what in the mother FAWK was bad blood 😭😭
Ok #rant ahead sorru guysies..
(Assuming kayfabe here guys ok ? Ok!)
Tumblr media
Wtaf. Wtf. Wtaf. Wtf. Wtaf. Wtf. Wtaf.
1. even if i dont like liv, it's like theyr purposely trying to make her look weak. her whole reign has been about running away and cheating; idgaf if shes a heel. She still needs to PROVE she deserves the title.
2. i hate how this entire feud is all about dominik. Like doesnt rhea have a new man ?? Gtfo.. and the announcers constantly pushing this narrative that rhea still loves him the ENTIRE match was genuinely so annoying like stfu stfd and do ur job ho 😭😭
3. as a huuuuggee rhea fan, i wouldn't of even cared if liv won the match. Because there was nobody to get involved and cost rhea to lose, she was guaranteed to win in a way that would show everyone she can hold her own against anyone and deserves to have that title. She managed perfectly fine without TJD on her side before, so why can't she now?
4. o ya, raquel def fucked the match up. She came in to early, caused the DQ, and still tried to save it. Also, it was so anticlimactic how she came in. She should of had her theme song playing and she should of came out AFTER rhea was hitting dom.
5. this match was so obviously scripted it hurt like wtafff. I know i said 'assuming kayfabe' up there but cmon now. I will NEVER understand why rhea didnt just pin liv right then and there and maybe beat up dominik after. Even if raquel came out after she had pinned liv and beat her up, Rhea would still have the title and at the end of the day that's all that matters.
6. can we pls talk abt jhea? the writers started this like a year ago and are just now adding onto it bcz of the betrayal , but they've already ruined it before it even started. zero interactions two shows in a row (which i do understand the first one,, i wouldnt want my son to watch me wrestling + flirting with another woman that isnt his mother), but BFFR. Not even a behind the scenes of them talking? All we've gotten is them posting stories of one another. Come AWN neow HHH !☠️
7. okay so now were breaking up the terror twins. 💀 idk if triple H is trying to make Liv look weak or just ruin rhea's entire career. these bookings and plot line is ass and they did this w sasha banks tew. Look where she at now 🤷🏽‍♀️ anywayyy,, i dont get WHY they would break them up either. It also sort of ruins damians character and their bond w eachother that wwe has built up for years + the irl bond they have. Damian has sacrificed his own body to protect her, and now he got one win and all of a sudden he needs to go solo and leave a broken up rhea behind? NAW. He would not dew that. If u told last week Damian abt ts he'd slap u silly and knock the mario coins outta u.
8. i lowk stopped watching after that roman and cody match bcz i didnt care to see the rest so idk what all happened after that, so spare me guyss...
9. honestly,, jimmy coming back made me happy as a mf. Holdon let me show yall
Tumblr media
10. Do i gaf thats not they names.. nooo not rlly lol haha anwyays
11. am i happy that my baby daddy roman won? Hell ya!
12. am i even happier that he came back for cody? HELLLLL YEEEEAHHHHHHH
13. am i confused at the rock comin back and not saying shit? ..yes
14. but anyways thats js my take on the situation. Maybe it's tew much yapping and not alot of sense behind these words, maybe it's just me seeing the drew vs punk first and expecting SO much more. I was expecting like rhea 2 go dummy crazy on Liv likkke. I wanted to see Rhea 'the bloody eradicator' ripley beatin ho's ass! But anyways i guess not 😭😭
15. i guess this isnt the end of the feud? Idk.. adding raquel into beef that should of just been rhea vs liv was a dumb ass move idc !
16. bye yall 😛

Been thinking about winners.... Then I thought too hard... Here's my thoughts on.. all of them,,,,
• IF bdubs won next season: he has earned it. It would be great seeing as last season was a 3rd life throwback and sort of a redemption, if the next season was his most difficult we could go full heros journey with this bitch and the win would be incredibly satisfying.
9/10 didn't realize I wanted him to win but, I'm rooting for him now! Convinced me
• If bigB won next season: please let him win. I need him to win. He hasn't gotten a single ounce of attention from the fandom in any of his 4 amazing story arcs, and maybe just maybe they would care about him if he won. With new members joining he could have a fresh start (again), maybe with a win he could pull ahead all on his own, just like he started 2 years ago.
1000/10 I NEEED IT
• if Cleo won next season: hggfhhfjg. Hfhfhgfgg... Divorce quartet real... The animations... The fanart..... It would be so cool. I don't think Cleos character has much motivation to win atm, but if she was forced into a position where she needed to take the win it could be a very refreshing twist on the story.
7/10 we love to see a king winning
• if etho won next season: hey sorry ethogirls I don't know him well enough- all I know is that the fans would become crazy and I'd become an ethogirl. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk
• if gem won next season: okay, gem win would be awesome, yeah. Doesn't matter if everyone loves her, doesn't matter if everyone hates her, I just need her to be the main character, be confused, be crazy, die. It would hurt her character so deeply and would be genuinely amazing for her lore.
8/10 this would be sick
• if grian won next season: let's try that again baby! He might have won the first time with kindness, trust, loyalty and true friendship- but it can't be like that anymore can it. Everyone's left him, everyone's moved on, his life is falling apart, and for once he's barely stopping it. He's just trying to understand what's going on. He ends up in a similar situation to s1, and can't take it- he snaps, kills the other players, and wins once more, making everyone go crazy and the fandom die from shock immediately.
4/10 hmmmm
• if impulse won next season: HES BEEN SOOOOOO CLOSE FOR THE PAST 4 SEASONS. GIVE IT TO HIM PLEASE. only if he weasels his way in though, I love it when he's a lying little cheat and a freaky lil traitor. He needs everyone in his life to leave him or trust him completely and I will die on that hill.
7/10 hehehehe impman
• if Jimmy won next season: ughhhhhhh. Okay. So. Canary boy. He has never experienced pain before in his entire life. For those reasons 1. I'd love for him to win so he can finally understand the series he's in 2. I'd hate for him to win because nooo he broke the curse :((
Canary/10
• if Joel won next season: SBDBDJSKXBJDBXKSDBJDHSHAHDH THAT WOULD BE SO GOOOOOOOD WAIT WAIT WAIT I HADN'T EVEN CONSIDERED- so he's been alone the past 4 seasons, yeah. Even during double life with his loving husband, he knew he would end up alone again in the end, so it was all for nothing in his eyes. He gave his full trust and loyalty to his boys, something he's not used to, and if next season he's alone again- he can't take it. He goes about it smarter then last life, though- he keeps to himself, makes himself stronger the whole season, builds companionship with people (they're not used to him being so friendly), and wins with a last minute betrayal or simply being the last man standing. He would barely expect it, but it would heal his character so much, and also break him.
9/10 WOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!you better do this right asshole. Just kidding however he wins will be perfect
• if Lizzie won next season: similar to gem, but with more spite, and more guarenteed loneliness. It would be- really hard for her to take another season. All of her allyships would be strained, and I can totally see her joining or even commanding another big group, but she'd be alone in reality. A win for her would be cruel.
5/10 queen please
• if martyn won next season: illegal
• If mumbo won next season: I'd go crazy. Mumbos got so many satisfying ways to take his character, and the FANART and god lhbevfuebejrkje. Hes only been there once. He never learned how to play the game. If he won this time- hendndjdjbthekdndkelkebek 500/10 I need it
• if pearl won next season: as much as I would love for her to win again, 1. Too soon, she hasn't recovered from the first one please 2. The fandom would hate her for it 3. She already got what she needed from her first win. It'd be unnecessary for her character arc. It's very unlikely anyways, I'm sure if she got in that situation again, which might happen, she'd give it to whoever else is there.
3/10 I'm sorry goddess
• if Ren won next season: PLEASEEEEEE BE KIND TO HIMMMMMM honestly I think they would just give him the win. He's gonna get in a nice group, they're gonna have loyalty to him and he's gonna have loyalty to them, and wherever it goes he's gonna end up in the endgame again. Everyone there will understand that he deserves that win. If they don't martyn will kill em all into understanding lol. Maybe we could get a desert duo "you can kill me" moment but martyn refuses and kills himself. That would be so cool of him actually
7/10 my doggo deserves love but not like this
• if scar won next season: :3c
He need to okay. He needs to. I don't care how it happens I don't care when it happens I just need him to murder grian and get the win. I need him to understand that HE DESERVES TO WIN. he's gone through so much and he still doesn't understand his self worth, but if he kills that stupid bitch and calls upon old allies to help him get to the end- it could be so lovely oh my god
10/10 my brother in Christ
• if Scott won next season: this would kill him he would leave
0/0 I'm scared
• if skizz won next season: okay his story thus far wasn't amazing, oh wait it was. ACTUALLY HIS LIMITED LIFE WAS THE ONLY GOOD LIMITED STORY(completely untrue but listen IT WAS FULL, THERE WAS A WHOLE CHARACTER ARC even if it was good person to better person, HE IS SO TALENTED AND CHARISMATIC IF HE TEAMED UP WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE NEXT SEASON I COULD TOTALLY SEE IT BEING AMAZING. HE DESERVES IT. AND HIS WIN WOULD BE AWESOME.
9/10 he's pretty give me a break
• if tango wins next season: okay while all of his seasons other then last life have been boring it could be fun. I mean okay, double life wasn't boring. And I can't say anything about 3rd life. Sure, jeez, he can win. Just need him to get mad and kill some guys first ^_^
5/10 go for it guy
Sorry I advance to everyone I angered deeply with this post, I don't know all the characters perfectly. I can't wait to see this age like fine wine with the next season, honestly whoever wins I'll be crazy about no matter what. I'd love to hear anyone else's thoughts on this!

Can you do a headcanon for dating zerkaa? 🫶🏼
Dating Zerkaa Headcannons
Uhm hello YAS ofc u can get that bc Josh has been in his FINE ARC RECENTLY!!! Bro looks so hot... proof:
Tumblr media
Ugh, gorg. Now time for the headcannons:
----------------
-Date night merchant -Organises date nights every fortnight -Prefers to stay in than go out -Favourite date nights are little indoor activities like movie nights and painting experimenting -You always ask whether you should plan the next date but he always says no -Loves making fun little plans and surprising you with them, esp when he knows you absolutely love them
-Often uses the Sidemen card to plan out extravagant holidays for the Sidemen videos, and brings you as well -Just has you come on the journey on his "neutral" team and explains all the bait he's laid whilst you're on the way to the good hotel... You're shocked the entire time by how intricately he's planned this -You always joke you're just one date away from being put on a bad team and shipped off to the shitty hotel -He uses the good holiday as a holiday for you two- he sets the other sidemen off in their tasks and takes you to all the tourist destinations you've always wanted to go -Fans always comment about how wholesome it is that he brings his gf on the trip -Fans also made a compilation of all your reactions to Josh explaining his evil mastermind plan for the bad team... Video is basically just eight minutes of you just smacking a hand to your mouth with wide eyes...
