The Importance of Senior Executive Recruitment for Business Success
In the fast-paced world of business, hiring the right leaders is crucial. Senior executives guide a company’s direction, making decisions that shape the future. However, finding the right person for such roles can be a complex task. Senior executive recruitment is essential for companies seeking to build strong leadership teams.
In this blog, we’ll explore the importance of Executive Search, the challenges involved, and how companies can streamline their search for top executives.
1. What is Executive Search?
Executive Search is the process of hiring individuals for leadership roles such as CEOs, CFOs, and other top executives. Unlike general recruitment, which focuses on a wide range of roles, Executive Search specifically targets high-level positions that require advanced skills, experience, and leadership qualities.
These positions often hold significant responsibilities. Therefore, the recruitment process for senior executives involves more detailed vetting and evaluation to ensure that the chosen candidate is the right fit. Senior executives impact not only the company’s performance but also its culture, reputation, and long-term strategy.
Actionable Tip:
Before starting a Executive Search process, define the specific qualities, experience, and leadership style that align with your company's goals.
2. The Need for Specialized Senior Executive Recruitment Firms
Hiring for senior-level positions is different from recruiting for mid-level or entry-level roles. Companies need to find candidates who not only possess the right technical skills but also demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions. Therefore, many organizations turn to specialized senior executive recruitment firms to streamline the process.
These firms have access to a network of highly qualified candidates, many of whom are not actively looking for jobs. However, by using their extensive connections and understanding of the industry, these firms are able to approach potential candidates discreetly and professionally.
Actionable Tip:
Work with Executive Search firms that specialize in your industry to increase the likelihood of finding a candidate who fits your organizational needs.
3. Benefits of Senior Executive Recruitment
Using a specialized firm for Executive Search offers several key advantages:
Access to Passive Candidates:
The best executives are often already employed and not actively seeking new opportunities. Senior executive recruitment firms have the ability to tap into this passive talent pool, identifying individuals who may be open to a new challenge if the right opportunity arises.
Speed and Efficiency:
Recruiting for top-level positions can be time-consuming. Executive Search firms streamline the process by handling the initial screening and vetting of candidates. This allows companies to focus on other aspects of the business while ensuring that the recruitment process remains thorough.
Industry Expertise:
Many Executive Search firms specialize in certain industries. This gives them a deep understanding of the market, the specific skills needed for leadership roles, and the competitive landscape. Therefore, they can identify candidates who not only have the right qualifications but also understand the industry’s challenges and trends.
Confidentiality:
Recruiting for senior executive roles often requires a high level of discretion, especially if the company is replacing an existing executive. Executive Search firms maintain confidentiality throughout the process, ensuring that sensitive information is protected.
Actionable Tip:
Ensure that your chosen Executive Search firm has experience in handling confidential searches, especially when it involves leadership transitions.
4. Challenges in Senior Executive Recruitment
While senior executive recruitment offers numerous benefits, it also comes with its own set of challenges. Companies must navigate these obstacles to ensure a successful hire.
Finding the Right Cultural Fit:
A senior executive’s leadership style and personality can greatly influence company culture. Even if a candidate has the right qualifications, they may not be the best fit for the company’s culture. Therefore, companies must prioritize cultural alignment when recruiting senior executives.
High Stakes:
Senior executives play a crucial role in shaping a company’s future. A poor hiring decision at this level can have long-term negative consequences. The stakes are high, making it essential to get the recruitment process right the first time.
Lengthy Process:
Senior executive recruitment can take longer than traditional recruitment. The search for the perfect candidate involves extensive vetting, interviews, and sometimes negotiations. However, this lengthy process ensures that the chosen candidate is well-suited for the role.
Compensation Expectations:
Senior executives typically command high salaries and benefit packages. Companies must be prepared to offer competitive compensation in order to attract top talent. Failure to meet these expectations can result in losing the best candidates to competitors.
Actionable Tip:
When conducting senior executive recruitment, prepare a competitive compensation package that reflects the level of responsibility the role entails.
5. The Role of Senior Executive Recruitment Firms in the Process
Senior executive recruitment firms play a vital role in guiding companies through the complex hiring process. Here’s how they work to ensure successful placements:
Initial Consultation:
The process begins with an in-depth consultation to understand the company’s needs. The firm will ask about the specific skills, experience, and leadership qualities required for the role. They will also gain insight into the company culture and long-term objectives.
Candidate Search:
Using their industry connections and resources, senior executive recruitment firms conduct a targeted search for potential candidates. This involves reaching out to passive candidates, evaluating their interest, and assessing whether they meet the job’s criteria.
Screening and Vetting:
Once potential candidates are identified, the firm conducts thorough interviews and background checks. They evaluate the candidate’s experience, leadership style, and alignment with the company’s culture and values.
Presentation of Shortlisted Candidates:
The firm presents a shortlist of candidates to the company for further evaluation. At this stage, the company can conduct its own interviews and assessments to make the final decision.
Final Selection and Offer:
After the interviews, the company selects the candidate who best meets their needs. The firm then assists in negotiating the offer and finalizing the hiring process.
Actionable Tip:
Communicate clearly with the senior executive recruitment firm throughout the process to ensure that they understand your expectations and requirements.
6. How to Ensure Successful Senior Executive Recruitment
To ensure that the senior executive recruitment process is successful, companies must take several key steps:
Define Clear Objectives:
Before starting the recruitment process, clearly define the objectives of the role. What skills and experience are required? What are the company’s long-term goals? A clear understanding of these factors will help guide the recruitment process.
Prioritize Leadership Qualities:
Leadership qualities are critical in senior executive roles. Look for candidates who demonstrate not only technical skills but also the ability to inspire and lead teams. Additionally, ensure that the candidate’s leadership style aligns with the company’s culture.
Use Data and Technology:
Many senior executive recruitment firms use data and technology to identify potential candidates. Tools like artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics can help predict which candidates are likely to succeed in specific roles. Therefore, companies should work with firms that leverage these tools for more accurate recruitment.
Consider Cultural Fit:
Cultural fit is just as important as skills and experience. A senior executive must be able to integrate into the company’s existing culture while also contributing to its growth. This requires careful consideration during the interview process.
Actionable Tip:
During interviews, ask candidates about their leadership philosophy and how they would approach challenges unique to your industry.
