car. Not able to stand the sight and see them broken. Y/n closes the door and leans against it , staring at the letter. Already feeling the tears rising up in her eyes. They slowly opened it. Choking out a sob as they sees Natashiaâs badge for SHIELD. The first letter telling them the unfortunate fact that Nat , their Nat , died on duty. In the upcoming battle against thanoâs. The next letter was what really made the tears come out even more. A letter Nat wrote to them.
Y/n,
This is the hardest thing I have ever done. I refused to write one before. Knowing I would always come back to you and our little one. But as we prepare for the upcoming war , I have a bad feeling and feel that I should finally write this. I hope to just tear it up after the war. But I can't help the feeling knowing something bad is coming and is going to happen. In that case I knew I needed to tell you some last things. Tell you I love you. I love you and Bella so so much. I will watch over you two , protecting you two. Please donât let that little girl forget her Mama and what she did. That everything she did was for her to make the world better for her and her ( Partner name). For you my dear , please donât forget that I loved you and you are the true hero. You gave me things I never thought I would have. You gave me a family. You helped me through my trauma. Helped when I was fighting trying to figure out who I really was. You stayed with me and loved me through everything. When I turned my back on Bucky, you made me realize how wrong I was and remember everything the three of us went through in the red room. And I canât thank you enough. I love you so much. And I know I promised to come home and I broke that promise and Iâm so sorry. Never forget that:
I love you
Natasha
The letter becomes blurry as tears fill her vision. Thinking over the years. Their time together. The red room, where they meet. Pictures and memories flow through their head. When nat escaped and got away. When Y/n was sent to find her. But Nat caught them and helped them break free from everything. Nat being their saving grace. Who helped them and slowly made them falling in love. The late night dates. Sneaking around. As they were both worried about Hydra getting wind of Y/n. Pulse with Nat now working with Shield and the upcoming group the avengers. Nat wanted to keep Y/n safe and hidden. More and more tears fall down Y/nâs face as they think over everything they have been through. Their wedding. Which was a courthouse wedding consisting of only Client and Lauran. The only people who knew of Y/n. Mainly cause Y/n and Lauren hung out a lot due to both of their partners being away so often. The best memory being the day their little bundle of joy came to them. Y/n remembers it viable. Mainly because Nat was scared to hold her. Scared to hurt her. But with Y/nâs help she got the hang of it and is - or was a wonderful mom. â(Mommy/Daddy/Another Name)?â, A small voice said. Y/n looked up to see Bella stand not far from them. Their bunny stuffy dangling from her grip next to her. Noticing their tears, Bella came running to them hugging them. âWhatâs wrong, ( )?â. Y/n couldnât say anything as they put the letter and things to the side , hugging their daughter close to them. Bella looked at the badge her ( ) put down. Noticing her Mamaâs face on it. â( ) whenâs Mama coming home?â.
I'm sorry... I hope this is okay. When I normally write my stories I'm writing like it's me , mainly because these come from dreams and day dreaming. But I'm really trying to make them inclusive. Please don't be afraid to ask for more Neutral Gender or male reader or call me out on them. -MM

Before we go any further into the story, I plan to post part 2 of this! Part 2 will take me a bit longer to post due to personal matters but it will be posted!
Enjoy my first ever Haikyuu x Reader Fic!!!
ââââââââââââââââââââââ-
Youâve been working late into the night for the past few months so he mustâve thought that this would be your same routine from your previous nights. He's always been a careful person. He knows you have your location on. He always knows where you are but not just for your safety but to also bring her over.
He knows this is wrong. He loves you and knows he could've talked to you about maybe spending less time at work and maybe make a bit more time for him. Atsumu knows that your work is important and he's not gonna take advantage of you like that, especially when you come home from work tired, and with his volleyball schedule and his career you guys barely got to spend time with each other.
He wants to stop this but his need never stops. He knows what he has with her is just something done out of lust and thatâs it. Atsumu only wants her around just to make his cock feel good and thatâs it. He's already made it very clear he does not plan to leave you and to not get any crazy ideas.
He thought that tonight would be just like any other. He couldnât have known that you were on your way home. He couldnât have possibly remembered that today of all days was the release day of your book that you've put months of work into. Who knew that by mistake you left your phone at the office. All he knew at that moment was that your best friend's pussy takes him so well.
As you were driving your way home all you could think about is to hug your husband and yell to the world that you've finally finished your first written work! You felt such accomplishment that this book that you've put all your heart, sweat, and tears into was finally released! So many people believed in your dream but you felt you really couldnât have done it without the love and support from your husband.
There have been many times where you felt like you haven't been given Atsumu much attention. You've been working long hours and at times late into the night to get this book out before the deadline you've been given. All those hours of hard work you felt paid off, now all thatâs left to do is celebrate and who to celebrate better than your husband. After all, he's the inspiration behind your book.
You get out of your car making your way towards the entrance of your house. You notice a car that you've seen before but you can't remember where, so you just brush it off and make your way to the door. As you're unlocking the main entrance door, you donât notice anything out of the ordinary. The house is dark and there's no one in the living area, I mean what did you expect its one in the morning. You were going about your routine trying to not wake Atsumu up when you hear some strange noises coming from your shared master.
As you're approaching the hallway that leads to your room, you've noticed the noises are starting to sound a lot more like sexual moans. Your first thought would've been that Atsumu might've fallen asleep while watching porn, and you'd believe that. But these moans sounded too real to be coming from the tv in your shared bedroom. You can see from the small gap underneath the door that the lights are still on.
You're getting ready to enter your room when you notice that the door is slightly open. If only someone were to prepare you for what you were about to see. As you enter the room you see what no woman ever wants to go through. Your husband Atsumu on top of another woman.
"I can never see myself with anyone that wasnât my husband," you said.
Who wouldâve thought that my marriage was falling apart⊠not me right?
Have I been so oblivious this whole time?
How long has this been going on? The question I proceeded to ask myself...
How did I not see this coming?
But now that you saw everything with your own eyes, you realized youâve put all the pieces to a puzzle you didnât even know you were solving.
Today was publishing day and you were gonna surprise Tsumu by coming home after the book release, you would have called but your phone may have been misplaced somewhere in your office. You didnât have time to go back to the office, youâve been missing Tsumu a lot. But the surprise you got when you entered your shared bedroom and watched as your husband was on top of another woman was not something you ever expected to happen.
As you stood there watching your husband fuck another woman and not just any woman but your best friend all you could think about was, Atsumu the man that promised to be with you for the rest of your life was in your bed fucking your best friend. You want to be angry, you want to run and scream at them, you want to ask why they did it. Not that any explanation would fix anything, you just couldnât say anything. As you stood there for what felt like a lifetime. Did you lose your train of thought? Did you forget how to talk?
He finally notices that youâve been standing there. He panics and gets off your best friend as he tries making his way towards you. Â All you could think to do at that moment was to just close the door and run out of the house towards your car and make your way out of there. You started driving with no destination in mind, you just wanted to be anywhere away from this bomb. As you're driving, you end up taking the route that leads you to Akaashiâs place. You get out of the car and make your way towards his door.
Itâs like you came here out of instinct.
How can you not when you guys have been working on this project for the past several months. Heâs a great editor and a great friend too! He appreciates your hard work! You remember when you told him that you wanted to give writing another try and had an idea for a book he immediately offered his services as an editor. Heâs always offered his help to you. Even goes out of his way to help you research some titles or genres that you could find interest in writing. Heâs a great guy and youâve grown very close to him.
Now youâre at Keijis place late in the hours of the night. You decided that you couldnât do this by yourself so you knock on his door.
âY/N are you alright, What are you doing out so late?â He asks.
You shake your head no. How were you gonna tell Akaashi your world was falling apart. Heâs your editor, he shouldnât need to know that your husband just cheated on you with your best friend.
âWould you like to come in? We can talk about whatever is troubling you?â
He doesnât give you a second to answer before he grabs your hand and guides you to the living room. He has you sit on his sofa while he makes you both some tea. Some time has passed since you arrived at Akaashiâs, youâre telling him everything that happened an hour prior to being there. Akaashi is tracing small circles on your back. He tells you that this wasnât your fault and you're not one to blame here and that
âHey Y/N?â
âDid you say something Keiji?â Y/N says looking up from his shoulder. He can tell theyâve been crying. Akaashi hated seeing them like this. These past several months, he got to know Y/N as a very kind and goal-minded person. He saw someone who only strived to make her and otherâs visions come to reality. The months Akaashi spent with Y/N were by far the best few months of his life. He would never tell Y/N that.t He hates that the book is done because now they wonât get to spend as much time together as they used to.
The months heâs been with her he got to spend a lot of time getting to know her world. He observed the way she would get when she had writerâs block. The number of times heâs watched her get frustrated at how she didnât like the ending of a chapter for the book. He saw how countless nights she felt helpless and wanted to quit. She would fall into a negative state where she convinced herself she wasnât a good writer. He also saw the nights where she would vent to him about Atsumu becoming distant once again. NIghts where they would drown themselves with work just so they didnât think about crying.
He saw all of that. Nights where y/n needed Atsumu. Late nights where he was fucking his wifeâs best friend.
âWhatâs your next move?â Akaashi asked.
âI think the best thing right now is for me to go home and get an explanationâ
Your expression is giving regret all over it. How were you gonna go back home and look Atsumu in the face? What more could he explain that you donât already know? You keep going back and forth between blaming yourself more than blaming him. You want to put this in your head as if it was your fault. But you know deep down that if Atsumu really loves you like he says he does he wouldnât have cheated. At the end of the day, he cheated on you, not the other way around.
âI think I'm gonna call Yachi and see if sheâs okay with me spending a few nights at her place just until I figure out what Iâm gonna do. In the meantime, I gotta get back home.â
You sigh, you're getting ready to get up when Akaashi takes a hold of your hand
âWait Before you go, I have a suggestion for tonight if youâd like to hearâ
Akaashi doesnât want you going alone but he also feels as if heâs overstepping his boundaries. He knows this is none of his business but why does he feel like it is?
âHow about we go get some of your things and you spend the night here?â
It was a nice offer from Keiji, but you already feel like a burden. Heâs been so kind as to listen to you, you just donât wanna cause him any more trouble. Â
â I appreciate the offer Keiji but I donât wanna wrap you up in my troubles.â
â Y/N youâre no trouble, I just want you to know that youâre more than welcomed to stay here.â Akaashi knew youâd reject his invitation. He knows youâre not the type of person to rely on others' help, youâre a giver not a taker after all.