-Gets the BEST holiday pics of you- you don't even need to ask, he's already saying "look over there-" and taking the best pics of you -All your Instagram pics have Josh tagged for picture creds -Josh comments on every post with heart eyes emojis and commenting that he's just too lucky to have you -Fans absolutely love you, went feral when the two of you posted a kiss pic - edits absolutely flooded your tagged section, and you liked every single one
-Likes kissing whilst you have lipstick on -Gets slewed by his boys when he shows up to Sidemen shoots with lipstick-reddened lips, having been unable to wipe your lip tints off -On nights out you two are massive on PDA when you have a few drinks down -He has so many lipstick kisses all over his face at the end of a night out because of how frequently you just lean over and kiss anywhere on his face when you're on your happy-intoxicated-high -Took a picture of him with kiss marks all over his face + he put it on his insta story.... The fans never recovered.
-Feel like he'd play fight sm -Starts as play fighting, ends with having to truce before one of you seriously hurt one another -Both of you prefer the right side of the bed, so when you get to the hotel room it often becomes a pillow fight whilst clambering onto the bed and fighting for the favoured side -Joke about the fact Josh only wins because his head's so big no matter what velocity at which you pillow-slam him he's never affected -One time he got too goofy and jokingly went to bite you -He literally bit into your arm. -The two of you kinda paused in shock-horror-confusion-wtf -Examined and realised Josh litr left bite marks on your skin -Were bleeding slightly from where his canine teeth imprinted your skin -Didn't rly hurt and you couldn't tell whether to laugh or just be genuinely concerned as Josh profusely apologised despite his laughs -In the end it never matters who won the fight for the right side of the bed anyways, bc you sleep sprawled over Josh's chest on top of him.
Your songs (songs you listen to together and play with one another): Collard Greens, ScHoolboy Q + Kendrick Lamar Jimmy Cooks, Drake + 21 Savage Rich Flex, Drake + 21 Savage Do You Realize??, The Flaming Lips Ladbroke Grove, AJ Tracey Man Don't Care, JME + Giggs She, Tyler the Creator
-----------
Hope you enjoyed reading!! Feel free to interact- whether that be a comment, vote or follow! Requests open, feel free to submit what u wanna see... Much love!!
To see more, here's my MASTERLIST
And here's my WATTPAD, with 50+ more oneshots to read

Part Two. Jackbox Shenanigans
warnings: swearing word count: 2.6k (not including pictures) behind the screen (irl dream x reader) series masterlist ultimate masterlist
Y/n flinched awake, startled by the sounds traveling from the kitchen. Once again, the frosty air pricked her skin, trying to convince her to not move, to stay in bed under the warm blankets. Despite the feeling pulling her into her bed, she rubbed her eyes and sat up, grabbing her phone from her nightstand. Texts from Karl flooded her screen and she replied as she took her comforter off her mattress and wrapped it around herself. She pattered to the source of the noise to find her roommate was making food.
"Sorry, did I wake you?" Naomi asked, eyes wide with concern as she looked at Y/n. "I dropped a pan."
Y/n, who was observing the world through one squinted eye, shook her head and she sat at the counter in the kitchen. "No, I should be awake anyway."
"You're usually awake much earlier. Late night?"
Y/n nodded. "George streamed and we all talked for a little after."
"Oh, yeah, I watched his stream this morning..." she started, eyes focused on the food in front of her but Y/n still caught the mischievous glint in her roommate's eyes.
"Of course you did," Y/n laughed through a yawn. "That's your lover."
Naomi rolled her eyes. "Maybe if you gave me his number he would be."
"He doesn't give it to many people. I just barely got it and I've been friends with him for a year. I'm pretty sure Karl doesn't even have it."
Naomi groaned, though Y/n knew it was a joke... for the most part. She got another text from Karl, and consulted Naomi for a second opinion.
"Should I post this?" Y/n asked, lazily holding up her phone with a picture on the screen. Naomi squinted as she looked back over her shoulder. "Karl keeps yelling at me too."
"Yeah! That's a cute outfit. Make sure to credit Karl or he'll yell at you for that as well."
"No chance I'm doing that."
Tumblr media

Incoming FaceTime... karol <3
Y/n hit accept and held the phone up to make a face at Karl. He mimicked the position. "Hello, sir."
"Hello, ma'am."
"What are you doing?" she asked him, walking to the bathroom to brush her teeth, her comforter dragging on the floor behind her as it continued to protect her from the cold.
Karl got distracted and started messing with something out of the camera view. "Um, trying to figure out what to do for my stream tonight. What about you?"
"I'm waiting for you to give me a fit check!" Y/n yelled. Karl quickly looked at the camera and smiled. He set his phone down on his desk and ran backward so his whole body was in frame. He posed awkwardly a few different ways before running back and resuming his position.
"Yes!" Y/n hyped with a mouthful of toothpaste. "Let's go, Karl! Karl with the old man sweater!!"
He giggled. "You're the one that told me to buy it."
"Because it's sick. Doesn't mean it didn't belong to an old man before you."
Karl pouted before his face lit up. "Guess what. I met a girl."
"Oh?" Y/n cooed. "Where? Do you have pictures? Is she cute?"
"She's Jimmy's new cameraman. Camerawoman. I don't have pictures, and yes. She's very cute." His cheeks turned red and Y/n smiled, flipping off the bathroom light and heading to her closet. She threw her comforter back on the bed and tried to pick out an outfit.
"Come on, bud, elaborate. What's her name? Have you asked her out yet?"
"You don’t get to know her name, I don’t want to jinx anything. Plus, you’ll just look ‘Mr Beast crew’ and find out anyway. Also, no, I haven’t. I'm pretty sure she thinks I hate her because I have not said a single word to her. I get so nervous when she's around I freeze up and just like... act weird. And then as soon as she's gone, Chris freaking roasts me so bad."
"Aw, I can teach you how to flirt if you want!"
"Yeah, okay," he scoffed, sarcasm dripping from his words.
"What's with the attitude? I'm great at flirting."
"No, you're not. I watched Gogy's stream last night."
"What does that have anything to do with anything?"
"I heard the way you spoke to Dream."
"What?!"
"You have zero game, Y/n. Absolutely none. Zilch, if you will."
"Yeah, because I wasn't flirting with him?"
"Not successfully, at least."
"Karl, what?" Y/n laughed but she was so confused. "No part of me was trying to flirt with anyone in that stream."
"Oh, come on," Karl groaned. "Don't do this again. Don't pretend to not like a guy and then cry to me when you're wack ass attempts don't win him over."
"Karl," Y/n started, looking directly at him. "I genuinely have no idea what you're talking about. I wasn't flirting with him. I do not like him."
"I'm just saying, you talk about him a lot. Like, you always panic when he interacts with your posts because you're scared he's going to DM you right after. And you gush about him a lot."
"I do not gush. I admire the hard work he puts into his videos but I talk the same about him as I do with George and Sapnap. The only difference is I'm friends with them and not Mr. Minecraft. He's intimidating, that doesn't mean I have a crush on him."
Karl stared for a moment, trying to read Y/n's expression to detect any lies. "You'd tell me if you did, right?"
"Karl, I tell you everything. I'd tell you if I murdered your family." They both laughed. "It's impossible to hide anything from you, you're my best friend."
"Okay, sweet, but please don't murder my family, just to be clear."
"I won't. I love your mom too much."
"Well, how was meeting Dream, then? Despite apparently not being in love with him?"
"It was cool. Terrifying because it felt very forced but the four of us hung out on the call after George ended his stream and he was much more relaxed."
"That's true. Aren't we all?"
"Not you! You're the exact same person on and off camera. Just a little ball of giggles."
Karl giggled which made them both laugh more. Suddenly, as if he completely forgot until that moment, Karl sat up quickly and yelled, "What am I going to do for the stream?"
Y/n shrugged. "See if anyone wants to play Jackbox. Chat always loves those and it's relatively easy to throw together last minute. You just need to find people that are free to play."
"Genius. Who should we invite?"
"We?"
"Yeah. It was your idea, you have to play."
"But, I've never played! And I barely know all your friends so I wouldn't get half the inside jokes. I'd be a boring addition."
"Please? They're your friends too! You just talked to Sapnap and George for four hours yesterday and George was the only one playing anything. That's friendship if I've ever seen it."
"But... others.... like literally everyone besides Sap and George...."
"Things like this are how you get to know them better. Besidessss, you're never boring."
"Fine, I'll play."
"YES!" he shouted. "Okay, who should we invite?"

Y/n huffed and scooted her chair closer to her desk. She pulled up Discord and hovered over the voice chat everyone was in. An overwhelming number of voices chaotically spoke over each other as soon as she joined.
"Oh no," she mumbled.
"AYYEE!!" a voice yelled, the green bubble lighting around Quackity's name confirming her suspicions.
"Aye," she said back less enthusiastic. "Hi everyone."
"She's here!" George cheered.
Y/n could hear Sapnap huff. "Finally. Geesh."
"This isn't even your stream, calm down." Y/n's eyes scanned the names on the left to read who else was involved in tonight's games. She had suggested a few people to Karl but wasn't sure about the final list. Besides the boys who had already greeted her were BadBoyHalo and Dream.
"Hello, Bugsy! It's nice to meet you! I'm BadBoyHalo."
Y/n smiled widely at his voice. "Hi, BadBoyHalo! Nice to meet you too."
Her eyes slowly traveled to the last name on the list, which had yet to greet her. She wasn't bitter, but she was curious why he hadn't said anything yet. The boys hyped up him talking about her so much but she had yet to feel that energy from him. She picked at the bottom of her hoodie, eyes darting between the names as they lit up when someone spoke.
"Is Dream still AFK?" Sapnap asked.
"I think so," Bad replied.
Maybe that's the only reason he hadn't said anything. Y/n felt stupid for thinking it had anything to do with her.
"He's probably coding something or something like that," George teased.
"Haha nerdy ass man," Quackity cackled.
"Language."
"Don't you also code shit, George?" Sapnap called out. "You're probably helping him test something after this, huh? As Quackity said, nerdy ass man."
"You know what, Sapnap? I'm not sure I like your attitude all that much."
Y/n smiled. Despite feeling nervous, she was already having fun just listening to everyone talk. The real nerves would kick in when they were live in front of tens of thousands of people and she would have to be funny.
A message popped up in the general chat, notifying everyone that Karl was joining the voice call soon so they shouldn't say anything bad.
"Everyone say something weird," Quackity directed.
Discord dinged and Karl's name joined the list on the side. "AAAHHHH-!" he started yelling over everyone to let them know he was here in case they were saying anything bad. With his luck, they were going to say stuff anyway to mess with him.
"So, yeah, that's how I lost my virginity," Quackity said as if he just finished a story.
"To a prostitute?" Sapnap added quickly. "Wow, I never thought you... oh Karl!"
