1. What is your favorite book?

I’m gonna cheat and say a series. The Bartimaeus Sequence by Jonathon Stroud! Love these books. He also wrote Lockwood and Co. which I really loved, too!

2. thoughts on color as a theme?

It’s fun! I try to do this (usually through some magic color) but... I am... easily swayed by the idea of something looking real cool

3. Are there any words that you desperately avoid in writing?

Not really? I try not to swear too much? Words are tools to use

4. Who was your earliest OC?

Ummm I think her name was Jaqueline? She was from some round robin story I was writing with friends.

Xander is my oldest OC that I’m still using

5. Who’s your favorite OC

Ohhhh this is hard. Bel, probably? But also Shay. I love them both very much. They’re both sassy and super fun to write. Also Vin. And Max. Look I just really love my ocs.

6. Thoughts on Storyteller Saturday?

It’s super fun! Sadly, Saturday is usually a very low energy day for me so I don’t always participate as much as I would like to. I’m trying, though!

7. What’s the title of your latest WIP?

I have four I’m working on. The Abandoned City (Ihale 2), Ghost Punch: Grave Reflection, Break The Sky Book 1, and Carry Me Home (Shadow Cast 1 but it’s just sort of a “i feel like writing a chapter of that” kind of deal)

8. What’s your favorite theme in books?

Found family

9. What’s the funniest line you’ve ever written?

Ummm hmmm the funniest line I wrote recently was “besides, ghosts can’t enter our apartment. The rent repels them.”