âCan you promise me if you donât wanna be there with Atsumu youâll call me and come here?â Akaashi the overthinker, always worrying about others.
â I promise Iâll call you Keiji, if anything happens I promise to come back here.â The answer appeases him, he lets your hand go.
âThank you Y/N Can I walk you out?â You nod and make your way towards the entrance door.
âThank you for having me over at this time of night..â before you could finish your sentence, you were pulled into Akaashiâs arms.
âYou donât have to thank me Y/N, Iâm glad you trust me enough to open up about what happened.â
You donât know why but his words are making you feel safe. You trust Keiji, heâs not the type of guy to hurt anybody.
You thank Akaashi again as he walks you to your car â Can I check on you tomorrow?â
You reply with a nod â See you tomorrow Keiji.â
Both of you say your goodbyes. As youâre leaving Akaashiâs house, you canât help but feel nervous about the conversation you were about to have with your husband. What was gonna happen with your marriage? Can this be forgiven? Questions that kept plaguing your head. Only one question stuck out more than the othersâŠ
Do I wanna divorce Atsumu?

A story + some advice
Once upon a time, back in 2009, I was âcancelledâ.
We didnât call it that, back then, but basically, after making a shitty, sanctimonious post, nearly every online friend I had made told me to go fuck myself and stopped talking to me. [below the cut - the story, plus some advice to the TDP fandom about toxic fans, consequences, and bad fan behavior from someone who has both been both accuser and defendant. This isnât a Pity Me post, btw, just me trying to neutrally describe a Bad Time and draw comparisons to an ongoing situation to express both sympathy and clearly state that sometimes consequences are deserved.]
Oh, I had my reasons for the post I made. I was living with my parents, and they had discovered my secret livejournal. After several hours of screaming matches I was given the ultimatum - quit livejournal and LJRP forever, or move out with nothing but my car, my clothes, and the $60 I had in the bank. I chose not being homeless.
As part of this, I was allowed to make one final LJ post - a goodbye, telling people where I was, a (heavily edited) version of what happened and a plea to all my LJ friends to consider that they too might be âaddicted to the internetâ and they should âsave themselvesâ. It was self-righteous and unwelcome, and my mother had no compunctions showing me the comments telling me to kill myself, get fucked, etc. It was devastating, and I spent the end of 2009 and the beginning of 2010 completely socially isolated, with no one but my parents for friendship. Needless to say, it blew. Some of those friendships came back, either because those friends had the patience and kindness to understand my situation/hadnât taken it so personally, or because after years (and I do mean literal years, like... 5+ years), mutual forgiveness happened. But not all of them. There are people who I spoke with daily who i havenât spoken to in 12 years and I wonder what theyâre up to now. Good things, I hope. I wish them nothing but success and happiness. But I had been an asshole and made a post that hurt people, and promptly been shown the door. And I donât expect anyone to forgive me for being an asshole, even if my own circumstances were pretty dire. I made the choices that I did, and live with the consequences of those choices. Thatâs... just being an adult. Now. Lets talk about TDP and a certain she who will not be named. Miss thing has said and done some things that are high on my bad-fan-behavior list. Sheâs tagged the official account in a plea to have them mediate her fandom drama. She posted a suicide threat in the main fandom hashtag, without any warnings or tw tags, just right there for any and everyone to see. Sheâs made some pretty harsh accusations of other fans of bullying, harassment and death threats, but has produced no receipts or proof, which - in this day and age - is pretty important when making such a serious allegation - meaning I have to assume sheâs making it up. Sheâs defended JKR and said that calling olâ Joanne a TERF is unwarranted, claimed that âbiological genderâ canât be ignored, whined about âliberal privilege,â and claimed that white people experience racism too because there isnât enough âTuscan rep.â (girl, what? Tuscany? I guarandamntee you more white people know what Tuscan culture looks like than Fillipino or Indigenous culture, what the hell.) She asks her followers to brigade and harass other fans as well as the people sheâs accused, and blows things out of proportion... and then has had repeated histrionic meltdowns in the main fandom hashtag, the public square of fandom, over one of these big name fans allegedly getting other fans to block her (still, no receipts). I feel like I shouldnât have to say this, but the claims sheâs making are not true. If you know the ppl in question and follow them for any length of time, that is not the people who they are and they would never. Furthermore, trying to get Wonderstorm involved like theyâre the fan police is, as i have said in my most popular post this week, bad. Itâs bad. Itâs bad fan behavior and being called out for it is deserved. So why am I telling you my sob story and then whipping around to talk about a similar story? Because I deserved being cancelled. I said something shitty - even if my circumstances were understandable and sympathetic! But what I did with that is attacked and harmed other people. Attacking and harming others and making your drama and mental health public is toxic. People have a right to call you out, block you, and stop interacting with you if your behavior is harmful to them and the people they care about. Itâs not harassment, its not bullying. Itâs fucking consequences for being someone people donât want to be around. I get it, I really do. It SUCKS. But sometimes you have to grow up and realize that when you hurt people, they might hurt you back. Nobody in fandom wants to be around someone who is constantly making drama their problem. And nobody in fandom should have to deal with that.Â
I want miss missy to take it out of the fandom. She keeps threatening to leave tumblr and honestly I wish she would? At least until sheâs grown, matured and learned how to handle her mental health in a productive way that doesnât drag everyone, of all ages, into the fray. As it is right now sheâs just making herself and everyone else miserable. Redemption isnât something magically granted because one has apologized - it must be earned by a good faith demonstration of change. Not a performative change, but TRUE change. Until then, well... Sometimes you gotta cut your losses and leave. If youâre young and riled and feeling like the big mean fandom BNFs are harassing this poor poor mentally ill queer woman? Consider, perhaps, that she isnât the only mentally ill queer woman in the fandom (hi!), and that when people call her out for toxic behavior itâs not bullying, but consequences. (BTW, madam, if youâre reading this: I didnât block you because anyone told me to - in fact, i was told by certain parties NOT to block you. I blocked you because I donât want you looking at my posts and thinking you can use my platform to give your self-aggrandizing pity party legitimacy like you absolutely did whenever I blogged about forgiveness, fan culture or positivity. These posts are not for you. Nice to see you didnât respect my boundaries and are looking at this logged out, too.)

Fairytale Complex - [Undertale | Sans x Reader]
[Gender Neutral, Frisk's Parent Reader]
Chapter One | Home
[Previous]Â | [Next]
(Author Note, written in November 2020 and updated on May 2021: For those who've already read the prologue, two changes happened: [1] the story title went from Goodnight, Starlight to Fairytale Complex, and [2] since this's a rewrite of an older work, the main/focus relationship would now be Sans, but there will still be alternate relationships, other main four being Papyrus, Muffet, Grillby, and Napstablook! More info on that can be found on Chapter Sixteen | Dummy! (Part 3 of 3).)
âą âą âą
Your phone lights up and buzzes erratically, waking you up and forcing you to get out of bed when it proves to be too far away for you to reach it. The screen marks an unholy five thirty five in the morning, and you can only wonder over what your aunt wants to discuss with you at such an early hour. There's around two urgent voicemails, eleven text messages, and three missed calls, all from her, so you decide on phoning her back to get things over with.
She answers fast, hardly giving the phone a chance to beep once.
"Turn on the TV right now, honey," your aunt shouts, an indistinguishable emotion between anger and shock displayed in her voice. "Now," she repeats, authority shown in that single word. "And don't forget to call me later. We need to talk." She hangs up after that, leaving you with more questions than you once had.
You raise a brow at the oddity of her call, yet relent with how tired both your mind and body feel. You'd left work at eleven at night, only to arrive home at midnight and fall asleep at one. With barely five hours of rest in your system, you don't exactly feel motivated to watch television, yet that changes when you sit at the edge of your bed, turn it on, and see the first thing there is a breaking news report taking over every cable channel present. No matter which one you switch to, it's there, reporting over the rise of a whole new species of living beings, these capable of human reasoning and conduct, as one of the reporters and even a scientist so claimed based on the little information they've both gathered about the species already. They proceed to display a picture of a large crowd of people gathered near a mountain, these looking straight out of a fantasy novel. They vary greatly, from bipedal, anthropomorphic fish, bears, bunnies, goats, and spiders, to living skeletons, ghosts, and live, humanoid flames. You have to rub sleep away from your eyes and blink a few times to process what's going on, until you see who's standing smack in the middle of them all.
"F- Frisk?!" you shout, breaking the silence of your home and the night.
Almost immediately, you pick up your phone and search for more information on where and when the picture was taken. The sun seemed to be setting in it, and based on when the news had chosen to report on the event, you figure Frisk has to be with that group somewhere around. You access the news channel's main page and see a pinned post asking for information on the child's parents, comment section blocked to prevent a flood in them, along with the share button to keep any second parties from spreading it around more.
>> A goat lady by the name of Toriel has taken Frisk under her temporary care while authorities regain contact with the child's parents. If anyone reading this post happens to know about their location, number, or any other contact information, please do let us know over at private message, so that we may interview them personally. We have searched far and wide for more thorough information on the child, but Child Protective Services have settled upon keeping that information private, while the child refused to tell us anything else after they found out over what penalties their parents would be receiving. They insist that their primary caregiver is a good person, that they do not know about their secondary caregiver's whereabouts, and that they will not allow anything bad to happen to either of them, refusing to so much as give up their last name to us as a result. However, we are still in dire need of said information in order to interview the parents and perform more proper investigations as to why the child disappeared for a period of almost two whole months.
Below the basic gist stands a shorter paragraph and a photo of a different monster, this one a skeleton instead of a goat woman.
>> In addition to the goat lady offering to look after Frisk for the time being, another monster has reached out to us and left his number only specifically for the parents. He states it is necessary they meet and that he would like to offer an explanation as to what happened at the Underground and how Frisk got there. If you are one of the parents, please contact us through private message so that we may provide you with his number and further directions on what to do from there.
