wanted to draw femslash before february ended, so here's one of my favourite rarepairs (?).

fun fact: there are (at least) two famous love stories with butterfly imagery that have now become essentially the most iconic love stories of their respective cultures - namely, the butterfly lovers / 梁祝 liángzhù for china; and eros and psyche for classical mythology.

I'm slowly working on a Madoka Magica x Pokemon book as a surprise for a friend. I wanted to make Shauntal into a trainer who writes her opponents into her stories if they lose a battle to her. She turns them into paper dolls who can't leave her stories anymore. I got the idea from Kanon Wakeshimas music video Lolitawork Libretto Storytelling by Solita (such a throwback listening to it)

I like the text floating around her and giving somewhat of a 3D vibe to the picture