"Language!" Bad gasped.
"What the..." Karl laughed loudly. "What did I just join?"
"Oh, sorry, sorry, sorry," Quackity apologized, which was hard to make out since he was laughing so hard, surprised at what Sapnap added to his joke.
"Bad, you can't say language about a prostitute," Sapnap defended. "That's really rude of you. Maybe it's a little unconventional but they're just tryna make some money the best way they know how."
George laughed with Quackity as Bad sputtered. "I-I said language about what Quackity said!"
"What, virginity?" Karl asked innocently and Bad yelled again.
"Bad hates people who have had sex!" Y/n called, causing Quackity to laugh loudly.
"Bad! How could you?! That's so messed up!"
"Wait, guys, is everyone here?" Karl asked.
"Dream isn't. We don't know where he went."
Karl groaned and started typing something, presumably yelling at Dream to join.
"Let's goooo! We're popping off!" Quackity started saying, stalling. "We're popping off!" George joined him, becoming absolute fools to keep the chat entertained.
"Okay, he's here!" Karl said. "Everyone's here!"
"I'm here, I'm here, sorry. I was... yeah, sorry," Dream stuttered out.
"Welcome back, Dream!" Bad chirped.
"Hello!" he replied. Unexpectedly, his next greeting was directed at Y/n. "Hi, Bug."
Y/n instantly got shy for no discernable reason. She blamed it on his voice and its ability to manipulate emotions any way he wanted. That and she was getting attention from someone first. "Hi," she squeaked back, hoping the contrast of her icy hands would cool her face enough to focus on the game.
"Bugsy, you are adorable," Bad stated simply.
"Sapnap! What did you just send me?" George asked loudly, and just like that, the attention was off of her and she could breathe again.
"What?" Sapnap feigned innocence.
This was going to be a long game.
"Let's play!" Karl decided. "Should we warm up with some Quippy?"
Y/n focused intensely on her answers, silently hoping the others would find her funny.
"Oh my gosh," she mumbled as everyone else finished writing. "Y'all, I'm about to get Quiplashed so hard. Don't make fun of me."
"I seriously doubt it," Dream said. "You can't possibly be worse than George at this game."
"Shut up, we always-  it's like 3 am my time. I can't, like, think of things 'cause my brain isn't functioning."
"Yeah, that's why," Sapnap teased.
"Surreee," Dream said.
The first round wasn't too bad. Y/n was in 5th place but she got quite a few laughs so she didn't care too much about where she stood. She got a notification from Dream on Twitter as everyone laughed at one of Quackity's answers.
Tumblr media
Y/n looked back at her screen and saw the new prompt and answers. She read them quickly as everyone was laughing and with a few seconds left to choose, voted for the one on the left. It was funnier anyway.
She loosened up substantially after another round, and she knew it was mostly because Dream had reached out to her. Something about him comforted her and made her feel safe, which warmed her heart.
"Bugsy! What the hell, that's so messed up. You're so messed up," Quackity yelled, laughing at the answer on the screen. They were playing Survive the Internet and her comment got taken way out of context, just as the game intended.
"Oh my gosh!" Karl cackled loudly. "Bugsy, I didn't know you felt that way. Oh my gosh? They're just kids?? Bugsy out the gang?"
Y/n hid her face in her hands and laughed. "Noooo!! Wait I never knew- I didn't know I was ever in the gang?"
"She really said, 'infant children? slaughter them all'," Sapnap joked.
"You know, I think you'd get along really well with Technoblade," Dream added. "Though his specialty is orphans, as it appears."
"No, no, no, whoever wrote that heading is SO messed up!" Y/n defended, rereading the heading that made her comment look bad. She knew it was a game but all the attention on her was making her embarrassed. "Who would think to put that?"
"Everyone cancel Busgy!" Karl yelled.
"Karl, no! You're supposed to be my best friend!"
"I don't know how I feel about my best friend killing children..."
"Karl!!"
"Nooo," Bad protested softly. "I like Bugsy. Don't cancel her."
"Everyone vote!"
The article with Y/n's name turned out to be Dream's. "Dream! What the hell is wrong with you?" she yelled, causing him to wheeze loudly.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I wanted point."
The whole night ended up being like that. Y/n had a lot of fun and by the end, she felt a lot more comfortable with all of them. Quackity, Karl, and Sapnap were loud and very high energy while George and Bad were quieter. Dream was half and half, sometimes matching Quackity's volume and sometimes going a while without saying a word. Overall, Y/n had a lot of fun and hoped to let back in the gang in the future.

Note
Did Bobo really create the Wayward Sisters? If so, why weren't Jack and especially Cas included in that episode? That's my biggest issue with that pilot honestly, I mean, the fact that the show abandoned Claire and Cas' bond after season 10 and gave that storyline to Salmondean. Her bond with Cas is more interesting because of their connection to the Novaks. I also think that Claire and Jack would've made a more engaging dynamic and spin off together, I think they're strong characters & actors
Hi there!
Bobo isn’t the “creator” of Wayward so much as it can even have one, as it was a very organic idea, which even involved a healthy amount of fandom input. The original campaign in season 10 was for Wayward Daughters, and the idea picked up so much steam the altered title for, I guess, a mix of copyright and thematic relevance was the Sisters one. I’d say 10x08 was the real genesis of it as something that could be really solid. Once Kim and Briana were put together the chemistry and star power they could have had together was really meteoric as far as our small SPN world was concerned. Phil Sgriccia directed 9x13 and wrote 10x08 and was more of the parent of Wayward than any specific writer in that sense. Jody and Claire were pretty much common property of the show by that point. Claire was really introduced again in relation to plotlines and questions about Cas and less to do with them really going out of their way to re-launch her. I think they’d have been much cornier about it from the start and while YA protagonist diary writing her way through the end of Wayward Sisters was cute, it’s the sort of cutesy that really has to be earned. If she STARTED that way, like maybe me and 3 friends would be stanning her and everyone else would be revolted :P
(I am a YA fantasy novel author, but I do think everyone should make room in their hearts for this level of cheese)
In any case, Bobo just threw his hat into an already crowded ring with Alex, but obviously loving the characters and having his own personal wayward child to contribute did help elevate him to the prospective showrunner seat, but also all the other writers who’d written these characters except Dabb had left at that point. If Bobo was going to shepherd them through to their new show, he’d be the legacy writer, even though he was a new baby writer in the season Donna was introduced... Attrition aside, he did genuinely write them very well, loved their stories and was great with writing Jody when he could get her, so he would also have been a good choice even if all the others were left still...
But anyway. Season 10′s subplot for Cas was about Claire and learning some stuff about himself along the way, but she was used very much for his personal development and for Dean as well, being a mini Dean herself in a season where he had lost a lot of his sense of self. It’s a total accident of scheduling but Angel Heart (10x20) being the last episode before 10x22 is a nice touch in that regard. And while Cas tried really hard with Claire and awoke his inner Dad side so that he’d be more prepared for fatherhood next time, it was pretty insurmountable between them to have anything more than a bittersweet relationship where the best he could do was make up with her and see her somewhere safe. The fact of him looking like her actual dead father is horrendous the more you think about it and while she managed to see him for who he was instead of a horrible monster, that’s more than enough trauma to inflict on an already traumatised girl for the sake of helping Cas’s manpain and tidying up the sticky question of Jimmy and Cas’s right to the vessel.
Angel Heart very specifically ends with TFW mailing Claire to Jody because they know she’s already good with Alex in a genuine way and can handle these sort of issues and has done it before. And also because she can be a guardian who will not constantly remind Claire that her father is dead but something is walking around wearing a perfect reconstruction of his face. Carver era did a few things here and there with bodily autonomy and the problem of angel and demon vessels, but it was also really hit and miss. They’d get random waves of feeling guilty about it but then by necessity go back to stabbing angels in their still-living vessels an episode later. Claire was a way to address at the very least that whatever Cas was being put through was only a punishment on Cas and not on Jimmy as well, which is probably why we got such sappy Heaven scenes. We NEEDED to be shown he was in Heaven and largely okay with what was going on so that the show could justify using Cas at all as a character without breaking the code of ethics they tried to make their own characters adhere to. Aside from that it also gave Cas a side plot for when he wasn’t needed in the main plot, and any emotional connection to anything that wasn’t Sam and Dean.
Anyway 10x20 caused this huge fandom high which was followed by one of the lowest lows of the fandom immediately after, and both centred on female characters (in fact, now we know, 2 lesbians even! Though I’d wonder if, The Gay Agenda aside, Bobo spite-wrote that specifically because of the roots of Wayward) and I think that galvanised the whole movement of fans and hopefully some self-reflection in the show. They DID start making an effort in season 11, which shows some of the early signs of better inclusion but also backtracking or edging nervously away from the more intense Carver era stuff. Not just because Dean didn’t have the Mark any more but in general it was like someone had opened a window and let in some fresh air... Even before Carver bailed somewhere around the midseason to go do a different show and Dabb started to step up.
All this to say that the Wayward stuff was always about the female characters and making up for the past sins of the show. It’s even a riff on the “wayward son” line which obviously centres around male protagonists and their journey. Claire stumbled into being a part of it in the lucky way of being in the right place and time, but the journey had already started even in the season 10 momentum with earlier work and it was that which suddenly made the prospect that Jody had two young women living with her now seem like a starter for the next generation of the show as it was a mirrored format to season 1 in a way, if you took Alex and Claire as the new Sam and Dean. It was exciting but people flipped out after Angel Heart because stuff had been bubbling since season 9 and earlier in season 10, so this was just pouring more candy into an already visibly full bowl of potential tasty gems. It made a possibility seem real that hadn’t before because we already had Kim bitterly complaining that the CW refused to hear the case for a Jody spin off because she was too old. The next best thing was a Jody spin off where she was the Gandalf to some CW age appropriate characters.
(the CW is and always has been garbage)
Anyway in season 13 Jack was introduced as a Claire 2.0 but as a male character with staying power for that reason, but he was filling the space she left for Cas. He couldn’t be a father to her and neither really wanted that set up anyway. But thematically it had created the possibility of Dadstiel and the space he had in his heart for that. Since the show was in its waning years they would be looking for endgame and handing Cas an easy win with a son he could unconditionally love who would love him back unconditionally absolutely filled that gap. It was a non SamnDean thing that Cas could have for himself outside of whatever happened with them. Not sure the memo came back that he was supposed to have mORE than that but oh well it’s not real if you don’t watch it :))) But yeah Jack was always going to be linked to Cas’s endgame, he wasn’t a free-floating character such as Jody who could go where she wanted and do as she pleased. He was main story relevant from start to finish and tied inexorably to another main character’s fate. Because the show wouldn’t do that with its female characters they could be bundled into spin offs but in practical terms Jack was both never what the Wayward as envisioned by fans or writers was about, nor would he have been free to go.