You check the time of the post, lock your phone, and set it aside when the news returns from a commercial break, this one much shorter compared to usually.Â
"Passerby say it sounded similar to that of a bomb going off, yet there were no signs of destruction and nobody near when they made it to the place where they heard the noise. It's estimated the Barrier broke at late evening, and that the monsters left with Frisk barely an hour after that event, without bothering to inform anyone over the missing child's arrival. Authorities claim they've yet to gain contact with Frisk's secondary caregiver and that they are now on their way to contact their primary one. Given the circumstances and the current hour, Child Protective Services believe it best to visit at noon, as they have already tracked down the parent's location and received further information on the subject through social media. That's all we've managed to cover so far, but remember to stay tuned for more at-"
â(Mom/Dad), I'm home!â
Your eyes shoot open and you almost have to double take when you hear that voice. It's followed by a few persistent knocks on the door, though you still go as far as to check the pulse on your wrist to make sure you're still alive. You turn the television off, hop out of bed, and rush over to the living room, where you're greeted with the sight of Frisk standing by the entrance and looking around, their own set of keys balanced on their finger as they take in their surroundings. They continue to look this way and that, observing the changes you've made to the house since they were gone.Â
They meet with your eyes and freeze up, taking a small, precautionary step forward. "I⊠I missed you," they mutter, voice soft and quiet, a large difference from when they announced they were back home. They fiddle with their hands and face at the floor, casting a guilty look at the worn welcome mat as they say, "I'm sorry for⊠for disappearing like that. But I promise I-"
Before they can finish speaking, you've already made it to their side. Your arms wrap around them and you bring them in for a strong and lasting embrace, tucking their head against your chest, squeezing them tight, and allowing them to listen to your heart beat. "Oh, sweetheart, forget all that," you reply, stroking their hair and kissing their forehead. "I⊠I missed you, too." You hold them tight and let some of your worries out through another squeeze. It feels almost bizarre having them in your arms again, but it feels right all the same. Every puzzle seems to fall right into place, and the only thing in your mind right now's their well-being. "H- How are you, by the way?" you ask, breaking the hug apart. "Are you hungry? ...Sleepy? And who brought you here? Did they treat you well?"
"I'm okay," they reply, giggling. "Miss Toriel made me some food before we left, and I'm way too pumped to even think about sleeping!"
"And where is Miss Toriel?"
"She left right after we got here. She said she didn't want to bother you now that I'm back, and that you could meet up with her some other time!"
You hug them yet again, still too stricken to let go of them. "I'm⊠I'm so glad you're back home, dear," you whisper, holding them close as you mutter more sentences with similar sentiments to the previous one. You still can't shake off your shock nor can you believe this is real. The rational part of your brain insists it's no time to be emotional and that you need answers stat, though the emotional part demands you pour all your attention onto the moment and appreciate Frisk's return. You'd cried countless hours, days, nights, and weeks. And all of that pent up regret, confusion, and relief begins to be let out through whispered words, strong hugs, and gentle caresses. "I⊠I thought you were gone for good, dear, an- and that you left because you hated me." You hiccup at that last statement and hold them tighter, fearing another disappearance. "I'm sorry if I ever made you feel bad about me being your (mother/father). And⊠And I'm sorry for anything I might've done to upset you. I- I'll try to be a better parent for you from now on, and you can tell me over where I can improve. Alright?"
Frisk breaks the hug apart and faces up at you with a frown. "What are you saying? I don't hate you, (mom/dad)!" they reply, gaze furrowed and eyes wide. "I⊠I was thinking about something else that day. B- But it has nothing to do with you. I promise!"
"Then why did you disappear?" you ask, placing a hand over their shoulder and maintaining your frown. "Why did you run away? ...And just what do you mean by that? What were you thinking about before you disappeared?"
Looking caught, they face the floor and fiddle with their hands again. "...Can we talk about that later? I think I'm feeling sleepy now."
Your glare finally shows through, the rational part of you taking over now. "Don't you dare change the subject, Frisk (L/N). What did you mean by that? What happened before you disappeared?"
"Please, (mom/dad)! I can tell you later," they whine, tears welling up in their eyes. "I- I don't wanna talk about that right now. I miss you. And I⊠I really wanna be with you right now. I really miss my home, I miss studying with you, and I... I miss going out on weekends with you, too."
You straighten your posture, cross your arms tight, and frown, still unconvinced. "Can you promise me you'll tell me first thing tomorrow, after we catch up today?"
Slowly, they nod. "I promise."
"Pinky promise?"
Frisk smiles bright and wide at your suggestion and at the gesture you make, pinky finger offered out to them. They interlock theirs with yours and let go when you both nod, sealing the deal. "I promise. Could we go watch a movie now?"
"Didn't you say you were sleepy?"
"I sleep better with the TV on!"
"Yeah, right." Despite yourself, you giggle and smile at them. Then, you place a hand on their head and mess up their hair, poking your tongue out when they glare at you. "Let's go, then. Just... Remember me to call my boss so I can take the day off today and go to work a bit later tomorrow."
"...Can you really do that? I thought you could get fired for that!"
"Probably not." You laugh. "But you're my main and only priority right now. And I can just try to find another job after all this's over with."
You offer your hand out to them and lead the way back to your bedroom when they take it. Your heart's still racing and you've yet to acknowledge the fact they're finally back with you, though your happiness continues to persist through it all; they're here and that's all that matters right now. Worry would come in later.
"Why did you move the TV to the bedroom, though?" they ask, halfway through your destination.
You squeeze their hand and stare down at them, managing a guilty and meek smile. "I, uh, might've... borrowed your dad's Netflicks password, and tried watching some movies since you went missing. I could barely sleep at night, so I just tried distracting myself by finding something new to watch." You let go, finally reaching the door of your bedroom. "I also made sure to tidy up your bedroom once a week, just in case you ever came back, so it's all nice and clean if you want to go there later," you say, smiling. "But... I'm guessing you'd want to be with me for awhile now?"
They nod, not an ounce of reluctance present in their actions. "Definitely!" They flinch back and giggle when you kiss their cheek as a response, "Can I, really?"
"As long as you fulfill your promise, then yes. You can stay in my bedroom for as long as you want, dear."
"But didn't you say I was a big kid just last year?"
"Yes, but IâŠ" You chew on your lip and blink back tears, their return finally dawning on you. "I missed you too much to care about that right now."
You turn on the television and access Netflicks, putting on a movie and climbing into bed. They do the same and rest their head against your lap, cuddling against you. You both stay that way for the entirety of the movie, with them close and with your hand on their head, stroking their hair until they fall asleep halfway in.
When you're sure they're out like a light, you allow yourself to cry again; tears continue to go down the more time you spend with Frisk close to your side.
They were back.
Your prayers had been answered, and now you wouldn't have to lay awake at night, feeling guilty and mourning over their loss for hours on end.
Hopefully, Child Protective Services and Frisk's school would go easier on you now; despite what you said about not minding if they were taken away after their return, you do care. Now that they're back in your arms, you can't imagine not having the right to visit them again; a world without them. At that thought, sorrow overflows your mind and you find yourself crying quietly during what's left of another movie, uncontrolled yet quiet as you try not to wake or worry Frisk over your state. You needed to be strong for their sake and for your own as well, if the time to part ways from them ever became a reality.
That's the last thing you think of as you close your eyes, exhaustion finally taking your body for itself. Faint murmurs of an ongoing movie are the last things you hear and the sight of Frisk sleeping peacefully on your lap is the last thing you see. It all feels right, yet not; cherishing these final moments is the only thing you can do for now.

You had only ever seen two athletes present during rehearsals. Once when Madeline (who at the time was playing Penny in your production of Hairspray) was dating a guy from the soccer team. The other was when the star of the basketball team had come in to give your choreographer pointers for the basketball scenes during High School Musical.Â
Until now.
You had run onstage part of the way through âLive Like Thisâ, which wasnât out of the ordinary since so much progress had been made on the costumes. You were still tying the ribbon on your pinafore as you jumped into the song, but when your eyes met a face in the usually empty auditorium, you faltered. You almost sang the wrong verse, but recovered quickly, continuing with the blocking. What felt like a moment later, the number was almost done and you were nearing the end of your counterpoint with Mae Tuck - played by Eleanor, of course. Who could be better for the part? You held out the last note, trying to stay in character despite all the distractions in the back of your mind. You had to talk to Eleanor when the director called for 10; sheâd started telling you how Devi was being weird recently. Also, what the Hadestown was Paxton Hall-Yoshida doing chilling in the auditorium? You shoved all that away, focusing on staying in character until the director called for a break.Â
âI want to go to the fair. I want to go so badly! I just need a change, need to get out of this house for a little while. I never do anything, so this canât be asking for too much, right?âÂ
You projected all that into your everything - face, voice, mannerisms, energy.
âHold!âÂ
Everyone froze.
The director wrote a few things on his paper, sighed, and underlined something several times.Â
âOkay, good job! I need to revise some of the blocking, then weâll do notes, so take ten.â Your sudden nerves had definitely made you pitchy, you knew that would be one of your notes for sure.Â
A chorus of âThank you tenâs erupted, and you immediately ran to Eleanor, telling the others good job as you passed.Â
You leaned in and started speaking to her, quietly.
âOkay you need to finish telling me about Devi, and that other news youâre being so cryptic about! Also, whatâs up with Fierro over there?â you nodded towards Paxton hoping he wouldnât see, and you noticed Fab is sitting near him. You realized theyâre probably waiting for Eleanor and/or Devi. That must be it, heâs been hanging out with them lately, right? Eleanor gasped.
âYouâre right! Paxton is such a Fierro!â
You cringed inwardly a little bit as her voice carried through the auditorium, mixing with the others. Your eyes darted over to him for a fraction of a second. Oh god. He was looking at you. Or in your general direction at least. Lena, the costumer, walked around the set gingerly, following you around and getting you out of your dress incredibly carefully as you and Eleanor walked off stage.Â
âNo! Well, yes- but no. Whatâs he doing here? Jocks never come here during rehearsals. I saw Fab too, are you guys and Devi getting dinner or something?â You said, entering the auditorium, and stepping out of the dress. You grabbed sweatpants and a silky, floral kimono jacket from your bag to throw over your leotard and tights. She waved back at Fab before sitting down in the front. You both grabbed your fans and dramatically flicked them open in sync. Your wrists fluttered, cooling both of you off. A knowing, and slightly mischievous, look came on her face.Â
âDevi and Fab and I are. Paxton must be here for something⊠else.â she shrugged, nodding towards Paxton. You looked over again. He was staring at you. You did a double take and tried to hold back your smile.Â
âWh- I do not know to what you are referring.âÂ
âTo what I am referring is the blush on his cheeks.â
You barely held back a nervous, bubbling laugh.
