Ground Rules

Bemused by Miss Hound's flirting, Cat Noir decides to humor her just a little, and asks what kind of ground rules she has in mind.

Miss Hound raised her hands in front of her in an X. "No kissing! Only smoochin'"

Cat Noir tilted his head in confusion. "What's the difference?"

She bounced once on her toes, then darted up. Her lips touched his briefly but firmly before she slipped back, "That's a smooch!"

While he was momentarily stunned she reached up, her motions fluid this time. Her fingers caught the edges of his collar and drew him down. No bouncing this time, she raised herself daintily on her toes. Her hands let go of his collar, only to cup his face. Their lips met, a gentle pressure that lingered. Time seemed to stop, sounded faded, and Cat Noir's mind blanked except for the most immediate of sensations. The brush of her bob against his cheek. The light sound of exhale through her nose. One of her thumbs brushing his chin. She stepped back, the world swarmed back into focus.

Miss Hound touched the tip of her tongue to her top lip then giggled, "And that's kissing."

tbh I love that Sublime exists.

I'm not familiar enough with her character yet to know how much I like her herself (though I think she had a solid introduction! I like her so far!) but mostly I love the role that she is filling. I love the disability representation, I love that Adrien made a new friend that he silently goes on runs with and shares classes w that he doesn't share with Marinette, I love that Marinette has someone that she can feel threatened by in her relationship, I love seeing Marinette navigate her jealous feelings but with all the character development that came before it (she has learned that hating someone due to jealousy is bad and that she can't judge someone solely for being close to Adrien. She's doing what she wishes she'd done with Kagami to begin with — try to be her friend — but all the while she's struggling with the fact she still feels jealous, even if she won't admit it. That's good character development! Marinette can't turn off her feelings, but she can react to her feelings in different ways! That's what she's doing!). It's nice to have a "love rival" (sort of) who isn't an antagonist (like chloe and lila were) other than kagami (who is now taken and poses no threat). It's nice for Adrien to have a friend that he made on his own! She's basically re-filling the role that Kagami left behind, which is great imo, because it was an important role! Also, I'm so curious to see whatever is going on with her involvement with Tomoe. And I love that she's there to flesh out their new school! The show is kind of starved for civilian characters atm asfhasjklsaj

the community american psycho episode that doesn't exist where jeff goes on an ego and insecurity driven rampage and kills a bunch of people before eventually breaking down and leaving a deranged rambling confession on abed's voicemail at like 3am while curled in a fetal position underneath the study room table. and then when they all have study group in the morning he asks abed if he got the voicemail and abed's like oh yeah nice reference i love american psycho :) and the group carries on like normal while jeff is inner monologuing and staring at his blackberry like this:

-I SKETCHED THIS BEFORE S6 GOT RELEASED! Viren and Lissa are just normal sort of divorced, not like, abuse allegory divorced and thus are still in speaking terms. I'm glad I headcanoned Lissa being really thicc though. I always used to think that she was a really skinny stick figure sort of person when she was young and, naturally, having two kids does things to your bod (makes you a hot MILF).

-Claudia would be the little trouble maker of the family and Viren and Lissa fight over the stupid shit she pulls. Viren naturally takes Claudia's side every time 'cause she's daddy's special little girl.

-Aaravos is slightly more masc here compared to the previous human design. I don't know what happened there. Which one do you prefer?
