some small predictions for the next life series

Danny Phantom was not used to fighting magic users. Ghosts, yes. But humans with powers? No.

So when a cult managed to successfully summon and bind him, he lacked the knowledge of how to stop them.

And they tore him apart.

His core was broken into pieces, each one then implanted into one of the most loyal cult members (or potentially sold off to another person to use…) to grant them a portion of Phantom’s many powers.

However, the cult didn’t entirely know what they were doing either. You see, it turns out that shattering Danny’s core in that manner didn’t truly end him. His soul still persisted, still refused to die even as it was trapped amongst the disparate shards. Though each individual piece lacked the strength of mind or power to affect their hosts, they would gradually forge themselves together anew should they ever be gathered back together.

And after Red Hood killed several of the cult’s members, that process began. Their shards, now freed, transferred to the vigilante, instinctively latching onto his proto-core. Though still not yet whole enough to form a truly conscious fragment of Danny, they are enough to start to nudge Hood in the right direction (bolstered in effectiveness by Jason’s connection to death)

Jason can feel it deep within his soul. There’s something more to this cult’s powers than just normal magic, and he has a growing need to find out what that is. To stop them. To burn them all down and dig their secrets from the ashes.

i will never get over how genuinely fucked the tranquil are consistently treated throughout the dragon age games. like i know it's the Point. but. holy fuck.

the way they're treated as "not-quite-people", the way they're constantly put to the side, ignored, abused, and exploited for profit, the way they're killed over and over, especially in inquisiton, and the way it feels so brushed over. and it never really feels like the player reaction is Enough for what is going on in any situation surrounding them.

First of all, I have to correct you here, there are no anomalies, each being is alive and as natural as life myself, even if they seem like miracles, beings of an impossible nature or outside your common sense,they are all normal.

And...Kirby, yes, that child is so unique, well, ununique,the one you know is not the only one, because there are hundreds, thousands of them in so many worlds and yes... He is not like you or others of those that you consider "your species".

I am not sure if that is what happened in your universe,but it has almost always coincided that they were not born from other beings,no, like almost all beings that originate from the beginning of your universe,Kirby born from the pulse of life, a heart from the void that anything can come out of there, the heart that beats in me and you simply exist, many times more than one being of almost infinite capabilities comes out of there or... mere amoebas that after eons, will form species like you,and, each Kirby, each you, all different or non-existent, everything depends on that pulse of life that leads beings to exist,or not.

And...what do I really feel about him or.. her?

A lot, too much, I don't know why but... he is not the only one that makes me feel that way, other beings, yes, that also originated from the pulse of me,make me feel... maternal, Necrodeus even feel a deep care for them,even to those you consider most atrocious and the evil incarnate, I don't understand it.

it's stardew valley style farm sim but xianxia (said by someone who never played stardew or farm sims this is guesswork lol)
