NEW!(not included in my other headcanons) Dr. Simon Glass headcanons!

Maverick (his therapy duck!) is anomalous!

He likes to keep these marimo moss balls as 'pets' in his office (and before you ask YES he does care about them and his plants and flowers!!!!!)

oh SPEAKING OF PLANTS AND FLOWERS, i think he would have lavenders, monsteras, succulents, parlor palms in his office, but incase he knows he's too busy, sometimes he gets one of his coworkers to water them for him!

a LOT of people mentioned this headcanon but I AGREE SO MUCH, but he has a HUGE sweet tooth ! he has to stop himself from taking too much of the candy from the snack bowl he has in his office Ahihihi

also this IS canon but he keeps snacks under his desk ! i made it so he has a bowl of them ON the desk but he has backup bags under his desk, so when the snacks run out from the bowl he can simply refill it!

He ALWAYS shaves his facial hair, he got it from his military days (in the military, your face MUST be clean shaven - exceptions being mustaches and religious reasons, skin conditions etc - and he cannot get off of the habit of not letting ANY facial hair show haha

When he's alone in his office, he likes to listen to stuff like Michael Jackson or Jack Stauber while tidying up his office and playing with Maverick

He strategizes what he wears so he could be like a walking huge cuddly teddy bear (he wears warm, comfy clothes ! what he wears in summer is a new story LOL)

not sure if i mentioned this in my previous headcanons BUT he teaches his patients how to do origamis as a calming method, and he has a little cup FULL of origamis HE made !

About how he types texts, I headcanon that he switches from capitalizing his sentences to NOT doing it at all, sometimes it just depends! like- he capitalizes his sentences in VERY important text/email conversations, and he doesn't when he's texting his coworkers or patients!

If he overhears ANYONE talking about wanting to have a job in the whole psychology field, he gets REALLY excited and is TOTALLY willing to help them/offer them a role!!

another somewhat canon one, BUTTTTTTTTTTT he has access to EVERY Safe, Euclid humanoid SCP file, and a big amount of Keter files! He's spoken to almost everyone, so of COURSE everyone likes him!

On some days, he does his work in the cafeteria! You may find him there in the earlier hours in the morning or lunchtime!

Another headcanon i REALLY like, BUT he LOVES light blue - light yellow things ! he gets VERY happy when his patients bring him little trinkets with that color scheme!

a little obvious, but his fashion aesthetic is Light Academia !

IF he EVER has the time, he goes to visit a local pond to feed the ducks there fruits!

In the situations where one of his coworkers/patients are having a birthday, he COMPLETELY makes sure they feel loved and important ! He gives them fun little origami trinkets and stuff !

I feel like his patients EASILY get him to watch stuff, like for example: one of his patients talks about a popular series/movie like squid game, Simon checks it out, instantly likes it AND SO ON ! (i took inspo from someone elses headcanon for this one!)

ANOTHER somewhat canon? HEADCANON, but he's like a MAGNET for animals! if he goes out to a public park, you BET he will be surrounded by pigeons!

he LOVES card games like uno! and hes ALWAYS up for a card game with a patient/coworker! lol imagine beating your therapist in uno HAHA

(lmk if some of these headcanons are repeated from my other hcs! i forget things VERY easily and i thought of some of these on the spot ! i HAVE talked about these to some people!)

also, some headcannons for your troubles:

He sounds uncannily like bob ross, right down to the cadence and tone. his voice can almost lull you to sleep.

