Nag punta kami ng mga kiddos sa Waltermart Sucat Parañaque para gamitin na yung Gift Check ko.

We haven't had out breakfast 🥣 Kaya ayun nag decide kami na mag Jollibee na lang for breakfast today.

Grabeh ang pila dito ng Jollibee blockbuster kase nga bungad din sila ng entrance left side kaagad.

So ayun na nga sobrang tagal ng pila bago ko ma reach yung counter nag order na ako pero hindi ko kinaya yung crew na ipatong sa Chicken yung mga rice 🍚 na naka balot pa. And take note huh ilang minuto yung na naka tiwangwang sa rice rack stand nila ng ilang mga minuto.

Kita naman di ba, dahil ba sa dami ng naka pila kaya parang walang kaayusan na din pati pag serve ng pag kain nila dito🙄

May proper training naman talaga ang Food Handling, pero mukhang Absent or di naka attend si crew kaya itambak na lang ang mga rice sa ibabaw ng Chicken and peg nila dito🙄

So sinabihan ko si Crew na hindi tama na ipatong nya sa Chicken na kakainin ko yung rice na may balot pa at matagal na naka tiwangwang sa rice 🍚 rack nila. It's a big NO NO talaga ang ganun...

Well, wala naman syang naisagot sa akin hindi nga sya humingi ng paumanhin din sa akin which is soooo weird lang din.

So after kong magbayad I went to our table and yeah, extra plate na hiningi ko is hindi na hugasan ng maayos. Kita naman na puro kanin kanin pa sya😏 ang sad lang kaya.

So I went back sa counter para sya mapalitan. Well yung ipinalit is wala nang kanin pero basa naman🙄. Ang weird at nagkukulangan lang talaga ako sa maayos na customer service ng mga crew nila dito na tila hindi ganun ka trained sa customer service nila. Ni hindi man lamang pinunasan yung plato na ibinigay sa akin.

I mean di ba, nag re reklamo na nga ako di ba dapat mas aayusin na nila yung ipapalit na plato. Asa ako, pero hindi kase ganun dito and just to avoid any Conflict ako na lang ang nag punas ng plato to cut off any unmet expectations ko😏

Ang sad ng ganito tapos food industry pa noh😔🙁☹️😕

my afternoon was free and decided to go to church. wala naman mass pero I find it great comfort when I am inside an empty church. do I pray? yes of course, but most of the time, I just sit there and drown my rather catatonic head with all the silence.

for what seemed a torrential month of august, today was pretty humid but the gush of wind and the chirping of the birds outside, compensated for the little prickly inconvenience I felt.

"Lord, thank you. forgive me and help me more" were the words I continually uttered. i was lost for words na and even if I came prepared with all the details of my struggles, baka abutin ako ng magdamag sa St. James.

"bigyan mo naman ako ng boyfriend, Lord" was the parting shot as I went out and walked home. Until I came across one of the church ladies (a friend of my mom) who approached and assured me that she is praying that I become a "priest" since I am still single.

speaking of divine revelations, that one came real quick.

a little over an hour, Chris came over right after I picked up the kids from preschool. it was a late lunch at 4pm. and just the same, we had our daily meal. nothing really fancy as we quietly ate except for the mundane topics of how bad traffic was at SLEX and things he did that morning. I was just nodding in agreement since with the frequency of our meals together, I already ran out of topics to offer.

"let's go to Sucat i need to check on something" he offered. sumama naman ako. libreng gala eh.

the sun was already setting and I can't help but admire the golden hours such as this and thankful at that since not all have the luxury of time to even see a beautiful sunset.

and surprisingly, i did not bother to bring up the "what's our status" question lingering in my head. i was not even anxious at all. siguro, I am moving away from denial and now accepting that things are not meant to be and I don't have control over them. and like the sunset, which no one can maneuver, but we can only admire.

i guess this too is my "sunset" and I need to appreciate what I have and live the moment as one friend once advised and this gave me a sense of much-needed relief.

nag dalawang isip na talaga ako humabol pero kahapon inaaya ako ni i na manuod today kasi nabanggit ko gusto ko manuod Gomburza. kaso wala naman malapit sa amin sa Taguig, ang choice ay Festi or Aura at kailangan namin lumuwas ng maaga. alangan ako lumuwas ng masyado maaga kasi di na nga ako uuwi next weekend. the thought ba na mag stay ng mej mahaba with fam this weekend *kahit na minsan nababadtrip ako sa kanila*

eh nag aaya din pala ang boarders kina mamy na manuod- Rewind daw. so naisip ko mag Fam day nalang tas saktong after movie ako bumyahe pa Taguig.

pag dating don, nag dalawang isip pa sila kung Firefly or Rewind *interested din talaga ako sa Firefly at Mallari* sabi ni dady Gomburza din gusto nya. so kaming dalawa sana then nag sabi si mamy na sa amin nalang sya sasama HAHAHA. pero last night pa nya nasabi a akin na gusto din nya yon.
