Do your relationships/Does your relationship fill you with energy or have you been in a state of chronic enervation for a long time. Do the people in your life enervate you like energy vampires, or do they support your dreams and ambitions. Do they feel vital and alive?

This is a useful word to talk about the quality of our relationships, and the way our relationships affect us. It can be easy to overlook this feeling—drained, tired, empty. It’s important to study this feeling (like all others, especially those that are frequent in your psyche) to discover their source and their purpose in your life.

Reading the opening chapters of GtN for the fifth time it crosses my mind that the Ninth's habitual brutality towards Gideon is not less shocking, but perhaps less incredible, when you consider they've had 18 years' worth of mounting proof that she's unkillable.

Terrible things happen to these people's bodies all the time and Nine Houses culture would have them just stuff their entrails back in, wipe off the blood sweat, and trot along on their new legs as though damage to one's physical envelope has no meaningful or lasting effect upon the soul within. And now here's Gideon the unkillable serf, whose very unkillability is the central conundrum she presents to Ninth House leadership, whose body can absorb phenomenal punishment and sometimes falter but never fail. Nerve gas, skeleton gangbangs, bloody diarrhoea, kicks in the head... Even if nobody is saying it out loud, they know her physical envelope will heal. So the trauma doesn't really count, does it? So why not make her the whipping girl for an entire house's problems? After all she's one of them.

Do you have any tips for sketching? Like making them feel alive?

If you don't want to answer that, then its okay. I wish you the best ^^

honestly, act out the pose in your head. Like, character A istelling character B something personal- put yourself in the headspace of character A and then act out how you think they'd say their piece (with dialogue if it helps). I can picture things REALLY vividly so I don't need to stand up and act, but that's basically what I do. That's why their hands are almost always busy lol

Or, if its more like a single piece artistic pose, its all about zigzagging to me. Head turned left, torso turned right, bottom half straight, one leg resting one leg standing etc. But that's just me, the head-turned-left-torso-turned-right guy.

Something something daniel telling anthony it’s just a bloody nose vs terry telling daniel so what it’s just blood… terry buying daniel and chozens drinks vs daniel paying for johnny at the pawn shop and several other examples of daniel using his money as a way of showing his affection like a certain pony tailed man…. Oh the inherent way in which the hero is more and more increasingly similar to the villain than the protagonist is willing to admit… “a little bit of cobra kai in you” indeed…

Mithrun has less than zero drive to do anything ever up to and including wandering around in lonely tower infested woods to find said lost princess

These can only be resolved by Mithrun also already being inside the tower and then we’re into Beauty and The Beast territory too with the Forbidden Room but instead of Cursed Flower there is Cursed Hottie

Tbh Labrumisu would solve this problem where’s my threesome shippers we need ONE (1) character with some goddamn initiative

Milsiril just has such perfect villain vibes and okay I’m selling myself on the Labrumisu because if Laios comes in to kidnap one of her babies (and her broken former coworker) there’s a 50-50 on whether Milsiril just decides he’s young enough to adopt

This is now a main character hoarding situation Falin and Marcille have to come rescue Laios and also his boyfriends from the crazy sword elf and her army of dolls