Since it would have been about centering the stories of people overlooked by the main story, Claire a case in point that she had her life ruined in season 4 and it was a footnote until season ten, and then metaphorically more the concept of having queer and non-white characters in the mix of main characters, it would have represented a future of the story where the main show was unable to tread. Probably because of the CW. Also inherent biases in the writers. Bad cocktail. Jack is both too white and too male to fit the brief to ever leave SPN, and not only that but he is so as a precise mirror to the main white male characters, being passably any one of their sons if you squint, and meant to be instantly instinctively read as such... he was one of the safest bets of representing the show as the network wanted to imagine its target demographic.
So I really don’t think that Jack has any place being in a spin off of the show unless you want more of the same. They tried to give us something different and the CW didn’t like it because it wasn’t more of the same. Ironically a Jack spin off, with or without Claire, would have more chance of being greenlit and more chance of success. But the spin off they put their heart behind was Wayward Sisters as it was. And I think it was absolutely correct that never mind leaving Jack out of it after his work was done in the lead up episode to help set the table, but honestly they could have cut all the middle scenes of Sam and Dean wandering in the woods and gained precious seconds with the girls and still had a functioning story with those guys. It was like some cowardly missive was sent that the show couldn’t actually go more than 10 minutes without showing a flesh and blood Winchester or the whole thing would spontaneously sizzle out of syndication and the money tree would wither on the spot. And in the mean time, we could have been having Banter with the girls. Or Claire and Kaia holding hands some more. The good stuff :P

Slip Up
Word count: 1,445
Summary: Chris convinces you to go on the tonight show with him and subject yourself to Jimmy Fallons curious games, specifically the spousal version of know your bro. And of course embarrassing secrets are revealed, just not by the person you originally thought would slip up.
Warnings: uhhhh it's just an interview my dudes, there's talk of a butt naked Chris Evans and like some curse words but very few, and like mentions of sex but nothing graphic. Oh. And the word Daddy... I'm sorry. lol not sorry. And like bad writing cuz I'm v rusty....
A/N: Ha! I wrote it! I finally wrote something in two goddamn years. So, to explain the bs that you're about to read if you so choose, I was on a Chris Evans/ Steve Rogers binge. This was mostly due to one @venusbarnes and her beautiful works Occupation: Brat and Heavy Is The Head. Both are amazing and if you suffer from the same afflictions I do you should definitely read them.  Anyway, so I watched that one interview with Chris and his brother and I had this idea and poof here it is. Soooooooo I hopes ya like it. I tried real hard. Also thanks to my lovely editors Andrew and Ashley whom this would never see the light of day without.
You had seen the episode with Scott and Chris. You knew how much Jimmy loved to get all the dirty little details out of Chris. You knew just how easy it was to get those details, Chris said it himself, he's a terrible liar. You knew if you went on the tonight show with Chris something was going to come out, and Chris knew this too, which is exactly why he begged and pleaded for you to agree to do an episode with him. And of course who could say no to those precious baby blues? Besides maybe Jimmy wouldn’t have you guys play the game that brought much embarrassment to Scott Evans, right?
“So, here's how the game goes, well Chris you already know how to play, y/n, I assume you’ve seen the episode where Scott and Chris played the game?” Jimmy looked between you and Chris, who sat to your right. You nodded, laughing “yeah I've seen it and I'm going to be honest I'm just a little bit scared to play it.” Jimmy looked at you incredulously, “what why? Why would you be scared to play it?” “because of him!” you gesture dramatically to a very cheeky Chris next to you, his childish grin furthering the point you're making, “who knows what's going to come out of his mouth? He’s an actual child!” this caused an uproar of laughter from Jimmy and the crowd and for Chris’s grin to widen even more. He looked at you, eyes sparkling with mischief “yknow what's to say I shouldn’t be afraid? You're no better a liar than me babe” you scoffed at that, turning back to Jimmy who you could tell was itching to get the game started. “okay well since you both know how to play ill just describe it real quick for those who might not know, and we’ll let Chris wear the headphones first since its y/n’s first time playing” Jimmy said, handing you the headphones, which you helped secure on Chris’s head, while he sorted through the question cards. Chris immediately started bobbing his head to the music “i love this song!” he practically shouted into your ear. You laughed, playfully shoving his head away and turning back to Jimmy. “okay so while he's... distracted... I'll ask you a question and if your answer matches his answer then you win, simple as that capiche?” you nod, giggling as you glance back at your boyfriend, dancing horribly in his seat, he looks up and winks at you as mouths the words to what looked to be Stacys mom.
“Okay so first question, what is the most embarrassing thing Chris has done around your parents?” Jimmy looks up at you as your brow furrows in thought, “the most embarrassing thing he's done in front of my parents? Wow um okay, that’s a tough one he's actually surprisingly smooth around my parents, at least around me he is” you pause in thought for a second before your eyes light up with an idea, “wait okay here we go here's a story! There was one time, my parents came to visit for a week or so and they were staying in our guest room,” you paused and looked at Jimmy and immediately saw what he was thinking, “no, I know what you're thinking stop thinking it they didn’t ‘hear’ or ‘see’ anything like that” you said pointedly, “however due to Chris’s habit of walking around ass naked they may have seen just a little bit more of him than they wanted to...” Jimmy gasped “no! Your dad saw his dick?” you nodded, tears forming in your eyes as you laughed, “all three of us did, we were in the kitchen when he came sauntering in, I guess he forgot my parents were still there” Jimmy eyes widened “your mom saw his dick?” “oh, she didn’t mind, him and Hemsworth were the only reasons we could ever get her to watch marvel movies,” that earned a laugh, “my dad didn’t offer him any sausage at breakfast and that might be the funniest part.” Jimmy was leaned back in his chair cackling at this point, finally fell forward, attempting to slow his laughter “okay, okay Chris, take ‘em off, let's see what his answer is.”
Chris pulled the headphones from his head, eyes wide and staring at you, “yknow all that talk about you being scared of what I’ll end up saying, I'm genuinely scared of what you were all laughing about.” you grinned back at him, eyes sparkling, “don't worry babe, I didn’t go into too much detail.” Jimmy pulled your attention back from each-other, “okay Chris, let's hear your answer, what's the most embarrassing thing you’ve done in front of y/n’s parents?” Chris’s eyes widened and he let out a long sigh. “the most embarrassing thing I've done? God everything I do is embarrassing, okay umm god okay is it the time I-” he turned to look at you and see your reaction but Jimmy caught him in time, “no! No cheating! Don’t look at y/n, this is your answer” Chris sighed, turning away from you, “okay okay, god, okay uhhhh it has to be the time I walked in on you and your parents butt naked and your dad refused to offer me sausage at breakfast right?” you and Jimmy gasped as the crowd cheered, a look of relief washed over Chris’s face. “okay good sounds like got that right, there were so many other things I could've said that probably would've been much worse...” “worse? How many other embarrassing things have you done around my parents?” you questioned at the same time Jimmy asked “worse? What could you possibly do that’s worse than walking in on your spouse’s parents butt-naked?” Chris just grimaced at the two of you, “that's a story for another time.” Jimmy laughed, “okay well let's move on to y/n’s turn, shall we? y/n will you don the headphones?” you nodded and fitted the headphones around your ears, flipping through the available songs to play Don’t Stop Me Now by Queen.
Chris turned to look at Jimmy, who grinned mischievously as he posed the question. “okay Chris let's get you in some trouble, shall we? Your question is what is y/n’s favorite thing to call you in bed?” Chris’s eyes shot open wide and he began stuttering “w-w-w-what Jimmy, c'mon man do you want me dead? This is the exact thing that will get me killed” jimmy just laughed and nodded encouragingly. Chris sighed and dragged his face through his hands, “okay uh well there's two answers to this question, there's what y/n’s favorite thing to call me in bed and what my favorite thing is. Y/n, well y/n is a huge marvel nerd so calling me Captain is probably the big one. It's like roleplay I guess.” a few wolf whistles emanated from the crowd, making them both laugh. “ooh okay, Captain, I bet y/n isn't the first person to want to call you that in bed.” Chris shook his head chuckling, “no, definitely not, but don’t tell y/n that.” “alright” Jimmy gestured to you to take the headphones off, “y/n you can take those off now.”
You let them slide off your head and looked to Chris, “that was short, I only got through one queen song.”  “see! I'm trustworthy! I didn’t say anything bad!” Chris exclaimed. “okay y/n, the question was what is your favorite thing to call Chris in bed?” Jimmy asked as he leaned forward, his eyebrows jumping up suggestively. “your eyes widen slightly but not even a heartbeat passes before you're answering, “oh easy, I call him Captain like all the time.” Jimmy throws himself backwards in his chair, cackling. “you said that so casually I love it!” you shrug, cocking your head to the side, “listen I get to bed Captain America, you can bet your ass I'm gonna be calling him that, who wouldn’t?” Jimmy finally regains his poseur and leans forward one last time, “okay y/n, can I ask you one more question?” you nod for him to continue, “okay y/n, what is Chris’s favorite thing to be called in bed?” you don’t even blink and the answer is flying out of your mouth, “oh, Daddy.” the entire studio erupts into laughter as your face turns beet red upon realizing what you said aloud. You look over at Chris who's smirking triumphantly, “and you thought I was gonna be the one to say something embarrassing.” you roll your eyes, shoving his face away from yours. Your head drops into your hands and you groan, hoping to god your parents aren't watching.

The Song You Might Have Been (Chapter 2)
Link to Chapter 1
A/N: Fun fact, Legal Eagle used to be slang for “lawyer,” hence the DA’s nickname.
You will also notice, this chapter, that I am taking blatant inspiration for a subplot from Shawshank Redemption. Because it is absolutely something my DA would do. And also, there is a scene here that I once wrote in response to a prompt.
Anyway, thanks for the feedback so far, everyone! I appreciate it so much!
Enjoy!
--
Apparently Yancy has set up a guard rotation for you at mealtimes in collaboration with his nightly watch.
Today, instead of Jimmy the Pickle, a slim bearded man who introduces himself as Sparkles McGee (you’re curious about the story behind that nickname) joins you at your table. He’s a little more chatty than Jimmy was, constantly going on about the local prison gossip. Who is sleeping with who, which jobs are preferable, upcoming birthdays of inmates and guards. He doesn’t seem to expect any kind of response from you, which works out just fine, because you have nothing to contribute. This might be handy information to have in the future anyway.
When it’s yard time again, however, Sparkles splits off to his group of inmates at the corner. Just as you’re about to go spend another hour lost in thought or maybe doing some exercises, Sparkles comes back and drags you to his posse.
He introduces them one by one: a young woman who looks simultaneously bored and ready to kill, “Tiny”; a younger man with a hisp of a goatee and mustache, “Bam-Bam”; a pale, lanky man with gears tattooed to his temple, “Heap-Ass”; and a larger bald man, “Shithole Hank.” The last one is apparently the man to go to for hooch wine, and every time you’re offered a sip, you make a hard pass. Your excuse is a preference for whiskey or lime and gin. In reality, you just haven’t gotten desperate enough for alcohol to drink it out of a toilet.