7. The Future of Senior Executive Recruitment
Senior executive recruitment is evolving as the business landscape changes. Companies are increasingly looking for leaders who can navigate complex challenges such as digital transformation, globalization, and sustainability. Therefore, the demand for executives with experience in these areas is on the rise.
Additionally, diversity and inclusion are becoming top priorities for senior executive recruitment. Companies are seeking leaders who bring diverse perspectives and can foster an inclusive workplace culture. As a result, senior executive recruitment firms are focusing on finding candidates who can drive these initiatives forward.
Actionable Tip:
When recruiting for senior executive positions, prioritize candidates who demonstrate experience with digital transformation, diversity, and sustainability.
Conclusion
Senior executive recruitment is essential for companies seeking to build strong leadership teams. With the right executives in place, businesses can drive growth, innovation, and success. However, the process of finding and hiring these leaders can be complex.
Working with a specialized senior executive recruitment firm can help streamline the process, ensuring that companies find the best candidates for their needs. By focusing on leadership qualities, cultural fit, and industry expertise, businesses can secure executives who will lead them into the future.
In today’s competitive market, having the right senior executives in place can make all the difference. Therefore, investing in a thorough and strategic recruitment process is key to long-term success.

I’ve been rereading AGOT and this is how I’d summarize Jon Snow’s entire arc chapter by chapter
Jon l - Local teen bastard has a big realization that he has no social status while attending a royal party. He bursts into tears and goes to sulk in a corner.
[Interlude] Arya I - Local elementary schooler has an awakening about the unfairness of feudalism. She joins her aforementioned teen brother as they sulk in a corner.
[Interlude] Bran II - Elementary-age boy worried that his moody teen brother is sulking in corners far too much. He then has a terrible accident, which is a precursor to him sulking in corners as well.
Jon II - Local moody teen realizes that one should not make rash, life altering decisions while drunk. Now realizing that he has signed up for his local JROTC, which is a lifelong commitment to a frozen penal colony, he sulks around multiple corners as he says goodbye to several family members.
[Interlude] Tyrion II - Florida man makes fun of moody teenage military recruit who has just now realized that he has fallen victim to untruthful feudalist military propaganda. He laughs as the teen proceeds to sulk in a (fiery) corner.
Jon III - A local moody teen is forced to check his privilegeᵀᴹ after behaving in an appalling manner towards his fellow army recruits. Lonely, depressed, and homesick, he proceeds to sulk in a corner for a few days, but manages to make a few friends nonetheless.
[Interlude] Tyrion III - Perpetually drunk and annoying know-it-all Florida man strikes an unlikely friendship with a moody teen who has a tendency to sulk in corners due to issues making friends.
Jon IV - Local moody teen makes a new friend during JROTC training. Said friend is bullied for his exceptionally large frame, which makes for a rather poor soldier, but the moody teen stands up for him in front of the entire army base. The bullying eventually stops due to his efforts. Later, the two boys go to sulk in a corner, bonding over their shared sense of insecurity and rejection.
Jon V - Local moody teen finds out that his new bff is flunking JROTC. He proceeds to sulk in a forest, but still thinks of a solution to save said friend. Spoiler: he is successful and his friend graduates just fine.
Jon VI - Local moody teen graduates JROTC, but as a junior officer which is not at all what he wanted. He very angrily sulks out in the open, throwing a massive fit while he’s at it, until it is pointed out to him (much to his embarrassment) that this post will directly put him in the line of command.
Jon VII - Local moody teen learns that his beloved father has been imprisoned on grounds of treason. Incensed, he attacks a senior officer who makes fun of the situation. He is placed on house arrest by the army commander, which gives him plenty of time to sulk in a corner. However, his sulking is cut short when zombies attack the army base and he has to save the commander.
Jon VIII - For his bravery while fighting a zombie, local moody teen is gifted a special magic sword. He sulks about it because it should’ve been his father’s sword he’s getting. He is also conflicted because while he has already said his vows and bound himself to the penal colony, he still wants to go aid his family which is now on the brink of war after his father’s execution. Unable to do much else, he has no other choice but to go around sulking in several corners.
Jon IX - Local moody teen makes the foolish decision to dip out of army school to join his family that has gone off to war. He broodily decides to help his brother enact revenge for his father’s murder. However, he is unable to get very far because his friends catch up to him (with the help of his equally moody pet wolf) and is ultimately convinced to go back. Once he returns, the army commander gives him a good talking to and tells him that it’s time to grow up go on a real mission. This local teen has been looking forward to this the entire time, but he wants to go aid his family. He is forced to make a heartbreaking decision. Ultimately choosing duty over love, he has no choice but to make his way towards the north and sulk in whatever corners he will come across beyond the wall.

The Terror characters as an American college fraternity
Sir John: Obviously the president. He’s an upperclassman, but is a junior. He wasn’t anyone’s first pick, but the former President and VP (Barrow and Ross) had to step down after the house gets a hazing investigation opened on it by the college. John isn’t doing a great job of stopping future hazing incidents from occurring. His house name is Puss in Boots (ate his boot while drunk).
Crozier: Very tired senior Vice-President. He has never run for an executive position before, but his situationship Sophia Cracroft asked him to make sure her cousin John doesn’t get arrested. He doesn’t go to house parties after brawling with Fitzjames over the last drops of beer in their keg, and is on mandated sobriety by the college for this incident. His house name is Gallon (nobody ask how much he drinks).
Fitzjames: The greatest Social chair that the brotherhood of Epsilon Tau has ever seen. Every year he hosts the infamous ET Toga party, which gets the cops called on it every year. He secretly is obsessed with Rupaul’s drag race which is why he’s always able to curate the most fire playlists. His house name is Madonna (it’s not a secret).
Dundy: Jock chair, obviously. Makes sure the boys are in good shape. I needn’t say any more. House name is Dundy, because that already is one.
Little: Stressed out House Man. He’s in charge of the physical upkeep of the house. That shit is literally falling apart. There are crushed beer cans everywhere, the floors are sticky, their windows are broken and there is a foul smell coming from all the couches. He’s constantly calling repair men on the weekends and crying when he has to clean up a toilet flood in the basement. His house name is Little because let’s be real, the dick jokes there are immense.
Hodgson: Recruitment chair! He makes fun Canva posters to promote Fitzjames’s parties and makes the house seem like a really fun and welcoming place to incoming freshmen PNMs (potential new members). Will he haze them when they become pledges? Sure. But he’d rather be playing Piano Man drunkenly at 2 am and yapping about linguistic facts at a party. His house name is Hodge Podge, after his assortment of fun facts.
