FM: What is it?

X: it’s called “Past or Pressnt”. I’ll tell you things I’ve heard SMG4 say about SMG3, and you all have to guess if it was in the past or present.

SMG4, sweating:

SMG3: Oh, this should be good.

Domain, taking away the coffee maker: What if you didn’t?

Mario, carrying a table: START THE CAR!!!

Bob: Allow me. Locks are my specialty.

Bob: *throws a brick through the window*

Vitality, after Dale rambled about shop for like four hours: How long would you keep talking if no one stopped you?

Dale: Many before you tried to find out.

Lil Coding: Lily? You awake?

Lily: No.

LC: Oh, okay.

*Several hours later*

LC, sitting up in bed: Wait a fucking minute-

He noticed some commucion one day as he strolled around the plaza looking around for inspiration.

A crowd of some sort had formed around a corner; they were cheering, laughing at something- or someone- that he couldn't really see, due to the amount of people present.

As he approached the cheering citizens, his eyes lit up at what he witnessed.

A pair of men, two brothers he believed, were performing acts of comedy and telling jokes, keeping the audience they had gathered captivated.

They were foreign, he could tell, as the thick accent reverbted in their joyful voices. Their clothes dirty and broken in places, but the glint in their eyes lightning up whatever state their physical form were at the moment.

The man remained astonished: he could smell talent a mile away, and he believed he had just stepped a mine full of gold with these two.

After everyone had scattered, he approached, and while they remained wary, he simply clapped cheerfully.

"Bravo! You boys put on quite the show! I'm really impressed!"

He bowed down, a gleam in his eye: "My name is SMG4, and I'd like to offer you both an opportunity. How would you fine gentlemen like a better stage than the dirty streets of the Mushroom Kingdom?"

Here we go! First prologue of A Corsair Freebooter, aka how the Mario bros met SMG4.

The poor boys were immigrants that performed around the streets for money, and the blue man himself took a bit advantage of it and recruited them for his plays in theater.

(I want to point out that he doesn't straight up become friends with them... he's a bit of an asshole like in the first era in canon, where he mainly focuses on getting famous and popularity through his work...

He'll get there though in terms of friendship, don't worry!)

Guys i just had the most deranged dream/ shower thought get ready

Me and 2 other friends were watching the new wotfi and it turned out 4 was the villain in it

He'd like kidnaped mario and was using him to make cool memes via meme energy?? Idk smth like that

Anyway so this left 3 by himself and since nothing was revealed in the twt stuff and the trailer people were like "so what this bitch is by himself? That's kinda lame"

Anyway the wotfi starts out with 3 in his room talking to eggdog like "dude how tf am i gonna do this by myself"

But then another person is like "What, you need help? That's not a surprise."

And the camera pans over to reveal FM and X and the 3 of us went fucking insane

They weren't even recolors anymore so 3 was like "wait who tf are you people" and FM nearly blew a fuse like "DUDE DID YOU SERIOUSLY FORGET US?" so x had to like

Get in the middle of them and calmly explain. Then 3 was like "WHAT THE FUCK WHERE DID YOU GUYS GO??"

and FM was like "dude we were literally just chillin in the mario recolor village why didn't u come visit"

And 3 was like "Oh shit i forgot that existed"

So like

The wotfi goes down and it's just 3, X and FM doin crazy challenges that 4 made them do to try to get Mario back

At one point i vividly remember FM making a comment like "wow did 4 really go far downhill he's using meme energy to be perfect?" And X smacked him upside the head it was so funny

Anyway it gets to the end and 4 is having his little breakdown which leads into the rap

No i don't have the lyrics but i can tell you X carried

The duo just kinda stayed in the showgrounds after that and it was like never explained what led 4 to do that so people made tons of theories
