I feel like I'm done with my Angels tab. They're gorgeous but don't have a place in my lore, and I need lair space.

I've already rehomed some of them and these four are the remaining dragons! I'm happy to give them away for free as long as they aren't immediately exalted or sold.

None of them come with their accents or apparel. Jezebel and Saccharo are fully gened, unbred g1s. (EDIT: Saccharo is mostly gened. He doesn't have a secondary.) Saccharo has multigaze.

Carter is so funny to me because he's Literally In Collage. Like he is 27 years old and for the tragically short time she's in the series she is exclusively cleaning up teenager's messes. Everyone else is having drama with Radiance and Lux and whatever those two have going on with The Blinding Light and the White Rose and Carter is an art major. *Carter voice, sounding exasperated* Opal, honeybunch, I don't know what the Radiance is or what she's trying to do. Can you please help me set the table?

Another thing I just love about her so much is that she literally just let this random person crash on her couch for two weeks. One thing about Carter Saccharo's southern belle ass is that he will Take In A Stray. Small animals and sad teenagers adore him. Also anybody who tries to tell me she isn't bisexual in some way is literally insane sorry. As soon as I find that bonus comic they put in the back of the extra edition of book 4 that features Carter teaching Opal how to cook a shortcake I'll send it in because its so cute and I can't find any pictures online

A lair purge has led to the removal of a large amount of my dragons. This post will serve as a list of what is removed and what canonically occurred to them. Saccharo - Left with Avarren in search of a better home. Avarren - Left with Saccharo in search of a better home. Mel - Perished under the harsh conditions set by Echo. Ventus - Allowed his the mortal form he inhabited to perish, continues on as a spirit. Eldan - Driven away by Andromeda for being a general nuisance. Mica - Perished under the harsh conditions set by Echo.  Echo - Perished. Rekka - Perished at the hands of the darker side of the clan. Ignisia - Attacked and driven away when she surfaced to meet with Avellatur.

Carter Saccharo my beloved bestie Carter Saccharo forever.... Spiceberry yelling at Radiance did nothing but if Carter was there I genuinely believe she could have made Radiance feel bad about herself and her actions. Theres a fic I so very vividly remember were Carter says "you know, when you first came in, if you had broken a glass I would have turned you in to the police" and Opal said "but'cha didnt!" all smug and I think that really descibes their relationship. Carter isnt quite a maternal figure- hes more like the world's most tired older sister, and I think thats beautiful. Also, the fact that her and spiceberry were only *mentioned* to have met in the finale is so tragic- they should have bonded over their shithead wards <3

Anyways, this is my cool new original au idea for a fic. I call it "Carter has a gun and is around the whole book series" and it ends on page 50book 1 when Carter hits Radiance with the blunt of Rose's sword and knocks her unconcious, making her unable to kickstart the plot.

More seriously though, I kind of dig how hes a side character in all this. It really highlights how shes just a regular person- a regular, extremely kind woman whos reaction to a small wet beast on her doorstep (Opal) was to sigh and let them inside. And its a nice contrast to Madame Spiceberry, who helps almost to the point of unbelivably- but Carter feels very regular-person suspicious-but-kind, which I appreciate. (and like, yeah, I get it, Spiceberry is an empath, but also, girl, please dont get robbed.)