Irving: Treasurer (treasuring the house <3) He was the only one who has experience handling funding before because he did so fundraising for his church. Giving back to the house and being in a supportive all-male environment is a Christian pleasure after all. He engages in hazing of biblical proportions. Part of the college hazing investigation was freshman pledge Magnus Manson being forced to stay in the cemetery all night. His house name is Cherub, obviously.
Jopson: The Secretary! He sends out all campus emails and takes really comprehensive meeting notes. If you need to know anything about house lore or precedent, you go to him, he knows the house constitution inside and out. This was especially helpful during the Hickey judiciary council case. His house name is just Jop because people respect him.
Hickey: Used to be a member of Epsilon Tau, but he got kicked out for being found out as the one who tipped the college off about their insane hazing. He did so because he ran for both President and VP and didn’t get elected to either. He didn’t even get elected when Barrow and Ross had to step down either. That sent him over the edge to the point where he started planting hard alcohol bottles around the house and calling the campus police to find them. They finally caught him when he recruited his friends Billy and Tozer to steal the house’s pong table. This table still resides in his off-campus rental house which he has started spreading the rumor is an unofficial new frat called “Sigma Mu”
Billy: He has never been affiliated with Greek life but joins Hickey’s new frat Sigma Mu as its Vice President. He may have been a vital part in Hickey’s decision to do this. He also unofficially acts as its treasurer and Secretary because he was already Hickey’s roommate in the rental house, so really he has no choice but to keep it afloat.
Tozer: Also used to be a part of Epsilon Tau, but gets kicked out too for helping Hickey steal the pong table, and also getting into one too many bar fights. He’s now the new Social chair/Recruitment chair at “Sigma Mu” and gets Pilkington and Armitage to join.
Des Voeux: Freshman who somehow becomes best friends with Fitzjames and Hodgson and so immediately gets into Epsilon Tau without much hazing involved. Nobody knows he’s the one who gave Hickey’s crew the new door code and info to go steal the pong table. He’s still part of ET but frequents the parties at Sigma Nu because he’s not about to say no to any rager. His house name is Des Hoeux.
Goodsir: Not part of Greek Life but he’s treated like an honorary brother of Epsilon Tau because he’s the student EMT who always gets sent to their house every party and he takes care of their drunk brothers. Somebody asks him for drugs every time he enters the building.
Blanky: Fuckmaster Blanky needs no description. He is a legend that gets past down amongst the brotherhood. Legend has it that Fuckmaster Blanky was a brother who lost his leg while doing what he loved……Recruitment chair will tell this story during initiation every year to encourage pledges to honor the house and be like Blanky.

//Love is a dangerous game for Grey Wardens to play//
Warden-Constable Jonathan Marcus was a stern man. He expected the most of his company, conscripted recruits from all walks of Thedas, and never tolerated anything less than each warden’s success. His reputation was well known among the Order, and he was frequently elected to lead recruitment through the harsher and less tolerant nations of Thedas.
It was during a conscription mission through Tevinter that Constable Marcus first met Adonis Thorne. A once proud, haughty, and standoffish noble from the Altus class sat cold and shaking in chains in a dank Minrathous jail cell. Marcus knew very little about each of his conscripts pasts, and he cared to know even less. Marcus asked Adonis the same thing he asked every potential recruit: “can you fight?”
Whether he could or not, Adonis fervently replied yes, preferring to take his chances with the Wardens rather than waiting around for execution or slavery to come knocking. Adonis was freed from the prison and left Minrathous with the warden company, bound to the Anderfels for the joining ritual.
Adonis adjusted to Warden life very slowly at first— lamenting the loss of silk sheets, refusing to do tasks he thought beneath himself, and for claiming he could fight Adonis proved useless without a bow in-hand. Any other recruit would have been cast out or struck down, according to senior wardens within the company, but for some reason Marcus remained patient with Adonis’ ineptitude and sour personality. He didn’t tolerate Adonis’ behavior, nor did he accept Adonis’ claims of being incapable or disinterested in the success of the company’s missions, but when Adonis did rise to the occasion, accept his duties, and perform as was expected, Marcus was quick to offer a word of praise or entertain Adonis’ desire to be close to him.
The relationship between Constable Marcus and Warden Thorne baffled nearly everyone in their company, but many wardens who had served the entirety of their time as a Warden under Marcus knew his time was coming. He had confided in his Warden-Lieutenants that the calling began to chase him through waking just as easily as it did while he slept, and it was only growing louder. Perhaps it was the pain of his impending doom and the knowledge that the end was coming that softened Marcus, and endeared him to Adonis’ stubbornness and vigor.
Whatever the case was, once a year had passed since Adonis survived the joining, Marcus succumbed to the siren call of the blight in his veins. Marcus intended to leave quietly, alerting only his Lieutenants before leaving straight for the Deep Roads. Adonis wouldn’t have it. The lieutenants hardly had a chance to say Marcus was on his way to the Deep Roads before Adonis tore off after him. He begged Marcus to stay, he pleaded to escort him to the Deep Roads entrance, he even asked if he could accompany Marcus on his descent. All his requests were met with a sorrowful but resounding “no.” Adonis’ final lament in parting with Marcus was that he was the first man Adonis truly loved and respected and he would have nothing to remember Marcus by save for his memory. Marcus plucked the earring from his ear, and delicately placed it in Adonis’. Marcus told Adonis he knew Adonis would go on to do much good for the wardens, but when Adonis told him “I love you,” all Marcus could manage was to instruct Adonis to turn away, return to camp, and never look back after they parted ways.
Warden-Constable Jonathan Marcus has long since taken his place at the Maker’s side, but Adonis still thinks about him often, and has never taken out Marcus’ earring.
(I don’t usually have this much PC x OC lore cooked into my Dragon Age games, but I thought this up while fleshing out Adonis’ character and backstory. I was just so charmed by the idea of Adonis having to overcome a love lost and what that means to his place in the Grey Wardens, I simply couldn’t resist. 🩵)

Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad Activity Report
Part 2
4/22 (Wed) - Reporter: Yukari Takeba
...Geez, Junpei...what's wrong with that...Oh, sorry, it's Takeba.
Well, Junpei Iori, that rude idiot, yelled abusive language at a woman, so I just had to give him a little warning.
For an hour.
By the way, Junpei has a cold. He has a high fever and looks like he is in pain, but I don't care.