He rarely ever curses, normally that is. he usually curses professionally (ex: pardon= the fuck? eat shit and die= excuse me? eat shit= you don't say. blow me= i see. and so on) he usually says shit like "damn" "ass" and "hell" if he's especially angry or if he stubbed his toe.

he has cardigans upon cardigans. he used to watch Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood as a kid and that's what gave him the idea for the cardigans. they also come in multiple fun designs.

the other doctors know when he's "cursing" and usually tease him for his professional cursing, especially when he's not in a session and is just in the break room.

contrary to popular belief, he's a sassy little fucker, he'd probably make a small sarcastic remark to one of his colleagues or play dumb to drive them insane.

he smells like artificial vanilla and dryer sheets, it just fits for him to smell like that.

he has so many ties as well, the amount of ties and cardigans he has is ridiculous.

he knows how to make everyone and anyone mentally snap and he fucking HATES IT. he doesn't like making people worse than they already are

he is not built for the cold. whenever he has to go someplace cold he puts on bundles upon bundles to where he has to waddle everywhere.

the perfect cuddle buddy like ever. he has quilts and blankets and pillows everywhere and he's super warm.

Yeah, I want to show off my albino-Berg headcanon, and so what? Yeah, I don't understand how in hell his hair ever must look like (I know it's more about short and straight + maybe some shaved out parts, but, uh... chardesign is difficult, okay?). Yeah, I want to express his photophobia by making you photophobic with as much eyestrain as my own eyes are able to bear.

No, I am not stepping away from the trail of angst I swear on Broken God's name for it! And yeah, I'll be posting out something interesting in relation to that in a few days, hehee. (Though, okay, no, you're not getting it, it is still an angst because if you read these images as a story - Iceberg takes off his glasses and puts them away, then stares at the sun and shrieks in agony - yep, we're still on the right path!)

Random alagadda headcanons 👍

-alagadda has mostly blackish purple shadows

-mirth loves oysters

-alagadians have retractable eye balls

-every lord has a turn to organize the cleaning of the strees (fluids build up even in the city of dreams)

-the lords have all very diffent body temperatures from eachother

-anguish wants to perform ballet but cant because he is a lord and it isnt becoming of him

I can imagine that SCP-049 has perfect posture ONLY in front of other people, like researchers and other doctors to make himself seem more professional. But the second he's alone at his desk he'd have the posture of a gremlin and probably wouldn't sit in his chair properly either.

Hey, thanks! I got a minor bout of finals flu and had to do research on a bunch of different music genres so forgive me for my tardiness XD

Clef:

Clef seems like he’s well-listened, and pretentiously so. Most likely a fan of classic rock, but he can also lecture you about the reason a particularly crunchy jazz chord was significant to the meaning of the piece. He also seems like the type of guy who can name the album that a song is from and the year it was released. Clef just really likes music.

Despite this, I don’t imagine he can play very well. Maybe a few songs on the ukelele, but Clef seems like the type to get good at something and then drop it a few weeks later, so I don’t imagine they’ve stuck with anything long enough to play super well.

Favorite artist: Has too many to choose one; depends on the day.

Kondraki:

I think it’s cheating to say I came up with any ideas for Kondraki, because it says on his personnel file that he thinks classical music is ‘‘the only kind worth listening to”. However, while I do think he’ll make comments about Draven’s music being “noise” occasionally, I think he holds back a lot because he wants to listen to Draven’s music with him.

I don’t know if they canonically say that Kondraki plays any instruments, but I imagine he plays piano very well and is proficient in violin (less so than piano, though).

Favorite artist: Chopin

Gears:

Gears seems like he’d enjoy smooth jazz. Just the mellow vibes that he can tune out a little bit more easily when he needs to lock in. Despite this, I imagine he really secretly enjoys the music Iceberg plays. Just because he doesn’t express emotions often doesn’t mean he doesn’t like feeling stuff sometimes.

I think Gears could’ve been forced to play piano as a kid and been really good at it, but the emotion was never there. He could play Rachmaninoff particularly well, but was never able to be creative or fluid enough for jazz.

Favorite Artist: Mary Lou Williams

Iceberg:

Iceberg, as cold as he is, has a very fiery personality and I think he’d be into metal, although he tries to pull back a little and sticks to hard rock when playing music around Gears because he doesn’t think Gears enjoys the extremity of it. One of his favorite genres is symphonic doom because it makes him feel cool when he’s running explosives tests. He wears thick headphones to block out any loud noises from the explosions, and then blasts his music at full volume.