Once the introductions are made, you once again just sit back and listen as the crew converses amongst one another. With the amount of gossip you catch during that time, you manage to construct imaginary cases in your head where this evidence is used in support of various litigation lawsuits.
It’s a real eye-opener for you, how little of a life you had outside of work that this is the most you can come up with to occupy yourself outside of reading a book.
Speaking of…
“Is there a library here?” you ask during a short lull in the conversation.
The group blinks at you in sync.
“Um.” Bam-Bam shakes his head. “There’s a book cart with a small selection, and a room about the size of a closet, but that’s about it.”
Your brow furrows. “Is this another case of Warden Murder-Slaughter’s ‘rehabilitation over punishment’ slogan falling flat on its face?”
Tiny snorts. Sparkles shrugs.  An idea forms in your mind.
“Um…” Shithole Hank leans towards Sparkles. “Should we be worried about that look in their eye?”
“Only if it gets us in trouble.”
You decide to ignore that exchange. “Would you guys like to have a proper library?”
This draws some intrigue from your companions. Tiny in particular looks interested in this proposal.
“How the hell would you manage that?” Sparkles demands.
You cross your arms and try for a confident smile. “You don’t go through years of law school without learning how to figure out contracts and loopholes. If I can talk with the warden, I’d like to at least see what I can do.”
You cut off when you see the group staring behind you with wide eyes. You turn heel to see one of the guards looking you up and down. Rex, your mind supplies. This is Rex.
“If you want the Warden,” Rex growls, “I can take you to him. But you gotta do something for me first.”
Shit.
----
“What do you mean youse done talked with the Warden?” Yancy demands when you stroll into the cell that evening.
“I wanted to ask him what steps I needed to take to get a bigger library implemented here,” you respond with absolutely no shame whatsoever.
The meeting went surprisingly well. You’ve got a rough idea of how to go about this, now that you know what the problems are. Even better, you actually did find a copy of Murder on the Orient Express on the cart, so a double-win for the day. You crawl on top of the bedsheets and crack the novel open.
Yancy leaps down from the bunk and glares down at you. “And youse didn’t think to inform me of this plan of youse’s?”
You lift your brow without looking away from the book. “I didn’t think you’d be opposed to the idea of making your home a little more homey by having a more updated collection of books.”
“Of course not--”
“Then what’s the problem?”
There’s a huff and a growl before Yancy climbs back into his bunk and falls into it more aggressively than necessary. You think that’s the end of it until his head pops down. “What makes you think youse can just waltz into here and demand youse’s luxuries?!”
Ah. Okay, you see where he’s coming from.
You shut your book and set it down. “Look, I know I’m a prosecution lawyer, but I’m not completely heartless. Yes, I would like a larger collection of books, but don’t the rest of you want more to read too? You look like you’ve been here long enough to read all of those three times. I mean, Rex brought me to the warden in the first place just because he wants a better poetry collection to pick from. He asked for specific authors and poets.”
Yancy does not deny this.
You continue, “Besides, just because you’re in prison doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to expand your horizons, literature-wise that is. I know books helped me growing up, imagine what they’ll mean to everyone in here.”
Yancy continues to stare at you, utterly baffled. “Youse quite the enigma, Eagle.”
“For...what? Caring?”
He shrugs. A weird sight to watch from someone who’s upside down. “Not for caring, per se. But more...the ‘doing’ part.” He disappears into his bunk again. “Here’s hopin’ it won’t be for nothin’.”
“What do you mean?”
“You think youse the first person to ask for more books, Eagle? There’s a reason that collection hasna been updated since the war. Nobody’s seen it through to the end. They gets discouraged.”
You purse your lips, fingers tapping against your book. “I would think you’d have realized from my reputation. I don’t quit.”
There’s a chuckle above you. A genuine one. “That’s what I’m countin’ on, Eagle.”
---
Yancy is right. There’s a reason the collection has barely grown since the prison opened up.
No one on the outside wants to fund the damn thing.
That doesn’t stop you. You start writing letter after letter after letter to the state legislature asking (demanding and borderline threatening, really) for the funds needed to make a bigger library. Thanks to your work in the government, and after a quick phone call to Damien to confirm (while he also updates you on the progress on your case), you know exactly who to contact. It gives you something to do. Something really meaningful. It helps to pass the time and helps to keep from feeling helpless about your own situation.
It also gets you a whole different kind of attention from the inmates.
After Week Two of your letter campaign, Tiny speaks up. You’ve started sitting with Yancy’s posse since they adopted you into their group outside of protection detail. “You really think you can get a library here?”
Seeing as Tiny has barely made a sound in your presence before, this takes you completely by surprise. As well as the rest of the table. You recover quickly. “That’s...what I’m hoping for.”
Tiny’s head ducks, her fingers tapping against one another. “Um...if you do…”
“Yeah?”
“Can we make requests?” she eventually blurts out. “For books we’d like? I mean, do you think we could get children’s books?”
You put down your fork and offer her your full attention. “Did you have a specific one in mind?”
“The Velveteen Rabbit.” Tiny tugs at her braid. “My grandmother used to read it to me.”
You’re overwhelmed with the sudden urge to protect Tiny with your life. Even if you’re pretty sure Tiny has killed at least three people since she was imprisoned and could absolutely kill you if she wanted to. “If that book isn’t included in any delivery we’re given, I will annoy the legislature until they do. Sound good?”
Tiny smiles at you. A small, genuine one. It renews your motivation and you end up writing two letters that evening, in preparation for the next time mail comes along. Next thing you know, other inmates (and even a few guards aside from Rex, much to your surprise) have requests for books they would like available.
Oddly enough, it’s the letter writing and the book requests that finally drive you to ask Yancy how you go about ordering contraband.
“What the hell do youse need contraband for?” He’s sitting cross-legged in the top bunk while you’re trying to draft your next letter on the slab sticking out from the opposite wall.
You hold up the golf pencil you’re using with frustration. “Because these are driving me up the wall. They are terrible. And the quality of the paper here is a nightmare too, it smudges way too easily.”
“So what? Youse want pen and paper?”
Your brow lifts. “That not a lethal enough order?”
Yancy’s smile is borderline feral in its delight. “Youse a lot more interesting than I thought you’d be, Eagle. The guy to go to is Heap-Ass. He’ll get you anything you want. For a price.”
You really don’t like that tone of his. “And? What’s the price?”
“Depends.”
“I don’t do sex favors. Or assassinations.”
“Nah, he’s not that twisted. It’ll either be a chore switch or cigarette packs, somethings in that nature, you know?”
You twirl your terrible pencil between your fingers, feeling a little more hopeful. “That I can definitely handle.”
---
You’ve always known, on an intellectual, common sense level, that prison brutality is absolutely a problem. It’s something you learned in law school from the professors who cared about teaching the kind of scenes law students would actually have to address in their lines of work.
It’s an entirely other experience to watch a rookie guard get too into his job and beat the shit out of a prisoner whose only crime was walking a little too close to the bastard.
Your gut instinct is to run forward and help, somehow. A stupid instinct that would have gotten you killed or at least tossed into the infirmary on a permanent basis had Yancy not grabbed your arm to stop you.
“Hold up there, Eagle.” He pulls you back, a glare fixed on the brutal scene before you. “No need for two of ours to ends up with broken wings, youse hear me?”
You swallow back your righteous anger and force yourself to calm down. It’s not right, it’s not right, and the justice lawyer inside of you is itching to make it right somehow–-
Yancy must see your conflict and anger. He puts a hand on your shoulder and mutters into your ear, “No worries. Me and the others ain’t gonna let this stand. We’ve got our own system in place here.”
That night, you pretend to be asleep when you hear that rookie guard scream for help. You don’t look to see what happens, who does it, or how, and the next day, when the warden summons you to ask if you know anything to explain why the guard’s body was found in the laundry room, you tell him as much.
When you see Yancy later, he seems almost impressed at your lackadaisical reaction to what took place. “Thought you were all about the law, Eagle?”
You lean on the wall next to him and look out across the yard, watching the other inmates mingle together. “In the absence of the law, I’ll take what justice I can get.”
You can almost feel Yancy’s approval. “I can appreciate that.”

Jackie's hands ceased to move as she stood completely stone-faced, looking towards the windows of the Yeşilköy Airport in Istanbul.
Her eyes glanced around the larger-than-life interior of the building as she was left to stare at the small view of the water from the terminal gate her ticket has assigned her to be present in.
Water.
That's all that managed to separate Jackie from her motherland.
All of her childhood and current life was to be completely thrown away and restarted.
The storm clouds concerning the collapse of the entire country had gathered for almost an entire year. It didn't help that everyone was simply butting heads over how to properly come together to try and overthrow the reigning government in power.
The Pro-Western, secret-police-filled lavish monarchy was now, apparently, wanting to be replaced with a Anti-Western theocracy. It had been largely nonviolent, thankfully, and simply was massed with civil protests as well as marches and chants from various citizens.
But the revolution finally erupted when only six days ago, 500 citizens were burned to their demise in an intentional fire that started at a local movie theatre.
Outcry, screams, rallying on the streets.
Constant.
Jackie left her family, called her mother one last time and promised to try to communicate as much as she could when she finally reached the West.
Storming out of University she groaned, running for Istanbul with her one suitcase after she hugged her roommate goodbye. She wiped the tears from her eyes as she passed by the warm and friendly neighborhood cats in Tehran one last time.
She adjusted her long blue and white floral dress as she pulled on the tassels near her neckline, making an attempt to tighten the top of the outfit as she gasped, hearing the announcement in Turkish and English about her flight finally boarding the next class in line.
Los Angeles was the only destination she was able to find a decent price for, her main sights were set on Canada where they had vacationed before to see cousins and distant family. However, most Iranians were fleeing to the states, so much so that the number in colleges jumped up almost 40,000 people.
Arrangements for her housing were made over in a telephone booth nearly an hour ago as Jackie detailed her situation to the man who apparently owned one of the cheaper complexes in California.
It wasn't her first choice but it was certainly her only choice at the moment, especially when she was about to board a plane to the destination.
Is this the American dream? Telling a stranger my life story as I sob over a payphone?
They exchanged information and she was booked through the system as she had just barely enough money to cover her basic expenses and the down payment he spoke of.
All that money saved from new year celebrations, her birthday, college and her job as a waitress would barely even cover a good two weeks of rent.
Basic math showed that seventy Iranian rial only equated to a single US Dollar.
Luckily, being an English and Linguistics major she knew the language like the back of her hand even if she still slipped heavily into her accent while conversing.
She could at least try to find work with the skills she had under her belt.
I know French fluently in any worst case. I'm sure there's some posh, Parisian strolling around the malls of America I've heard described in my magazines.