âHe is not blushing! Why would he be blushing!â
âI donât know,â She shrugged, âJust like how I donât know that heâs been loitering in the halls outside the music room during your last three solo music rehearsals.â
You struggled for an answer. Before you could form one, you were interrupted.
âOkay, okay what is the best Lin Manuel Miranda musical? Because Kathryn thinks itâs Hamilton-âÂ
âDuh!â
â-But I think itâs In the Heights! Itâs an underrated jewel!â Jonah interjected, still wearing his Jesse Tuck hat.Â
You considered for a moment.
âI mean, theyâre too different to compare. In the Heights has the same energy as Rent - showcasing what goes on in ordinary peopleâs lives, and how love ties us all together,â he nodded in agreement, âBut Hamilton is on a way larger scale, almost Les Mis meets Fun Home vibes. But in terms of personal preferenceâŠâ Eleanor scoffed at your answer, and Jonah went back to debate further with Kathryn.
âAnyway,â you turned back to Eleanor to ask her what the hell she meant by Paxton Hall-Yoshida was blushing. But before you could-
âEleanor, we need you to try on your blue dress again,â Lena was already pulling her away, âI had the empire waist in the right place but half the pins fell out, and itâs just...â And she was whisked away before you could finish the thought. You just had time to help Holly get out her wig pins and drink some lemon water before notes. Eleanor still wasnât back, so you made sure to write down hers for her. It was pretty standard; be quiet backstage, go over your lines, donât touch props that arenât yours, donât eat in costume, and a couple blocking changes you made note of. After your end of rehearsal warm downs and huddle, everyone left relatively quickly. You ducked into the bathroom to freshen up a little. Sometimes it was hard coming down from such intense energy after rehearsal. You mentally ran through your to do list. You needed to get some more tea, write that essay when you got home, go over your notes- You gasped, cutting off your own train of thought. You ran out of the bathroom to look for Eleanor, still clutching her notes in hand.Â
~
Your voice still echoed in Paxtonâs ears. He wished he had a whole album of you singing. Your voice made him want to ruin his spotify algorithm by listening to nothing else. You had looked at him a couple times, and his heart had almost stopped. He didnât know eye contact could be so intense. Itâs probably just cause youâre like, the only person in the audience. Where else is she supposed to look? He deflated a little. He heard his name and looked over to you and Eleanor talking together. Hopefully it was about him. Hopefully it was good. He checked his phone, trying to look busy. When he glanced up to see if you were looking, you were gone. He started to look around for you when he saw Eleanor waving at Fab, and sure enough, you were next to her. What he didnât expect was you dropping your dress to the ground. Time slowed down (and his heart sped up) as you stretched a little, and pulled out sweatpants from your bag.
Wow.
You had on what looked like a bathing suit on underneath, and a few other people had done the same, but he knew that image would be in his memory, probably forever. His heart was beating in his ears and he knew he must be blushing.
âYou okay, Paxton?â Fab asked, a seat or two away. Oh god, he didnât want people asking why he blushed every time he looked at you! He muttered something about needing to make a call and headed for the doors. Donât look back at her, donât look back at her⊠His eyes involuntarily darted in your direction right before he left. You had on a flowy translucent jacket, your hair thrown back supermodel style as you fanned yourself to cool down. He needed to cool down too. Maybe a cold shower, a really cold shower.
~
You managed to find Eleanor just before she left. Two girls were with her, you had seen Fab once, and youâd heard a lot about Devi, but had never been introduced.Â
You gave Eleanor her notes, and she hugged you.
âYouâre a lifesaver!âÂ
âOf course, I-â
âUh, whoâs this?â you looked over, and the shorter girl - Devi, based on what youâd heard about her -Â was giving you a weird look. You introduced yourself.Â
âNice to meet you. How do you know Eleanor?â said the taller girl - definitely Fab.
âOh,â you smiled, âsheâs my almost mother in law. And my arch rival,â you counted on your fingers, âmy sister, my niece, my lover, my husband, andâŠâ you trailed off, trying to think of the other dynamics your characters had had in past shows.
âYour co-conspirator.âÂ
âRight,â you laughed. Devi and Fab looked at you two.
âWeâre in the musical together.â you clarified. You were about to part ways when you called to Eleanor, âHey, weâre still on for running lines tomorrow night?âÂ
âUh⊠Sounds good!â she walked away quickly, speaking to Devi and Fab in hushed tones. Something was definitely up. That was typical Eleanor Scheming behavior.Â
~
That night, you almost couldnât sleep. This wasnât the normal post rehearsal canât sleep. In fact, Tuck Everlasting was the last thing on your mind as you readjusted your pillows and snuggled into your duvet. You stared at the neon blue stars projected and swirling on your ceiling. You sighed. Again. Your brain was a 24/7 livestream of Paxton Hall-Yoshida to relax/study to. You saw him again, his face in the dimly lit auditorium, Adonis in a sea of faded seats. If you hadnât been sure before, you knew now that red was definitely his color. You rolled onto your side. Your heart picked up speed as a thought crossed your mind. You could almost see Paxton now, kneeling next to you, his fingertips brushing your cheek. The piano underscore to âSeventeenâ ran through your mind. You could imagine him saying âWait with me, we could share the worldâŠâ so vividly it almost hurt. He leaned in, andâŠÂ
You let out a loud sigh and rolled over again. Your heart was fully saturated. Thatâs more than enough pining for tonight.Â
~
âPaxton!âÂ
He was a little surprised when Eleanor just walked up to him at lunch the next day. Most people were too intimidated to approach him out of the blue.Â
âI have a plan.â
âUh, I donât know what you-â
âCut the crap, I know you like her.âÂ
His face blanched. Well, yeah of course he did. Who wouldnât? He was going to ask Eleanor if there was something he could do to win you over, just not here, not now. Not where everyone could watch and jeer and rib him for it. Just like they were doing now.Â
âWoah, dude, who is it?â Trent asked. He fumbled for words. He couldnât believe this was happening. He hadnât kept his crush a secret because he was embarrased of you, heâd kept it a secret because his dumbass friends wouldnât get you. Hell, he barely got you. You were so deep, and emotive, and artistic...Â
âBro, if you like her as much as it seems like you do,â Trent continued, âyou gotta win her over.â He was a little shocked at the agreement murmuring through his group of friends. He didnât know how to respond. Trent turned to Eleanor.
âWhatâs the plan, drama mama?â
âFirst of all,â she said, an almost humorously dangerous look on her face, ânever call me that again. Second,â she shoved some papers into Paxtonâs hands, âmeet me in the music room immediately after school.â She started back for her table. Trent looked back over to Paxton.Â
âYou gotta do it, dude. Weâll cover for you at swim.âÂ
The rest of his friends agreed. He was pleasantly surprised at how supportive they were being.Â
âYeah, I guess... weâve got a plan.â
~
The next day went by pretty smoothly. No rehearsal was scheduled since they were finishing construction for some of the sets, but everyone was instructed to do a couple read throughs of the script, focusing on scenes theyâre still forgetting, to make sure everyoneâs off book. You stopped by 7 Eleven to get a blue slurpee (for homework) and a couple coconut waters (for run throughs). You texted Eleanor on your way to the slurpee machine.Â
okay so do you like the mango coconut water or the pineapple one?? Itâs the mango one right?? i always forget lmao

...Okay? That was definitely weird. You shook it off and headed for the counter to pay. You stopped half way there, and turned back to swap the mango for passionfruit.Â
Not long after you had finished your homework and tidied up your room a little, the doorbell rang. You exited the kitchen, drinks in hand, and opened the door. Your heart caught in your throat. Paxton Hall-Yoshida was standing outside. And you were pretty sure he looked nervous. You both just stood there for a second. No one breathed, no one spoke.Â
âUh, hi, do you want toâŠâ you backed up, motioning for him to come inside.Â
âYeah, thanks,â he said, entering the doorway. Paxton motherfucking Hall-Yoshida was in your living room. You held out a hand to him.
âCoconut water?â he took the box, looked at the label, and smiled.Â
âYeah, thanks,â he said again, this time a faint, yet unmistakable note of joy in his voice. He took a sip. He smiled.
âPassionfruitâs my favorite.â You silently thanked Eleanor, who you knew must have planned all this. Most of the evening was a blur, and you thanked god your family wasnât home right now. You went upstairs, texted Eleanor asking what the actual fuck, made some surprisingly comfortable small talk, then filled him in on how to run lines.Â
âDo you think playing the soundtrack would help you⊠get into character?â he asked.Â
âI would probably just end up singing the whole thing,â You laughed and tried to ignore the butterflies in your chest. The main scene you struggled with was before âSeventeenâ. It was harder to get into Winnieâs head because you had no romantic feelings for Jonah, and you always just made each other laugh. You had started with a few easier scenes of Winnie and Jesse, like the fair, and the dialogue before âTop of the Worldâ.Â
âThat was really good,â he said, and you felt the sincerity of his words.Â
âThanksâŠâ you smiled and took a sip of coconut water, hoping you werenât blushing too hard.Â
âSo what next?â he asked.Â
âProbably the scene before âSeventeenâ,â you said, giving him the page and scene number, âitâs one of the hardest ones for me. I guess I just canât connect to Jonah the way Winnie does.âÂ
âHuh,â he said, skimming the page. When you looked up at him, he had something between a smile and a smirk playing at his lips. You made yourself look away before you got too distracted. You refused to think about the fact that you were sitting across from Paxton Hall-Yoshida on your bed, in your room, like you were⊠close with each other. His eyes skimmed the script, finding the dialogue. He glanced up at you and nodded, indicating he found his place. You began.
âI was so afraid you wouldnât get away,â you said, jumping into character.
âI may be 102, but I can still outrun anyone,â a smile played at his lips. You smiled, then let your face fall.
âIâm so sorry, I-I tried to warn you-â
âNo, no,â he interjected almost seamlessly, âItâs okay, itâs⊠refreshing having someone look after me who isnât my mom.â His eyes flickered between your face and the page. You smiled with him for a second, then let distress cloud your face.
âJesse⊠that man came by my house today. He heard the music box, he knows about you-â
âI know he knowsâŠâÂ
You continued on with the scene and he trailed off when he came to the sheet music for the song Seventeen. You took in a breath to start the dialogue in the middle of the song, but before you couldâŠ
âSix years from now you will turn seventeen,
Turn seventeen,
The same age as me,
Six years from now,
Go to the spring,
Go to the spring and drinkâŠâ
He was singing to you. He was looking at you and singing to you. His eyes only flickered down to the page to confirm the lyrics. He was nervous, you could tell. But through his hesitance, the emotion in his voice was sincere. Your heart was beating faster. You didnât even notice your pulse was ringing in your ears, you were too focused on Paxton.Â
âI'll wait for you till you turn seventeen,
Turn seventeen,
The same age as me,
Six years from now,
Go to the spring,
Go to the spring and drinkâŠâ Your hand rose to cover your mouth. He hesitated, and you remembered your dialogue.
