The SecretLabs Drama Continues

TL;DR, ordered a SecretLabs chair and went 'fuck, it updated my billing but not my shipping address' and so I put in a shipping addy amendment IMMEDIATELY within minutes of making an order, heard back from the CS team, they failed. on every level, so I wrote a 1 star review on the whole process (and I don't even know if this chair is going to be worth it in the end) and then their CS team wants to say they didn't get the shipping amendment until the 26th, AFTER it was shipped.

Me putting in 10 screenshots of the email chain we're on including my discussions with their online chat with timestamps highlighting showing no, motherfucker, AND YOU ARE GASLIGHTLIGHTING ME CLAIMING??? THAT I WAITED A DAY??? TO CONTACT? Fuck you.

Don't buy from SecretLabs. Ever. (I just couldn't afford a Herman Miller)
