George, an exhausted, but polite worker. He would complain more often, but that usually isn't his style.

Leslie, a former academic, working on her literary masterpiece. She lives in third person, filtering everything through the lens of story and narrative.

Jean, a law student, taking a break from his studies. More relaxed than most of the other tenants, but has an oddly religious streak.

The voice on the phone, which the PCs can always call, if there is something they need. Not that they will always receive it. The voice sometimes seems distant and distracted and there is constantly a strange static crackling in the background.

Bethany Simmons, a rare friendly face. Painfully stereotypical at times. Likes to meddle in other's affairs.

Sora Nagamaru, a lonely and annoyingly smug nerd. Despite his big incel energy, he has turned out to be a fairly loyal ally to the PCs.

Pete or "Sneaky Pete" (most likely not his real name), a shifty, but dopey delivery man. He seems to be one of the few people able to leave the apartment complex. Management doesn't like him mingling with the tenants.

Edward Tully has the veneer of a friendly neighbor, but there is something off about him. He seems to know Gwendolyn and follows her around.

Citia Propast, Grigor's former sous-chef. She also ended up in the complex, but their memories seem to be at odds.

David Snoover, a self-satisfied hedgefund manager, staying in the apartment complex, because of "bullshit legal complications". The PCs befriended him despite his constant smugness.