After all, after the exploration of Tartarus, he stayed up late watching late-night TV, so it was all his fault.
...I guess today's post wasn't really a report, right? Sorry.
4/23 (Thu) - Reporter: Mitsuru Kirijo
It's Kirijo.
There are no Student Council activities today, so I took a quick look around Paulownia Mall before heading home... It seems like the number of Lost people has increased significantly. To be honest, I'm a bit worried, but the reality is that we have no choice but to build up our strength in Tartarus. I hope the second-years, our new fighting force, will do their best.
Speaking of which, it seems that the sports clubs have started recruiting new members, and that's the topic of conversation in the lounge. Akihiko seems to be excited at the thought of club activities, but I'll have to keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn't start training on his own again. The field leader seems to be interested in club activities as well. I hope he chooses a club where he can put his skills to good use in real situations...
4/24 (Fri) - Reporter: Akihiko Sanada
Today, while chatting in the school hallway, a second-year student said something that concerned me. Apparently, a friend of his dropped out of school and has become a recluse. Since there is a possibility that he is a Lost, I reported this to Ikutsuki-san just in case... I hope that nothing bad happens, but I don't think we can be optimistic.
It's really frustrating to see damage happening in places close to me like this. Even though my job right now is to heal my body...
Hurry up... let me fight.
4/25 (Sat) - Reporter: Junpei Iori
Hi, it's Junpei.
Wow, time flies, and tomorrow will be another week since I moved into the dorm. A week that seems short but long... a week that seems long but short...
No, nothing dramatic happened. Anyway, life is comfortable! I'm not tied down to anything.
But it's more free than living at home, or maybe it's just a sense of freedom? It's a bit of a pain to get food, but I can eat whenever I want, I get to choose the channel I want, and best of all, I don't have to hide *it* under the bed... oh no. I'm deleting the last one.
But how can I turn it off? Hey, wait, sir!
4/26 (Sun) - Reporter: Yukari Takeba
Ah, it's Takeba.
Today is Sunday, so I went out in the morning to do some window shopping and eat around town. It feels like it's been a really long time since I've had a day off.
Well, shadows don't have any days off, so you really shouldn't let your guard down...
That's fine, right?
It seems that Junpei and the leader also went out. I wonder where they hang out? I can imagine what Junpei does, but the leader doesn't seem to have any hobbies. Oh, he seems to like music, so he probably goes around CD stores.
The seniors were in the dormitory. Kirijo-senpai said that she feels more relaxed when reading, but I wonder if that was because she was being considerate of Sanada-senpai who can't go out due to an injury? Hmm, I don't really understand Kirijo-senpai's personality, so I'm not sure.
I don't think this is really a report or anything, but this was Takeba.
4/27 (Mon) - Reporter: Mitsuru Kirijo
It's Kirijo.
Today I invited him, our field leader, to join the Student Council. I hoped that he would use his adaptability to help me on campus, but maybe I was being a bit too pushy?
Well, right after the invitation, I got permission from Toriumi-sensei and he came straight to the Student Council room, so at least it seems there's not a complete lack of interest.
...When I see a person with an ability, I naturally tend to judge that they would be happy to utilize that ability... but maybe that's a bad habit of mine. I should reflect on this. But even so, I have high expectations for his work.
I introduced him to the members of the Student Council, and it seems he has already caught the eye of the disciplinary committee chairman, Odagiri. To be able to take a liking to such a difficult guy like him, he must be no ordinary person.
But... compared to that, look at the principal's attitude this morning! What a huge waste of time! Do I need to do something about it...?
4/28 (Tue) - Reporter: Akihiko Sanada
The lines that were cut off by the recent Shadow attack have finally been restored. I normally don't use the internet that much so it won't have much of an impact on me, but it will be a relief for Mitsuru, who has to investigate various things. Also, Junpei was making a fuss about online games. That guy plays too much.
Honestly, my ribs are just like the cables.
I hope I can just replace it with a new one and end the treatment... But maybe it'll be nice to go online for a change of pace.
I remember someone in my class saying that the video of the world title defense match the other day was available. I should check it out...
4/29 (Wed) - Reporter: Junpei Iori
Hey!
It's Junpei!
Holiday! It's a national holiday!
Am I the only one who feels like I've gotten a huge bonus when I have a day off other than Sunday?
…Oh, by the way, what day is it today?
Well, that's ok, but anyway I enjoyed my holiday! That's it!
Oh, Tartarus and SEES are on holiday because the Senpais are out.
By the way, our leader said that he saw Sanada-san in front of the police station at night... Could it be that he forgot that Kurosawa-san wasn't there and went to buy a weapon?
Hehehe, the other day he said "I can't buy it at night, so please be careful."
Even though he was saying "I'll do my best", he ended up being the one who got carried away. …Maybe Sanada-san is actually an… air-headed person?
4/30 (Thu) - Reporter: Yukari Takeba
Uh, this is Takeba.
The world is definitely in a Golden Week mood. I saw on TV that the cherry blossoms are in full bloom at Hirosaki Castle in Aomori. In the class next door, some kids are taking Thursday, Friday and Saturday off and have already been to Guam since yesterday.
...Well, that's fine. Even if there are no missions, there is no way I can go out and play. However, when I thought that the battle without a goal would continue on and on like this, I felt a little uneasy, or perhaps I wanted some kind of feedback that I was useful. Haha, I'm feeling a bit down. Sorry! This is Takeba.
5/1 (Fri) - Reporter: Junpei Iori
Hi, Junpei here!
Today, at Sanada-san's request, I was able to accomplish my mission of carrying important documents to Tatsumi Memorial Hospital, where he was admitted for a medical examination!
...No, sorry. This is a report with some dramatization. Even the watchdog and the leader came along, so it just seemed like we were all visiting the hospital. Oh, by the way, the important document is the class list for class 2E. Sanada-san, what is that for?
Oh, and I met someone at the hospital who seems to be an acquaintance of Sanada-san. Someone who is apathetic.
No, how should I put it, he was like a knife, with an aura that said "I'll punch you if you talk to me"... He looked strong... Somehow, I got the feeling that Senpai really trusted him, and when I saw that... I was kind of jealous...
Ah, hahaha, something's weird about me.
5/2 (Sat) - Reporter: Mitsuru Kirijo
It's Kirijo. Today is the 8th night of the lunar calendar. I was contacted by the Kirijo family to say that they will be sending me some good Gyokuro tea soon, as they do every year. They say that this year's harvest is even better than before, so as a tea lover, I'm looking forward to it.