"Thank you," she whispered in English as she gripped her pastel blue suitcase close to her chest, stepping past the flight attendant as she entered the covered bridge.
My whole life is now on hold.

"Morning Miss Goode," a gentle voice spoke as the blonde flipped her long hair and shut the door in front of her. She smiled seeing one of their long time visitors, Clarissa, sitting near the lounge of the apartment complex with Earth, Wind & Fire blaring across the radio.
"Good morning," she grinned as she gave her a hug, gently crouching as she tried to keep a smile while hugging the older woman, who was reading her daily newspaper.
Her denim jumpsuit was covered in oil stains as she wiped her face dabbed in sweat.
"Riding again?"
The twenty year old laughed, confirming the woman's suggestion and shrugging with a small smile painted across her lips as she tied her hair back, explaining that she was trying to see if her motorcycle had an oil leak, that was all.
"Just trying to work on the bike while I can."
Owning the complex was always some kind of burden and weight on her shoulders, though it wasn't the Ritz or a five star resort, she grew up knowing it was a deep part of her family history and she was next to own it and take over the business.
Go to University and study business, paid for by her parents, come home and expand the housing and see a surge in profit.
If this plan was the stairwell to Heaven, Gigi had completely turned around and jumped off backwards after hitting that first step.
Gigi could care less about education in a society where no one cared unless you were rich or singing the number one hit song charting on the radios.
She had barely gotten her high school diploma before she decided to drop out of community college, despite getting to live with her best friend since middle school, Crystal.
The redhead had been extremely anxious about the sudden separation, until she realized that the starving poor artist wasn't a good look for her or her family, who barely had enough means as it was.
Now they both worked at the complex for decent money, Crystal great with design and helping out with various projects concerning architecture or the new paint jobs for the inside of some of the rooms.
Gigi was often stuck at the front desk, or trying to mingle with confused or returning guests who took every chance to complain to the daughter of the owner whenever they possibly could.
She entered the door to her childhood home as she was immediately met with an uncertain stare directed her way.
"Dad—" her lips pursed together as she was immediately stopped by her father who sighed, not even needing an explanation of where she was or what she partook in instead of her job at the front desk of the small hotel.
"Gigi! We talked about this, you have to focus on your job here and make your money's worth and not just ride your bike!"
"I know…" she pouted as she took a deep breath, saddling in for another long rant from her father. But her mom seemed to hear her inner prayers, walking by and rubbing her shoulders, insisting that Gigi was allowed to have some fun during these hot dull summer months.
"Thank you," she whispered as she was bestowed with a loving kiss upon her forehead, her mom holding her hand as she stepped over to the kitchen, asking if Gigi would like anything to drink.
"I'm good."
Her father seemed to ignore the last two minutes as he sat on the couch, blissfully watching whatever channel was being broadcast as the mention of a new, month long rental had called in this morning.
"She's coming all the way from Iran. Only a bit older than Gigi."
Gigi's ears perked up as she changed in the bathroom out of the tight outfit into her short-cut t-shirt gifted from Crystal as a token of their friendship.
Her mind ran rampant with questions as she bit her lower lip and shook her head; she knew well enough from consistent pestering and close observation that right now wasn't a good time to be speaking about something still considered so taboo.
The only lesbian in all of Los Angeles who wasn't ancient or leading an uprise was Crystal and her other close friend from high school, Jan, who was as about as open as you could get with someone still fiercely in the closet.
"What about a new girl?" She asked curiously as she stepped out from the shadows.
Her father smiled, happy that Gigi was interested in anything pertaining to work, though the blonde knew exactly where her head laid with that question.
"She's a refugee, the revolution is apparently starting to build and she needs a place to stay," her mother recapped as Gigi slid by the fridge, listening impatiently to her father's blind knowledge of politics and foreign affairs as she stole a soda.
"Their royalty recently spoke to our own Jimmy Carter you know."
"Really?" Gigi replied with genuine shock, opening her bottle of Dr. Pepper, completely forgetting who her own country's president was for a solid two minutes.
I could give less of a shit.
It wasn't her fault she had failed Government and Economics in high school.
She had always been in favour of taking those 45 minutes to instead go on a ride or just hide behind the bleachers with one of the cigarettes she had managed to steal from Crystal.
"Name?"
"Jacqueline, she's scheduled to arrive around late afternoon so we should go down in a few to work on some unfinished papers and also to make sure she's comfortable."
Gigi groaned, sipping her drink as she kept moaning at the thought of having to do math at a table alone. The incredibly interesting job of paperwork, however, would end with her meeting a new and mysterious woman almost her age.
She could either be Gigi's next crush or turn into a decently close friend, and either way she considered it a win-win situation for the better.
— *.✧
"More to the left," the blonde spoke as Crystal lifted the piece of artwork towards the end of where she had placed her chair.
"Good!"
Nailing it in, the redhead jumped down from the chair as she and Gigi exchanged a round of high fives and hugs.
The time had rolled around to ten minutes to four in the afternoon as the two were attempting to keep on singing with the ABBA record that was playing as they finished up the final touches of the autumn decor near the lobby.
It wasn't the most interesting time, but the pair always managed to make it as lively and fun as can be.
"Good job," she admitted as both headed for the pool before Gigi gasped, stopping immediately in her tracks when noticing what must've been the new Persian girl her father was talking about.
"Crystal, that's her!" She whisper-shouted as her best friend nodded, looking up and down at her beautifully styled outfit.
Flowing curly black hair, her dress long with a slit almost up to her thigh as she wore her locks down with little makeup on.
She was more than beautiful.
She was completely ethereal.
A goddess, the kind of figure that would make anyone stop on the street just so they could take her in and bask in the pure, unfiltered grace and poise you would feel looking at such a textbook definition of stunning.
Crystal disappeared in broad daylight as Gigi was left staring, engulfed completely in fantasy and admiration for someone her age to travel all this way just to feel some stable security and safety.
"Your full name?"
The Persian tilted her head, confused before Gigi's father explained that it was just for check in purposes so they could find her room number and call number.
"Jacqueline but most will just call me Jackie, Cox."
"Very American last name," her dad spoke, curious, Gigi wanting to bash her head against the wall the moment the words left his lips.
"My dad was born in Canada," she explained sheepishly as she covered her cheeks with her fingertips, trying to disguise the blush that soon infiltrated her entire face.
They exchanged a couple of chuckles here and there before the Persian finally received the key to her hotel room, Gigi jumping out from behind her father to explain that she would show her the place she would be staying in.
Locking eyes, Jackie's expression brightened significantly as Gigi rapidly fluttered her lashes. Her tough girl exterior completely crumbled at the sight of someone so perfect and refined.
"Gigi Goode."
"Jackie Cox."
They shook hands firmly, the both of them walking towards the elevator as Jackie held her suitcase, completely indifferent to the idea of staying at this complex despite the cute girl next to her who made sure she would get to her room in an orderly fashion.
Jackie missed her apartment in Tehran, she missed the mountains and high-rises in the window of her student home, with the silver tabbies sometimes hopping on the window when they smelled something good being cooked.
"I don't wanna ask you if it's triggering but what drove you to Los Angeles specifically? Is there a lot of students here from your country?"
The Persian smiled, licking her lips as she tried to come up with a put together answer to the question without having to go through a textbook of back story concerning the revolution.
"There is a lot of fighting over my government and I just fled knowing it's going to get worse. Los Angeles does have some Persians here for sure but I only am here because it was the cheapest ticket option."
"Awesome," Gigi gasped, "I mean not awesome! I'm sorry you're here but I'm very glad you're here and are staying with us!"
Way to make a first impression Gigi.
Jackie laughed at how quickly the blonde seemed to trip over her own words as the elevator opened to the second floor, Gigi skipping out before holding out her hand for the taller woman.
"Ladies first."
"Thank you!"
Making her way to the door she slid her key into the room as she finally managed to unlock it before nodding at the space within the room.
"It's very nice!"
"You don't have to lie just because my father owns this building," Gigi admitted with a snicker as Jackie shook her head furiously.
"I mean it!"
Gigi couldn't help but stare at the brightly coloured walls, though she supposed anything was better than Jackie's current situation back in her home country.
She explained that her and her best friend were probably going to be redoing the rooms soon with new paint job finishes.
"It's very cute, I like the colours."
Jackie sets her suitcase down on the couch as she jumps on to it, wiggling around as she leaned back and sighed, remembering suddenly that she needed to find a way to speak with her mother.
"Do you possibly have some kind of phone around? I just need to contact my mother if that's okay."
Gigi frowned, the idea of being away from her mom during a damn revolution abroad completely would destroy her, though Jackie seemed fine, or was at least able to mask her true emotions extremely well.
"Yeah, there should be one in the kitchen. It has a guide in English and French if you know it," She jokes though the Persian claps, admitting she's fluent and better at it than English.
Oh so she's also a cunning linguist.
What a home run.
"It's a bit confusing but if you get stuck you can always ask me, I work at the front desk most of the time."
Jackie stands, their faces in proximity as she thanks Gigi for all the good service and help. The Persian admitted she definitely wanted to see her again considering she was the first connection she had made arriving in America.
"If you ever wanna see me you can catch me on my Kawasaki motorcycle, I'm almost always out somewhere riding."
"You drive a motorcycle?" She asks, genuinely intrigued at Gigi's few hobbies.
"I do and I would be happy to take you anywhere you need, we live near one of the best downtown areas so whenever you need food or just want to stroll, let me know."
Jackie tucked the loose strands of her black hair behind her ear as she blushed, admitting it might have to be soon since she had to go off and buy some food for herself.
"If it's any trouble, I absolutely do not mind walking…"
"You're not going to walk to a grocery store, what time do you want to go? I'll knock on your door."
The Persian stared at the clock before humming, admitting that somewhere around six or seven would be perfect.
"It's a date," Gigi flirted before making a move and kissing Jackie's hand, saying goodbye to her new-found friend as the refugee stared at her with a smirk.
"Bye Gigi," she whispered as the blonde turned and closed the door, Jackie locking it before trying not to let the thought of this girl completely hypnotize her.
She was beautiful and very sweet. She was trying to make Jackie feel as comforted as possible, even if her responses were sometimes just a bit floundered.
Content with what she had, she turned on the small television perked in her room as she quickly explored the remaining calibers of the place she would call home for the next few weeks or so.
Her body stopped at the sight of the phone as she gripped the wires, her fingers wrapping around them as she anxiously attempted to call her mother, though she knew it was a long shot, and if it wasn't it would still be expensive.
No answer.
She groaned, head in her heads as she attempted to not cry. She put aside some of her extra money she budgeted out for non-necessity items.
I will ask Gigi to find me a payphone so I can give a call.
However, I still have to work out these timezone conversions.
Her suitcase was filled to the brim with whatever she could bring: her best outfits, three pairs of shoes, all her basic first aid, the money, some tokens of her home country to keep her at ease, a small Iranian flag and some miscellaneous items to keep her entertained like a few vinyl records and lots of art and writing materials.