âUh, wh-what if I⊠forget where the spring is?â He reached out and took your free hand in his. Your pulse was off the charts. âIâll go get you some water. Just⊠remember to keep it somewhere safe. Somewhere no one will find it.â You got the feeling he wasnât just talking about the water. You knew he had never really been in a serious relationship before, and it clicked suddenly - if he learned an entire song to duet with you, just how much he must like you. You exhaled a breathy laugh, unsure how to process the sudden euphoria you felt.Â
âYou make the world sound so⊠exciting. I just want to drink the water right now!â
âUh, no. You have to wait.â you both smiled, anticipating the upcoming joke.
âWhy?â you ask, âWhatâs the difference?â You held your breath as he tried not to laugh through the delivery of the punchline.Â
âBelieve me,â he rubbed his thumb over your hand, âthereâs a difference.â You both chuckled, and he continued singing. You were so focused on him, so⊠touched that he would do all this for you.Â
âWinnie, wait with me,
And we could be married,
Winnie, wait with me,
And we'll share the world,
Winnie, you can stop time,
And live like this,
ForeverâŠâ
âI could live like this forever,â you echoed.
âLive like this...â you sang in tandem.
âWhat do you say, Winnie? Do you want toâŠâ he broke character suddenly, and asked, his eyes boring into yours, âDo you want to go out some time?âÂ
He could see the adorable smile blooming on your face, even from behind your hand. You nodded.
âYes, I-I would love that,â and you began to sing the last line in the song, âForever-âÂ
But before you finished holding out the note, his lips were on yours. His mouth moved slowly, intentionally, against yours. You followed his lead, flustered. He leaned further forward, his palm caressing your cheek. It was everything you imagined it would be, and you had quite the imagination. Your head was angled up and your hands rested themselves on his back, one tracing little shapes. Your shoulders were pressed against each other and neither of you could think. He was so warm. He tasted like coconut and passion fruit, and a distant part of your mind silently thanked Eleanor again.Â
You really could live like this forever.

Booked
Diego x reader (the whole family is present at the beginning but as time goes on becomes more Diego-centric)
Summary: You have a summer house that is far away from any big cities, youâve inherited it from your great-great-parents and you want to prove to your friends that you cannot possibly make an income out of it. So you submit the house at booking dot com for the lowest price possible. Your plan was working for years and youâve been happy and content just by growing your own food and participating in the villageâs community, completely forgetting about the offer you presented on booking. Until one day, seven siblings arrive at your place, saying they reserved themselves the whole house for the eternity of summer.
Warnings:Â gender-neutral reader, swear words (? but just a couple, mainly from Five)
Wordcount: 3.7k
A/N: settling is post s2, so everyone looks accordingly. umbrella academy gets back into the timeline where no umbrella nor the sparrow academy exists, yet the world is still ending. mostly written out of nostalgia for my own summer house that my family sold years ago and i will never come back there, so i want it to live on at least somewhere
Summers were always hot in this little village that you lived in, especially with the climate change looming over humanityâs ignorant heads.
So you were actually relieved that you finally persuaded a local technician to help you fix the fridge that stopped freezing its insides for good two weeks already.
You just handed her the cash and waved her goodbye, also giving the lady a basket with apples and peaches that grew in your garden. You donât have enough people eating your fruits and most of it goes into jams anyways.
You waited a little until her car disappeared into the horizon of the bumpy road near your house, seeing as it even got blurry in the end, as the air was literally melting the reality in front of your eyes.
With a swift movement you adjusted a cap on your head, went out of the creaky gate - which green color was peeling off into the original black metal that it was made with - and closed it behind yourself with a happy hum.
It was a twenty minutes walk to the nearest convenience store and it gave you just enough time to ponder about the recent weird thing that happened to you.
About three days ago you just got a random payment come to your bank account.
15 Euros. That was it.
No note, no name.
You decided to let it be, even though it did stir your mind in various ways.
Normally, when something like this happens, the bank realises the mistake in the recipient and takes the money back within 24 hours.
Either the person who sent it didnât care that it went to the wrong place or bank decided to be generous with you.
Whatever the reason was, those 15 Euros could be used now to buy yourself a little more sweets than you usually do.
You never had to complain about how little money you actually have from living here and being more or less self-sufficient, but some random extra cash will make anyone smile in this capitalistic hell that you tried so hard to escape from.
.
.
After you came home you started sorting out groceries that youâve bought, putting them into the right places.
Upon finishing you just plopped yourself on the bench near the big abandoned table in the room, looking around.
This house used to be alive. With a lot of your family members running around, making noise, sometimes fighting, but always generally just enjoying the good time at this place.
At the end of the extended room was a window, showing you the rest of the garden that you lovingly cared for every single day.
Under the window was a spacious kitchen counter, with a fridge and shelves for ingredients next to it. Then there was the entrance to one of the unused bedrooms with one bed pushed against the wall, which in turn was covered by a red hanging carpet. On a wall, yes.
You stopped tracing the room around with your eyes as you heard some rummaging coming from the outside.
After easily springing to your feet you saw black dots in front of you and your head was spinning. Damn you, iron deficiency!
A few seconds passed and you were collected again, rushing out towards the gates to the property.
You stopped in your tracks as you saw five people literally barging through your piece of land with suitcases and bags, bickering with each other.
Oh, nope. They were six, actually. A very tiny figure closed the gate after all of them made it in and started clumsily going forward on a tiny tartan road that lead all the way to the summer house.
âKlaus, stop fucking pushing around and help me with the bags, maybe?â said a man with longer curly hair and a goatee, clearly agitated at another person, who wasnât holding anything except some bottle in their hand.
âOh cut it, you two! Weâre almost in the house, come on,â said a woman with straight black hair in the flowery dress and then she noticed that someone blocks their way.
Her eyes landed on you.
âUm... hello?â she said with an awkward smile, attempting a wave in your direction and continued, âare you the owner? We booked your house until the rest of the summer like.. a few days ago.â
Your eyes widened and your mouth hung open in the âoâ shape, trying to grasp the reality.
So.... someone really booked your summer house after several years of no traction from booking and you had no clue.
Thatâs what the payment was for!
But..
âOh,â you said, not knowing how to proceed about the situation, âwell, you see.. um... I have nowhere to stay? This is my only home,â you started timidly, rubbing your hands together.
âOh,â the woman seemed surprised and confused but quickly collected herself, âwell, if you have enough beds to keep us all in then itâs no problem, I guess?â
âYeah? Alright, great!â You smiled at the whole âsquadâ and looked at them all.
âUhm.. my name is y/n! Welcome to my summer house, I guess,â you put your hands into the back pockets and shook your head a little into the direction of the house.
âAllison, nice to meet you,â the woman you talked to said, smiling invitingly.
âDiego,â almost spat the guy with the goatee.
âKlaus, darling,â said the person with the bottle in their hand, widening his arms in an invisible hug.
âLuther,â mumbled a big man in the back of them all.. he looked like heâs been through something.
Actually, they all do.
âVanya,â chirped a girl behind the big- Luther, the corners of her lips lifting ever so lightly.
âFive,â said a child in the front, looking unusually angry, suddenly shortening the distance between the two of you, âas long as youâre out of our business youâre good to stay,â he literally sneered at you, pushing past you and going inside.
That left you kinda shook, but then Allison just apologised for âtheir brotherâ, so you decided to ask another question:
âSo youâre all a family?â
âYes, weâre all siblings. Adopted,â she said, actually following you inside, not as the little guy before who let himself in without even knowing the place.
âI think my place is not the best for so many people to sleep at though..â you said quietly, biting your lip.
âThatâs why it was so cheap..â Luther wondered, looking around.
You had to calm yourself so you didnât snap at your guest. You didnât even know anyone would ever book your house, damn! What were you supposed to do?
In the end you spent some time showing them the rooms, starting with the first one that contained an old-fashioned sink and the water tank near it, which you needed to manually fill up with water, and the drain led to the bucket under it.
Very simple.
In the back of the room there was a dining table, on one side surrounded by the bench and the other with some mismatching chairs.
From this space you proceeded into the extended âhallwayâ that you stared at before your peace and quiet was ruined.
There was also an ancient literal furnace, on top of which you could actually lay on, you know, as in all the fairytales.
After that, there was another room entrance that contained two beds on each side (one of them pushed under the window), similar to the other room and a coffee table in the middle of the area.
When you all went back to the first place, there was a wooden staircase that led to the second floor.
There were two rooms. One had a king sized bed in the middle of the space, with a closet and various tables around the whole area.
The other one had a working table and a bed in the corner.
âAnd that is the end of the tour!â you proclaimed, as everyone got seated by the big table in the extended room, while you were making everyone tea and preparing some snacks.
âGreat, I sleep on the furnace!â Klaus exclaimed, putting his hands in the air animatedly.
âI guess we can fit all of us in here, actually,â Allison was clearly thinking aloud, counting the members of the family and available sleeping places.
âYouâre gonna take one of the beds, right?â she said, pointing at you.
âUh.. yes! Upstairs, I think. The one with the small bed and a table,â you smiled at her and she nodded.
âThen Iâll be sleeping with Vanya in the king-sized bed and you guys can fight for whoâs going to end up sharing the room,â Allison concluded, clearly enjoying herself.
âFunny of you to think Iâll have enough time to sleep, in our situation,â said Five, suddenly coming out from the doorframe into the room.
You didnât even mention that he wasnât there when you were explaining the plan of the house.
âWhat situation? There should always be time to sleep,â you chipped in, carefully smiling at the boy.
âStay the fuck out of our business, I said,â he gritted through his teeth at you, which left you blinking in surprise as he went away again, out of sight.
âHow... old is he again?â you asked with the confusion that a kid would be so rude to a stranger like this.
All of them kind of nervously laughed or mumbled something that you couldnât understand.
âItâs complicated,â said Vanya, smiling at you reassuringly.
How the fuck an age of your own brother is complicated?..
You heard the fancy-looking woman - Allison - sigh heavily and turn to you, shrugging.