Even so, I was surprised to find that it was already that season. I really feel how quickly time passes.
At school, Golden Week starts tomorrow, and my classmates are busy planning trips and fun activities.
I don't have any particular plans, and the whole day is spent... well, maybe I'll read a book. I tuned up my bike the other day because I had too much free time. At times like this, it's hard not to have a hobby to kill time. I'm not interested in TV either... Oh, that reminds me. There seems to be a lot of talk about some suspicious shopping program lately. Amazing Commodities...I think it was a common name, like "Yamada" or "Suzuki"...Yeah. It should be on air tomorrow, so I might as well take a look.
5/3 (Sun) - Reporter: Yukari Takeba
Eh, this is Takeba...
Sorry, I don't really have a good voice.
Don't worry about it. No, it's not like the Chairman's pun really touched my heart.
Something bad happened during the day.
Can I tell you? Is it okay?
Even though I was saying it was a report... I'm also in a hurry. I mean, please listen to me, anyone is fine! This is the worst! I went to see a movie with a friend from my club today. It was a super popular movie that was released just in time for Golden Week. I was really looking forward to it. So, we met at Paulownia Mall, and there was still some time before the screening so we decided to walk around for a bit. I said I wanted to go look at some clothes, but the girl said she wanted to go to a bookstore. But she was a huge bookworm, and I don't know if it's a used bookstore, but she loves books so much that when we go to a bookstore, she loses herself in reading books.
I knew that, and I didn't have any particular books I wanted to read, so it would be boring to go, and when you go into a bookstore, you feel like you want to go to the bathroom, don't you? So I didn't want to go, and I told her I didn't want to go either because she probably wouldn't come back.
She said she was just there to pick up the book she ordered and would be back soon. But I had a bad feeling, so I told her I'd wait by the fountain and that she should go alone...I mean, if you have a bad feeling about it, you shouldn't go! In the end, she never came back...

(Recording stopped due to memory capacity exceeded)
5/4 (Mon) - Reporter: Akihiko Sanada
Today, or rather, nothing particularly unusual happened today. The weather is as good as ever, and it seems like many tourist spots are crowded.
Well, we have the important mission of defeating shadows, so Golden Week is out of our league, and in any case, with this body... Well, we have no choice but to hold off on playing and Tartarus until we're fully healed.
Luckily, Mitsuru was at the dorm all day and talked to me, so I didn't have to waste any time. But is she okay? She's too stiff, or maybe she doesn't know how to play... I'm worried, even though it's none of my business. I wish she'd learn a little from Junpei's carefree attitude, but... well, it's not funny when she gets to that point.
Speaking of Junpei, in the evening we had a light discussion, or something like a debate, about Junpei's fight with shadows. It turned out he was thinking about the fight more seriously than I expected, and we had a much more meaningful exchange of opinions than I had imagined. I can't lose either.
5/5 (Tue) - Reporter: Junpei Iori
Hi, it's Junpei.
Oh, hello there. I've had a lot of bad luck lately... sigh.
It's nothing serious, but the day before yesterday I was supposed to go see a movie with a friend, but one of them suddenly had a hard time making it, so it fell through, and today was my revenge, but I forgot that the meeting place had changed, and even though I was at Paulownia Mall an hour before the scheduled time, I got an email saying I was late...To top it off, the item I ordered from Shikaku Net arrived today, but...they made a mistake with the order number!
Sigh, I don't need health sandals.
5/6 (Wed) - Reporter: Mitsuru Kirijo
It's Kirijo.
Golden Week ended without incident, and school starts again today. Student council activities are getting more serious, and midterm exams are coming up. I'm going to keep myself in shape both physically and mentally so that I don't get sluggish after the break.
For now, I've been keeping a close eye on the SEES members, and they don't look tired at all, and are in high spirits. ...Even though it's a tough mission that isn't even a duty, they're doing a really good job...I'm grateful.
But Akihiko has to do something. His face shows that he can't help but want to move his body at any opportunity. I'll put a stop to that first...
5/7 (Thu) - Reporter: Yukari Takeba
Hey, it's Takeba.
I was so long the other day...I'm really sorry. Hahaha. Oh, that reminds me, Golden Week is over. That brings back memories...the midterm exams start the week after next...Wow, what should I do? I have to study. Anyway, this was Takeba!
5/8 (Fri) - Reporter: Akihiko Sanada
How should I put it? I just can't get the fishy feeling out of my head. Tonight, after dinner, I was watching TV in the lounge. I usually kill time by cleaning my gloves or reading, but maybe I had a premonition.
The local news section featured a live broadcast from Tatsumi Memorial Hospital on patients with Apathy Syndrome.
The topic was "The number of patients with apathy has increased to this extent..." I never thought... Mitsuru would occasionally let me read the reports from Kirijo, which gave me the overall numbers that could be grasped statistically, but seeing the number of patients lining up for hospital beds with my own eyes... well, actually, it was more than I had imagined. I couldn't help but feel that this increase in the number of patients was strange.
I can't help but think that this is a good omen. It's not just that our power is not enough and the number of shadows is increasing, it's something more decisive. I'm sure Mitsuru will be very angry if I say this, but... I actually went out on patrol secretly during the Dark Hour today. Of course, I didn't intend to push myself too hard. In case I happen to encounter a shadow...
Even if she did, I was planning to contact her right away and run away without making a move. Seriously? I just wanted to do something about this feeling of insecurity. I know... I know it's stupid. But when I look at the full moon, I feel uneasy, an unreachable part deep in my heart. Is something... going to happen?
5/9 (Sat) - Reporter: Mitsuru Kirijo
It's Kirijo...
Seriously... This is what they mean when they say "regret is no use in hindsight." No, there's no point in regretting it. Anyway, let's start with today's report.
Today, the appearance of a large Shadow was confirmed again. The first place where it was detected was the New Urban Transit Ane between Iwatodai Station and Port Island Station.
I was in Hazuru's car. I immediately sent three second-year students to the scene, and I myself prepared my backup equipment and set out. However, I think the current backup system needs some review.
To put it simply, the team on the ground was planning to infiltrate the parked Anezuru during the Dark Hour and defeat the large Shadow believed to be inside. However, even at this point, I still hadn't been able to confirm the Shadow's position, and I had to admit that my judgement in allowing it to enter without enough information was a fatal mistake. That thing... the large Shadow had merged with the monorail's body, setting a trap for our attack. To be honest, I had never thought that the Shadow had such intelligence.