"This is the American dream they always speak about," she muttered under her breath as she pulled out a long white kaftan to wear for the rest of the day.
Welcome to the United States Jackie, everything is only uphill from here...

Better Call Saul, Netflix
youtube
This current one's a moderate burner made by Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, and is a side project from the previous' massively effective Breaking Bad.
A great part of the cast of Breaking Bad, spare the two lead characters, show up in this show. The hero of this wrongdoing dramatization is Jimmy McGill played by Bob Odenkirk.
The show serves as an independent forerunner to Breaking Bad and outlines the moderate plummet of the adorable and road brilliant McGill into the universe of wrongdoing.
McGill is an independent man who earned his law degree while working in the sorting room, who at that point turns into a seriously paid legal counselor who works out of the back of a nail salon.
Despite the fringe criminal ways McGill completes things, the cards he has been managed nearly cause one to identify with his obscure character.
Hunters, Amazon Prime Video
youtube
Motivated by accounts of genuine 'Nazi trackers', the polarizing show follows a diverse gathering of individuals who have decided to unite as one to search out war crooks stowing away (generally) in America under new personalities.
The show stars Al Pacino as Meyer Offerman, a Jewish altruist and Holocaust survivor who serves as the pioneer of the gathering secretively chasing Nazis in New York.
While genuine trackers, similar to Simon Wiesenthal, took their discoveries to the police or the media, the show's characters volunteer to vindicate the Jews who endured because of Nazis.
Also, it is this demeanor that makes their most youthful enlist, Jonah Heidelbaum (Logan Lerman) who assumes his late grandma's position in the gathering, questions everything that he has faith in.
With components of a retaliation dream and sarcastic comic book-narrating, the show has issues yet there's some heavenly acting in here.
Curb Your Enthusiasm, Disney Hotstar
youtube
Changing the least complex stuff into heavenly workmanship takes an uncommon ability. What's more, Larry David, author, and co-maker of Seinfeld, who plays a fictionalized variant of himself in Curb Your Enthusiasm, is a past ace.
To vent his wrath at flimsy tables and tepid espresso, he opens up a 'show disdain toward store', a café directly close to the café with the shaky tables and tepid espresso.
Without either, obviously. The tenth and freshest period of this arrangement is as applicable to the occasions as could be expected under the circumstances, tossing in references to Harvey Weinstein and the #MeToo development.
There's additionally a scene where David circumvents town wearing a MAGA (Make America Great Again) cap after finding that the adornment promoted by Donald Trump has exactly the intended effect in warding individuals off (social separating before coronavirus).
Afsos, Amazon Prime Video
youtube
This miniseries follows Nakul, an essayist so ineffective that he endeavors to end it all sequentially. He stays safe, yet the equivalent can't be said for the individuals who spare him.
On the off chance that this plot wasn't sufficiently strange to warrant a watch, Nakul chooses to enroll the assistance of 'changed' contract-executioners who presently 'help' individuals needing to kick the bucket.
While Nakul, played by Gulshan Devaiah, holds the story together, Heeba Shah as the fatal professional killer Upadhyay is a treat to look for her vacant promise to what she calls 'craftsmanship'.
Toss in a lot of researchers chasing for an everlasting status mixture, and a sadhu following Nakul because he has all the earmarks of being unfading, and you have a story ready with unexpected developments.
Coordinated by Anubhuti Kashyap, Afsos has a lot of things amiss with it, yet its chilled demeanor to horrible subjects like mortality and casualty makes it watchable.
Kidding, Disney Hotstar
youtube
This Jim Carrey starrer is currently gushing on the web and it is suggested in any event, for the individuals who have recently been put off via Carrey's over the top acting in droll works, for example, Ace Ventura.
Carrey is viewed as Jeff Pickles, a cherished TV moderator who is venerated by kids and grown-ups the same, on account of his long-running manikin appear.
Mr. Pickles is a fantasy-like individual who shows kids important life exercises. In any case, when he loses one of his twins, his melancholy leaves him distressed and all he needs to do is recognize that misfortune on the show and show his watchers (basically kids) about death, something the producers of his manikin show emphatically restrict.
The impactful arrangement is a story of how Pickles manages the passing of a youngster, at the same time attempting to secure the multimillion-dollar brand domain that is based on his 'glad' picture.
Self Made, Netflix
youtube
This restricted arrangement sees Octavia Spencer as the chronicled figure of Sarah Breedlove, generally archived as America's first African-American specialist who proceeded to turn into a tycoon in the mid-1900s.
The independent business visionary and humanitarian made a realm out of making makeup and hair care items for dark ladies.
Spencer, commended for her job in the Academy Award-winning film The Help, convincingly plays Breedlove, directly from her long stretches of being a single parent who began by being a washerwoman to help her girl to build a business called the Madam C J Walker Manufacturing Company.
Coordinated by Kasi Lemmons, the story has been fictionalized somewhat to rethink the battles of a lady conceived on a cotton ranch to an in the past oppressed family, yet the vibe great arrangement is to a great extent dependent on evident occasions.
Am Not Okay With This, Netflix
youtube
This story about growing up figures out how to viably radiate a feeling of relaxed fear.
The show begins by revealing to us that the hero, Sydney Novak (Sophia Lillis), is managing each adolescent issue ever young person has ever had.
But, when she gets extremely furious, the object of her annoyance feels like they've been hit by a concealed scoop.
Among the most inconspicuous of these anger instigated periods is the point at which Novak's closest companion's beau, whom the hero loathes, begins seeping from his nose out of nowhere.
Things just deteriorate from that point and Novak has no clue why her wrath can "get things going".
In light of a comic book by Charles Forman, Novak helps us a little to remember Carrie, the hero of Stephen King's eponymous novel, just as Eleven from Stranger Things since both these little youngsters additionally have supernatural forces, yet the likenesses end there.
Pushpavalli, Amazon Prime Video
youtube
Season two of this dramatization sees humorist Sumukhi Suresh return as Pushpavalli, a young lady whose exceptionally flawed endeavors at charming a suitor, Nikhil (played by Manish Anand), left watchers alarmed.
A Tamilian from Bhopal who follows Nikhil to Bengaluru, the in any case clever Pushpavalli keeps on keeping crowds snared with her shamelessly tangled endeavors to snare the man she had always wanted.
In the wake of hijacking his pooch, paying off a chaiwallah to do her offering and getting her leg broken, Pushpavalli proceeds to discover inventive methods for escaping predicament, so imagine a scenario in which that requires getting connected with to another person, or releasing a reptile among clueless kids.
Extraordinary notice must be made of Bengaluru-based on-screen character Shraddha in this all-around scripted show as Vasu, the nightie-wearing, hockey stick-using proprietor who runs Pushpavalli's paying visitor settlement. Vasu's character alone merits a show to itself.
Guilty, Netflix
youtube
Enlivened by how those blamed for lewd behavior have gradually advanced go into society, this Karan Johar creation means to revive discussions around the #MeToo development.
Coordinated by Ruchi Narain, the film stars Kiara Advani as Nanki, whose sweetheart Vijay 'V J' Pratap Singh (Gurfateh Singh Pirzada) is blamed for assaulting his school batchmate.
A government official's child and an artist, V J is the most dateable person nearby, while the lady who blames him, Tanu (Akansha Ranjan Kapoor), is somebody despised profoundly for being uproarious, consideration chasing and uncaring.
The film gives the advantage of the uncertainty to the two gatherings, making crowds question if Tanu is imagining everything for exposure (something she is prepared to do), just as throwing questions on V J's Teflon notoriety.
As the specialists examine, Nanki embarks to discover reality for herself, at the same time doing combating her very own evil presence.
Mentalhood,  ALT Balaji and zee5
youtube
Karisma Kapoor makes her Web debut as Meira, a mother of three, in this account of how defective guardians attempt to bring up their children as most ideal as.
A previous Miss Kanpur, Meira has as of late moved to Mumbai to raise a 'cutting edge family' with Sanjay Suri who stars as her obsessive worker spouse.
The arrangement likewise includes a reliable star cast that incorporates Sandhya Mridul, Tillotama Shome, Shilpa Shukla, Shruti Seth and Dino Morea.
Made by Ekta Kapoor and coordinated by Karishma Kohli, the show diagrams Meira's development into a blogger who composes on everything from nourishment to sex jobs with expectations of making a child-rearing aide.
The show seems to be being motivated by the Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman-starred American dramatization Big Little Lies and, in contrast to the American arrangement, this sermonizing arrangement is probably going to be delighted in additional by watchers who have youngsters.
Life of Speed, Netflix
This new on-the-square narrative portrays the tale of Juan Manuel Fangio, an Argentinian race vehicle driver who pretty much overwhelmed the primary decade of Formula One by winning the World Drivers' Championship multiple times during the 1950s.
This record stayed unbeaten till Michael Schumacher went along (as a major aspect of four distinctive hustling groups).
Coordinated by Francisco Macri, this verifiable narrative plans to comprehend the brain of the hustling legend while looking at the lives of race vehicle drivers who routinely change their lives for the love of speed.
The high-octane universe of hustling was maybe definitely more hazardous in Fangio's time than it is today considering there was no defensive rigging back then and wellbeing highlights were insignificant.
Maska, Netflix
youtube
This transitioning film sees Manisha Koirala as a Parsi mother doing combating to get her child associated with the privately-run company of running an Iranian bistro.
'Nineteen years back when Rumi was conceived, his future had been chosen,' says Jaaved Jaaferi, Koirala's screen spouse.
Rumi was to grow up and turn into 'a mask-waala' (one who applies spread) like his dad (Jaaferi) before him.
In any case, he chooses to turn into a Bollywood entertainer. Prit Kamani plays Rumi, the befuddled youthful millennial who starts finding his Parsi legacy simply after separating himself from it.
Maska is as much about Rumi's excursion as it is a festival of Mumbai's Irani bistros.
With a reasonable sprinkling of youthful sentiment and family show, this is Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji author Neeraj Udhwani's first endeavor at the course.
Next in Fashion, Netflix
youtube
As Netflix's first endeavor into configuration wars, this unscripted TV drama highlights 18 creators from over the world.
The candidates are generally experts who have dressed famous people before and have worked with significant design houses, yet none is an easily recognized name, something they all seek to be.
The show takes one through the way toward making a structure, directly from texture choice and preparing it to the time it's fit to be demonstrated.
The show is facilitated by Tanveer Wasim France (of Queer Eye popularity) and creator, model and TV moderator Alexa Chung.
The victor gets prize cash of $250,000, and the opportunity to turn into the following large thing in design.
There's additional space for motivation for watchers as challengers configuration outfits deserving of the runway, formals for work, just as stylish streetwear.
Special Ops, Disney Hotstar
youtube
Coordinated by Neeraj Pandey of A Wednesday! what's more, Special 26 popularity and Shivam Nair, this is the most recent Indian spine chiller to be discharged on the web.