âItâs just.. when our parents adopted him, he freshly got into the orphanage so he didnât even have any documents about his birthday, blood type or anything. Apparently, he was really abused by his biological parents. Or whoever else, we donât even know.â
âOh.. Iâm sorry,â you apologised quickly, biting your lip. Didnât expect to poke into any painful subjects.
âItâs okay, really, weâve learned how to take proper care of him,â Allison said, putting her hand on your back with a smile.
When you excused yourself to continue with gardening and went outside, Allison just shook her head.
âWho says âitâs complicatedâ when someone asks you about their siblingâs age, Vanya?â said Allison in disbelief.
âIâm sorry, I thought it would settle the matter..â she muttered, playing with her fingers anxiously.
âItâs okay..â she smiled at her sister and then looked around the whole table, âlook weâre here for the whole summer, so I think it would be better if we somehow told the owner at least partially about our powers so weâre not hiding all the time. We came here to have a safe space where we could train after all, am I right?â she looked expectantly at Luther who immediately started nodding along, agreeing.
âOr maybe,â started saying Klaus, already getting up from his seat and trying to crawl onto the furnace, skinny legs already dangling in the air, âwe can just tell them weâre the umbrella academy, donât you think?â he concluded, facing a wall with his face.
âBut we checked that the umbrella academy doesnât exist in this universe.. nor any other replacement of us,â reminded her siblings Vanya, fingers still intertwined on the table, firmly put together.
âIâm sure weâll tell them one way or another,â said Diego, getting up just like his brother, making his way a bit further though, his objective clearly being the fridge.
He opened it and smirked at the beer present there, taking one can with him. His eyes then wondered to the window at the end of the room and he stepped closer, inspecting what is outside.
Apparently it was still their new homeâs property, as he saw y/n working in the garden, repotting some plants under the tree.
His gaze stayed on them as he thought about various topics in his head, but then he decided to go out of the house, jumping down the wooden stairs leading to the tartan road, framing the whole garden.
You heard steps behind you, turning your head away from the the plants, only to meet a tall man in front of you, with a can in his hand.
âHey, uhm..â he nervously put his hand on his neck, scratching it, âI just wanted to ask if itâs cool if I take some beer from the fridge?â he lifted the other hand with the mentioned item, giving it a little shake.
âItâs cool,â you replied, smiling softly at him, and then getting back to work, grabbing the plant by the root, moving it to another hole in the ground.
âOkay..â he retorted, biting his lower lip and scanned the area with his dark eyes.
There was an abandoned greenhouse with broken walls, greenery growing all around it, just next to the fence of the property. To its left was a wooden toilet booth with a typical round-shaped hole in the higher part of the door.
âIâm really sorry, by the way,â you started talking again, now finally done with your objective of the day, now plopping yourself next to Diego on the bench that he was chilling at, the surface creaking from the added weight, âI really thought nobody would *ever* rent this place,â you shrugged with a smile, now looking in front of yourself, closing your eyes and letting sunshine illuminate your face.
âWell.. uh.. then why did you put up on that website anyways?â he asked, clear confusion in his voice.
You sighed, shifting your body a little, getting into more comfortable sitting position, âIt was a bet I made with my friends back in the day. A few years ago they told me I could actually rent this place and get income from it, not having to work a day in my life! Yet i told them that itâs not possible, and I wanted to prove that I was right by putting the advertisement,â you finished, finally opening your eyes, tilting your head at your new acquaintance.
You caught him staring at you, so he quickly turned away, now getting quite a violent sip out of the beer can.
âYou shouldâve put some timing on that bet then.. Letâs say, if it doesnât get traction after two years youâll finally delete the posting,â he said, after gulping some liquid.
That made you laugh and you couldnât look away from him. His features were so.. delicate.
âYeah, youâre actually right!â you admitted, slapping your thighs in excitement.
âDiego, my precious brother!â you two suddenly heard from the entrance to the house.
You lifted your eyes and saw a slender confide getting closer to you both, the man walking barefoot.
âFive said weâre all needed for a âfamily meetingâ,â the guy literally put an air quotes with his free hand that wasnât holding a glass, saying it in the mockingly serious tone, âso you better come with me and stop bothering this lovely person, alright?â he then proceeded sweetly, extending a hand towards Diego with a wide smile.
âGod.. alright,â he answered and to your surprise took his hand, now brothers going away into the house, Diego briefly looking back at you, âLetâs talk later.â
You just nodded, finding yourself still smiling long before they were gone.
What is this funny feeling in the pit of your stomach?..
And why is one of their family members called by a number instead of a name?!
.
.
It was only the second day of your coexistence with the Hargreeves but it was already a wild ride.
Normally your morning looked like this;
You would wake up at a reasonable hour, maybe like.. 9am. You would go down the stairs from your room and make yourself some breakfast. While eating youâd either read a book or just listen to some music from your phone.
Then youâd do daily tasks, so taking care of the garden or some house maintenance, or both.
Then youâd do everything special that needs to be done only once in a while: a meeting with a friend, grocery shopping, attending a meeting with your neighbours where you decide on further upgrades of the village.
Then youâd draw some commissions, if there were any and after all of this youâd have late lunch that normally turned into dinner, concluding your day with doing your hobbies or rarely taking out your laptop and browsing the internet.
âRise and shiiine!â you heard somewhere from downstairs, for some reason that person was also ringing a bell, making you immediately sit up in your bed.
You turned your head towards the mirror that hung across your sleeping space on the wall and you could see your hair standing up in different directions, cowlick upon cowlick.
You also felt tired, kind of not used to that feeling and shifted your half-closed eyes to the alarm clock near you.
It was... a bit past 7am. Who are those people to wake up that early?!
You lazily got up from the bed, yawning and stretching your arms up, feeling a few cracks here and there.
âGood morning!â first half of the sentence was muffled by the closed door to your room, but that quickly changed as it burst open, Klaus marching right in, his voice now uncomfortably loud for your sleepy ears, âI thought it would be nice to have breakfast all together and make you feel a part of the family, wouldnât it?â he said with a genuine smile, looking at you.
You were sitting on your bed in pyjamas, hair all over the place, most unamused expression on the face, eyes half opened.
âNot a morning person?â he mused, tilting his head at you, âwell, feel free to join or sleep more, I wouldnât judge,â he continued and you saw in literal slow motion as he lifted his hand with a bell in hand, shaking it hard as he marched out of your room just in the same manner as he came in just seconds ago.
âBREAKFAST!!â he yelled with at least two octaves lower at his siblings, still ringing the bell that now was resonating in your brain in a highest pitch possible, making your head hurt.
Great morning.
But despite the general morning grumpiness you did find it endearing that Klaus decided to include you in their activities, making you feel less alone and - quite funnily - welcomed in your own house.
You slowly went down the stairs, hearing the lower floor full of different voices and it made your heart clench. You immediately thought of your family that made it feel alive like this in the past and a warm smile appeared on your face, as the Hargreeves huddled up around the smaller table in the room you descended from the stairs into, all making your appearance feel natural.
âGood morning,â you passed Luther that nodded in your direction alongside the phrase, as you went into the bigger room, seeing Allison cooking by the stove, window open.
âOh hey, youâre up,â she said with a smile, âcan you pass me some milk?â she asked, extending her hand into the air, already expecting said item.
âSure!!â you hurriedly opened the fridge, giving her the thing she requested and she continued cooking.
You slowly looked around, seeing a blanket and some different things like cigarette boxes and teddy bears on top of the furnace, which made you realise that someone from the family has clearly claimed it to be their place for sleeping and you found it adorable.
âYou can go sit with the others, Iâll bring it all in when itâs ready, Allison said, adjusting her black hair so it didnât get in the way of preparing food.
âOh.. okay!â you chirped, with a smile going back to the first room, and finding an empty seat between Diego and Klaus.
You almost sat already when Klaus sprang to his feet and took you by the shoulders, making you freeze on the spot, eyes wide.
âKlaus?â you asked, confused, âis that seat taken?â
âBy Allison,â Diego quickly responded before his brother had any chance to and then the skinny man sat back on his chair, nodding with an awkward smile on his face.
âYes, exactly. Sorry y/n,â he sighed and shrugged, clearly playing along Diegoâs words, but you just let it go.
Instead you sat next to Luther, whom already opened his mouth but Vanya looked at him with a forced smile, raising a brow. At that, the big guy closed his mouth again, without making a sound.
Something.. is weird here. You shifted a bit in your seat, biting your lower lip.
The kid wasnât here at all, you just noticed.
Then finally Allison came with the food and your anxiety lessened, as everyone started cheering for wonderful pancakes that she made.
She already wanted to sit on the seat that the guys told you was reserved for her, when suddenly Klaus did the same to her as he did to you.
âKlaus,â Diego hissed in a low voice.
Allison just looked at her brother, expression just as confused as yours was.
âWhat?â Allison deadpanned, putting a hand to her hip.
There was a brief second of silence until Klaus just burst into an emotional speech.
âLook, I know weâre all pretending that weâre normal in front of y/n but you all know that Ben always sits next to me and heâs sitting here right now, yet you all wanna make it seem like he doesnât exist? Iâm sorry that heâs a ghost, Iâm sure he didnât want to die either!â then after a moment he added, âRight, brother dear?â looking at an empty space near him.
Your brain clearly wasnât catching up to what was just being said.
Pretending to be normal?..
âGreat. Just fucking great, Klaus. I bet Ben would move, understanding the situation!â Allison waved her hands at him and the chair next to him with an annoyed voice.
âWe just blew our cover, guys,â said Diego with pursed lips, looking absentmindedly at the table filled with food.
Soon enough they all started arguing and only when there was a sudden blue light in the room, and the kid appeared literally out of the thin air in front of your eyes, everyone fell silent, looking at him.
âGuys, I just did a search around the neighbourhood andââ his blue eyes met with yours, full of shock and denial of what you just saw, âshit.â
He clicked his tongue and frowned and that was positively the last thing you remember before losing consciousness, everything around you turning black.
Too much of supernatural for one morning, thatâs for sure.

Almost immediately after the last post this is an anon ask I've gotten and here's my reply. If you would like you can check out @wallstermelon 's post on her blog. Since I have apparently been blocked by her I can't reblog it. This is in no way meant to dissect everything she wrote. Especially because as a cis person I am not a target of her post. These are just a few things that stood out to me and why I feel it's important to take a stance against the transphobic things she has said (which is what you're calling spreading hate)
I just want to first say that, as of now, I identify as a cis person. And before I say anything else - if a considerable number of a certain section of people told me that something I had said and done has offended them and is discriminatory towards their identity, I would simply apologise instead of arguing that it was not my intention to do so and furthermore it's not what I meant to do, so how they feel is actually wrong and I can't help if my words hurt them.