Future strategies against the Shadows will also need to be significantly revised.
In any case, thanks to the efforts of the three second-year students, and especially the judgment of the field leader, they succeeded in defeating the Shadow, but it was a battle that required reflection on many things. Next time, they'll clear their name... Next time...
5/10 (Sun) - Reporter: Junpei Iori
Hi, it's Junpei.
No, no, I really thought I was going to die yesterday. The car in front of me was closing in on me in the blink of an eye! I couldn't kill the enemy Shadow very easily! And just when I was about to do so, my attack failed and I slipped and fell! I was like, "What on earth is this?" Ahahaha.
...No, it's no laughing matter. I'm reflecting on the fact that if I hadn't gone too far in the first place, the fight might have been easier... But compared to that, he's really incredible. Even in such an extreme situation, he had the composure to run over to the brakes... No, I really can't lose...even I...
5/11 (Mon) - Reporter: Akihiko Sanada
Maybe because the operation the day before yesterday ended rather unsatisfactorily, Mitsuru seemed a little depressed, but today I was finally able to tell her what seemed to be good news. It seems that since defeating that big Shadow, the Apathy Syndrome patients have been recovering one after another.
Today, I stopped by Tatsumi Memorial Hospital on my way home from school to get some medicine, and one of the nurses told me with a happy look on her face. At the very least, almost all of the patients whose consciousness level had dropped so much that they were hospitalized there were able to respond when the doctor spoke to them overnight. It's a masterpiece because the most serious symptom related to the apathetic patients was a broken bone in a university student who was hit by a car while daydreaming. It would have been a breach of confidentiality, but she must have been very happy.
I told Mitsuru about it right away, but she scolded me, saying that it was the railway company that would be held responsible for the overrun, and that I shouldn't get too excited. She's happy too, but she's still not very honest.
The other thing that's changed is... Ah, that's right. Exams start next week, so the campus is in disarray. Tartarus is important, but we need to make sure the second-years don't neglect their duties as students. Especially Junpei. Is he okay...?
5/12(Tue) - Reporter: Yukari Takeba
Well, this is Takeba.
I skipped Tartarus today and went to borrow a friend's notebook. I'm sorry, Kirijo-senpai and everyone.
I mean, if I don't study, I get anxious, right? I haven't been able to concentrate on studying for the past few days because of the strategy I used the other day, so I'm a bit worried.
I'm in a hurry. Seriously.
Ah, but it's not that I don't like my role in the SEES. I talked to the leader this morning, and I'm happy if I can help someone by working hard. But that's that, and this is that. I'll hold off on Tartarus this week. This was Takeba.
It's Kirijo. Yesterday, a member of the Gekkoukan Academy staff was killed in a landslide by a car.
There was a traffic accident in which a man fell off a road and sustained serious injuries. It hasn't rained recently, so I thought it was just a coincidence, but it seems that it may not have been an accident. What's more, it may have been something to do with a shadow...
Whenever there is a suspicious accident or incident within the police, Kirijo's lab is secretly contacted, and this accident was caught in that net. Apparently, when they were investigating the ground to investigate the cause of the accident, they found evidence of a landslide caused by an external force. However, this is not certain, they also said that it "seems to be an external influence" to the extent that it is merely a symptom of the problem.
Afterwards, I asked for more details, but apart from the fact that the accident occurred around a certain time, there was nothing to suggest that the Dark Hour was related. Hmm... Maybe I'm being a bit overly sensitive.
5/14 (Thu) - Reporter: Akihiko Sanada
Today was an extremely peaceful day, with nothing to report as part of SEES, and nothing I wanted to personally think about. ...Well, that's just on the surface, after all...
Hmph... There's no point in being shy, so I'll just tell you. There are only a few days left until the midterm exams. The dormitory and the school are quiet on the surface, but deep down, I can't help but feel like a pretty violent storm is raging.
As for the guys in the dorm, Mitsuru and I are acting the same as usual, but Takeba seems to stay in her room after coming home from school and never coming out. I'm worried about whether she's eating properly, but in this respect, girls are better than boys. The field leader seems to be cool, and he seems to be doing what he needs to do, such as stopping by the library at school and studying with the lights on until late at night.
The problem, after all, is... Junpei. I'll have to give him a warning tomorrow.
5/15 (Fri) - Reporter: Mitsuru Kirijo
This is Kirijo.
Recently, as I continued my daily Shadow surveillance, I noticed that the number of shadow activities had decreased dramatically since the large Shadow was defeated the other day.
I can't let my guard down, but I feel like I've had a weight lifted off my shoulders for the first time in a long time.
I was aware that I wasn't putting my all into it, so I thought it wouldn't be so bad to spend this weekend sitting at my desk like a student would...
I've been told that Akihiko will be able to return soon, so let's think about how to organize ourselves so that we can start full-scale activities after the exams are over. Yes, I'd like to have more... manpower...

****†** EVERYONE SHOULD READ THIS BEFORE YOU VOTE. ****Project 2025, also known as the Presidential Transition Project, is a collection of policy proposals to thoroughly reshape the U.S. federal government in the event of a Republican victory in the 2024 U.S. presidential election. Established in 2022, the project aims to recruit tens of thousands of conservatives to the District of Columbia to replace existing federal civil servants—whom Republicans characterize as part of the "deep state"—and to further the objectives of the next Republican president. It adopts a maximalist version of the unitary executive theory—which asserts that the president has absolute power over the executive branch upon inauguration. Unitary executive theory is a disputed interpretation of Article II of the Constitution of the United States. Project 2025 envisions widespread changes across the entire government, particularly with regard to economic and social policies and the role of the federal government and its agencies. The plan proposes slashing funding for the Department of Justice (DOJ), dismantling the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), sharply reducing environmental and climate change regulations to favor of fossil fuel production, eliminating the Department of Commerce, and ending the independence of various federal agencies such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The blueprint seeks to institute tax cuts, though its writers disagree on the wisdom of protectionism. .
