This time of pandemic really gives us stress because of this new normal and being stucked in the house for straight 6 months. What I do to relieve from stress is to watch movies, tv series or kdrama. It makes me relate to what I am watching whenever I watch drama it makes me emotional, whenever I watch comedy it makes me laugh that I will forget the problems that causes stress. Playing Video Game is also my way of relieving stress and playing bass with my bandmates. Playing bass makes me hype and completely makes me in good mood.

How I Cope With Stress: A Day to De-Stress
As a teenager, my emotions have not completely settled yet and I am still somewhat inexperienced with handling them. Getting stressed is bound for me everyday. What I have been doing to cope with the stress is something that has helped for a while. I grew up with a lot of technology at my disposal at a young age, making gaming always been a part of my childhood. Gaming has been my biggest stress reliever for years. Although, in some days gaming becomes my cause of stress, gaming has usually still helped me relieve my stress. Plenty of games can make you feel like you are in another world, with that I feel for a time that I leave our real current world and my problems with it. Playing with friends have also been really helpful, brightening up gloomy and lonely days. My point is that gaming can be therapeutic and healthy for one’s mental health, that I believe should be recognized because of how much it has helped me in life.

A Day to De-Stress
I decided to binge watch filipino crime documentaries since they’re my favorite thing to watch. Eating fruits is healthy and delicious, that’s why they’re my favorite food to eat. I also took care of my skin with a facial mud mask after i took a long, long shower. After that, I read my favorite series once again just to get the emotional kick from it. It was a good day.