Here's a small section of her long post that was under a 'read more'
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/1a9e2386551b666fb8694ad9dd6c7bd2/054ae8d9679282bf-0d/s640x960/827ee28af53c971e8765943fa5c173a1a32b5d0a.jpg)
Here's a section of her answer to this anon
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/1a797343c56a6bbbbe63040a412bea57/054ae8d9679282bf-e4/s540x810/ca22709d6f6829e92c74039167de49f80ec415b9.jpg)

Here's two things I am pointing out:
1. As a cis person, wallstermelon has in her statements said multiple times that her words and remarks are not transphobic and/or transmisogynistic.
Now I certainly don't think people cannot or should not defend their statements if they feel they aren't wrong
However when it comes to this, a cis person cannot decide over multiple trans people on what constitutes transphobia and transmisoginy
A cis person does not have higher authority or moral ground on what can be considered as transphobic and transmisogynistic
It is not upto a cis person to decide that a trans person's interpretation or view of someone's gender fetishises transfem/transwomen when there are actually transfem fans of H that have said they have no problem with it
2. She says that her belief that Harry (and Louis) are non-straight are based on things that are substantial to her
Now here's a long post about Harry and gender and here's a post by my friend Asia with a very short and not elaborate answer to the this anon. I encourage you to read them.
But here's a few things that she considers substantial
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/56c13b68e80ab3641909e7966bc8bce0/054ae8d9679282bf-9a/s540x810/6e2c9cbfdeeb9773a03b9f57a1bf68cb762d9473.jpg)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/8c869cfe6560d7fcbd9bb05cd5b6840e/054ae8d9679282bf-65/s540x810/1f983e5c47d217658cc7c066036b0398c8f1e2de.jpg)
Here are a few things trans fans have said about Harry and why it may be an indicator that he is trans
Harry often goes by the name H, a gender neutral short form of his name
How do we know this? From the mouths of the people who are around him/ related to him/friends with him
Has an obsession with pregnancy
How do we know this? From him. The multiple times he has put a balloon under his t-shirt or made a gesture with his hand to indicate pregnancy on himself, the time he said in a concert- we're all trying in reply to a woman talking about her own pregnancy, the time he said if I was pregnant I would do this
I just want to clarify I don't think it is upto a cis person to decide whether a trans person's speculation/thoughts about someone's gender is substantial or baseless. However I do want to point out that wallstermelon has said multiple times that she feels trans people's speculation about H's gender is â
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/42e21eab0ae4f71fa9f7cc5de3bc5b38/054ae8d9679282bf-53/s540x810/3e739546de9e30711914142c02add5a13d0b5547.jpg)
So when she uses things Harry or people close to him have said and done to believe Harry is non-straight, but when trans people do it to believe Harry is trans/non-binary, it is 'baseless interpretation to stand on and use as fact to speculate about harry's gender'
And this : saying she hasn't mocked trans fans when in fact by mocking trans people who interpreted She as a song about gender, she has ....mocked trans fans
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/3a9abd23bfa16febac811c3ddad0b303/054ae8d9679282bf-82/s540x810/a5c7aa90f1a816957b51e4c5743ebf9400d946e0.jpg)
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/05da67f0810a54088a7d829455109a0a/054ae8d9679282bf-00/s640x960/c1fe43e5279106b25e62ff57d95ca0d24205d743.jpg)
Saying that the things trans fans interpret to speculate on H's gender is baseless is fucking transphobic actually. Have a good day
#furthermore comparing calling a bisexual person's attraction to men comphet#and how it is offensive#to calling someone non-cis when they are actually cis#is simply not it#1. gender and sexuality are not the same thing they may be connected but not the same#2. biphobia is very real and biphobic views are used against bisexual people to invalidate their sexuality#3. there is no such thing as cisphobia and noone has ever been treated with violence orderision for being cis like bipeople are for being b#look when i was not aware of jasmin's views on these things#i.e. her views on trans fans speculation about gender and the transphobic things she has said#i thought she was a funny#and actually had kept some contact with her#she blocked me as soon as i shared my friend's post about h's gender#even though she never even followed me#so there you go

Burden (Todoroki x Reader)
Pairing:Â Todoroki x Reader
Anon asked:Â âyo so for some Todoroki angst, what about his gf breaking up with him because Endeavor had told her to because he didn't want her to get in the way of Todoroki's "purpose" (she does tell him this) which leads to a very depressed Todoroki left wondering what he did wrong and desperately trying to get her back? Could end happily if you want, up to u"
Genre: Angst to fluff
(Submission 2/3 of Todoroki angst from my post a few days ago)Â
Word count:Â 1,993
Tags: Â @yuki-osakiâ @liviiteheâ @iamsoftsodonttoucheume-blogâ @bunnythepipsqueak
a/n: Legit Iâm so tired I almost fell asleep in the middle of writing this, but I wanted to get this out for you guys before the night ended, so I banged it out. Itâs not as intense as Name and it ends happily so I hope you guys enjoy and are left with some fuzzy feelings at the end :3
I wrote this kind of gender neutral soooo yeah, read it as you want to! Thanks again for the submission anon! I appreciate you!
It hurts to break Todoâs heart. Heâs baby, I just love him so much I wanna protect him :(
Also question, do you guys care if thereâs a pic at the top of every post or nah?
From the moment Aizawa told me Endeavor wanted to speak to me, I knew something would go utterly wrong.
"I want you out of my son's life," he ordered bluntly. Â "I have big plans for Shouto to become the top hero one day, he doesn't need to be sidetracked by high school romance."
Todoroki had warned me how pushy and controlling his father was, which is why he always kept our relationship somewhat secretive. Â I don't even know where or when his father saw us together. Â It's shocking, but I can't say I'm totally surprised he's saying it.
"Sir, with all due respect," I'm trying to be polite, but I want to give the man a piece of my mind after all the things Shouto's told me, "Shouto wouldn't appreciate you getting involved in his personal life. Â This was a decision he made without you, and I'd say he's happy with it."
Endeavor rolls his eyes and rests his hands on his desk. Â "Shouto doesn't know what's good for him. Â Besides, I'm sure he only agreed to be in a relationship with you just to rebel against me. Â He holds no true feelings for you."
I gape at his statement. Â Is he for real? Â "I don't know how you could possibly know that, I don't think Todoroki said anything to you about me or his feelings."
The man's turquoise eyes scan me uncomfortably. Â "I remember your performance from the Sports Festival. Â You barely even made it past the obstacle course round, and the only reason you advanced to the finals was because you happened to be on a winning team. Â You even lost your first battle. Â Your quirk and your abilities are nothing special."
I clench my fists, rage coursing through my blood. Â "Excuse me-"
"Which is why a weakling like you wouldn't be a good match for my son," he continues. Â "Think about it. Â My son's power is immense, he can stand on his own in a match. Â You probably need support from someone else. Â He'll eventually grow tired of you and he'll toss you aside for someone on the same level as him." Â Endeavor glances at the clock on his desk. Â "Now if you'll excuse me, I have another meeting planned." Â He rises from his chair and strolls out of the room. Â "Give it some thought and I'm sure you'll make the right choice."
I'm left in the middle of his office, shaking and seeing red with rage. Â I want to punch and scream in his face. Â I don't care if he's some big-shot pro hero, he can takes his words and shove it where the Sun doesn't shine. Â How can he talk that way to people so easily? Exasperated (and afraid I'll break something if I stay), I huff out of the room and back to the dorms, mumbling and cursing to myself about all the things I'd like to do to Todoroki's father.
And I hate to admit it, but what he said really gets to me. Â My quirk isn't a strong, elemental type like Shouto's. Â All I can do is heat things I touch until they melt or burn, including human skin. Â I couldn't do much in the Sports Festival except block my opponents by melting the ground beneath them or throwing flaming objects at them. Â I've always had a love-hate relationship with my quirk because it was always too destructive or too weak to be a hero's quirk, but I've always tried to use it in offensive ways to help me fight.
As I get off the train, I sigh, Endeavor's words swimming in my mind. Â I hate that he might actually be right. Â I'm pretty useless. Â I can't help Shouto improve himself when he has to worry about constantly building me up and supporting me. Â I'd just be a burden to him.
It breaks my heart to know that I'm actually considering going through with this. Â Damn it, I can't believe I let Endeavor win.
I trudge into the common room of the dorms. Â Everyone's watching TV, eating, or reading. Â Shouto turns around from his position near the wall, just observing everyone. Â As soon as he sees me, his blank face softens into a smile, making my heart sink. Â I hate to break his heart, but it's for the best.
"Hey, where were you? Â I was worried for a moment that you wouldn't come back before curfew." Â His eyes melt right into mine, displaying nothing but warmth.
My stomach churns. Â Aizawa had told me privately, so Todoroki doesn't know I just faced his father. Â "My parents needed me to go grocery shopping for them. Â They're both out of town, so they didn't get to go before they left." Â I bite my lip, dreading what's going to come next. Â "Can we...talk outside?"
The fondness stiffens into anxiety and I see his Adam's apple move as he gulps. Â "Okay."
Once we're outside, it gets more difficult for me to look him in the eyes because I'm afraid I'll cry, and I have to be the strong one. Â I take a deep breath to calm myself, feeling his eyes on me. Â Just rip it off like a band-aid. Â "I think we should break up."
At first I thought I'd said it too quickly for him to understand, but the way his face falls confirms he heard just fine. Â I feel like I've just kicked the most precious puppy in the world, I want to cry in his arms and confess everything that just happened, but I can't.
The confusion and despair mixes in his eyes as he stares at he ground, his eyes flickering back and forth. Â "Did I do something wrong? Â Please tell me, I'll fix it."
My throat threatens to close up, but I swallow hard. Â "It's nothing you did, Shouto. Â I just think we might've rushed into this. Â We let our feelings get in the way of why we're really here, and it wasn't to get into relationships." Â I muster up the courage to stare at him with a hardened look. Â "We should focus on our real priorities from now on. Â I'm sorry."