Project 2025 recommends abolishing the Department of Education, whose programs would be either transferred to other government agencies, or terminated. Scientific research would receive federal funding only if it suits conservative principles. The Project urges the government to explicitly reject abortion as health care and to restrict access to contraception. The Heritage Foundation, an American conservative think tank that leads the development of Project 2025, asserted in April 2024 that "the radical Left hates families" and "wants to eliminate the family and replace it with the state" while driving the country to emulate totalitarian nations, such as North Korea. The Project seeks to infuse the government with elements of Christianity, stating in its Mandate that "freedom is defined by God, not man." Project 2025 proposes criminalizing pornography, removing protections against discrimination based on sexual or gender identity, and terminating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, as well as affirmative action. The Project advises the future president to immediately deploy the military for domestic law enforcement and to direct the DOJ to pursue Donald Trump's adversaries by invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807. It recommends the arrest, detention, and deportation of undocumented immigrants across the country. It promotes capital punishment and the speedy "finality" of such sentences. Project director Paul Dans, a former Trump administration official, explained that Project 2025 is "systematically preparing to march into office and bring a new army, aligned, trained, and essentially weaponized conservatives ready to do battle against the deep state." Dans admitted that it was "counterintuitive" to recruit so many people to join the government in order to shrink it, but pointed out the need for a future President to "regain control" of the federal government. Although the project does not promote a specific presidential candidate, many contributors have close ties to Donald Trump and his presidential campaign. The Heritage Foundation has developed Project 2025 in collaboration with over 100 partners including Turning Point USA, led by its executive director Charlie Kirk; the Conservative Partnership Institute including former Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows as senior partner; the Center for Renewing America, led by former Trump Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought; and America First Legal, led by former Trump Senior Advisor Stephen Miller. The Project is detailed in Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise, a version of which Heritage has written as transition plans for each prospective Republican president since 1980. Critics of Project 2025 have described it as an authoritarian Christian nationalist movement and a path for the United States to become an autocracy. Several experts in law have indicated that it would undermine the rule of law and the separation of powers. Some conservatives and Republicans also criticized the plan, for example in the contexts of centralizing power, climate change, and foreign trade.

Top Executive Head Hunters in UAE | HR International

How Executive Head Hunters in UAE Elevate Your Business
The search for executive talent can be time-consuming, complex, and critical to business success. However, relying on executive head hunters simplifies this process, ensuring that only the most qualified and experienced candidates reach your leadership team. In the UAE, businesses are increasingly turning to specialized recruitment firms like HR International UAE to source high-level talent. With a deep understanding of the market, HR International UAE connects organizations with exceptional leaders who drive business growth.
In this blog, we’ll explore what Executive recruitment agencies do, the benefits they provide, and how HR International UAE stands out in this competitive industry.
Who Are Executive recruitment agencies?
Executive recruitment agencies are specialized recruiters who focus on filling high-level positions, such as CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other C-suite roles. Unlike general recruiters, executive head hunters employ a targeted approach to find candidates with the specific skills, experience, and leadership qualities that companies need. Their expertise lies in identifying talent that can make strategic decisions and guide businesses toward their long-term goals.
The executive recruitment process differs significantly from traditional hiring methods. Companies looking for leadership often need a discreet and thorough approach, as these roles involve significant responsibility and influence. Therefore, Executive recruitment agencies leverage vast networks and market knowledge to find suitable candidates who may not even be actively seeking new opportunities.
How Senior executive recruiters Work
The process of hiring for executive roles is highly specialized. Senior executive recruiters start by understanding the unique needs of their clients. They take into account the company's culture, strategic objectives, and the specific challenges they face. This helps ensure that the candidate will not only excel in the role but will also align with the organization’s vision.
1. Candidate Sourcing
Unlike traditional recruiters who may rely on job postings, Senior executive recruiters tap into an established network of senior professionals. They identify both active and passive candidates—individuals who might not be looking for a job but are open to the right opportunity. This is one of the key advantages of using Senior executive recruiters: they provide access to a broader and often untapped pool of talent.
2. Thorough Screening Process
The candidates sourced by Leadership recruiters go through an exhaustive screening process. Beyond reviewing resumes and credentials, executive recruiters assess candidates' leadership styles, problem-solving capabilities, and cultural fit within the company. HR International UAE, for example, uses a blend of industry insights and psychological assessments to ensure that candidates possess not just the technical skills but also the interpersonal qualities needed for executive roles.
3. Interview Management
Once the ideal candidates have been shortlisted, the executive head hunter manages the interview process, coordinating between the company and the candidates to ensure smooth communication. They often assist in preparing both parties for the interview by aligning expectations and goals.
4. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding
After a candidate is selected, Leadership recruiters also play a pivotal role in negotiating compensation packages. They help bridge any gaps between what the company is willing to offer and what the candidate expects. Additionally, they often assist in the onboarding process, ensuring that the new executive smoothly transitions into their role.
Benefits of Using Leadership recruiters
Hiring for senior leadership positions is a high-stakes endeavor. The wrong hire can be costly, both financially and in terms of company morale. Therefore, using Leadership recruiters brings several key advantages that significantly increase the chances of success.
1. Access to a Wider Talent Pool
One of the biggest benefits of partnering with executive head hunters is their access to a wide range of potential candidates. These recruiters don’t rely on job boards or resumes that are already in circulation. Instead, they leverage industry contacts, professional networks, and deep market knowledge to identify candidates who may not even be actively seeking new positions.
This is especially beneficial for companies in niche industries or those looking for candidates with highly specialized skills.
2. Time and Cost Efficiency
Hiring for executive roles takes time. However, without the right recruitment strategies in place, companies can spend months trying to fill crucial positions. This delay can lead to inefficiencies and lost opportunities. Executive search consultants streamline the process by handling everything from candidate sourcing to final negotiations. Their expertise helps avoid costly mistakes and ensures that the recruitment process stays on track.
3. Confidentiality
When it comes to hiring for executive roles, confidentiality is often a priority. Companies may not want their competitors to know that they are searching for new leadership, or they may need to replace an underperforming executive without creating disruption. Executive search consultants understand this and operate with the highest level of discretion. They conduct confidential searches, ensuring that sensitive information remains secure throughout the process.
4. Expert Negotiation Skills
Executive head hunters are experienced negotiators. They understand the intricacies of compensation packages for C-suite roles, including bonuses, stock options, and other incentives. Therefore, they can manage expectations on both sides and help secure deals that satisfy both the candidate and the employer.
5. Long-Term Strategic Fit
It’s not just about finding someone with the right skills for the job; it’s about finding someone who aligns with the long-term vision of the company. Executive search consultants take the time to understand both the immediate needs and future goals of a business. As a result, they ensure that the candidates they place will contribute to long-term growth and success.

