This was one of my most anticipated Sonic/SpongeBob comic, I just wanted to do that part and I finally made it.

This is based off the episode where SpongeBob cracks squirrel jokes (And I intentionally made Sally as Sandy there). I used the Sonic Color era's jokes as inspiration for his bad jokes there (Instead of the bad jokes SpongeBob cracked in that episode), because I think the Sonic fans must have realized by now that the jokes from that era didn't aged that well.

So, how long do you think the Sonic from that era would survive cracking those jokes in a stand up comedy in front of a disgruntled public? XD

Danny inherited an abandoned amusement park from his estranged uncle on his mom's side after he passed. The man barely had any contact with the family because he hated Jack. Danny needed something to do after the space program he was working for letting him go for having a "heart murmer" after he had flown a handful of missions. Danny didn't really want to worry his family back in Amity and he was really starting to fit in around Gotham as the local weird space guy so Danny headed to the park right outside Gotham to see if he can use his funds from the royal vault to fund the repairs and reopening of Happy Hollows Fun Park, a forest themed amusement park with a colorful cast of characters

Danny gets several ghosts to help fix the park, Technus is in charge of rewiring the entire park, Walker manages the progress on the reconstruction, Box ghost is in charge of prop repair, Lunch lady gets put in charge of fixing up the restaurants in the park, Youngblood helps with updated the characters since the park was originally open from 1950 to 1978 without updating the character designs. Danny also hires actually people to help out, mainly folks that had been involved in goon work and wanted to try making an honest living. He uses a little magic so the ghosts look human. Skulker gets hired as on site security as well. Danny builds a walk through attraction as an in park museum.

The bats get suspicious when Danny drags a very injured Joker back to Arkham after the psycho clown tried to fill his park with laughing gas because Danny apparently stole quite a few of his goons

Sonic designs in the games are like abstract interpretations of creatures and ideas you'd see in the real world. They're simple, versatile, and eye-catching.

Sonic designs according to archie and idw are just random shit smashed together with zero thought. They're barren of any noteworthy features and super cluttered at the same time.

I still don't know what the fuck Antoine is supposed to be.

(Just looked it up. He's a coyote. It's genuinely impossible to tell from his design alone.)

The Archie cast in particular always struck me as just some guys personal furry cast that they always had in their back pocket and just used the license for Sonic the Hedgehog as an excuse to bring them to life. There was absolutely no consideration whatsoever for the aesthetic conventions of the video games. The people who argue up and down the street that Sally is based on the fucking Ricky never really seem to have an answer for Antoine, now do they? There isn't a single game on the face of the SEGA Genesis that ever had coyotes. Let alone the shit they started coming up with in the comics like the fucking skunk and shit.

The IDW comics are only slightly better in the sense that SEGA is actually paying the fuck attention. Enough that the IDW comic has officially given up wanting to ever go through the process of inventing new characters ever again, so they're just blatantly taking designs that they had already introduced for NPCs earlier in the comics run and repurposing them as headlining cast members to get around having to go through the approval process. Apparently Evan Stanley openly admitted to that being the reason why Lanolin ended up being used the way she is. But none of the OCs still would ever fit into the actual video games. All of them stand out like a sore thumb standing next to the actual video game characters, who have talent and thought and creative inspiration behind their designs.

Sonic Crack Ships

So lately I've been going through a Sonic phase though its mostly a Tails phase if im being honest with myself. I've been trying to watch all the Sonic media and read all the Sonic comics that I can while playing a few Sonic games here and there. So my messed up brain came up with this stupid idea. What if I put every version of every canon Sonic characters from all Sonic media into multiple rounds of the hunger games simulator until only ones left. So I did that and even though I literally did it yesterday I already forgot who won I just remember it was something stupid. I also did it with all the diffrent canon and AU versions of Tails I could find and the winner was actually Tails from Sonic Boom. But anyways im getting off track where im going with this is that today while I was doing nothing lying in bed my brain came up with an even more messed up idea. What if I put all the Sonic characters not including the humans into a random wheel picker on Google to form a bunch of crack ships. So I did it for every character on the wheel. I now have a list. And I have decided to post this list because I find it funny. And I dare people to draw a couple from this list together or make a short cute crack story about one of these ships. And if you do please send a link to me. Ill die laughing if anyone does this. Sorry if I misspelled some names. P.S. I tried to put pictures on here for each character but I couldn't figure out how.