Shouto's crestfallen expression kept falling with every word I said and I can't take anymore. Â I calmly walk back inside the dorm and head upstairs to my room, about to explode into tears and I can't let anyone see it. Â As soon as I shut the door, I break into sobs and collapse onto my knees. Â The memory of his face right before I left remains behind my eyelids. Â I hate possibly seeing him cry or get angry. Â For both of our sake, I'm praying that he gets over it quickly. Â We only dated for a few months, he should get over it fairly quickly.
.
He didn't get over it.
Even after almost a week, Shouto never failed to get through a day without boring holes in the back of my head. Â He seemed so lost without me even when he's surrounded by his friends. Â It got to the point where I decided to start having my lunch in an empty classroom because I would feel like breaking down whenever I meet his heartbroken stare.
There were even a few times where he would come up to me in the halls while I stopped to talk to someone and tried to talk to me, but I had to politely smile and tell him I was busy with the person I was with and then walk away.
It hurts. Â It just hurts so much.
But if it means we can both benefit and get stronger without me burdening him, I have to stand my ground. Â I started throwing myself into intense training alone. Â I'm trying to focus my quirk on emitting heat to things so I don't have to touch them, but I'm not getting anywhere fast with it.
After a few days of frustrating myself, Shouto suddenly bangs the door open in the middle of my training. Â At first I want to politely ask him to leave, but the anger burning in his eyes stops me as he marches to stand right in front of me. Â I feel terribly small in his presence, I don't even want to meet his eyes. Â "What-"
"Why didn't you tell me my father asked to see you?" he asks, his voice dangerously low, like a time bomb waiting to explode.
I feel my face lose all color. Â How did he find out? Â "Who-?"
"Uraraka told me," he answers before I can finish, fists clenching at his sides. Â "I had a hunch there was something wrong. Â What did he tell you?"
I'm torn between answering and keeping my mouth shut, incapable of even looking him in the eyes for fear I might fall apart right here. Â "N-Nothing," I manage feebly.
"Tell me," the edge in his voice growing. Â The room gets hotter and colder at the same time as Shouto's quirk starts releasing out of his control.
I scrunch my eyes shut to hold back tears. Â "H-He told me you didn't actually have feelings for me and that you're only dating me to rebel against him," I sniff, "And then he said I'm too weak for you, that I'm nothing special, and you'll eventually get tired of me because I can't hold my own in a battle and you'd rather be with someone with the same ability level as you." Â The hot tears finally escape my eyes and run down my face. Â "And he's right, isn't he? Â I'm just a burden to you. Â I'm probably better suited to be someone's sidekick than a hero. Â I'm nowhere near the same level as you."
I reach up to wipe my face of my stupid tears when Shouto steps closer and gently wipes them away with his thumbs. Â His hands remain there, holding my head between his hands, the familiar gesture making me choke out a sob. Â Anger had melted away into understanding and sympathy. Â "I don't care about the strength of your quirk or how useful you are in battle. Â I care about you, as the person I love. Â And I'd never get tired of you."
He plants a soft kiss on my forehead and I collapse into his chest, my arms wrapping around him and gripping the back of his shirt as I let everything out. Â His comforting fresh scent calms me down as he pats my back.
"I'm sorry, Shouto," my sobs muffle into his clothes, "I let him get to me. Â I was too weak to tell you anything and I thought you wouldn't want me anymore. Â I'm sorry I put you through this."
The boy buries another kiss in my hair. Â "I knew you wouldn't think of this on your own, love. Â You know how much I care about you."
"I know," I sniff again separating from him and wiping my face, "I was stupid. Â I made both of us suffer for no reason."
Shouto cradles my cheek with his left hand and I lean into his warm, holding onto his wrist. Â "Can we get back together then? Â I miss you a lot." Â Those mismatched eyes hold more love in them than I can even fathom. Â They choke me up so much I can only nod.
His icy hand pulls me in by my waist before sealing our lips together in a sweet reunion kiss. Â We move against each other, familiar feelings burst out of us to express exactly how much we missed out on each other in the past couple weeks.
Shouto pulls away just far enough to keep our foreheads still pressed together. Â "If my father ever tries to meet you again, you're taking me with you. Â I'm not letting him disrespect you like that. Â He needs to know his place."
"Okay. don't get so worked up," I kiss his nose, to which he blushes and I giggle. Â "Now can you help me with my training now? Â I need to catch up with you."

SOULMATE AU HEADCANONS
the girls of the team <3
so *cough* I struggle to write from a male perspective, and also it's pride month so try and stop me? these are all either mega gay or gender neutral.
ARTEMIS CROCK
matching tattoos (different then Jaimes headcanons)
the arrow tattoo on your shoulder was usually what people noticed about you first.
it was a stark contrast against the colour of your skin, so it was easily spotted.
one of the reasons that, when your mother dragged you into a life of crime and villainy, you had to wear sleeves.
sleeves are for chumps.
you didn't really have a choice with the whole villainy thing, but you went along with it to please your mother.
after a little while, she deemed you a good enough fighter to present you to the light, who began to use you as a pawn, much like many of the teen villains that the light had under their wing.
you run into the team on a mission nothing after being brought to the Light.
You almost instantly die during the fight because your too distracted by the blonde teen with the arrow tattoo to focus on not getting your ass kicked by Robin.
When one of his birdarangs slices the sleeve from your shoulder, you begin to focus.
Only for everyone else to stop when Robin yells in surprise.
your tattoo is showing. The fight sort of slows.
the team was winning anyway, Icicle Jr is on the ground, held down by one of Zatannas spells, and Mammoth had been trapped in a metal shipping container by Superboy.
'that's not something you see everyday' Robin says.
but you throw down a gas bomb and vanish before Artemis can talk to you.
She isn't one to dance around stuff, she'll hunt you down to talk to you.
you've got an apartment to yourself, there's a knock at the door and suddenly there's this ponytail blonde chick in your apartment.
'do you have any idea how hard it is to find you? ever?'
once you figure out who she is, the two of you talk - without you gas bombing your way out of the situation.
the two of you start meeting up for coffee, then dates.
suddenly you wake up to Cheshire in your apartment asking about your intentions with her sister.
the same thing happens a week later when Sportsmaster gets wind of what was happening.
why does her family resort to violence so quickly? you've had to dodge three ninja stars and a baseball bat this week alone.
God help you.
Artemis is there though, to help you out and tell her family to calm the hell down.
you'd be fairly quick at jumping over to the team to avoid your mother. as always, Artemis is right there to help her soulmate out.
MEGAN
danger meter
you werenât sure how to react on the day your soulmates danger meter hit 10.
you were about fifteen when it happened. and you had no idea what to think considering no one anywhere near your age had anything over a 5.
life went on as normal as it could after that.
every now and again you would get questions about it, from friends or families.
about how your number is so high, how dangerous your soulmate is.
as you get older, people begin to avoid you, stemming from the belief that your soulmate is one of the many chaotic villains that appear across the world.
youâre seventeen when you run into your soulmate during an attack in your home on Rhode Island. Living so close to happy harbour always seemed to attract trouble it seemed.
Theres screams and explosions from the street ahead of you, and fueled by curiosity, you run ahead to see whats happening.Â
Only to have a block of concrete hurled in your direction.
It stops centimetres from your face, glowing a faint green before being pulled away and thrown back at the source.
âAre you alright?â a soft voice asks you, almost right away you realise this girl is your soulmate, and you can understand why the danger number is so high.Â
Shes a hero, and a powerful one at that considering how she just saved your life.
âuh yeah, iâm fineâ you stammer out and she smiles. sticking out her hand and introducing herself.Â
one of the other heroes calls out at her, telling her to focus on the battle and make introductions later.Â
She promises to talk to you after the fight, and suddenly your like a mile away and a ginger boy is giving you a mock salute before vanishing into a yellow blue.
not even twenty minutes later and Megan is there, happily reintroducing herself and asking if the two of you can hang out.
you ask about the danger number, yours in fairly low, but your curious as to why hers is so high.Â
She explains her martian powers as best she can to you, but they are a little confusing for someone who has never been exposed to that sort of stuff before.
Megan is a little bit of a hopeless romantic, so she may jump too quickly into a relationship with you, assuming since you are soulmates that you have to be together.
Itâll take a little bit of talking between you two to understand what you both actually want in a relationship.Â
Honestly and trust being one of them.
you sometimes worry when she goes on long missions and youâre not updated on her status. Nightwing likes to keep you in the loop, par a request from the martian herself.
ZATANNA ZATARA
red string of fate
if there is anything more fitting with Zatannaâs abilities, its the red string of fate,
A endless blood red string that is attached and tied around the pinky of two individuals. only those two people can see their string, and it becomes tighter the closer one is to their soulmate,
You never really paid attention to your string. It never became taut, always hanging loosely.
You mostly ignored it to be honest.
rather focusing on your school work and trying to balance your work with Lexcorp.
you were just an intern there, but it could be a huge stepping stone to another career for you.
university is a bit of a struggle sometimes. so when you get a break from your work and your friends take you for a day trip in DC you are glad for a break from the workload.
visiting the hall of justice had always been a dream for you, something that was definitely on your bucket list.
so you are basically dragging your friends up the front steps.
as your looking around the exhibits, the string around your finger seems to be almost pulling you, then it's definitely pulling you.
towards two girls in casual clothes talking by the door.
one has brown skin with short hair and is taking rather loud.
the other, you have to take in a breath to realise how pretty she is.
and also the fact that attached to her finger is the other end of your string.
'hi' you seem to appear out of nowhere for them. Your soul mate asks why you suddenly are talking to them, and you raise your hand to show her.
she's kind of in shock for a second and rocket is just, living for it.
'ohhhhhh your soulmate! yes girl!'
she's really not helping your nerves.
you three chat for a little before exchanging numbers with Zatanna - as she introduced herself - and running of with your friends to the next tourist stop.
Zatanna basically tells the whole team when she gets back and they're all ecstatic for her.
you two text a lot since you're busy with school and work, and she's got this super secret job she can't talk about.
She ends up telling you later however when you two are much closer and she feels she can trust you more.
Zatanna would be the best girlfriend. if you're ever feeling down, she's right there to cheer you up no matter what.
she's got your back and you've got hers.
date night's aren't really a thing because of how busy you guys are.
mostly just hanging out in your dorm while you work on a project and she leans up against you, asleep. resting after a mission.
we love you guys
some more soulmate headcanons cause you guys made them my most liked posts!!
the next fic (unless I get a request) will be a Wondergirl one!!
REQUESTS ARE OPEN, THROW THEM IN MY ASKS