Do You Need C-Suite Recruitment Experts for VP Recruiting?
Tumblr media
The vice president position is typically the second or third in a company’s hierarchy, behind the president and CEO. In mid-and small-sized firms, one individual may hold both the post, serving as president and the CEO, with the vice president being the second in command. Find out all about how to hire a president or a vice president in this blog, crafted with insights from top C-Suite recruitment experts.
Understanding VP Recruiting A Vice President is in charge of the day-to-day operations and productivity of the company. Each Vice President is responsible for establishing the company’s public image in the media, displaying overall budgets and objectives for directors and managers, and collaborating with the CEO and board of directors to defend the company’s policies, strategies, and goals. He or she is hired by the organization using C-Suite executive recruitment and C-Suite executive search services.
Vice President Recruitment: Know Role Hierarchy
There Are Several Designations For VP Positions, Depending On The Industry, Just As There Is An Organizational Hierarchy.
Associate Vice President: This is a typical position in higher education, but it may be found in any sector, such as retail or ITeS. The position-holder is in charge of long-term planning and overseeing specific geographical region operations, as well as program and staff development.
Assistant Vice President: This position is comparable to that of an operations director in many SME companies. The position-holder oversees many departments within a company, such as human resources and administrative operations, and manages highly competent people. In some cases, it can be used interchangeably with the title Deputy Vice President.
First Vice President: The VFP is a financial industry stalwart. Depending on the company, this might be a term for someone who has been promoted or demoted. It might also be a promotion-in-place situation when the goal is acknowledgment rather than advancement.
The Difference Between Vice President And C-Suite Recruitment There are several business hierarchy situations, and things may differ based on the size of the firm, the industry, the type of business, and even corporate policy. Each organization has its hierarchical levels, but a few rules apply to all of them. In general, senior management positions are classified as director, vice president, C-level, or CEO. Vice Presidents report to C-level executives. Individuals with C-level positions have the highest executive level in the organization for one functional area. All of the other executives in that functional area report to the C-Suite recruiters. The C-level executives are led by the CEO and include Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Customer Experience Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer. Although the CEO officially falls under this group, he or she has a higher level of responsibility. This person is in command of the entire company. As the company grows, additional departments or divisions may be formed, each with its vice president. A vice president is frequently the second-highest level of administration. The vice president may be delegated specific functional domains. The greater the number of layers in the organization, the more critical it is to define the middle management levels of authority. As a result, there are several titles for vice presidents, such as senior vice president. Someone in control of a larger area of the organization may be awarded the title of Senior Vice President. Individuals at this level of management may be referred to as Group Vice President, Division Vice President, Area or Region Vice President, or Executive Vice President, depending on their area of responsibility. For example, all Regional Vice Presidents of Sales would report to the CSO or Chief Sales Officer. The CFO reports to the finance, treasury, and investor relations vice presidents

Mondstadt Governmental Systems
walking to class and thinking about the Mondstadt governmental and power systems
So the power of the people is split between the Knights and the Church, yeah?
The Knights are responsible for the executive and judicial decisions. They're the law enforcement, they're the guardians, they're the trade and resource management. We know they are responsible for foreign relations, for ensuring that the lands are safe, and for enacting justice. We have seen both Albedo and Eula act in their capacity as Captain of Investigation and Reconnaissance respectively, we have seen Hertha work with Logicistics and Human Resources, and ofc, the Kaeya and Jean acting as Quartermaster and Acting Grandmaster respectively as well. We know the knights, we are a knight, this isn't new information.
The Church, however, less known and understood, is responsible for the social, environmental, and really cultural work of Mondstadt. Most obviously seen in the game where a couple sisters take responsibility for children during the day (Nora and Timmy), but also in the foreigners who go stand in front of the Statue to learn about Mond and the way that Seamus Pegg, Cardinal of Daybreak, was the one who Fatui approached when asking for Mondstadt civilians to be recruited.
This is interesting because we actually have never met any of the church leaders, only the Sisters and the Deaconess, with leaks mentioning a Deacon soon. We have not met Mother Maria, Cardinal Calvin, or ofc, Senior Cardinal Seamus Pegg himself. More on them specifically in a separate post.
My point being, there is still more to look into and there is still plenty of mysteries left in Mondstadt, and they aren't all hidden with Venti.

The Prince and Princess of Wales are creating a new role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to run their household of about 60 staff. The new boss will report directly to them and won’t answer to the private secretaries who have long held power behind the scenes at the palaces. Kensington Palace has already hired a high-powered recruitment firm, Odgers Berndtson, to find the best candidate. It has placed an advertisement online which stresses the unprecedented nature of the position. ‘This is a unique opportunity,’ it says. ‘The CEO is the most senior and accountable leader for the Household, reporting directly to TRHs The Prince and Princess of Wales. They will be responsible for the development and implementation of TRH’s long-term strategy and continuing to strengthen a professional and collaborative Household culture.’ In an apparent admission that there are some strong-willed, difficult characters are the palace, the job description states that the successful candidate must be ‘emotionally intelligent, with “low ego”, and strong self-awareness and understanding of their impact on others’. Anyone wanting the job must be ‘able to operate as a “servant” leader, empowering the senior team’, it says. The CEO will deal directly with King Charles and Queen Camilla’s household, ‘serving as the strategic interface to Buckingham Palace, to align The Royal Highnesses’ priorities with those in support of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen’. No salary is given, but it is understood that the CEO will be paid more than the couple’s private secretaries.

''Task Force Mission: Empowered to remove or execute high-ranking Foundation personnel if they are determined to be acting unethically. Answers only to the Ethics Committee; counterpart to the O5's "Red Right Hand".
-From the scp wiki Back to Claire: ya I thought a bit about her future since I decided, at the end of the day, that she would survive and even rank up and given enough trust to be recruited for the omega-1 to take care of the ethics committee affairs, covering her hands in bloods of her other's sake once again. Being already experienced with the internal security department for quite some years now, she was indeed one of the best choices for this task force. Despite being rather happy about this new role, going against her own colleagues now and the possibility of one of her friends being a possible target if they do something that would get the ethics committee negative attention, gives her a sour taste in her mouth and fear that something might go terribly wrong
foundation members in this drawings: MTF EPISILON-11 ''nine tails foxes'' agent; Security department/guard; Senior researcher; MTF ALPHA-1 ''Red right hand'' agent, probably in accordance with the O5 council for the termination.