It highlights Kay Menon as Himmat Singh, a senior knowledge official. The story exemplifies how Singh has been pursuing a hypothesis that the real driving force of the 2001 Parliament assault was somebody whose presence nobody thinks about.
Singh has his operators in remote urban areas and has been spending lavishly on tasks to pursue this man down, and now he needs to legitimize the cash spent.
Between flashbacks, watchers are up to speed with how Singh's group is attempting to discover this secret miscreant.
The show helps us a little to remember Manoj Bajpayee's The Family Man, which is a superior show.
Activity scenes and awful writing in the moderate parts let down an in any case not too bad story, be that as it may, for the stuck-at-home and nothing-to-do, it's something one could thoughtlessly watch.
Miss Americana, Netflix
youtube
Coordinated by Lana Wilson, whose past movies concentrated on suicide and late-term fetus removal, this venture follows the life of American vocalist lyricist Taylor Swift.
It opens with Swift being encompassed by journals, markers of individual stories. This is critical since Swift has gotten by out of diverting emotions into melodies that have become graph toppers.
She's at that point told that her most recent collection, Reputation (2018), has gotten no major Grammy assignments. Quick continues, practically aloof in her methodology.
Wilson proceeds to show Swift tending to her 'decent young lady' picture that has commanded the last's music profession, and how Swift arrangements with the thought that 'pleasant young ladies don't cause a ripple effect'.
The story graphs her ascent to distinction just as her longing to please fans, all of which have driven Swift to some dull spots.
The film shows the private side of Swift, the VIP who despite her whiz status drives a real existence shadowed by forlornness.
Westworld, Disney Hotstar
youtube
The third period of Westworld is presently spilling on the web, and keeping in mind that it is being praised for getting cutting edge tech references right, we are as yet astonished by the splendid execution of the show's story.
The story starts in Westworld, an anecdotal, Wild West-themed event congregation where guests can do anything they need, with no results whatever, because the 'individuals' in Westworld are life-like androids.
These androids are so authentic as people that guests continually come back to the recreation center to play out their most out of control dreams, activities that would be inadmissible in the 'genuine'/world.
Inconvenience starts when the android has at the recreation center increase awareness about what they truly are.
This new season sees them escape into this present reality, our reality, after a bloodbath.
In light of Michael Crichton's 1973 film by a similar name, the arrangement stars Even Rachel Wood as Dolores Abernathy, an insightful android.

Luck be a Lady part 1
Clyde Logan x female! reader
Summary: At the request of Joe Bang, the Logan brothers try to enlist the help of a girl with curiously good fortune.
A/n: sorry it’s been a while since I’ve posted a story. I am working on other stories too, just slowly :) Thank you, everyone, who bears with me and my lack of updates. Y’all are wonderful <3
Tumblr media
Joe Bang sucked on his teeth staring at the two numbskulls.  He had heard about the Logans, and all about their family curse too. Turns out they had run into some bad fortune time and time again.
He had also heard about how stupid they were. Joe had chalked it all up to just talk, small towns and small minded people had little else to do these days but talk. Everyone all the time had nothing better to do than talk about other people’s bullshit.
But due to the fact that both brothers were here now sitting across from him, talking about a heist while he was still incarcerated in this very goddamn penitentiary, only proved that perhaps it wasn’t all talk.
So how in the hell was he supposed to believe that they weren’t cursed with all the bad luck surrounding them?
“Well I don’t necessarily consider myself a superstitious man, but I don’t want to take my chances either,” Joe shook his head. “But all that talk about curses and your family has me worried.”
“We ain’t cursed,” Jimmy started, obviously frustrated by just the very mention of the curse. But the look on Clyde’s face said otherwise.
Joe leaned forward resting his elbows on the table, he pointed at Jimmy.
“So you’re saying your knee, his arm, what happened to your parents… ain’t bad luck?” Joe questioned, his eyebrows raised and his blue eyes staring back at them.
“Listen,” Jimmy said.  “This is has nothing to do with that.”
“Well you listen,” Joe spat. “I already have limited information on this plan because of my situation. Y’all need me, I’m gonna be a free man soon unless this plan of yours goes south, so I’m going to need more than just your word.”
“What do you have in mind?”
“My brothers for one,” Joe started,  “and I’ve heard talk about a girl, folks call her ‘Lucky’, rumor is she has uncanny good fortune.”
“How good?” Clyde asked, genuinely interested.
“Supposedly, she’s luckier than the love child of a four leaf clover and a rabbit’s foot,” Joe explained.
“What’s your point?” Jimmy sighed.
“I want the two of you, to get her help.”
“You think she’ll want to help us, people she's never met?” Clyde asked.
Joe shrugged, peeling the rest of the shell off the egg, “That’s for the two of you to find out.”
Clyde looked at Jimmy, this plan of his was starting to turn into a disaster just waiting to happen.
Y/n was sitting on the counter of the convenience store, sipping on a cherry Slurpee and scratching $1 lottery tickets.
This was a known past time of hers. She had a strange love affair with convenience stores. They were an odd sort of mundane paradise, with all the things one needed for a good time. Smokes, liquor, lottery tickets, and all sorts of people coming and going.
Her fascination with them started when she was just a little girl, her grandparents owned a similar small store back home during her childhood. Just about every afternoon she’d sit by the cash register, and spoiled her appetite eating vanilla wafers and Oreo cookies with her granny.
“Another winner!” she cheered, waving the ticket in the air. It wasn’t for much, just 5 bucks, but that was enough for a refill on her drink, a couple of packs of Twinkies, and another scratcher.
Jack, the cashier, wasn’t at all surprised, this was the same story every afternoon- girly would buy a few scratchers and win every single time.
An irritated customer approached the cash register, “That damn machine is acting up again! Every time I come in here it’s either being repaired or on the fritz.”
The patron shook the large styrofoam cup in front of Jack’s face. He sighed, he didn’t get paid enough to deal with this kind of whiny bullshit. He opened his mouth, to tell her to fuck off. Y/n could tell just by the way his brows furrowed, and the scowl on his face.
Jack wasn’t exactly a people person, he preferred when people came, got whatever they needed, then got the fuck out.
Y/n was the exception. She never bitched about a thing and was content as she could be as long as there were sweet things to eat and drink and plenty of cheap lottos.
Quickly she hopped down off of the counter before Jack offended anyone. She nodded at the customer, “You just gotta have the right touch.”
“Come on, I need a refill anyway,” y/n gestured for them to follow her.
Her eyes lit up as she saw the whirring machines, Coca-cola, blue raspberry, and cherry. Y/n hummed as the machine poured red icy goodness into her cup.
She extended her hand offering to take the customer’s cup. Begrudgingly, they handed it over to her. Y/n dumped out the watery ice mess.
“There we are,” she murmured filling the cup full.
She grinned, as she watched the customer slam a couple of dollars by the register and storm out.
Jack put the money in the drawer. “I’m gonna smoke for a bit,” he announced.
He took a pack from the glass case behind him and managed to already have a cigarette lit before he was even outside.
He inhaled deeply, his lungs filling with sweet nicotine.
A beat up truck pulled up, parking right in front of the store. Two tall men got out and approached Jack.
“We’re looking for a girl who goes by ‘Lucky’, you know her?” The one wearing a baseball cap asked.
“Yeah,” Jack muttered.
The Logans remained standing looking at the clerk expecting him to continue.
The older man to another puff before nodding his head toward the store.
They peered into the window. The clerk pointed out a pretty girl, who was currently browsing the shelves and swaying her hips back and forth to the rhythm of the music.
She had an enchanting aura about her. Her eyes twinkled, as she bounced around without a care in the world. Her lips wrapped around the straw of her drink, while grabbing a couple of snack cakes from the display.
Jimmy couldn’t help but notice how Clyde was more quiet and somber than usual. His dark eyes stared intensely at the young lady. She plopped the cakes on the counter, then plopped herself back on top of the counter. Like a child, she swung her legs up and down waiting for Jack to return.
Clyde could watch her all day, she was beautiful and appeared so sweet.
Jimmy nudged Clyde, “Come on.”
The bells on the door jingled as they entered.
The sound alerted y/n, she immediately turned her head in their direction.
“Hey there,” she greeted. “Welcome to The Get In Get Out.”***
Clyde felt his throat run dry and his body became stiff. She gazed back at him, a small friendly smile on her lips as she moved closer to him. Involuntarily, he gulped. He could smell her perfume hanging in the air.
“Are you the girl people call Lucky?” Jimmy asked pointedly, interrupting their longing gaze into each other’s eyes.
“Depends,” the girl muttered still staring at Clyde.
“What do you mean? ‘Cause, we were sent here to find that girl, and-” Jimmy went on.
“Well that is what people say about me,” y/n shrugged her shoulders finally turning her attention over to the other brother. “But I prefer it when they call me by my name. I’m Y/n L/n, and you are?”
“Jimmy Logan and this is my brother Clyde.”
“Nice to meet the both of you.”
“We need to talk to you but preferably somewhere more private,” Jimmy interjected.
Jack walked back into the store, his hands shoved into his pockets, still looking disgruntled. He took his place back behind the counter. “Are you two gonna buy anything?”
“We weren’t really-”
“Then leave, ‘cause I’ve got other customers,” Jack cut off Jimmy before he could explain.
The brothers scanned the store, nobody was there except for themselves and y/n.
“Do you have to make such an ass of yourself all the time?” y/n asked Jack, putting her hands on her hips.
Jack scoffed.
“Why don’t you boys get yourselves a coffee or something, my treat, and then we’ll talk elsewhere.” y/n offered.
“Listen we don’t need much of your time, we just want you to hear us out,” Jimmy began explaining.
Y/n rolled her eyes, “go get somethin’... I hate eating alone.”
She seemed pretty damn persistent about it, so the brothers didn’t bother arguing.
After the boys wandered off into the aisles, Y/n turned around and peered over the counter looking at the display of lottos. Her fingers drummed over the glass, which one should she get?
“Can I get one of those crossword lottery tickets, please?”
Jack nodded and passed it to her.
Y/n reached into the back pocket of her jean shorts taking out a worn penny. She rubbed it between her index finger and thumb before taking her time she scratched the little boxes to see if she was a winner.
Her smile got wider as she realized that she won again, this time it was $20.
She never won real big, but always enough to pay for whatever snacks and little things she wanted.
The boys returned with a cup of coffee each.
“Were you lucky?” Clyde asked, his voice shaky, but finally built up the courage to speak.
“Always am, sugar,” y/n winked leaning against the counter.
So she really did have good fortune, Clyde thought to himself. He looked at the girl standing before him, she seemed too good to be true. Maybe her good luck would be enough to counter his family’s bad luck.
“So fellas, you said you wanted to talk?”
*** (lol I know this is from King of the Hill, so tough to name things)
