Type 1: Ossigeno/Così dannatamente bello

The story that takes you away from your problems. The scenery, the detailed description of a wide spectrum of feelings and the build up of a beautiful love story with all its emotions and passion. This type is very essential and dear to me because, well.. life is hard and the world is cruel as fuck.

Type 2: Selvatica

The thrill! The rush of adrenaline and all the complications of young love.

Then come the 3rd type..

Type 3: Dimme che sei mia

It's not easy to write a good story that gives you good vibes and makes you feel comfortable, but it's even harder to write a controversial story that goes against what you believe in. A story that actually hurts!

This kind of stories is very critical because either you don't manage to deliver all the moral dilemmas and contradicting feelings, as it simply goes against your beliefs, and then readers would feel comfortable as they read but also feel that something is missing..

Or you push through and deliver everything and every internal conflict, and in return, the readers wouldn't feel comfortable as they read but they'd be very appreciative of how good this story is! Which is the case with Dimme che sei mia

Not your usual story where family wins and everyone makes peace at the end. Here is a completely different perspective because you get to see things from the other side.

This isn't a comfort story. In fact, if you've been unlucky enough, as in my case, to experience the feeling of being cheated on, the reading process would be very painful.

As in the previous two stories, Danila gives the reader an in-depth insight into each character's dilemmas, feelings, and emotions. This time the story put me face to face with a memory I've been trying to suppress for years, and yet, instead of running away, I found myself reading chapter after chapter.

That just says how good it is. That's one of the most important purposes of a good work, to make you face your fears and traumas and not just run away from them anymore. Shock therapy, you can say.

Danila's talent is a mutual factor in all the stories. She proved her amazing ability and strength to write different types of stories and get you hooked with each one! Including such a hard to write so well story that is Dimme che sei mia.

Come quasi tutte le aggressioni denunciate negli ultimi anni, anche questa avviene in presenza di un cane. Sarei abbastanza fiducioso nell'ipotizzare che non fosse al guinzaglio, libero quindi di andare a disturbare l'orso per poi tornare impaurito dal padrone, portandosi dietro l'animale selvatico. Un classico schema per portare sistematicamente all'abbattimento dell'orso, anziché ad una pesantissima multa per il proprietario del cane. Anche perché i cani non sono un problema solo in caso di presenza di orsi, ma anche perché predano e spaventano la fauna selvatica, come ad esempio i caprioli che muoiono d'infarto per essere fuggiti dall'inseguimento di cani lasciati liberi.

I can't believe this story is over! I'm still an emotional wreck after chapter 60 but I'll do my best to bring my thoughts together.

From the scenery description to the inclusion of art and art history to all the details of this story, Danila, your ability of conducting the psychological effect of every scene and character is by God.. incredible! The anxiety Carmine made me feel!! The disgust I felt every time Antonio appeared! How I had conflicted feelings towards Corinna!!

Corinna wasn't just a typical troubled girl.. you drew her character so multidimensional that one chapter i'm mad at her, the other i find something in common with her and feel understanding of her struggles..

The dramatic change with Federica!! Another example of how no character was one-dimensional and this is one of the most important things that distinguish a good talented writer.

IL PARCO NIOKOLO-KOBA IN SENEGAL È STATO SALVATO: ESCE DAI SITI IN PERICOLO

Il Comitato per il patrimonio mondiale dell’UNESCO ha deciso di rimuovere il Parco nazionale Niokolo-Koba in Senegal dalla Lista dei siti mondiale in pericolo, in seguito alle misure positive che hanno contribuito a migliorare lo stato di conservazione del sito naturale.

Iscritto nella Lista del Patrimonio Mondiale nel 1981 per la sua biodiversità unica al mondo, la riserva naturale ha dovuto affrontare diverse minacce negli ultimi anni, dall’impoverimento della fauna selvatica, il bracconaggio, l’estrazione di basalto e altre attività umane che hanno minacciato il suo ecosistema, portandolo all’inserimento nella Lista del Patrimonio Mondiale in Pericolo nel 2007. In seguito a questa procedura, lo Stato del Senegal ha notevolmente intensificato il monitoraggio delle specie emblematiche e sono state stanziate risorse per la sorveglianza, al fine di contrastare il bracconaggio e la ricerca illegale dell’oro, nonché per organizzare meglio la transumanza del bestiame. È stato inoltre istituito un sistema di controllo dell’inquinamento minerario e sono state installate apparecchiature per l’analisi dell’acqua e del suolo. Sono anche stati realizzati programmi per la lotta contro la specie invasiva Mimosa pigra.

Situate lungo le rive del Gambia, le foreste a galleria e le savane di Niokolo-Koba ospitano una ricchissima fauna selvatica, tra cui l’alce di Derby (la più grande delle antilopi), scimpanzé, leoni, leopardi, una numerosa popolazione di elefanti e un gran numero di uccelli, rettili e anfibi. La decisione riconosce i risultati conseguiti dal Senegal e il suo impegno formale durato 17 anni per rivalutare significativamente i piani di conservazione dell’area.