Definitely did not play any instruments except for maybe a few self-taught songs on guitar. This man can sing Wonderwall at you.

Favorite Artist: Lethian Dreams

Shaw:

Shaw has heard it all, they are over music at this point. They just feel neutral about all of it, honestly, and not much music really speaks to them anymore. Shaw also seems the most likely to be the type to listen to one song on repeat until they get sick of it. If anything at all, they miss the disco era and still occasionally listen to funk.

They have been around long enough to play most instruments with reasonable skill. They can carry a tune on 30+ instruments easily.

Favorite artist: Although they feel pretty neutral now, they were into The O’Jays.

Glass:

Glass gets overwhelmed by music very easily, but I imagine he likes pop music generally. Generally only listens to whatever’s on the radio or whatever is playing, although he will take the time to listen to any song request given by patients.

I think Glass probably played a woodwind in middle/high school. Clarinet maybe? Not good at it, but never got rusty in terms of skills.

Favorite Artist: Taylor Swift

Rights:

Rights doesn’t have a specific genre, dabbles in lots of places, but that’s exactly how she likes it. She also likes the mysterious vibes that come with not telling people what she listens to, so she’ll never clarify. She goes through phases, but punk rock was a long one spanning 8 months.

I don’t think she ever played an instrument, but I think she’d be a quick learner if she ever decided to.

Favorite Artist: Destroy Boys

Strelnikov:

Strelnikov doesn’t listen to music in English because he likes to be able to relax while listening, and spending all day translating is well…not easy. Despite this, I don’t think he’s into the gopnik stuff like dubstep. He’s a military man through and through, so old songs from his childhood are usually what he plays.

I really like the idea that he plays guitar. The picture of Strelnikov on the wiki looks like a man who could play guitar. Can do fingerstyle Russian lullabies or just play the chords and sing along.

Favorite Artist: Definitely doesn’t remember the names of artists at all, but he’ll say he “like music from old soviet movie”. his favorite movie soundtrack is by Aleksandr Zatsepin

ik it's not my usual content but i got some dr glass hcs:

for his appearance, he's around 5'7, elder gen z and large ass cerulean blue peepers.

i'd like to think he's a bit chubby or has some sort of fluff, idk it fits him to be chubby

retired crashout. in his agent days he used to be a MENACE i feel like he probably had some mindfuck scp scare him straight cause there's no way someone so kind didn't have any malice ever in his life.

he has duck themed everything. except for corkscrew bottle openers, he cringes whenever he sees it.

total sweet tooth, if there's a complimentary sweets bowl or box of donuts you bet that glass is gonna take one or two.

functioning alcoholic. that's how he hasn't nutted up as of now. he usually likes brown liquors like bourbon or whiskey. he never drinks in front of his patients but his tea mug is always a quarter full of fireball

he's really great at mindfucking people. even the most stubborn scp has managed to trauma dump for glass because he has given them gentle nudges and prods to open up.

even in his retired crashout state he sometimes has moments where he almost gouges someone's eyes out with a shiv. mostly bright has pushed him to that.

he never goes too overboard with his drinking like, ever, but on the few occasions he did, he was extremely giggly and happy. or depressed. no in between.

baking fanatic. he loves making cakes and brownies and then giving them out to his patients.

★ For a few seconds he stares at it, not quite Shure what to think. Then he picks it up and says "thank you, dear y/n" before putting it somewhere safe. Probably in his pocket if it's small enough.

★ He is genuinely impressed with the detail you put into your work. It's a personal headcannon of mind that he pays attention to detail. The thought of you turning him into a doll never crossed his mind.

★ Really, he just likes being given little gifts like this. It's the small things, ya know? Keepsakes like this are very valuable to him because they tend to bring back memories of people he knew who are gone.

★ He might refer to the doll as his little assistant.
